TAQLEED PAR AITRAAZ KA JAWAB

AHLE HADITH KA TAQLEED PAR AITRAAZ KYON!!



taqleed ki definition aapko baata den taaki unhe pata chal jaaye ki taqleed kya hai, iski definition ham fiqh ki kitabon se bayan karte hain zara dhyan se padhe--

" muqallid ki daleel uske mujtahid(imam) ka farman hai na wah khud tahqeeq kar sakta hai aur na apne imam ki tahqeeq par ghaur kar sakta hai"

iska matlab yah ki muqallid jis imam ki taqleed kar raha hai wah sirf us imam ke farman hi par chale use yah haq nahi ki imam ke farman ki tahqeeq kare, daleel maange, tahqeeq karna ya daaleel maangna taqleed ko tod deta hai, ghair muqallid bana deta hai, aankhen band karke summun bukmun hokar imam ke farmano par imaan laaye aur amal karta jaaye


" taqleed kahte hai gair nabi(imam,mujtahid) ke farman ko bina daleel ke maan lena"

"halaal balki wajib hai fatawa dena imam ke farman par jabki iska ilm na ho ki imam ne kahan se kaha hai"

yani sirf imam ke farman se fatwa waajib hai is baat ki zaroorat nahi ki pata kare ki imam apne farman par kya daleel rakhta hai muqallid ko daleel talaash nahi karni chahiye sirf imam ka farman hi uske liye kaafi hai,


" us shakhs par hamare rabb ki lanatein ret(sand) ke zarra(atom) jitni utre jo hz imam abu hanifa ka farman radd kar deta hai ya nahi maanta hai"

kahan jaayen imam sb ke shargird imam muhammad yusuf aur imam shafai, imam malik aur imam ahmad bin hambal jinhone bahut se maslon me ikhtelaaf kiya hai auq imam ke farman ko radd kiya hai..


Samjh aayi aapko taqleed ki, aankhen band karke bina tahqeeq ke jo shakhs imam abu hanifa ki baat na maane us par reit ke zarre ke barabar khuda ki laanatein utre aur agar koi kahe ki hz imam abu hanifa ka falan farman Hadith ke khilaaf hai, kya karun to taqleed ka taqaaza hai ki hz imam ke farman ki tahqeeq hi na karni chahiye khamosh hokar maan lo, agar na maana to laanaton ki baarish hogi, yah hai taqleed!!


Hz mulla ali qaari rh irshad farmate hain--" gair nabi(imam) ke farman ko bina daleel maanna taqleed hai"

"muqallid ki daleel sirf uske imam ka farman hi hai muqallid sirf yahi kahe ki masle ka huqm yahi hai kyonki mere hz imam abu hanifa ki raaye yahi hai aur jo raaye mere imam ki ho mere nazdeek sahih hai"

yah hai taqleed ki jis imam ki taqleed kar rakhi hai muqallid saari zindagi sirf usi raaye par chale aur uski raaye ko hi masla jaane, deen ka huqm samjh kar amal kare aur yah khyal na laaye ki uski raaye ka source ya saboot kya hai yah khyaal taqleed ka hi asar hai ki hanafi bhaiyyon ko hadith sunaao to dhyaan nahi dete farmaano par adhe rahte hai, khuda Inhe samjh de ki ye farmanon ke muqaable me hadith par jaan chidken hadith ke mutabik fiqh ko maane aur hadith ke khilaaf farmano ko chhod den.

yani imam ne jo kah diya muqallid ke liye wahi daleel hai na quran ki zaroorat hai na hadith ki, jabki sharai daleel quran wa hadith hai lekin muqallid ko imam ka farman mil gaya uske liye wahi daleel hai yah hai taqleed!


Bhaiyyon zara socho , daleel to sirf allah or rasool ka farman hi ho sakta hai kisi ummati ka farman deen me daleel nahi ban sakta or agr koi kahe ki mujtahid ka ijtihad bhi maanne k qabil hai to jawab yah hai ki ijtihad wahan hota hai jahan ayat ya hadith se masla na mile or ayat wa hadith ki maujudgi me ijtihad ki zarurat hi nhi hai


" na koi fatawa diya jaaye or nahi(deen) par amal kiya jaye magar sirf hz imam azam k farman par"

