KYA TAQLEED WAJIB HAI??

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem




yeh baat buhot mashahur hai ke char(4) imam barhaq hein aur awaam apar in ki taqleed karna wajab hai ,

char 4 imamon se muraad IMAM MALIK RH, ABU HANIFAH NAUMAN BIN SABIT RH, MUHAMMAD IDREES SHAFEE, AHMED BIN HAMBAL (RH) HAIN .

charoon sahiban ka buhot buland ilmi martabah hai aur deen-e- islam mein in ki khidmat kisi se dhaki chhuppi nahi hein,

lekin in ke darjaat imamat par faiz hone aur awam par in ki taqleed ke wajab hone ki koi daleel QURAN O HADEETH se nahi milti.

QURAN O HADDETH hi asal deen hai, jab yahan se hum kisi baat ka saboot paa lein to phir taweel ki gunjaish nahi rehti aur jab humein kisi baat ka sabut nahi milta,to phir isse tasleem karne ki koi gunjaish hamare pas nahi.

Is liye ke hum shariyat ke tabeh hein, shariyat saz nahi.

chànd nadan qisam ke muqalid Ayat e Qurani فَسۡـَٔلُو ٓاْ أَهۡلَ ٱلذِّكۡرِ إِن كُنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُون َ se yeh jowaz nikalte hein ke is ayat mein awaam ko inki taqleed ka hukam diya geya hai


halanke inka yeh qol ALLAH TAA'LA par iftra hai aur ALLAH TAA'LA par jhoot bolte huwe zara barabar bhi nahi sharmate.

sura An-Nahl ki is ayat ka ma'qbal ma'baad is baat ki saf saf wazahat kar raha hai ke yahan ahlul zikar se murad ahle anjeel hein (ahle kitab )na ke UMMAT E MUHAMMADIYA ke ulma.

phir yeh nadan muqalid jowaze taqleed apne zaime batil mein sabit to kar dete hein.lekin hamara sawal aaj bhi kham thonk kar khara hai ke is ayat se apne char imamon ki taqleed ka bhi sabut do ke ahle zikar se sirf yahi char murad hein aur yahan yeh hawala bhi beyja na ho ga ke mazkurah bala ayat se murad QURAN O HADEETH ka hukam daryaft karna hai,logoon ki baatein maan lene ka hukam nahi.

yahud o nisara apne molvion aur darweshoon ka kehna mante thay,is liye ALLAH TAA,LA ne mushrik farmaya.mo minoon ko hukam diya ke logoon qol mat poocho balke yeh poocho ke ALLAH TAALA aur Rasool Allah s.a.w ka hukam keya hai(muqada ma -Alamgeeri )


haqeeqat yeh hai ke islam ki haqeeqi taleem se logon ko sab se ziyada bargshata karne wali bidat yehi taqleed aimah arba hai. ke is ke sabab logon ne Rasool Allah s.a.w ke aqwal,ahad eetho sunan mubarka tark kar diya aur in logon ke aqwal o afaal ki pervi karne lage hein. jin ki taqleed karne ka hukam na ALLAH ne diya aur na Rasool Allah ne diya .

kyon ke woh nabi nahi thay balke ummati thay. yahan sawal yeh bhi paida hota hai ke jab yeh taqleed chothi(4 th ) saddi hijri mein shuru hui to woh muslaman jo is taqleed ke shuru hone se pehle hi taqleed par amal kiye baghair is duniya se rukhsat ho gaye in ka kiya bane ga aur in mein sahabah ikram (r.z) tabei n tabah tabeib sab log shameel hein jo qaroon e salasah ke log hein. jin zamanoon ke mutliq Rasool Allah s.a.w ne khair ki khabar di aur yeh hadeeth BUKHARI ( 2651) mein hai.

natija yeh nikla ke taqleed sarasar bidat hai

yahan aik etraz kiya jata haike shariyat mut'harah ka beshtar hisah woh hai jis par yeh charoon imam mutfiq hein aur baqol Shah walli allah muhadees dehlvi (rh)in charron bazurgoon ka kisi masla par itfaq karna "ijmaa ummat" ki alamat hai yeni jis masla par aima arba mutfiq hoon.samjh lena chaiye ke suhabah ikram se le kar aaj tak puri ummat is par mutfiq chali aayi hai is liye aima arba ke itfaqi masla se bahir nikalna jaiz nahi.

jawaban arz hai ke aima arba kisi masla par mutfiq hoon woh agar ijma e ummat hai to sab se pehle aima arba ke muqliddeen khasusan HANFI is ke mukhalif hein.

Abu Hameed Sa-sadi r.a. ne 10 Sahaba Ekraam r.a. ke ek majme me beyan kia ke : Rasulullah sws jab Namaz shuru kerte aur jab rukoo me jaate, Jab rukoo se sar uthhate aur jab 2 rekaate perh ker khare hote to Rafadain kerte the . Tamaam sahabi ne kaha tum sach beyaan kerte ho , Rasulullah sws isi tarah namaz perhte the.

FIQH HANAFI AUR HADITH E NABAWI ME IKHTELAAF

Is article me ye samjhane ki koshish ki jaayegi ke FIQH aur SAHIH HADITH Me ikhtelaaf ho to iski taraf ruju karna chahiye.....AFSOS Hamare muqallid bhai hadith chhod dete hain aur fiqh par amal karte hain.

Yahan kuch ikhtelaaf bayan kiye ja rahe hain..


KUTTE KA CHATNA:

Nabi sws ka huqm hai:-

" Hz abu hurairah ra riwayat karte hue kahte hai ki nabi sws ne farmaya jab kutta tumhare bartan se paani pee jaaye to use 7 baar dho"

( Bukhari)

Fiqh kahti hai-" jab bartan se kutta pee jaaye use 3 baar dho"

( Hidaya, kitabut tahara)

Bukhari aur muslim ki hadith ke khilaaf hai! Bhaiyyon zara socho,


BAITULLAH KI CHAT(ROOF) PAR NAMAZ:


Nabi sws ki manahi:-

" Hz ibne umar ra riwayat karte hue kahte hain ki nabi sws ne baitullah ki chhat par namaz padhne se mana kiya"

( Tirmizi)

But fiqh kahti hai

" Kaabe ki chhat par namaz padhna jayez hai"

( hidaya baabus salat phil kaaba)



AURTON KI IMAMAT KA MASLA:

Nabi sws ki izazat-

" nabi sws ne umme warqa ko apne ghar walon ki imamat karane ka huqm diya"

(abu dawood baab imamatun nisa)

"hz aisha ra tahira ra ke beech me khadi hokar aurton ki imamat karti thi"

( mustardark haakim baab imamatul imraat)


Fiqh kahti hai-

" sirf aurton ko jamaat se namaz padhna maqrooh hai"

( hidaya baabul imamat)

Hanafi bhaiyon! Nabi kareem sws to sirf aurton ko bhi jamaat se namaz padhne ki izajat den aurat ki imamat aurton ke liye jayez rakhi gayi lekin fiqh me yah kaam mana qaraar paya gaya, socho to sahi hadith ki barabari kitni buri cheez hai aur nabi sws ke huqm ke muqable me nahi kahna kitni badi zyadati hai aur phir is fiqhi yukrah se is kaam ko haram samjh rakha hai ki hanafion ke yahan aurat ki imamat aurton ke liye bilkut hai hi nahi.


