NIKAH KE MASAIL

NIKAH KI FAZILAT:



Nikah ka lugwi maana hai aisa contract jiske nateeje me mard aur aurat ek dusre par halaal ho jaayen



" nikah karna sunnat hai iski haisiyat rakhne ke bawajood nikah na kare wah nabi(sws) ke tareeqe par nahi hai jo shakhs zina se bachne ke liye nikah karta hai allah uski madad karta hai nikah na karne se zameen me fasaad paida hota hai nikah karne se jitni miyan biwi me muhabbat hoti hai aur kisi me nahi hoti, nikah aadha deen hai mardo ke liye aurton se badkar koi fitna nahi"

" kunwari larki se nikah karna behtar hai maal wa khoobsoorti hasab nasab ka khyaal na kare balki deen daar aurat se nikah kare, musalman ke liye nek aurat se badhkar aur koi cheez nahi hai jis nikah me kam kharch ho usme barkat zyada hoti hai,

jis aurat se nikah karna chahta hai use ek baar dekh le kyonki ek baar dekhne se muhabbat paida hogi, nikah ke waqt Aurat se izazat lena zaroori hai agar kunwari hai to uska chup rahna kaafi hai aur talaaqshuda ko zabaan se kahna chahiye, bina sarparast ke nikah sahi nahi agar koi wali na ho to haakim wali hai ek aadmi ke paighaam ke hote dusre ko paighaam dena mana hai"

JINSE NIKAH JAYEZ NAHI:


1- sauteli maa

2- sagi maa

3- beti

4-bahan

5- fufi

6- khala

7- bhateeji

8- bhaanji

9- dhoodh wali maa (daai)

10- saas

11- biwi ki beti jo pahle shauhar se ho

12- sage beton ki biwi se

13- do sagi bahno se ek saath


nikah me biwi aur uski fufi ko jama karna haraam hai aur isi tarah biwi wa uski khaala ka jama karna bhi haram hai, musalman mard ka nikah mushrika aurat se aur musalman aurat ka nikah mushrik mard se haraam hai, behtar hai ki mushrika ke mukaable me musalman laundi se nikaah kare isi tarah iman wali aurat ghulam se nikah kare magar mushrik mard se nikah na kare,

magar Musalmano ko yahudion wa isaayion ki paak daaman aurton se nikah karna jayez hain

JAWAAN AULAAD KI SHAADI:



"Jawan ladke aur ladkiyon ka nikah kar dena chahiye, hadith me hai agar ladki 12 saal ki ho gayi ho aur uska nikah nahi huwa aur usse zina ho gaya to uska gunaah baap par hai, iski tarah jab ladka baaligh ho jaaye to fauran nikah kar dena chahiye warna agar zina kar baitha to uska gunah baap par hoga"

" agar ek se zyada biwiyan ho to unke beech insaaf wa baari muqarrar karna wajib hai, khilaane pilaane wa raat guzaarne me insaaf karna wajib hai magar muhabbat me kami zyadati me koi pakad nahi

agar pahli biwi ke hote huwe kunwari aurat se nikah kare to 7 raat kunwari ke paas rahe phir baari muqarrar kare, aur shadi shuda aurat ko kunwari par kare to 3 raat uske paas rahkar baari muqarrar kare, agar aurton ke saath insaaf Na karega to qayamat ke din is haalat me allah ke saamme laaya jaayega ki uska aadha jism gira hoga

aur aurton ka mard par haq hai ki jo khaaye waisa hi khilaaye jaisa pahle waisa hi pahnaaye iske muh par na maare, bura na kahe, naraazgi ki surat me ghar se bahar na soye agar zarurat pesh aaye to maamuli se maar maare, zabaan daraaz hai to talaaq de de"