Kyonki muqallid par zaroori hai ki wah muqallid hone ke naate imam ki raaye par amal kare aur ulema muqallid bhi sirf imam azam ke farman par fatawa den kyonki in muqallidon ke nazdeek imam ka farman hi daleel hai, qur'an wa hadith se chutti hui,


yah hai taqleed ki definition jisme quran hadith, aqal wa soch ki roshni tak nazar nahi aati,ab aap aachi tarah samjh gaye honge ki taqleed naam hai gair nabi ki baaton ko bina daleel sharah(quran,hadith) taur par maan lene ka,



NOTE: Nabi ka farman wa amal khud daleel hota hai jise bina chu chara k maan lene ka huqm hai, nabi k elawa har shakhs k farman ko maanne k liye daleel(quran o sunnat) ki zarurat hai, muqallid apne imam k farman ko bina daleel manta hai jab us k farman ko hadith k khilaf jaan kar maan to use nabi ki haisiyat de di, fiqh ki kitabon me taqleed ke mayne yun likhi hai-" Gair nabi(imam) ke farman ko bina daleel maan lena, phir nabi aur gair nabi me farq kya raha?" yah us mutaassib aur ziddi muqallid ka bayan hai jo hadith ke muqaable jaan bhoojhkar taqleed karta hai, hadith chodhkar farman ko leta hai is baat par zidd karta hai agar farman hadith ke khilaaf saabit huwa to farman ko chhodkar hadith ko sar aankhon par rakhle to yah taqleed kisi tarah ke ikhtelaaf ki wajah nahi hai......

ROZE KE ARKAAN SUNNAN AUR MAKROOHAAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem



ROZE KE ARKAAN,SUNAN AUR MAKRUHAAT:



1- ROZE KE ARKAAN:


1- din me roza rakne ka pakka iraada sirf allah ke huqm ke paalan me aur uski qareebi haasil karne ke liye, irshaad nabwi (sws) hai:

" kamon ka aadhar(base) niyaton par hai"


agar farz roza hai to subaah saadiq se pahle raat ko hi uski niyat wa iraada kare, aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:- " jo roze ki raat ko niyat na kare uska roza nahi hai"

aur agar roza nafil hai to subah hone ke baad bhi niyat kar sakta hai balki agar kuch khaaya piya nahi hai to suraj tulu(rises) hone ke baad bhi niyya ho sakti hai,


hz aisha (ra) farmati hain:-" ek din aap(sws) mere paas aaye aur farmaya tumhare paas koi cheez hai? Hamne kaha, nahi, aap sws ne farmaya, to phir main rozedaar hun"

2- ROZE ME MASNOON KAAM:



1- Iftaar jaldi karna masnoon hai ya yah ki suraj guroob(set) hone ke fauran baat iftaar kiya jaaye,


Aap(sws) ka irshad hai:-" jab tak log iftaar jaldi karenge acchai me rahenge"

aur hz anas(ra) farmate hain:-" nabi(sws) iftaar karke mahhrhb ki namaz padhte they ek ghoont paani se iftaar karte "

2- taaza ya khusk khajoor ya paani se roza iftaar karna sunnat hai, isme pahli cheez se iftar bahtar hai aur aakhir dusri paani se iftaar halka darja hai, mustahab yah hai ki 3 ya 5 ya 7 daane se iftaar kiya jaaye,


hz anas bin malik (ra) farmate hain:-" rasoollullah(sws) taaza khajooron se pahle iftaar karte they, agar taaza na hoti to khusk khajooron ke saath, agar yah bhi na hoti to paani ke kuch ghoont bhar lete"

3- iftar ke waqt dua padhna bhi masnoon hai isliye ki aap (sws) iftaar ke waqt farmate they:


trans:-" aiy allah! Hamne tere hi liye roza rakha aur tere rizq par iftaar kar rahe hain, isliye hamse qubool farma, beshaq tu hi sunne wala, jaanne Waala hai"

aur ibne umar(ra) kaha karte they:-" aiy allah! Main teri rahmat se jo har cheez par chhaayi hai sawaal karta hun ki mere gunaahon ki maghfirat farma"

4- sahri khana sunnat hai, yani raat ke aakhiri hisse me roze ki niyat se khana aur peena, isliye ki aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:-" hamare aur ahle kitaab ke roze me sahri khane ka hi farq hai"

aur farmaya:


" sahri khaao isliye ki sahri me barqat hai"

(bukhari,wa muslim)