NABAALIGH( UNDER AGE) KI IMAMAT:

" AMR BIN SALMA RA NE 6 YA 7 SAAL KI UMAR ME LOGON KI IMAMAT KARAYI"

( Bukhari)

Logon ne amr bin salma ko apna imam banaya uske peeche namaz padhi, nabi sws ko is imamat ka zaroor pata tha agar bacche ki imamat najayez hoti to huzoor mana kar dete ya zaroor aasmaan se wahiy aa jaati ki bacche ki imamat jayez nahi, isliye bacche ki imamat se khuda aur uske rasool sws ki khamoshi bacche ki imamat ke jayez hone ki daleel hai


FIQH:

" nahi jayez waaste mardon ke namaz padhe peeche aurat ke ya bacche ke"

(hidaya part 1 babul imamat)

Amr bin salma ra saat saal ke bacche ke peeche nabi kareem sws ki zindagi me qur'an ke utarne ke dauraan me mardon ne namaz padhi, na khuda ne roka, na huzur ne mana kiya lekin fiqh kahti hai "nahi" jayez hai ye kaun sahab hain kahne wale, yah to sirf nabi sws ka hi haq hai , ummati bina daleel ke aisa nahi kar sakte.


GIFT KI HUI CHEEZ KA MASLA:


Nabi sws ka irshad hai-

" hz ibne abbas ra riwayat karte hue kahte hain ki nabi sws Ne farmaya gift ki hui cheez ko wapas lene waala kutte ki tarah hai jo apni ulti(qaiy) karke chaat leta hai"

( bukhari)

FIQH:

" jab kisi gair aadmi ko koi cheez gift kar di jaaye to girf karne wale ko use waapas lene ka haq hai"

( Hidaya kitabul hiba)


ISTASQA KI NAMAZ BA JAMAAT:


Nabi karim sws ki sunnat-

" abdullah bin zaid ra riwayat karte hue kahte hain ki nabi kareem sws namaz istasqa ke liye sahaba ko lekar eidgaah ki taraf nikle aur 2 rakat namaz unchi kirat ke saath padhayi, qible ki tarah hi apni chadar paltayi"

( Bukhari, muslim)


FIQH:

" Imam abu hanifa rh ne kaha ki istasqa ke waqt namaz masnoon nahi"


( Hidaya baab ul istasqa)


JANAZE KI GAAYBAANA NAMAZ:


Nabi sws ka amal

" jis din shah najjasi ki wafaat hui nabi sws ne uski wafaat ki khabar( wahi ke zariye) sahaba ra ko di ( ki aaj najjasi habsha me wafaat paa gaya hai) phir huzoor sws unhe lekar eidgaah tashrif le gaye unhe Lineno me khada karke (najjasi) ki janaze ki gaaybaana namaz 4 taqbeeron se padhai"

" namaz gaaybaana jayez nahi"

JAMAAT ME IKHARI TAQBEER

Nabi sws ka huqm

" nabi karim sws ne hz bilal ra ko huqm kiya ki we azaan ke qalime dohre karen aur taqbeer ke qalme ikhare kahen siwaay 'kad ka matis salaat' ke"

FIQH:

" Aur iqamat azaan ki tarah dohri hai"

( Hidaya babul azan)


NAMAZ KI IMAMAT KA MASLA


Rasool ka irshad hai-

logon ki imamat kaun kare? Is baare me nabi karim sws irshad farmate hain-

" imamat kare logon ki wah jo sabse jyada quran ka qaari ho aur agar qirat( ke janne me) sab barabar ho to phir sabse jyada sunnat ko jaanne waala imamat kare agar sunnat ke ilm me bhi sab barabar hon to umar me sabse bada imamat kare"

7- sharif nasl wala

8- accha libaas wala

9- agar in sab khoobiyon me barabar ho to parchi daal le

10- jise chahe pasand karle

zara sochen ki hadith me 4 sooratein thi inme tabdeeli ki, iske baad 10 sooratein bana daali, aap hairaan honge ki durre mukhtar likhne wale ne inke elawa aur bhi badayh hai aap likhte hain.

12- sabse badkar nasab wala

13- sabse acchi awaaz wala

14- khoobsurat beewi waala

15- sabse zyada maal

21- phir (ab bhi) agar logon me ikhtelaaf rahe to zyada log jise chahe imam bana den

Maulana ahmad raza khan faazil barelwi, jo musalmano ko kaafir kahne me bahut bebaak maane jaate hain, yazid rh ke baare me yah safaai dene ki baad ki imam ahmad rh etc use kaafir jaante hain aur imam ghazali etc musalman kahte hain,

Apna maslak yah bayan karte hain ki:

" Aur hamare imam khamosh rahte hain ki ham na musalman kahen na kaafir, isliye yahan bhi khamosh rahenge"

AHMAD RAZA KHAN AUR UNKE MUREEDON KI NAFARMANI:


Iske elawa ahle sunnat walon ki badi tadaat maulana ahmad raza khan barelwi ki mureed hai, lekin hairat hai ki iske bawajood wah muharram ki in gadi hui rasmon me bad chadh kar hissa lete hain, jabki ahmad raza khan barelwi ne bhi muharram ki in rasmon se mana kiya hai aur inhe bidat ,najayez, aur haraam likha hai aur in ko dekhne se bhi roka hai, unka fatawa hai


" tajiya aata dekh kar Nazaren fer len, uski taraf dekhna hi nahi chahiye"

Unki ek kitab tajiyadari hai us ke page 4 par likhte hain:

1- "Gharj ashray e muharramul haraam ki agli shariaton se is shariat paak tak badi barkat ibadat thahri thi, in behuda rasmon ne ne jaahilana aur gunaho ke melon ka zamana kar diya"


2-" yah kuch aur isi ke saath soch wah kuch ki mano gadi hui tasweeren theek theek unhi hazraat shaheed sahaba ke janaze hain"


3-" kuch utaara baaki toda aur dafan kar diye, yah har saal maal ki barbaad karne ke jurm me do gunah judagaana hai, ab tajiadari is galat tareeqe ka naam hai, bilkul bidat wa najayez wa haram hai"

4-" Taajiya par chadha khana na khana chahiye,agar niyaz dekar chadhayen, ya chadhakar niyaz den to bhi uske khane se parhez karen"


Aur page 15 par sawal jawab hai,-


SAWAAL- Tajiya banana aur us par nazar wa niyaz karna, Zaruraten poori hone ki ummeed me mannate latkana aur acchi bidaton ki niyat se use bhalai janna kaisa gunah hai?


JAWAB: Ye saare kaam jis tarah logon me aaj ke zamane me mashoor hain, bidaten aur haram wa najayez hain.


Isi tarah muharram ki dusri bidat marsiya padhne ke baare me "irfan e shariat" ke pahle part page 16 par ek sawal wa jawab yah hai,


SAWAL: Muharram shareef me marsiya padhne me shirqat jayez hai ya nahi??

JAWAB: Najayez hai, we gunahon se bhare hote hain.


