 Per Islam aisa wahid Mazhab hai jahan Ghareeb Ameer , Gora Kala, Malik Naukar sab ek hi Saff mein Kandhe se Kandha milaker apne Rab k samne khadey hote hain .Ek Naukar bhi Malikon ki Imamat karsakta hai ek Kam Tabqe ka Shaks bhi Ameer k kandhe se kandha milaker Namaz ada kerta hai .Gharz ye ke Insan ko uske Neik Awsaaf se pahchana jata hai na ke Rang Roop Ya Paise se .SubhanAllah !
 

 Ye Islam ki Khoobsurti hai jiski misaal Duniya k kisi bhi Mazhab aur Society mein nahi milegi.Alhumdul lilah Hum hai Musalman !!!

Question : Jab Yah Maloom Hai Ki Mayyat Ko Masjid Mai Dafan Karna Jaiz Nahi Aur Jis Masjid Mai Qabar Ho Us Mai Namaz Parna Jaiz Nahi To Phir Rasoolullah s.a.w Aur Baaz Sahaba Karam R.A. Ki Qabro Ko Masjid Nabvi Mai Dakhil Kerne Ki Kya Hikmat Hai? 

Answer : 

Rasool Allah s.a.w Se Yah Sabit Hai Ki App Ne Farmaya: 

"Allah Ta'ala Yahod-o-Nasara Par la'anat Farmaye K Inhone Apne Anmbiya Ki Qabaro Ko Masjiden Bana Liya Tha." 

[Sahi Al-Bukhari 1330, Sahi Muslim 529, Sunan An-Nasa'i 704, Ahmad 5: 204 Aur Al-Muwatta 85] 

Isi Tarh Yah Bhi Hazrat Aisha R.A Se Marvi Sahi Hadis Se Sabit Hai: 

"Hazrat Umm Salma R.A. Aur Hazrat Habiba R.A. Ne Rasool Allah s.a.w Ki Khidmat Mai Aik Girja Ka Zikr Kiya Jise Inhone Habsha Mai Dekha Tha Aur Is Mai Tasveere Bani Huwi Thee' Rasool Allah s.a.w Ne Farmaya: 

"Un Logo Mai Agar Koi Naik Admi Faot Hota To Is Ki Qabar Par Masjid Bana Lete Aur Is Mai Yah Tasveere Bhi Banate Wah Log Allah Ta'ala Ke Nazdeek Sab Se bad'tareen Makhlooq Hain." 

[Sahi Al-Bukhari 427, 434, 1341 , Sahi Muslim. 528, Sunan An-Nasa'i 705 Aur Ahmad 6: 51.] 

Hazrat Jandab Bin Abdulullah Bijli R.A Se Riwayat Hai Ki Mai Ne Rasool Allah s.a.w Ko Irshad Farmaty Huwe Suna Ki : 

"Allah Ta'ala Ne Mujhe Apna Khaleel Bana Liya Hai' Jis Tarah Allah Ne Hazrat Ibrahim A.S. Ko Apna Khalil Banaya Tha. Agar Mai Ummat Mai Se Kisi Ko Apna Khalil Banata To Abu Bakar R.A. Ko Khalil Banata' Tum Mai Se Pahle Log Apne Nabiyo Aur Waliyo Ki Qabaro Ko Masjiden Bana Laite The' Khabardar! Tum Qabaro Ko Masjide Na Banana' Mai Tumhe Is Se Mana Karta Hoon." 

[Sahi Muslin 532, Al-Hakim 2: 550.] 

Hazrat Jabir R.A.Se Riwayat Hai: "Nabi Kareem s.a.w Ne Qabar Ko Choona Gach (pukhta) Karne' Is Par Bethne Aur Is Emarat Banane Se Mana Farmaya Hai." 

[Sahih Mislim 970.]