5- sahri raat ke aakhiri waqton tak der karna bahtar hai kyonki aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:

" meri ummat us waqt tak theek rahegi jab tak wah iftaar jaldi aur sahri me deri karegi"

sahri ka waqt raat ke aakhiri aadhi se shuru hota hai aur subah saadiq hone tak rahta hai,


hz zaid bin saamit (ra) farmate hain:-" hamne rasoollullah(sws) ke saath sahri khaayi phir namaz ke liye uthe, maine malum kiya azaan aur sahri me kitna Waqt tha? Kaha 50 aayete kareema ke andaaze par"

WARNING:


Subah saadiq hone me shaq hai to kha pee sakte hain lekin subah ka yaqeen ho jaaye to ruk jaana zaroori hai, allah taala ka huqm hai:

" raat ke siyaah dhaage se subah ka safed dhaaga saaf ho jaane tak khaao aur piyo"


ibne abbas(ra) se ek shakhs ne kaha, main sahri kha raha hun jab subah ka shak ho jaaye to aaya khana band kar dun? Farmaya: jab tak shak hai khata rah aur jab subah ka yaqeen ho jaaye to phir ruk ja

3-ROZE KE MAKHRUHAAT:




Kuch cheezen aisi hain jinse roza nahi toot ta magar roze ke liye napasandida hain, aur roza kharaab karne ki wajah ban sakti hai jaise:


1- wuju ke waqt kulli karne aur naak me paani me mubaligha nahi karna chahiye, isliye aap(sws) ka farman hai:

" naak me paani daalne me mubaaligha kar ya yah ki tu roze se rah"

(ashab e sunan w bin khazimiyah wa sahih)



Aap(sws) ne naak me mubaaligha se paani daalna isi khatre ki wajah se napasand kiya hai ki kahin paani andar na chala jaaye or roza kharab na ho jaaye


2- bosa dene lene se waasna(sexual) bhadak sakti hai jisse agr mazi bahar aa jaaye ya sahwat ho jaaye to roza kharab ho jaayega


3-aurat ko haath lagana ya uske jism ko apne jism se lagana


4- koi cheez muh me daalkar chabaana, isliye ki ho sakta hai uske kuch parts halaq k neeche chalen jaye


5- khane ko chakhna


6- wuju k elawa bila zarurat kulli karna


7- din k pahle hisse me surma lagana , pichle hisse me koi farq nahi hai


8- singi ke zariye ya "fasd" khol kar khoon nikaalna isliye ki isse kamzori hogi aur ho sakta hai ki maamla iftaar par khatm ho jaaye


note: aankh me surma roza me khalal kisi ke yahan ki nahi hai, mere nazdeek din ke awwal me napasand hai, jabki aakhiri hisse me napasand nahi hai, magar yah farq bila daleel hai

KIS CHEEZ SE MAAH E RAMADHAN UL MUBARAK KA DAAKHIL HONA SAABIT HOTA HAI??

ramadhan ul mubarak ki aamad ki tahqeeq (sahi ilm) ya to is tarah hogi ki usse pahla maheena shabaan poore 30 din ka muqammal ho gaya hai to 31wa din ramadhan ki pahli tareekh hoga ya phir chand(moon) dekhne se uski aamad ka faisla hoga yani shabaan ki 30wi tareekh ko agar chand nazar aa jaaye to ramadhan ul mubarak shuru ho jayega aur is soorat me agle din ka roza rakhna farz hai isliye ki allah taala ka farmaan hai:

" tumme se jo mahina(ramadhan) ko paa le wah uske roze rakhe"


aur aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:-" jab tum chand dekh lo to roze rakho aur jab chand dekh lo to iftaar karo ,agar baadal(clouds) etc ho to 30 din ki ginti puri kar lo"

ramdhanul mubarak ke chand ke liye ek bharosemand shakhs ya do bharosemand(haq faisla karne waale) shakhs ki gawahi kaafi hai, isliye ki aap(sws) ne ramadhan ke chand ki roiyyat ke liye ek gawah ki gawahi ko kaafi qaraar Diya hai"

albatta iftaar ke liye shawwal ke chand ka hona kam se kam do aadil gawahon se hoga, isliye ki aap(sws) ne iftaar ke liye ek gawaah ki gawahi ko naafiz nahi kiya hai,

WARNING!!