Muharram ko gham ka mahina samjha jaata hai, isliye in dinon me siyah ya sabz libaas pahna jaata hai aur shadi biyaah se bacha jaata hai, is ke baare me ahmad raza khan likhte hain:

" Muharram me siyah, sabz kapde gham ki nishani hai aur gham haraam hai"

MASLA:

Kya farmate hain is masle ke baare me ?

1- kuch ahle sunnat wal jamat muharram ke dinon me na to din bhar roti pakaate hain na jhaadu dete Hain, kahte hain dafan karne ke baad pakaayi jayegi.

2- in 10 dinon me kapde nahi utaarte.

3- maahe muharram me koi shadi biyah nahi karte.

"Teeno baatein gham hain, aur gham haraam hai"

Ahmad raza khan ki safaai ke baad ummeed hai ki barelwi ulama apne logon ki sahih rahnumayi karenge aur we apni jihalat aur ulama ki khamoshi ki bina par jo uper likhi bidaton wa khurafaat karte hain ya kam se kam aisa karne walon ke julooson me shirqat karke unke badhawe ka zariya bante hain, unhe inse rokne ki koshish karenge....

NAFARMANI AUR ZINAKARI KE AFSANE:


Rahi baat ki yazid rh ki nafarman wa zinakaar hone ke afsano ki, to yah bhi poori tarah ghalat hai jis ka radd ke liye khud hz hussain ra ke bade bhai muhammad ibn hanfiya ka yah bayan hi kaafi hai jo unhone uske baare me isi tarah ke afsane sun kar diya tha:

" Tum unke baare me jo kuch kahte ho maine unme aisi koi cheez nahi dekhi, maine unke yahan qayaam kiya hai aur maine unhe pakka namazi, neak Parhejgaar, masail shariat se lagaao rakhne wala aur sunnat ka paband paya hai"

( Al badaya wan nihaya part 8 pg 233)


KUSTUNTUNIA KE JIHAD ME SHAREEK LOGON KI MAGHFIRAT KE LIYE NABI SWS KI KHUSH KHABRI:


Iske elawa kam se kam ahle sunnat ko is hadith ke mutabik hi yazid ko bura bhala kahne se bachna chahiye jisme rasoollullah sws ne kustuntunia ke jihad me shirqat karne walon ke baare me maghfirat ki basharat di hai aur yazid us jang ka commander tha, ya bukhari ki sahih hadith hai aur nabi sws ka farman hai, kisi kaahin ya najumi ki baat nahi ki baad ke waqeye use ghalat saabit kar den, agar aisa ho to phir nabi ke farman aur kaahin ki baat ke farq baaqi na rahega, kya hum is hadith ka mazak udakar yahi kuch saabit karna chahte hain??


" Meri ummat ka pahla lashkar jo kausar ke shaher (kustuntunia) me jihad karega, wah baksha huwa hai"

MUHAMMAD BIN HANFIYA KI TARAF SE YAZID BIN MUAWIYA KI SAFAAI:


Hz hussain ra ke bhai muhammad bin hanfiya rh ne un logon ke saamne, jin ke haath "bagawat" ki command thi, yazid ki bait tod dene aur uske khilaaf kisi muhim me shirqat karne se na sirf inkaar kar diya balki yazid par lagaye gaye ilzaamo ko bebuniyaad karaar diya aur yazid ki safaai pesh ki, is mauke par unhone jo tareekhi bayan diya hai wah is tarah hai-

haafiz ibne kathir likhte hain-

" Abdullah bin mutie aur unke saathi hz ali ra ke bete, muhammad bin hanfiya rh ke paas gaye aur unhe yazid ki bait tod dene par razamand karne ki koshish ki lekin unhone aisa karne se saaf inkar kar diya, is par ibne mutie ne kaha " yazid sharab noshi, namaz tark karne wala aur allah ki kitab ka munkar hai" Muhammad bin hanfiya ne kaha " tum jin baaton ka zikr karte ho maine un me se koi cheez isme nahi dekhi, main uske paas gaya hun, mera wahan qayam bhi Raha, maine usko hamesha namaz ka paband, parhezgar, deen wa ilm ka taalib aur sunnat ka hamesha paasdaar paya" Wah(mutie) kahne laga ,wah yah sab kuch banawat aur dikhawe ke liye karta hoga, ibne hanfiya ne jawab me kaha " mujhse use kaun sa darr ya laalach tha", jis ke bina par usne mere saath aisa kiya?? Tum jo us ki sharab noshi ka jikr karte ho, kya tum me se kisi ne khud use karte dekha hai?? Agar tumhare saamne usne aisa kiya hai to tum bhi us ke saath is kaam me shareek rahe ho, aur agar aisa nahi hai to tum is cheez ke baare me kya gawahi de sakte ho jiska tumhe pata hi nahi, we kahne lage " ye baat hamare nazdeek sahih hai jabki ham me se kisi ne use aisa karte nahi dekha" Ibne hanfiya rh ne farmaya " allah to is baat ko tasleem nahi karta , wah to farmata hai:

" gawahi unhi logon ki bhrosemand hai jinko is baat ki zaati taur par jaankari ho"

jaao!! Main kisi baat me tumhara saath nahi de Sakta, we kahne lage " shayad aap ko yah baat buri lagti ho ki yah maamla aapke elawa kisi aur ke haath me rahe agar aisa hai to jhanda ham aapke hawale kiye dete hain"

Biradar hussain ra ne kaha- " tum jis cheez par jung kar rahe ho, main sire se usko jayez hi nahi samajhta, mujhe kisi ke peeche lagne ya logon ko apne peeche lagaane ki zarurat hi kya hai?" we kahne lage-" aap isse pahle apne baap ke saath milkar jo jang kar chuke hain"

unhone farmaya-" tum pahle mere baap jaisa aadmi" aur unhone jin se jang ki "un jaise log" to laakar dikhao, uske baad main bhi tumhare saath mil kar jung kar lunga"

we kahne lage, aap apne beton abul qaasim aur qaasim hi ko hamare hawale kar den, unhone farmaya:-" main unko agar is tarah ka huqm dun to main khud hi kyon na tumhare saath is kaam me sharik ho jaaun?? We kahne lage, accha aap sirf hamare saath chalkar logon ko jung par taiyar kar den, unhone farmaya-

" Subhanallah! Jisko main khud napasand karta hun aur usse bachta hun, logon ko iska huqm kaise dun?? Agar main aisa karun to main allah ke maamle me us ke bandon ka chahne wala nahi, balki bura chahne wala hunga" we kahne lage -"ham phir aapko majboor karenge" unhone kaha " main us waqt bhi logon se yahi kahunga ki allah se daro aur bandon ki khushi ki khatir allah ko naraaz na karo"

YAZID BIN MUAWIYA RA KO KUSTUNTUNIA(CONSTANTINOPLE) KE JIHAD KI COMMANDARI (TAREEKHI JAYEZA)

Kustuntunia(constantinople) ke jihad se related sahih bukhari ki jo riwayat pahle jagahon par bahas me aa chuki hai, jis me yah khush khabri di gayi hai ki is jihad me shareeq hone wale log bakshe hue hain, lekin itihaas(history) ki purani kitaben is baat par sahmat hain ki is jihad ke ameer lashkar yazeed bin muawiya they, is silsile me sab se pahle musnad ahmad ki ek riwayat hai jisme saaf tarah se bayan hai ki-