 Yah Hadis Aur Is Maf'hom Ki Deegar Ahadees Is Bat Par Dalalat Karti Hain Ki Qabaro Par Masjide Banana Haram Hai Aur Aisa Kerne Walo Par Rasul s.a.w Ne La'anat Farmai Hai' Isi Tarh Yah Ahaadis Is Baat Par Bhi Dalalat Karti Hain Ki Qabaro Par Emarte Banana' Qubey Ta'ameer Karna Aur Inhe Choona Gach Karna Haram Hai Kyo Ki Yah Shirk Aur Gair Allah Ki Ibadat Ke Asbab Mai Se Hai 

Jaisa Ki Qadeem-o-Jadeed Dour Ki Tarikh Shahid Hai Lehaza Dunia Bhar Ke Musalmano Par Yah Wajib Hai Ki Allah Aur Is Ke Rasool s.a.w Ne Qabro Par Emarat Banane' Qabro Ko Masjid Banane' In Par Qubey Ta'amir Karny' Inhe Choona Gach Karne Aur In Per Chirag Jalane Se Jo Mana Farmaya Hai' Is Se Aur Deegar Kamo Se Ejtanab Kare' Jin Se Rasool Allah s.a.w Ne Mana Farmaya Hai 

Aur Aksar Log Jo Kuch Kar Rahe Hain Is Se Garib Khurdah Na Ho Q Ki Haq To Momin ki mata Gum Shudah Hai' Momin Jab Bhi Haq Ka Pata Chal Jata Hai Aur Haq Kitab-o-Sunnat Ke Dalaeel Se Maloom Hota Hai' Logo Ke Ara Aur Amaal Se Nahi. 

Allah k Rasool Hazrat Mohammad s.a.w Aur Ap Ke Sahibeen R.A. Ki Tadfeen Masjid Mai Nahi Ki Gai Thi Balki In Muqaddas Hastiyo Ki Tadfeen Hazrat AIsha R.A. k Hujrah Mai Huwi Thi. 
Jab Waleed Bin Abdul Mulk Ke Aihad Mai Masjid Nabvi Mai Tousee Huwi To Pahli Sadi Hijri Ke Akhir Mai Hujrah Ko Masjid Mai Dakhil Kar Diya Gaya Lehaza Waleed Ka Yah Amal Masjid Mai Dafan K Huqam Nai Nahi Hai Q Ki Rasool Allah s.a.w Aur Sahibeen Ko Arz Masjid Ki Taraf Muntaqil Nahi Kiya Gaya Lehaza Yah Amal Kisi Ke Liye Qabro Par Emarat Banane Ke Jawaz Ki Daleel Nahi Ban Sakta Ya Is Se Yah Sabit Nahi Hota Ki Qabaro Par Masjiden Banana Ya Masjido Mai Dafan Karna Jaiz Hai Q KI Yah Sahi Ahaadis Jo Abhi Zikr Ki Hain' In Se In Sab Bato Ki Muma'anat Sabit Hoti Hai Aur Rasool Allah s.a.w Ki Sahi Sunnat Ke Khilaf Waleed Ka Amal Kisi Ke Liye Hujjat Nahi.

 "Allah Subhanahu ne lapet liya Zameen ko Mere liye (yani sab Zameen ko Mere samney kar diya) To Mainey uska Purab aur Pachchim dekha aur Meri Hukumat wahan tak pahuchegi jaha tak Zameen Mujhko dikhlayee gayee Aur Mujhko Do khazaney miley Surkh aur Safed Aur Mainey Dua ki apney Allah se ki Meri Ummat ko ek hi martaba qahat se halak na karna aur un par kisi aisey Dushman ko musallat na karna jo Sari Ummat ko halak kar de , Mere Allah ne farmaya,

" Eh Muhammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ! Main jab koi Hukm kar deta hun phir wo nahi palat ta, aur Mainey Aapki ye Duayein qubul ki Main Aapki ummat ko Aam qahat se halak na karunga aur na un par kisi aisey Dushman ko musallat karunga jo Sari Ummat ko halak kar de chahey zameen ke tamam log iskey liye ek saath ho jaye ( ki musalmano ko tabah karney ke liye lekin unko bilkul Tabaah NA kar sakegey) yahan tak ki khud Musalman ek dusrey ko halak karengey aur ek dusrey ko Qaid karengey ".