jo shakhs ramadhan ka chand dekh leta hai aur(kisi wajah se) uski gawahi radd ho jaaye to wah khud roza rakhega lekin agar iftaar ka chand dekh leta hai aur uski gawahi qubool nahi hoti to wah iftaar nahi karega,


isliye ki aap(sws) ka irshad hai:-" roza us din hai jab tum roza rakho aur iftaar bhi usi din hai jab tum iftaar kar aur qurbaani bhi usi din jis din tum qurbaani karo"

ROZE KE SHARAIT AUR USKI QAZA KA BAYAAN:


1-ROZE KE SHARAIT:


Musalman par roza tab farz hai ki wah aaqil, baaligh ho isliye ki aap(sws) ka farman hai:

" 3 marfu ul qalam hain: majnu theek hone tak, sone waala bedaar hone tak aur nabaligh baligh hone tak"

(ahmad, abu dawood)


aur Musalman aurat ke liye yah bhi shart hai ki wah haiz wa nifaas se paak ho, aap(sws) ne aurat ke deeni nuksaan me farmaya:-" kya aise nahi ki jab haiz waali hati hai na namaz padhti hai aur na hi roza rakhti hai?"

2- MUSAFIR KA ROZA:



Musalman jab 48 miles ke safar ka iraada kare to shariat ne use izazat di hai ki roza na rakhe aur jab ghar wapas aaye to phir qaza karle jaisa ki allah tala ka irshad hai:


" jo tumme bimaar hain ya safar me hain wah dusre dino me ginti poori karen"


haan agar roza rakhne me musaafir ko pareshaani nahi hai aur wah roza rakh leta hai to bhi theek hai aur agar roze ke dauran e safar taqleed hoti hai to iftaar bahtar hai,

hz abu saeed khudri ra farmate hain:-" ham rasoollullah(sws) ke saath jung ke liye jaate they, ramadhanul mubarak me kuch roze rakhte aur kuch na rakhte to koi kisi se shikwa(problem) nahi karta tha, albatta yah baat peshe nazar rahti thi ki Jo roza aasaani se rakh sakta hai wah roza rakhe aur kamzor hai wah iftaar kare yah accha hai"

3- BIMAAR KA ROZA:




ramdhanul mubarak me musalman bimaar ho jaaye to wah shakht mahnat sahan kiye bina roza rakh sakta hai to roza rakhe warna iftaar kare, phir agar us bimaari se shifa yaafta hone ki ummeed hai to un dino ke roze ki qaza karega aur agar sehat mand hone ki ummeed nahi hai aur marz lamba hai to ek mud anaaj(rizq,food) kisi haqdaar ko khilaaye,

allah ka irshaad hai:

"aur iski taaqat rakhne waale fidye me ek misqeen ka khaana de"



4- BUDHE(AGED) SHAKHS KE ROZE KA HUQM:



Musalman mard ya aurat budhape ki is hadd ko pahunch jaaye ki roza na rakh saken to ek miskeen ko khaana khilaaye,

" ibne abbas(ra) farmate hain: ek budhe ke liye izazat hai ki wah har din ke badle ek miskeen ko khaana khilaaye aur us par qaza nahi hai"

5- HAMILA(PREGNANT) AUR DHOODH PILAANE WAALI AURAT KE ROZE KA HUQM:




Musalman aur agar haamila hai aur roza rakhne ki soorat me use yah bache(unborn) ke liye khatra hai to iftaar kar or theek hone ke bad qaza kare,

agr yah aurat daulat mand hai to rozana 1 mud anaaj(food) bhi khairaat kare taki uske liye zyada sawab ki wajah bane or us barqat hasil ho,


yahi huqm dhoodh pilane waali aurat ka hai, use ya uski aulad ko khatra hai to wah bhi roza na rakhe jabki or koi aurat dhoodh pilane ke liye nahi milti, qur'an paak ki is ayat se yah huqm nikala gaya hai


wa aalal lazeena yuti-qu-nahu fidyatun ta-aa mu misqeen


" or uski taqat rakhne wale fidye me 1 misqin ka khana de"


"yutiqu nahu" ka asl maana yah hai ki wah roza rakhne me shadeed pareshaani paye, agar aise log iftar karen to qaza kare ya 1 miskeen ko khana khilaaye,


Note:


1- 1 shakhs bina ujar agle Ramadhan tak chut gaye rozon ki qaza nhi de saka to us par lazim hai ki wa har din k badle 1 miskin k khana khilaye or roze qaza bhi kare