" Is qustuntunia ke lashkar ke ameer jisme hz abu ayyub ansari (ra) bhi shareeq they, yazid bin muawiya they"

Isi tarah purani kitabon jaise ibne saad (230H) Ki Attabqatul qubra, ibne zarir tabri (310H) ki tarikhul umm wal muluq (part 4 page 173) aur khalifa bin khayyat (240H) ki taareekh (part 1 pg 196) me is jihad ke baare me yazid bin muawiya ki shirqat ka jikr is andaz hi se hai ki wah ameer e lashkar they, yah to nayi aur purani taareekhen hai . Baad ke itihaaskaaron(historian) me hafiz ibne kathir (rh) (774H) Ka jo darja hai, wah batane ki zarurat nahi unhone apni tareekh ki mashoor kitab al bidaya wan nihaya ki bahut se jagahon par iska khulaasa kiya hai,

(part 8 pg 59) par musnad ahmad ki riwayat bhi naqal ki gayi hai aur page 58 par hai ki hz abu ayyub ansari ra ki wasiyat ke mutabik un ki namaz e janaza yazid ne padhai

Isi part ke page 151 par likha hai ki hz hussain ra bhi us lashkar me maujood they

Aur page 229 me yazid rh ke haalat me yahi likha hai ki wo us lashkar me maujood they

Isi tarah ibne abdul barr(463H) Ki kitab " al istiaab fi maariftil ashab" part 2 page 157, imam suhaili rh (581H) ki oranjul anf (sharah seerat ibne hisham) 2nd part page 246, haafiz ibne hajar ki kitab "al asaba fi tamijussahaba" part 2 page 90 me isi haqiqat ka munazara Kiya gaya hai, iske elawa sharah bukhari "fath ul bari" part 6 page 125, (tawa darus salam) aur "umdatul qari" me bhi hadith ( yaghzuroona madinata qaysara) ki tafseel karte hue likha gaya hai,


Hadith aur tareekh ke in tamam hawalon se yah baat suboot ko pahunch jaati hai ki jis lashkar ke baare me rasoollullah sws ne "maghfurul lahum" (wah bakhsha huwa hai) farmaya hai us ke ameer yazid bin muawiya ra hi they.



Is tareekh ke jawab me kuch log yazid ko is khush khabri se darkinar karne ke liye kahte hain ki is lashkar ke ameer hz sufiyan bin auf they, yazid na they, lekin taareekhi daleelen is raaye ka difa(baatil hona) karti hain, jaisa ki hawala di gayi ibaarton se saaf hai,

shayad aise logon ke saamne ibnul aseer (630H) ki al kaamil aur ibne khaldun (808H) ki taareekh hai agar unke bayanon se bhi unki raaye poori nahi hoti,


Ibnul aseer ne is silsile me likha hai ki-

" Hz muawiya ra ne Kustuntunia ki taraf ek badi fauj bheji, hz sufiyan bin auf ko us ka ameer banaya aur apne ladke yazid ko bhi us fauj me shamil hone ko kaha lekin wah saath jaane ke liye taiyyar na huwa, lashkar wahan pahuncha aur khabar aayi ki wah musibaton se do chaar ho gaya hai is par yazid ki marzi ke mutabik bade lashkar me badhotri(increment) ki jisme hz ibne abbas ra, hz ibne umar ra, ibne zubair ra, aur abu ayyub ansari ra etc bahut se log they"

Tareekh ibne khaldun me bhi (shayad) aisi hi baat likhi hai

(part 3 page 9, taba bairut 1971)


1- Ye dono kitabein baad ki hain jabki purani taareekh me yazid hi ko lashkar ka commander batlaya gaya hai jaisa ki pahle saare hawale darj kiye ja chuke hain.


2- Ibnul aseer aur ibne khaldun ke bayan kiye gaye dalail ko agar pahle historian ki dalail ki roshni me dekha jaaye to is me sirf itni zyadati milti hai ki yazid se pahle Ek lashkar sufiyan bin auf ki commandari me bheja gaya lekin iske bawajood wah lashkar ko kaarakardgi na dikha saka jiske baad yazid ki commandari me wah lashkar bheja gaya jisne wahan jaakar jihad kiya aur yun yazidi lashkar ki kustuntunia ke jihad ka pahla vijeta(winner) aur nabi (sws) ki khush khabri ko sahi tahraya gaya, isi ke saath tamam historian ka yazid ki ko us kustuntunia ke lashkar ka commander qaraar dena bilkul sahi hai, aur ibnul aseer aur ibne khaldun ki jaankaari bhi uske khilaf nahi, jabki isme ek baat ki zyadati(increment) bhi hai, lekin is zyadati se yazid ko is gaurav(greatness) se door karne ki koshish be buniyaad hai, yah baat to khud ibnul aseer ne apni zehan me bhi nahi thi jiska saaf saaboot yah hai ki unhone apni kitaab Asudul gaaba me yazid hi ko kustuntunia ke lashkar ka commander likha hai

ALLAH HAMEN BADAKHLAKI SE BACHNE KI TAUFEEQ DE.....AMEEN

YAZID KO RAHMAHULLAH KAHNA NA SIRF JAYEZ BALKI MUSTAHAB (IMAM GHAZALI RH KA FATAWA)

" Imam ghazali (rh) se sawal kiya gaya ki us insaam ke baare me kya huqm hai jo yazeed par lanat karta hai? Kya us par zinakari ka hukm lagaya ja sakta hai?? Kya us par lanat ka huqm hai?? Kya yazid waqai me hz hussain ra ko qatl karne ka iraada rakhta tha ya uska maqsad sirf apni hifazat thi??
Usko (ra) kahna bahtar hai ya us se bachna bahtar hai?"


Imam ghazali rh ne jawab diya musalman par lanat karne ka koi huqm nahi, jo insaan kisi musalman par lanat karta haì wah khud lanat waala hai rasullullah ne farmaya hai:

" Musalman lanat karne wala nahi hota" iske elawa hamen to hamari shariat islamia ne jaanwaron tak par lanat karne se roka hai to phir kisi musalman par lanat karna kis tarah jayez ho jayega? Jabki musalman ki hurmat(ijjat) hurmat kaaba se bhi jyada hai jaisa ki hadith nabi sws me bayan hai

(sunan ibne majah)

Yazid ka islam sahi taur par saabit hai jahan tak Hz husain ra ki shahadat ki waqeye ka talluq hai to is baare me koi sahi saboot maujood nahi ki yazid ne unka qatl kiya ya qatl ka hukm diya ya us par razamandi zahir ki, jab yazid ke baare me ye saboot ko hi nahi pahunchti to phir bura kahna bhi haram hai, Allah taala ne farmaya hai -" tum badakhlaki karne se bacho ki kuch badakhlaki gunah ke dayere me aa jaati hai"

aur nabi sws ka irshad hai-

"allah taala ne musalman ke khoon, maal, izzat wa aabru aur us ke saath badakhlaki karne ko haraam qarar diya hai"

jis insaan ka khayal hai ki yazid ne hz hussain ra ke qatl ka huqm diya ya unke qatl ko pasand kiya, wah pahle darje ka bewakoof hai, kya yah haqiqat nahi ki aisi soch rakhne waale ke daur me kitne ki shah, badshahon ko qatl kiya gaya lekin wah is baat ka pata chalane me kaasir raha ki kin logon ne un ko qatl kiya aur kin logon ko is qatl ko pasand ya napasand kiya jabki unke qatl uske bilkul Nazdeek me aur uske zamane me hue aur usne unka khud tahkikaat kiya, phir us qatl ke baare me kya kaha ja sakta hai jo bahut door ke ilaaqe me huwa aur jispar 400( imam ghazali rh ke daur tak) ki muddat bhi gujar chuki hai..