Hajje Badal Karne Wala Shakhs Qaribi Rishtedar Ho Ye Zaruri Nahi Dusra Bhi Ho Sakta Hai Q Ki Rasul s.a.w Ne Hajj Ko Qarz Ke Sath Tasbih Di Hai Aur Ye Zahir Hai Ki Iska Qarz Dusra Koi Bhi Shakhs Ada Kar Sakta Hai Jesa Ki Rasul s.a.w Garibo Ke Qarz Ki Adayagi Ke Zamanati Ban Jaya Karte Neez Mard Ki Janib Se Aurat Aur Aurto Ki Janiab Se Mard Hajje Badal Kar Sakta Hai - 

Umrah Badal Bhi Kiya Ja Sakta Hai Sayyidina Abu Zar Bin Aqili r.a Ne Kaha Ai Allah Rasul s.a.w Mera Bap Bahut Budha Hai, Wo Hajj Wa Umrah Karne Ki Taqat Nahi Rakhta To Apne Kaha Apne Bap Ki Janib Se Hajj Aur Umrah Karo -

Hadith: Allah subhanahu us ( janazae ) ke haq mein unki shafa’at qubul karta hai

Abdullah bin Abbas Radhi Allahu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jis musalman ke janaze mein chalis (40) aadmi aise ho jinhone Allah subhanahu ke saath kisi ko sharik nahi kiya ho to Allah subhanahu us ( janazae ) ke haq mein unki shafa’at qubul karta hai
{Sahih Muslim, Vol 2, 2199}

The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said If any Muslim dies and forty men who associate nothing with Allah stand over his prayer (they offer prayer over him), Allah will accept them as intercessors for him.

Hayatun nabi sallallahu alaih wassalam

Hazrat auws bin auws raziyallahu anh farmate hain,
ki rasoolallah sallallahu alaih wasallam ne irshad farmaya,
Tumhare dino me sabse afzal juma ka din hai,
Isi din hazrat aadam alaihissalam paida huye,
Isi roz inka inteqaal hua,
Isi roz soor phonka jaayega,
Isi din behoshi taari hogi,
Is liye is din mujh par darood bheja karo,
kyonki tumhare darood mere saamne pesh kiye jaate hain,
Logon ne arz kiya .
Ya rasoolallah sallallahu alaih wasallam hamaare darood aap sallallahu alaih wasallam par kis tarha pesh kiye jaate hain, jabki huzoor {sallallahu alaih wasallam } ka jism mubarak mahfooz na hoga, .
Aap sallallahu alaih wasallam ne farmaya ji allah jalle shanahu ne . Anbiyaa alaihimussalam ke jismon ko zameen par haraam kar diya hai, ? .

Hazraat anbiya alaihimussalam ki qabr me zindagi haq hai,
Dekhiye allamah sakhaavi rahmatullah alaih likhte hain
ki ham emaan laate hain,
aur tasdeeq karte hain,
ki huzoor sallallahu alaih wasallam apni qabr shareef me zindah hain. .
Aur aap sallallahu alaih wasallam ko rizq diya jaata hai,
Aur aap sallallahu alaih wasallam ke jism mubarak ko mitti nahi khaati. .
Isi par ummat ka ijmaa hai,
Al qaulul badee, safha 125,
Hafiz ibn qayyim rahmatullah alaih likhte hain,
ki hazraat anbiya alaihimussalam ki arwaah ke saath,
aan hazrat sallallahu alaih wasallam ki rooh mubarak,
rafeeq aala me hai.
Maa haaza,
aap sallallahu alaih wasallam ki rooh mubarak ka badan shareef ke saath aisa rabt o ta,alluq hai, .
Jiski wajah se aap sallallahu alaih wasallam salaam karne wale ka jawab dete hain? .