2- koi musalman mar jaye or us par roze hai to uski taraf se uska wali roza rakhe, ap(sws) ka farman hai:-"jo mar jaaye or usne roze ki qaza deni hai to uska wali uski taraf se roza rakhe"

RAMADHAN UL MUBARAK KI FAZILAT

Bismillahirrehmanirraheem



ramadhan ul mubarak ki badi fazilat hai aur use dusre mahinon par bahut saari baton me bartari hasil hai, jaisa ki hadith e mubarka se saabit hai,

aap(sws) ka farman hai:-" 5 namazen, ek juma se dusre juma tak aur ek ramadhan se dusre ramadhan tak agar bade gunahon se bach jaaye to (ye teeno) darmiyani gunahon ko khatm kar dete hain"

aur farmaya

" jo shakhs iman ke saath aur talbe sawaab ke liye ramadhan ke roze rakhta hai uske pahle gunah maaf kar diye jaate hain"

(bukhari wa muslim)


aur farmaya

" maine apni ummat ke ek shakhs ko (sapne me dekha) ki wah pyaas se haanp raha hai, jab bhi wa hauz par waarid hota hai use rok diya jata hai to jab ramadhan ka roza aaya to usne usko paani diya aur sair kar diya"

" ramadhan ki pahli raat shayateen aur sarkash jinnaat baandh diye jaate hain aur jahannum ke darwaze band ho jaate hain, unme se koi Darwaza nahi khulta aur jannat ke darwaze khol diye jaate hain aur unme se koi band nahi hota aur elaan karne waala elaan karta hai, aiy acchai talaash karne waale aage badh aur buraayi ke mutlaashi ruk ja aur allah(bahuton ko) jahannum se aazaad karta hai aur yah har raat hota hai"

RAMADHAN ME NEKI AUR EHSAAN KARNE KI FAZILAT:



Ramadhan ul mubarak ki fazilat ki wajah se usme neki, khairaat aur ehsaan ke kamon ki bahut tafseer se bayan kiya jaata hai


1- SADQA WA KHAIRAAT:


Aap (sws) ka farmaan hai:- " ramadhan me khairaat bahtar khairaat hai"

aur farmaya


" jo shakhs rozedaar ko iftaar karaata hai to wah rozedaar ka sawaab kam kiye bina uske sawaab barabar sawaab ka haqdaar hoga"

aur farmaya


" jo shakhs khaane peene ki kisi halaal cheez ke saath kisi rozedaar ka roza iftaar karaata hai to saara ramadhan farishte uske liye duwa karte rahte hain aur Jibreel(as) lailatul qadr me uske liye duwa karte rahte hain"

aur aap(sws) khairaat me sabse zyaada khairaat karne waale they aur ramadhan ul mubarak me jab jibreel(as) aap(sws) ko milte to bahut hi khairaat karte"

2- RAAT KI NAMAZ:



Aap(sws) ka farmaan hai:- " jo shakhs iman ke saath aur talbe sawaab ke liye ramadhan ki raat me namaaz padhta hai uske pahle ke gunaah bakhsh diye jaayege"


(bukhari,muslim)


aur aap(sws) ramadhan ul mubarak ki raton me jaagte they aur aakhiri das(ten) raaton me apne ghar walon aur har chhote bade ko jo namaz padh sakta tha bedaar karte they"

3-TILAWAT E QUR'AN E KAREEM:



rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam ramdhan ul mubarak me zyadati se tilawat karte they aur jibreel(as) bhi ramadhan ul mubarak me aap(sws) ke saath qur'an paak ka daur karte they"

aap(sws) qayam e ramadhan me qirat dusre ayyam ke muqable me lambi karte They, ek raat huzaifa ra ne aap(sws) ke saath qayaam kiya to aap(sws) ne surah baqarah padhi phir aale imraan aur phir surah nisa, jab aap(sws) ayat chhoti padhte to thahar jaate aur sawaal karte abhi, do rakate nahi padhi thin ki hz bilaal ra aa gaye aur subah ki namaz ki khabar di jaisa ki hadith me aaya hai:

aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:-" roza aur qur'an bande ke liye qiyamat ke din sifarish karenge, roza kahega, aiy rabb! Maine ise din me khaane aur peene se roka tha, aur qur'an kahega ki maine ise raat ke waqt sone se roka tha to hamari( iske haq me) sifarish qubool farma"