Iske elawa is waqeye par girohbandi ki moti tahen chad gayi hain aur riwayatein ke dher laga diye gaye hain jis ke bina par asal haqiqat ka suraag lagana namumkin hai, jab maamla yah hai ki haqiqat se naqaab uthana jayez hi nahi, isliye har musalman ke saath aache akhlaq rakhna zaroori hai, phir haq pasand (ahle sunnat) ka mazhab to yah hai ki kisi musalman ke baare me yah saabit bhi ho jaaye ki us ne kisi musalman ko qatl kiya hai tab bhi wah qaatil musalman. Kaafir nahi hoga, is liye ki qatl ka gunah kufr nahi ek shakht gunaah hai, phir yah bhi haqiqat hai ki musalman kaatil marne se pahle pahle tauba kar hi leta hai aur shariat ka huqm to yah hai ki agar koi kaafir bhi kufr se Tauba karle us par bhi lanat ki ijajat nahi , phir yah lanat aise musalman ke liye kyon jayez hogi jisne marne se pahle qatl ke gunah se tauba kar li ho?

Aakhir kisi ke paas is baat ki kya daleel hai ki hz hussain ra ke kaatil ko tauba ki taufeeq naseeb nahi hui aur wah tauba kiye bina hi mar gaya hai jab ki allah ka tauba ka darwaja har waqt khula hai

WAHUWAL LAZI YAQBALUL TAUBATA IBADIHI

Baherhaal kisi tarah se bhi aise musalman par lanat karna jayez nahi jo marr chuka ho, jo insan kisi mare hue musalman par lanat karega wah khud allah ka nafarmaan hai,

Agar (maan len) lanat karna jayez bhi ho lekin lanat ki bajaaye khamoshi ikhteyar kiye rakhe to aisa insan gunahgaar na hoga balki agar koi insaan apni zindagi me ek baar bhi iblees par lanat nahi bhejta to qayamat ke din us se yah nahi poocha jayega ki toone iblees par lanat kyon nahi ki?

Albatta agar kisi ne kisi musalman par Lanat ki to qayamat ke din us se zaroor poocha ja sakta hai ki toone us par lanat kyon ki thi? Aur tujhe yah kaise malum ho gaya ki wah lanati hai? Jab ki kisi ke kufr wa imaan ka masla gaib ka ilm hai jise allah ke siwa koi nahi jaanta , haan shariat ke zariye hamen yah zaroor malum huwa ki jo insaan kufr ki haalat me mare wah lanati hai.


Jahan tak yazid ko "rahmatullah" ya "rahimahullah" kahne ka maamla hai to yah na sirf jayez balki MUSTAHAB (accha kaam) hai balki wah khud hi hamari un duwaon me shaamil hain jo ham tamam musalmano ki maghfirat ke liye karte hain ki

ALLAHUMMAGHFIR LIL MUSLIMEEN WAL MOMINAAT

" YA ALLAH! TAMAM MOMIN MARDON AUR AURTON KO BAKHS DE"

"isliye ki yazeed bhi yaqeenan momin tha"

Lekin aaj ka musalmaan in sab kamon se kaasir hai imaan bik gaya hai..... Iraq, afghanistan, libyi to sirf ek example hai ki kaise us desh ke logon ne chand dollaron ke liye apne hi bhaiyyon ke saath gaddari kari....


Is sacchar committee ki aad me world bank aur UNO ko ye bataya jaa raha hai dekho hamne is taqatwar qawm ko 60 saal me hi kahan se kahan pahuncha diya...

Musalmano neend se jaago... Yahudi islaam ka khula dushman hai, wo har tarah se islam ko mitana chahta hai... Agar har musalmaan apne imaan par qayam rahe.. To inshaallah musalmano ki . Kamyabi ko koi rok nahi sakta....imaan ka jajba laao bhaiyon.....


Siyasat karo acchi baat hai lekin imaan ke saath jaisa pahle ke logon ne karke bataya..


Gairmuslimon ko islam ki daawat do... Kisi bhi tarah se dawat do....lekin ek baar zaroor do...

AHMAD RAZA KHAN AUR UNKE HAZAM NA HONE WALE FATAWE (UNDIGESTED FATAWE)








Bismillahirrahmanirraheem


Barelwiyat ke taruf ko aage badate hue maine ye zaroori samjha ki ab ala hazrat(ahmad raza khan) ke kuch aise kaarnaame bayan kar diye jaayen.. Jo hajam na ho saken..

Jaisa ki barelwi bhai ahmad raza ke gud gaate hain.. Ki unka chehra dekh kar Bahut se angrez musalmaan ho gaye wagerah wagerah..


Pahle aap unki gandi zabaan ka tazkirah karte chalen aur batayen ki kya aisi zaban kisi alim ya musalman ko shobha deta hai??

Ahmad raza wahabion ko gaali dete hue likhte hain-

" Kufr party wahabiya ka buzurg iblees laeen---khabeeson! Tum kaafir thaher chuke ho. Iblees ke maskhare, dajjal ke gadhe--are munafiqon--wahabiya ki poonch, zaleel imarat qaaroon ki tarah tahtussara pahuncti hai najdiyat ke kawwe, sisakte, wahabiyat ke boom bilakte aur majbooh gustakh bhadakte"

ALLAHUAKBAR,

Shah ismael shaheed ke baare me farmate hain-" sarqash , taaghi, shaitaan, Laeen, banda daaghi"

Fatawa rizwiya me farmate hain-" gair muqallid wa deobandi jahannum ke kutte hain rafziyon(shia) ko inse bura kahna shiaon par zulm karna jaisa hai"

"jo shah ismael aur nazeer husain etc ko maanta ho, iblees ka banda wa jahannum ka kunda hai. Gair muqallid sab bedeen pakke shaitaan poore laanat waale hain"

Ye to thi inki mubarak zubaan jo shayad hi kisi ahle sunnat wal jamat ke ulama ya alim ne kahi ho.....lekin ye thahre Aala hazrat yani sabse bade hazrat....hamare nabi to hazrate sallallaho alaihi wasallam hain.. Aur ye janab aaala hazrat hain....


Janab ahmad raza ne apne aapko ambiya ka darja dene ki bhi koshish ki...aakhir karte bhi kyon nahi. Aakhir mirza gulam qadyani ke bhai ke student jo they.

