Jis Tarah Waalidain Ke Aulaad Par Huqooq Hain Usi Tarah Aulaad Ke Kuch Huqooq Waalidain Par Bhi Hain, 

Dusre Mazham Me Maa Baap Ke Huqppq Ki Toh Nishaan'dehi Ki Hai Lekin Aulaad Ke Huqooq Ke Maamle me kuch Ni Kaha, 

Islam Ko Chunki Har Tabqe Ke Afraad Ki Kaarkardgi Ki Islaah Karna Aur Mu'aashre Me Aitedaal Qaayem Karna Tha, Lihaaza Isme Aulaad Ke Mutaallil Bhi Waalidain Ko Paaband Kiya Gaya Hai, 

Iski Buniyaad Sayyedena Hz Anas (ra) Se Marwi Wah Hadith Hai 

Jisme Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne Farmaya "Jo Hamare Chhote Par Shafqat Na Kare Aur Bade Ki Izzat Na Kare Wah Ham Mese Nahin"

Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ka Yah Irshaad E Mubarak Chhoton Aur Badon Ke Aapas Ke Huqooq Ki Buniyaad hai,

 Is Taaleem Ke Zariye Se Islam Ne Maathat Afsaron, Mulaazimon, Aaqaaon ; Buzurgon, Aur

Azeezon Me Rabt Wa Zabt Ki Shaandar Imaarat Qaayem Ki Hai,

1- ISLAM SE PAHLE WAALIDAIN KI SANG'DILI AUR ISLAM KI TAALEEM:

Islam se Pahle Ahle Arab Apne Ladkiyon Ko Zinda Dafan Kar dete They,

Hindu Bhi Apni Ladkiyon Ko Qatl kar dete they,

Bewaon Ko Khud'kusi Karne par Majboor Kiya Jaata Tha, Usko sati Ki Rasm Kaha Jaata Tha,

Islam Ne Is Tamam rasmon Ko Khatm kar Diya,

Aulaad Ko Maar Daalne Ki Bajaaye Unki Hifaazat Ka Huqm Diya,

Allah Taala Farmata Hai

" Aur Apni Aulaad Ko Tang'dasti" Ki Darr Se Qatal Na Karo, Ham Hi Tumhe Aur Unhe Rizq Dete Hain"

(Surah Anaam 151)

Matlab Yah Hai Ki Waalidain Ka Aulaad Par Pahla Haq Yah Hai Ki Wah Unki Hifaazat karen,

Aur Us Pahle Haq Me Yah Shaamil Hai Ki Maayen Apne Bacche Ko Dhoodh Pilaayen, Kyonki Usi Dhoodh Se Unki Nasho'numa Hogi,

Unke Andar Kuwwat Wa Tawaanaayi Aayegi Aur Yun Unki Hifaazat Hogi,

Maaon Ke Us Haq Ko Allah Taala Ne Yun Bayan Farmaya Hai

" Maayen Apne Aulaad Ko 2 Saal Kaamil Dhoodh Pilaayen Jinka Iraada Dhoodh Pilaane Ki Muddat Poori karne ka Ho Aur Baap Ke Zimme Dastoor Ke Mutabik Un Maaon Ka Roti Kapda Hai "

(Surah Baqarah 266)

Agar Maa Kisi Wajah se Bachhe Ko Dhoodh Nahin Pila Sakti , Toh Islam Ne Yah Ijaazat Di Hai Ki Waalidah Ke Elaawa Dusri Aurat Bacche ko Dhoodh Pila De, Use Razayi Maa Kahte Hain,

Islam Me Razaayi Maa Ka Darja Bhi Kareeban Haqeeqi Maa Ke Baraabar Hai,

Maa Bimari aur Kamzori Ki Soorat Me Apne Bacche Ki Aam Dhoodh Se Bhi Parwarish Kar Sakti Hai, Maqsad Mu'ayyan Muddat Tak Dhoodh Pilaana Hai Taaki Uski Nasho'numa Munaasib taur Par Ho,

Waalid Par Farz Yah Hai Ki Bacche Aur Uski Walidah Ki Kafaalat Kare, Unke Kharch Bardaasht Kare,

Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne farmaya

"Jo Raham Nahin Karta, Us Par Raham Nahin Kiya Jaayega"

Sayyida Hz Aisha (ra) Bayan Karti Hain Ki
Ek Dehati Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ke Paas Aaya Aur Poocha:-" Kya Aap Bacchon Ko Choomte Hain? Ham Toh Unko Nahin Choomte"

Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne Farmaya:-" Agar Allah Ne tere Dil Se Rahmat Ko Nikaal Diya Hai Toh Main Tere liye Kya Kar Sakta Hoon"

Waalidain Par Aulaad Ka Ek Haq Yah Bhi Hai Ki Apni Aulaad Ke Darmiyaan Tafreek Na kare, 

Kyonki Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne Aulaad Ke Darmiyaan Musaawat Qayem Karne ka Huqm Farmaya Hai ,

Jaisa Ki Ek Sahabi Ne Apne Beton Mese Kisi Ko Ek Ghulam Hiba (gift) Kiya, Chaahte they Ki Us Baat Par Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Gawaah Hon,

Aap Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne Unse Poocha :-" Kya Tumne Apne Har Bete Ko Ek Ghulam Hiba Kiya Hai?"

Unhone Arz Kiya:-" Ji Nahin"

Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne Farmaya :-" Main Aise Zaalimaana Atiye Par Gawah Nahin Banunga "

Hamare Yahan Baaz Waalidain Yah Karte Hain Ki Kisi Ek Ladke Ke Zer e Asar Hone Ki Wajah Se Ya Unki Khidmat Se Mutaassir Hokar Apni Jaaydad Apni Zindagi Hi Me Uske Naam Kar Dete Hain, Aisa Karna Mu'allime Insaaniyat Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ki Taalimaat Ke Khilaaf Hai,

Ladka Maa Baap Ki Khidmat Karta Hai Toh apna Farz Ada Karta Hai Us Farz Ki Adaauegi Ke Silsile Me Wah Jannat Ka Haqdaar Banta Hai,

Lekin Waalidain Ke Liye Munaasib nahin Ki Adal Wa Insaaf Ka Pahlu Haath Se Jaane Den Aur Kam Khidmat Karne Waale Nalayak Aulaad Ko Jaaydaad Se Mahroom Kar den,

Unki Yah Mahroomi Kya Kam Hai Ki Waalidain Unko Pasand ni Karte,

Aulaad Ka Ek Haq Yah Hai Ki Waalidain Unki Rizq E Halal Se Parwarish Karen,

Maayen Bhi Yah Khyaal Rakhen Ki Ayyam e Hamal Aur Dhoodh Pilaane Ke Dino Me Bacche Ki Parwarish Haram Maal Se Na Ho, Yaani 
 Maa Baap Halal Luqma Hi Khaayen,Warna Baccha Bada Hokar Haram Aur Halal Me Tameez Nahin Kar Sakega,


Iski Misaal Mulaaheza Kijiye,

" Sayyidena Hz Hasan (ra) Chhote se They, Unhone Sadqe Ki Ek Khajoor Uthaakar Muh Me Daal Li. Nabi e Akram sallalaho Alaihi wasallam Ne Muh Me Ungali Daalkar Fauran Ugalwaayi Aapne Us waqt Farmaya Ki Sadqa Aal E Muhammad Par Haraam Hai"

Waalidain Khud Bhi Halaal LUqma Khaayen , Tab Hi Wah Aulaad Ko Halal Khila Sakenge...