4-EHTEQAAF ME BAITHNA:



Allah ki qareebi haasil karne ke liye ibadat ke liye masajid me rahna ehtikaaf hai, aap(sws) ehtikaaf me baithte they aur wafaat tak ramadhan ul mubarak ki aakhiri das(ten) raaton me masjid me ehtikaaf aap(sws) ka mamool raha, jaisa ki sahih hadith me waarid hai:

aap(sws) ne farmaya:- " masajid har muttaqi ka ghar hai aur allah taala ne us shakhs ke liye jiska ghar masajid hai khushi, rahmat, aur pul-siraat se guzarne par apni khushi yani jannat ki kifaalat di hai"

5- UMRAH KARNA:


Ramadhan ul mubarak me allah ke ghar ki ziyarat, tawaaf aur sai safa wa marwa karna umra hai( isme ahraam aur niyat bhi zaroori hai)


aap(sws) ka irshaad hai:- " ramadhan me umra karna mere saath hajj karne ke( sawaab ke) barabar hai"

" ek ke baad dusra umrah beech ke gunahon ke liye kaffara hai"

AURTON(WOMAN) KE SAATH KAISA SULOOK KIYA JAAYE?? (HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)

kuch galtiyan aisi hoti hain jinko muqammal taur par khatm karna mumkin nahi hota, kyonki unka talluq kisi aadati(habitual) maamle se hota hai, albatta un galtiyon ko kam ya halqa kiya ja sakta hai, kyonki zyada baareek beeni ke natize me koi haadsa bhi pesh aa sakta hai, jaise ki aurat ka maamla hai, jiske baare me irshaad e nabwi(sws) hai:-


" aurat pasli(bone) se paida hui hai, wah kisi tarah bhi (muqammal taur par) seedhi nahi ho sakti, agar tu usse fayeda uthaana chahe to is tedh ki maujodagi me hi faayeda utha sakta hai, aur agar tu use seedha karne lagega to use todh baithega, iske tootne se muraad talaaq hai"

" main tumko wasiyat karta hun ki aurton se bhalaayi karte rahna, kyonki aurton ki paidaish pasli se hui hai, aur pasli uper ki taraf zyada tedhi hoti hai, agar tu use Seedha karna chahega to todh daalega, aur agar rahne dega to tedhi hi rahegi, main tumko wasiyat karta hun ki aurton ke saath bhalaayi ke rahna"

imam ibne hajar rh ne farmaya: "farmane nabwi sws ", aurton se bhalaayi karte rahna" me yah irshaad hai ki narmi se seedha kiya jaaye, usme na to itni shiddat barti jaaye ki tutne(talaaq) tak ki naubat pahunch jaaye, na use waise hi rahne de ki hamesha tedhi rahe..... Isse malum hota hai ki jab wah apne aadati(habitual) nuks se zyada tedhi ho jaaye yani kisi gunaah ko kare ya kisi farz ko tark kare to use itni tedh ki haamil nahi rahne dena chahiye, hadith ka matlab yah hai ki jayez kamon me uska tedh sahan na karen, is hadith se yah bhi malum hota hai ki dil rakhne ke liye logon se narmi ka sulook karna chahiye, usme aurton se bahtar sulooq ki hidayat bhi hai ki unki galtiyon ko maaf kiya jaaye Aur unki kazi par sabr kiya jaaye, jo jo shakhs unhe bilkul seedha karne ki koshish karega wah unse faayeda uthane se mahroom ho jaayega, haalanki insaan ko ek aurat ki zaroorat to hoti hai. Taaki usse faayeda haasil ho aur zindagi basar karne me uski madad haasil rahe, maano ki nabi(sws) yun farma rahe hain: " isse fayeda sirf isi soorat me uthaya ja sakta hai jab uski kotaahiyon par sabr kiya jaaye"