Janab barelwi apne baare me likhte hain-

" Sar dard aur bukhar we mubarak rog( marz) hain jo ambiya (as) ko Hote they"

Aage chalkar likhte hain-

" Alhamdulillah ki mujhe bhi bukhar ki hararat wa dard e sar rahta hai"

Janab ahmad raza asal me ye batana chahte hain ki unka jismani haal ambiya kiraam ke jaisa hai, apni pakeezgi saabit karne ke liye ek jagah likhte hai-


" Meri paidaish ki taareekh abjadi hisaab se qur'an kareem ki is ayat se nikalti hai jisme irshad hai-

"ye we log hain jinke dilon me allah taala ne imaan likh diya aur unki ruhani manjoori kar di hai"

Mirja gulam qadyani aur ahmad raza me sirf itna farq hai ki qadyani ne apne ko nabi hone ka khulla dawa kiya.. Lekin ahmad raza khul kar na bata paaye....AFSOS


Ek sahab likhte hain-

" Ala hazrat ne apni paak zabaan se kabhi gair sharai word(alfaaz) nahi kaha. Allah ne aapko har tarah ki galtiyon se bachakar rakha"

aur yah ki-" ala hazrat bachpan se hi galtiyon se paak they. Seedhe raaste ki paiwi aapke ander maujood kar Di gayi thi"

Unka ilmi aur gandi zuban ka tazkirah pahle ki kar chuka hun... Zaban ke paak hone ka sawal hi nahi uthta ki ahmad raza khan ki zaban gair sharai alfaz se paak thi..


Unke ek aur bande likhte hain-" ala hazrat ka wajood allah taala ki nishanion me se ek nishani tha"

Sahaba kiram (ra) ka ek gustakh apne imam wa rahnuma ke baare me likhta hai-" ala hazrat ki ziyarat ne sahaba kiram ki ziyarat ka shauk kam kar diya"

Badha chadha kar bolne me aqal ka daaman haath se chhod diya jaata hai. Ek barelwi is rule ka daman bante hue likhta hai ki-

" Saadhe 3 saal ki umar shareef ke zamane me ek din apni masjid ke saamne maujood they ek sahab arbi libaas me tashreef laye aur aapse arabic language me baat ki. Aapne( saadhe 3 saal ki umar me) bahtareen arabic me unse baat ki aur iske baad unki soorat dekhne me nahi Aayi"

Unka ek mureed likhta hai-" aala hazrat ki baat samjhne ke liye zaroori hai ki insaan ilm ka samundar ho"

Sahaba ne quran kaise samjha.... Wo to bas quran sunte hi giroh dar giroh islam me daakhil ho gaye


yahan kaunse ilm ke samundar ki baat ho rahi hai


Jihad ke khilaaf kuch fatawe bhi dekh lete hain-

" Hum hind ke musalmano par jihad farz nahi aur jo iski farjiyat ko maanta hai wa musalman ka dushman hai aur unko nuksaan pahunchana chahta hai"

" Hz hussain ra ke jihaad se daleel lena jayez nahi kyonki unpar jung thopi gayi thi aur waqt ke ruler par us waqt tak jihad farz nahi jab tak usme kaafiron ke muqaable ki taaqat na ho isliye hum par jihad kaise farz ho sakta hai kyonki ham angrez ka muqabla kaise kar sakte hain"

AHMAD RAZA KHAN AUR UNKA SHIA MAZHAB SE TALLUQ (UPDATED)

Janab ahmad raza ki family ke baare me sirf itna hi pata chala hai ki unke baap daada ki ginti hanafi ulama me hoti hai, albatta janab barelwi sahab ke dushmano(deobandi,wahabi) ki taraf se ilzaam hai ki unka relation shia family se tha. Unhone saari umar taqiya kiye rakha (chupaye rakha) aur apni asliyat ka pata na chalne diya taaki we ahle sunnat ke beech shia aqeedon ko riwaaj de saken. Inke virodhi is baat ke saboot ke liye jin tareeqon ko pesh kiya karte hain unme se kuch ya yahan bayan kiya jaa raha hai-

1-Janab ahmad raza ke baap dada ke naam shia naamon se milte julte hain unka shajar-e-nasab hai -Ahmad raza bin naqi ali bin raza ali bin kaazim ali

2- Barelwion ke aala hazrat ne ummul momineen hz ayesha(ra) ke khilaaf bahut hi ghatiya word istemal kiya hai. Aqeeda ahle sunnat se juda koi insaan iske baare me soch bhi nahi sakta. Apne kaseede Me unhone likha hai-

TANG WA CHUST UNKA LIBAAS AUR WAH JOBAN KA UBHAAR,

MASLI JAATI HAI QABA SAR SE KAMAR TAK LEKAR

YAH FATA PADTA HAI JOBAN MERE DIL KI SURAT KI HUE JAATE HAI JAMA SE BARON SEENA WA BARR,

3- Unhone musalmano me shia mazhab se liye gaye aqeedon ki dawat dene me bharpoor role ada kiya, koi asli shia apne is maqsad me itna qaamyaab na hota jitni qaamyaabi ahmad raza sahab ko is silsile me taqayya ke lubaade se mili. Unhone apne shia hone par parda daalne ke liye kuch aise risaale bhi likhe jinme dikhawe ko shia mazhab ka virodh aur ahle sunnat ki himayat paayi jaati hai. Shia taqayye ka yah bhaav hai jiska taqaaza unhone poori tarah ada kiya

4- Janab ahmad khan sahab ne apni kitaabon me aisi riwayaton ko likha hai jo khaalis Shia riwayatein hain aur unka aqeeda ahle sunnat se door ka bhi waasta nahi hai, jaise ki-

"Hz ali (ra) qiyamat ke din jahannum ki ticket baatenge"

(al aman wal oola-58)

"hz fatima (ra) ka naam fatima isliye rakha gaya ki allah ne unko aur unki aulaad ko jahannum se azaad kar diya hai"

(khatm nubuwwat 98)

" Shia imamon ko taqdees ka darja dene ke liye unhone yah aqeeda gada ki agwaas( qaus ka plural matlab logon ki fariyaad sunkar poori karne waale) hz ali (ra) se hote hue hasan askari tak pahuncte hain is silsile me unhone wahi serial no. Rakha hai jo shia imamon ka hai"

Janab ahmad raza ne baaki sahaba e kiraam ko chhodkar hz ali (ra) ko mushkil kusha karaar diya aur kaha-

" Jo insaan mashoor saifi( jo shia aqeede ki tarjumani karti hai) padhe uski mushkile hal ho jaati hain"

dua e saifi ye hai-

" Hz ali ko pukaaro jinse ajeeb kaam hote hain tum unko madadgaar paoge, aiy ali Aapki wilayat ke tufail tamam pareshaaniya door ho jaati hain"

(al aman wal oola-12-13)

isi tarah unhone panjatan paak ko aam kiya aur is sher ko riwaaj diya-

" paanch hastiyan aisi hai jo apni barqat se har bimari ko door karti hain, muhammad, ali, hasan, hussain aur fatima (ra)"

(rizwiya 2-187)


Unhone shia aqeede ki tarjumani karne wali cheez "zaafar" ko batate hue apni kitaab khaalisul etiqaad me likha hai-