Maa Ki Goad (Lap) Bacche Ke Liye Pahli Aur BahtareeN Dars'gaah Hai, Haqeeqat Me Insaan Ki Seerat Maa Ki Goad Me Banti Aur Sawarti Hai, Bacche Ka Sabse Zyada Raabta Maa Ke Saath Hota Hai Aur Baccha Maa Aur Uske Mahaul Ka Asar Qubool Karta Hai,

LihaazA Waalidah Hi Bacche Ko Ibtedaayi Taaleem De Taaki Use Deen e Fitrat Yaani Islam Ki Khoobiyon Ka Ilm Ho Aur Uski Zindagi Islam Ke Saanche Me Dhhal Sake,

Islam Me Sirf Zaati Nijaat Kaafi Ni hai, Islam Ye Zimmedari Har Shakhs ke Supurd Karta Hai Ki Wah Dusron Ke Nijaat Ka Bhi Bando'bast Kare,

Khaandaan Ke Sar'barah Ka Yah Farz Hai Ki Wah Ahlo Ayaal Ki Aisi Tarbiyat Kare Ki Waah Allah Ki Azmat Ke Qaayel Hon, Allah Ke Ahkaam Ko Maane Aur Aakhirat Ki Fiqr Karen,

Dunyawi Khush'hali Ke Elaawa Abdi Zindagi Me Sur'khuru Ka Khyaal Karen, Jaisa Ki Allah Taala Ka Farmaan Hai,

" Aiy Imaan Walon ! Tum Apne Aapko Aur apne Ahl O ayal Ko Us Aag Se Bachaao Jiska Eeindhan (fuel) Insaan Aur Patthar Hain"

Q:

Mufti sahab aaj hamare yahake imam sab se bahot bahas huvi topi ke upar, kahte hai ahale hadis topi ko ahamiat q nahi dete kahte hai jalaluddin qasmi sahab itana ilm wale hai fir b topi nahi pahente q ?.mere ilm ke liye wazeh kijiye ..?
Kya topi ke baghairr namaz nahi hoti..?

 Sar dhaanke baghair namaz nahi hoti, ye johala (jaahiloun) ka qaul hy na ke ulama ka
 

; Kisi bhi sahi hadis se ye sabit nahi hy ke jisme ye bataya gaya ho ke namaz keliye sar dhaanpna wajib, shart ya zaruri bataya gaya ho,
 

; Na hi imam abuhanifa.rh. ne zaruri qarar diya  Hatta ke baqiya 3 imamo ne bhi zaruri qarar nahi diya
 

; Iske baad shaikh abdul qadir jilani.rh. ki taraf aaiye, onho ne bhi isko wajib o shart nahi qarar diya,
 

; Imam ahmad raza khan ne likha hy :
 

"agar baniyyat aajizi nange sar namaz padhte hyn to koi harj nahi."

iske ilawa  Namaz aur ghairay namaz, dono halato me sar par arban romal daalna bhi saabit hy (na ke choti si dasti)
aur Ospar ring daalna bhi saabit hy jisay arban log aaj bhi daalte hyn . Kabhi kabaar nange sar namaz padhna bhi nabi aur sahaba se sabit hy

; Kisi imam ka khaas rang ki topi, laal, peeli, hari,.. etc., aur kisi khaas type o model ki topi muqarrar kar lena aur apne muridoun ko bhi osi type ki aur osi color ki topi pahenne ko kehna aur mureedo ka osi color aur model ki topi pahenna ye bhi sab bidat hy

 Sar dhankne keliye amama,
Ya topi kesath amaama,
Ya arban romal,
Ya arban romal ke sath ospar ring

Sirf topi ya dasti mashru' nahi hy
 


; Iski haisiyat sunnat ki hy wajib ki nahi
 


Agar koi baghair sar dhaanke namaz padhe chaahay kabhi kabaar ho ya hamesha ho,
namaz hojaati hy
QK sar dhaankna
na to namaz ka rukn hy aur
na hi shart o laazim,
 


; Afzal ye hy ke har momim sunnat ke mutabiq hamesha, na ke sirf namaz keliye,..
amama,
ya topi ke sath amama baandhne,
ya arban romal daalne ki aadat daalay.