BIDATIYON KI PAHCHAAN (HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem


Hz amr bin yahya rh se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : maine apne waalid se suna, wah apne waalid se riwayat karte hain ki unhone farmaya: ham log subah ki namaz se pahle hz abdullah bin masood ra ke darwaje par (intezar me) baith jaaya karte the, jab wah ghar se bahar tashrif laate to ham unke saath masjid me jaate, (ek din) hamare paas hz abu musa ashari ra tashrif laaye aur farmaya: kya abhi tak abdurrehman(ibne masood ra) bahar nahi aaye? Hamne kaha: ji nahi, wah bhi hamare saath baith gaye yahan tak ki wah bahar tashrif le aaye, jab wah aaye to ham sab ikatthe hi uthkar unke paas pahunch gaye, abu musa ashari ra ne kaha:- abu abdurrehman! Maine abhi abhi masjid me ek kaam dekha hai jo mujhe ajeeb sa mahsoos huwa hai, waise alhamdulillah maine acchi cheez hi dekhi hai, ibne masood ne kaha: wah kaam kya hai? Unhone kaha: zindagi rahi to jald hi aap bhi dekh lenge, phir farmaya : maine masjid me kuch log namaz ke intezaam me halqe banakar baithe dekhe hain, unke saamne kankariya(peices of small stones) padi hain, har halqe me ek aadmi hai, wah kahta hai: sau(hundred) baar allahu akbar padho, we sau baar allahuakbar kahte hain, phir kahta hai: sau baar la illaha illallah kaho, we sau baar la illaha illallahu kahte hain, phir kahta hai: sau baar subhanallah kaho, we sau baar subhanallahu kahte hain(isi tarah zikr me mashgool hain), hz abdullah bin masud ra ne farmaya: phir aapne unhe kya kaha? Unhone kaha: maine kuch nahi kaha, balki aapki raaye aur huqm ka intezaar kiya, unhone farmaya: aapne unhe yah hukm kyon na diya ki we apne gunaah shumaar karen, aur unhe zamanat kyon na di ki unki koi neki zaaya nahi hogi?


Iske baad wah(masjid ki taraf) chal pade, ham log bhi aapke saath chale , yahan tak ki aap un halqon me se ek halqe ke paas ja khade hue aur farmaya: main tumhe yah Kya karte dekh raha hun? Unhone kaha: aiy abu abdurrahman! Yah kankariya hain, ham unke saath ginkar takbeer, tahleel, aur tasbeeh karte hain, ibne masood ne farmaya:" apne gunah shumar karo, main zamanat deta hun ki tumhari koi neki zaaya nahi hogi,

aiy muhammad (sws) ki ummat! Tum par afsos hai, kitni jaldi tum halaqat ke raaste par chal pade ho, abhi to tumhare nabi(sws) ke sahaba kaafi taydaad me maujood hain, abhi to nabi(sws) ke kapde bhi nahi fate, abhi to nabi(sws) ke bartan bhi nahi toote, kasam hai us zaat ki jiske haath me meri jaan hai, ya to tum muhammad(sws) ke raaste se bhi zyada hidayat waale raaste par ho, ya gumraahi ka raasta khol rahe ho", unhone kaha: abu abdurrehman ! Allah ki kasam hamara iraada to sirf neki ka hai, farmaya: " bahut se log neki ka iraada rakhte hain lekin unhe neki tak pahunchna naseeb nahi hota, janab rasoollullah sws ne hamen yah bataya tha ki kuch log Honge jo qur'an padhege lekin qur'an unke halaq se aage nahi jaayega( dil par qur'an ka koi asar nahi hoga), allah ki kasam! Malum nahi shayad unme se aksar tum log hi ho ", yah kahkar unke paas se chale aaye, hz amr bin salma ra ne farmaya: hamne jang e naharawan me dekha ki zikr ke wah halqe qaayam karne waalon mese aksar afraad kharijion ke saath milkar hamare khilaaf ladh rahe they"

TALIMAAT E NABAWI

Bismillahirahmanirraheem



imam nisai rh ne riwayat ki hai ki abu saeed khudri ra namaz padh rahe they, achanak marwan ra ka beta unke saamne guzarne laga, unhone( ishaare se) roka, wah na ruka, unhone use maara, baccha rone laga aur marwan (ra) ko jaakar bataya, marawa ra ne abu saeed se kaha: " aapne apne bhateeje ko kyon maara? Unhone farmaya: maine ise nahi maara, maine shaitaan ko maara hai, maine janab rasoollullah sws se suna hai, aap (sws) ne irshad farmaya:-" jab koi shaks namaz padh raha ho aur uske saamne koi insan guzarna chaahe to jahan tak ho sake use roke, agar na ruke to usse lade, wah shaitaan hai"