"Zafar chamde(leather) ki ek aisi kitaab hai jo imam zaafar saadiq ne ahle bait ke liye likhi. Isme hz ki saari cheezen darj kar di hain. Isi tarah isme qiyamat tak hone waale waqyon ka bhi zikr kar diya gaya hai"

(khalisul etiqaad-48)

Janab barelwi ne ek aur shia riwayat ko apni kitaab me darj kiya hai ki-

" Imam raza shia ke 8we imam se kaha gaya ki koi aisi dua sikhaayen jo ham ahle bait ki qabron ki ziyarat ke waqt padha karen to unhone jawab diya ki qabr ke paas jaakar 40 baar Allahuakbar kah kar kaho-" assalamu alaikum ya ahlul bait" aiy ahlul bait main apne aur mushkilaat ke hal ke liye aapko khuda ke saamne sifarishi banakar pesh karta hun aur aale muhammad (sws) ke dushmano se apne ko alag karta hun"

Yani shia ke imamon ko musalmaanon ke nazdeek muqaddas aur sahaba kiram (ra) aur ahle sunnat ke imamon se uncha qaraar dene ke liye unhone is tarah ki riwayatein aam ki jabki ahle shha ke imamon ke serial no. Aur is tarah ke aqeedon ka aqeeda ahle sunnat se koi talluq nahi hai.


Janab ahmad raza shia taajiye ko ahle sunnat me banane ke liye apni ek kitaab me likhte hain-

" Tabarruk ke liye hz hussain ra ke maqbare ka namoona banakar ghar ke andar rakhne me koi harz nahi"

Is tarah ki bahut si riwayatein aur masail unki kitabon me paya jaata hai.

NABI (SWS) KI WAFAAT KE WAQT KA BAYAN

Huzor Sallaho alihe wa Sallam ke Wafaat ka waqt

Hajrath:- Umar Farooq R.A.:-- wafaat ki khabar sun ker inke hosh jaate rahe aur wok hare ho ker kahne lage “ Kuch Munafeqeen Samajhte hai Rasulullah sallaho Alihe Wasallam ki Wafaat ho Gai Lekin Haqeeqat ye hai ke Rasulullla h swa ki Wafaat nahi hui , Balke Aap apne Rabb ke paas Tashreef le gaye hai.

Jis Tarah Musa bin Imran Ali salam Tashreef le gaye the aur apni Qaum se 40 raat Gayeb rah ker unke paas fir waapis aa gaye the, halake waapsi se pahle kaha jar aha tha ke wo intaqaal ker gaye hai.”

Khuda ki kasam Rasulullah sws bhi juror palat ker aayenge aur un logo ke haath Paao kaat daalenge jo Samajhte hai ke Aap sallaho alihe wa sallam ki Maut waqi Ho chuki hai.

Hajrath Abu Bakr R.A.:-- Mere Maa Baap Aap per Qurbaan , Allah aap par 2 Maut Jama Nahi karega, jo Maut Aap per likh di gait hi wo aap ko aachuki.




Us ke baad Abu Bakr Bahar Tashreef Laye us waqt bhi Hajrath umar r.a. logo se baate ker rahe the, hajrat Abu Bakr ne un se kaha Umar Baith Jao, Hajrat umar R.A. ne Baithne Se inkaar kar dia. Sahaba Hajrath umar ko chor ker Hajrat abu bakr ki taraf Mutawajja ho gaye. Hajrat Abu Bakr ne Fermaya.

Amma Baad” Tum me se jo shakhs Muhammad Sws ki Pooja Karta tha wo jaan le ke Muhammad sws ki Maut waaqi ho chuki hai . Aur tum me se jo shakhs Allah ki ibaadat kerta tha to yaqeenann Allah humesha zinda Rahne wala hai , kabhi nahi marega.


Fir unhone ye ayat parhi. Soorah Imran {3 : 144 }

“ Muhamad nahi ha imager Rasool hi un se pahle bhi bahut se Rasool guzar chuke hai . to kya ager wo mar jaye ya un ki maut waaqih ho jaaye ya qatl ker diye jaye to tum log kya Aeeri ke bal palat jaaoge.?

Aur jo shakhs Apne Aeeri ke bal palat jaye to yaad rakhe ke wo Allah ka kuch nuksaan nahi pahucha sakta. Aur Anqareeb Allah shukr karne walo ko Jaza dega. Uske baad Hajrat umar ne Fermaya mai ne jo hi Abu bakr ko Telawat kerte hue suni intahai Mutahhyer aur dahshat zada ho ker rah gaya . Hatta ke mere paao mujhe uthha hi nahi rahe the aur hatta ke Abu bakr ko us ayat ki talaawat kerte sun ker mai zameen per gir Para.kyoke mai jaan gaya waqai Nabi sws ko maut aa chuki hai.

ANGUTHA CHOOMNE AUR QABRON PAR AZAAN DENE KI HAQIQAT AUR BARELWI DALAIL

Angutha(thumb) choomna(kissing) karna bhi ek bidat hai jiska hadith se koi saboot nahi, barelwi hazraat is bidat ko saabit karne ke liye man gadant aur kamzor riwayaton ka sahara lete hain,


Janab barelwi likhte hain-" hz khidr (as) se riwayat hai ki jo insaan ash-hadu anna muhammadur-rasool-allah sun kar apne anguthe ko chumega aur phir apni aankhon par lagayega uski aankhen kabhi na dukhengi"

Janab ahmad raza ne is riwayat ko imam sakhawi se naqal kiya hai jabki imam sakhawi ne is hadith ko zikr karte hue likha hai-

"Is riwayat ko kisi sufi ne apni kitaab me naqal kiya hai iski sanad me jin raavion ke naam hain we muhaddiseen ke nazdeek majhool aur ghair maroof hain(yani yah gadi hue sanad hai) aur phir hz khidr (as) se kisne suna is baat ka bhi koi zikr nahi"

Matlab imam sakhawi jis riwayat ko soofia ke khilaaf Kamzor qaraar de rahe hain janab ahmad raza poori ilmi baimaani ka saboot dete hue ek ghair islami bidat ko riwaj dene ke liye use ki daleel pesh kar rahe hain


Imam suyuti (rh) likhte hain-

" We tamam riwayaten jinme anguthe ke choomne ka zikr, muhammad taahir al fatni, aur allama shawkani (rh) etc. Ne un tamaam riwayaton ko mangadant karaar diya hai"

Lekin janab imam ahmad raza ka barabar zidd hai ki-"anguthe choomne ka inkaar ijmaa ummat(barelwi ummat) ke manaafi hai"

(FATAWA RIZWIYA 496)


Barelwi khurafaat me se yah bhi hai ki we kahte hain-

"jisne" la illaha illallahu wah-dahu la shareeqa lahu" yah sari dua likhkar mayyit ke kafan me rakh di wah qabr ki pareshanion se bacha rahega aur munkar nakeer uske paas nahi aayenge"

Isi tarah barelwi hazraat ne "ahad nama" ke naam se ek dua gadh rakhi hai jiska koi saboot nahi. Iske baare me unka aqeeda Hai-
"Use jis murde ke qafan me rakha jaaye allah uske saare gunaah maaf kar dega"