(sunan nisai, kitabul qasamah baab 47, hadith 4877, allama albani ne sahih kaha hai, dekhen-- sahih sunan nisai 4518)


hadith me aaya hai ki:

" khilafat tees saal(thirty years) tak nubuwwat ke tareeqe par chalegi phir sultanate ho jaayegi"


(sunan abu dawud baab fi khilafah hadith 7464)





Hz mughira bin shaiba ra se riwayat hai ki janab rasoollullah (sws) ne khana(food) tanawul farmaya, phir namaz ki iqamat hui to nabi(sws) namaz ke liye uth khade hue, aap(sws) ne usse pahle wuzu kiya huwa tha, lekin main(dobara) wuju ke liye paani le aaya, huzur (sws) ne mujhe jhidak diya, farmaya: "peeche raho", mujhe isse bahut taqleef hui, namaz ke baad maine hz umar (ra) ko yah baat batayi, unhone arz kiya: " aiy allah ke nabi! Mughira ra aapke daantne ki wajah se bahut dilgeer hain, we darte hain ki aapke dil me unse naraazgi to nahi, nabi (sws) ne farmaya: " mere dil me to uske liye acche khayal hi hain, lekin wah mere paas wuzu ke liye paani le aaya tha, haalanki maine sirf khana khaya tha, agar wuzu karta to mere dekhe me sab log(khana kha kar) wuzu karte (jisse ummat ke liye mashakkat hoti)"

Hz jaabir ra se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya: " ham log safar(journey) me the ek sahabi ko patthar laga jisse unke sar(head) me zakhm aa gaya, uske baad unhe neend me nahane ki haajat ho gayi, unhone apne hamsafar sahaba kiraam ra se masla poocha aur kaha: " kya aapke ilm ke mutabik mere liye tayammum karna jayez hai? Unhone kaha: hamare khayal me to aapko yah izaazat haasil nahi, kyonki paani maujood hai, chunanche unhone ghusl kiya jiske nateeje me wah mar gaye, jab ham nabi(sws) ki khidmat me pahunche to yah waqeya bhi arz kiya, nabi sws ne farmaya:

" unhone use qatl kar diya, allah unhe qatl kare! Agar unhe malum nahi tha to unhone (kisi saahibe ilm se) pooch kyon na liya? Kyonki la ilmi ka ilaaj sawaal karna hai"

Hz usama bin zaid ra wah shaks hain jinse aap (sws) ko bahut muhabbat thi aur unke waalid se bhi bahut muhabbad thi, lekin iske bawajood jab unhone allah ki muqarar karda hudood me se ek hadd ke baare me sifarish karne ki koshish ki to janab rasoollullah sws ne unhe sakhti se khabardaar karte hue farmaya, chunanche

hz aisha ra ne bayan farmaya ki nabi akram (sws) ke zamane fatah makkah ke dino me jis aurat ne chori ki thi, use baare me quraish ke logon ko bahut fikr hui(ki uska haath kaat diya jaayega), unhone kaha: uske baare me janab rasoollullah (sws) ki khidmat me arz kaun karega? Tab unhone kaha: yah zurrat to sirf usama bin zaid ra hi kar sakte hain jo aap (sws) ko bahut pyaare hain, jab us khatonn ko nabi(sws) ke saamne pesh kiya gaya to hz usama bin zaid ra ne uske baare me arz kiya, is par aap (sws) ke chehre mubarak ka rang(ghusse ki wajah se) badal gaya, aur farmaya: " kya tu allah ke Hudood me se ek hadd ke baare me shafaat karta hai?" usama (ra) ne (apni galti ka ahsas karte hue) arz kiya: ya rasoollullah! Mere liye allah se maghfirat ki duwa farmaiye,

shaam ko aap(sws) ne khade hokar khutba diya, pahle allah ki badhai farmayi, phir irshaad farmaya:-" allah ki tareekon ke baad saaf ho ki tumse pahle log isi wajah se halaaq hue ki unme jab koi uncha shakhs chori karta tha to use chhod dete they, aur jab koi kamzor shakhs chori kar leta tha to us par hadd laagu(naafez) kar dete they, mujhe us zaat ki qasam jis ke haath me meri jaan hai, agar muhammad(sws) ki beti fatima ra bhi chori karti to main uska bhi haath kaat deta"

phir aap sws ne us chori karne waali aurat ke baare me huqm diya to uska haath kaat diya gaya"