(jaal huq 340)


Barelwi hazraat kitaab wa sunnat aur khud fiqh hanafi ka virodh karte hud bahut si bidaton ko kar jaate hain jinka salaf saliheen se koi saboot nahi milta! Inme se ek qabr par azaan dena bhi hai,

khan sahab barelwi likhte hain-" qabr par azan dena mustahab hai isse mayyit ko fayeda hota hai"

"qabr par azaan dene se shaitaan bhaagta hai aur barqaten utarti hain"

(jaal haq 1-315)


Magar hanafi maslaq me iska khaas taur par manahi hai

Allama ibne hammam (rh) farmate hain-" qabr par azan dena ya dusri bidat ko karna theek nahi, sunnat se sirf itna saabit hai ki nabi(sws) jab jannatul baqi me tashrif le jaate to farmate-"assalamu alaikum da-ra-qaumum momineen" iske elawa kuch saabit nahi, in bidaton se bachna chahiye"

Imam shami (rh) kahte hain-" Aajkal qabr par azaan dene ka riwaaz hai iska koi saboot nahi yah bidat hai"

Mahmood balkhi (rh) ne likha hai-" qabr par azan dene ki koi haisiyat nahi"


(badrul anwaar 40)

Baherhaal barelwi hazraat ki ye taaleem hain jo na sirf kitaab wa sunnat ke khilaaf hain balki fiqh hanafi ke bhi khilaaf hain lekin phir bhi barelwi qawm fiqh hanafi ka paband hone ka daawa karti hai..


Allah se dua hai ki hamdn sunnat par amal karne aur bidaton se bache rahne ki taufeeq de.....AMEEN

KYA PAKKI QABR BANANA JAYEZ HAI?? PART 1

Barelwi aqeede mese ek aqeeda ye hai hai qabron ko uncha karna aur uspar majaar banakar uski ibadat karna..


Aayen ab barelwiat ke aqeede ka jayeza len aur kitaab wa sunnat ke saath saath fiqh hanafi se uska compare karen taaki pata chale ki in logon ke aqeede ki sanad kitaab wa sunnat se milti hai aur na hi fiqh hanafi se..


Ahmad yaar gujrati likhte hain-" saahibe qabr ki izhaar e azmat ke liye maqbara etc. Banana shar'an jayez hai"

aage likhte hain-" ulama wa auliya wa saliheen ki qabron par imaartein banana jayez kaam hai jabki usse maqsad logon ki nigahon me mahaanta paida karna ho taaki log us qabr waale ko tucch se jaane"

jabki hadith me yah maujood hai ki-

"nabi (sws) ne qabr ko chuna gach karne(pakki banane) aur uspar koi maqbara banane se mana farmaya hai"

(muslim,tirmizi, nisai)


isi tarah nabi(sws) ne hz ali (ra) ko khaas Taur par huqm diya tha ki-" we unchi pakki qabron ko zameen ke barabar kar den"

(ahmad,baiyhqi)


hz umar bin al haarish (ra) hz samama (ra) se riwayat karte hain ki unhone kaha-" room(rome) me hamara ek saathi khatm ho gaya to hz fuzla bin ubaid (ra) ne qabr ko zameen ke barabar karne ka huqm diya aur farmaya ki maine nabi(sws) ko is baat ka huqm dete hue suna hai"

Ab fiqh hanafi ki ibaartein bhi dekhiye


"qabron ko pakki banana mana hai"

imam muhammad bin al hasan se poocha gaya ki kya qabr ko pakka banana na pasandida kaam hai? To unhone jawab diya--haan!

imam surkhsai (rh) "al mabsoot" me farmate hain-"qabron ko pakka na banao kyonki nabi(sws) se iski manaahi saabit hai"

(al mabsoot 2-62)


qaazi khan apne fatawe me farmate hain-" qabron ko pakka na banaya jaaye aur na hi us par maqbara etc. Banaya jaaye kyonki imam abu hanifa se iski manahi Aayi hai"

Imam kasaani (rh) ka irshad hai-" qabr ko pakka karna makrooh hai aur imam abu hanifa ne qabr par maqbara etc. Banana makrooh samjha hai isme maal ki barbaadi hai. Albatta qabr par paani chidakne me koi harz nahi. Magar imam abu yousuf se mankool hai ki paani chidakna bhi makrooh hai kyonki isse qabr pakki hoti hai"

isi tarah ki ibaarte fiqh hanafi ki tamam kitaabon me aayi hai...

Bahrur-raiq 2-209, fath ul qadir 1-472, raddul mukhtaar ala durre mukhtar 1-601, fatawa hindiya 1-166, fatawa bajajiyah aur kanjud daqaiq etc.


Qazi ibraheem hanafi farmate hain-" we maqbare jo qabron par banaye gaye hain unhe girana farz hai kyonki nabi(sws) ki nafarmani se banaye gaye hain. Aur wah imarat jo nabi(sws) ki nafarmani par banayi gayi ho uska girana masjide ziraar ke giraane se bhi zyada zaroori hai"

Nabi(sws) ka farmaan Hai-
"allah yahood wa isaaiyon par lanat kare unhone apne nabion ki qabron ko sazda gaah bana liya hai"

ye to hain kitaab wa sunnat aur fiqh hanafi ki saaf daleelen magar barelwi qawm ko zidd hai ki kabron ko pakka karana aur unpar maqbare etc banana zaroori hai. KYA ALLAH HAMARE LIYE KAAFI NAHI??

Bismillahir rahmanir raheem.


Barelwiyat ke taruf ko aage badhate hue... Main ye article khaas unko dedicate karna chahta hun jo ye samjhte hai ki "allah hamare liye kaafi nahi aur awliya ka waseela lena jayez hai"

"yahi tumhara rabb hai isi ki hukumat hai aur jinko tum allah ke elawa pukarte ho wah khajoor ki guthli(seeds)ke barabar bhi ikhteyaar nahi rakhte, agar tum unko pukaro to we tumhari sunege bhi nahi aur agar sun bhi len to tumhara khuch bhi na kar saken aur qiyamat ke din we tumhare shirk karne se hi inkaar karenge aur tujhko khuday khabeer ka sa koi na batayega"

Phir unko samjhane ka iraada kiya aur farmaya-

"Beshak jinko tum allah ko chhod kar pukarte ho, wo tumhare jaise hi bande hai aur agar tum sacche ho to tum unhe pukaro ,phir unko chahiye ki tumhara jawab den"

Aur aage farmaya

"Kah dijiye ki to kya tumne (phir bhi) uske elawa aur qaarsaaz karaar de liye hain to apni hi zaat ke liye nafa wa nuksaan ka ikhtiyaar nahi rakhte"

" Aur usse badhkar gumraah kaun hoga jo allah ke elawa auron ko pukaare jo qiyamat tak bhi uski baat na sune balki unke pukaarne ki khabar tak na ho"

"Aur jab aap se ye mere bande mere baare me malum karen to main qareeb hi hun, duwa karne waale ki dua qubool karta hun jab wah mujhse dua karta hai to (logon ko) chahiye ki mere ahkaamon ko maane aur mujhpar imaan laayen ,ajab nahi ki hidayat paa jaaye"
