KYA TOPI KE BEGHAIR NAMAZ NAHIN HOTI ???






Fatwa No.166.

Q:

Mufti sahab aaj hamare yahake imam sab se bahot bahas huvi topi ke upar, kahte hai ahale hadis topi ko ahamiat q nahi dete kahte hai jalaluddin qasmi sahab itana ilm wale hai fir b topi nahi pahente q ?.mere ilm ke liye wazeh kijiye ..?
Kya topi ke baghairr namaz nahi hoti..?

Wassalamu ala rasoolillaah
 


 Sar dhaanke baghair namaz nahi hoti, ye johala (jaahiloun) ka qaul hy na ke ulama ka
 

; Kisi bhi sahi hadis se ye sabit nahi hy ke jisme ye bataya gaya ho ke namaz keliye sar dhaanpna wajib, shart ya zaruri bataya gaya ho,
 

; Na hi imam abuhanifa.rh. ne zaruri qarar diya  Hatta ke baqiya 3 imamo ne bhi zaruri qarar nahi diya
 

; Iske baad shaikh abdul qadir jilani.rh. ki taraf aaiye, onho ne bhi isko wajib o shart nahi qarar diya,
 

; Imam ahmad raza khan ne likha hy :
 

"agar baniyyat aajizi nange sar namaz padhte hyn to koi harj nahi."

; Agar muqtadi amama baandhe houn aur imam ke sar par amama na ho to namaz bila takalluf durust hogi.

"mardoun keliye sirf ek hi kapde me namaz jaez hy. Aur imam abu hanifa, abu usuf aur imam muhammad.rh. Ka bhi yahi qaul hy."

"agar khushu o khuzu keliye nange sar namaz padhe to koi muzaiqa nahi balke ye zyada behtar hy."
 

; Is silsilay me bahot saaray ulama e ahle hadees ke bhi mukhtalif fataway hyn
 

 Kitabo, majallat، akhbaaraat aur folders ke zariye se bhi is talluq se mukhtalif andaz me aaj bhi bahot si baatain likhi jaati rehti hyn Sahi dalail ki ru se sabse sahi baat ye hy ki
 

; Hamesha, namaz aur ghairay namaz, sirf amama bandhna sunnatay rasool hy jiska inkar ahadisay sahiha ki jaankari rakhne wala nahi kar sakta aur Hamesha, namaz aur ghairay namaz, topi ke sath amama bandhna sahaba ki sunnat hy

iske ilawa  Namaz aur ghairay namaz, dono halato me sar par arban romal daalna bhi saabit hy (na ke choti si dasti)
aur Ospar ring daalna bhi saabit hy jisay arban log aaj bhi daalte hyn . Kabhi kabaar nange sar namaz padhna bhi nabi aur sahaba se sabit hy


; Hamesha, namaz aur ghairay namaz me nange sar rehna sabit nahi hy
 

; Hamesha, namaz aur ghairay namaz, sar par baghair amama ke sirf topi rakhna bhi sabit nahi hy
 

; Hamesha, ghairay namaz halat me nange sar rehkar sirf namaz ke waqt sar dhaankna, chaahay dasti se ho,
ya topi se,
ya amama se,
ya topi ke sath amama se ho,
saabit nahi hy
 

; Imam ka hamesha nange sar rehna aur sirf namaz ke waqt topi ya amama sar par rakhna sabit nahi hy
 

; Masajid me jo topiyan laakar rakhe jaatay hyn muqtadio ke namaz ke waqt pahenne keliye,
ye intezam bidat hy
 

; Isi tarha baz masajid me imam keliye amama rakha jaata hy ye bhi bidat hy
 

; Koi aadmi nange sar namaz padh raha ho oske sar par topi laakar rakhi jaati hy ye bhi bidat hy
 

; Kisi imam ka khaas rang ki topi, laal, peeli, hari,.. etc., aur kisi khaas type o model ki topi muqarrar kar lena aur apne muridoun ko bhi osi type ki aur osi color ki topi pahenne ko kehna aur mureedo ka osi color aur model ki topi pahenna ye bhi sab bidat hy
 

t; Khulaasa:
 


sar dhaankne ka talluq namaz se nahi hy balke ek momin ki aam zindagi se mutalluq hy
 

 Sar dhankne keliye amama,
Ya topi kesath amaama,
Ya arban romal,
Ya arban romal ke sath ospar ring
mashru' hy
Sirf topi ya dasti mashru' nahi hy
 


; Iski haisiyat sunnat ki hy wajib ki nahi
 


Agar koi baghair sar dhaanke namaz padhe chaahay kabhi kabaar ho ya hamesha ho,
namaz hojaati hy
QK sar dhaankna
na to namaz ka rukn hy aur
na hi shart o laazim,
 


; Afzal ye hy ke har momim sunnat ke mutabiq hamesha, na ke sirf namaz keliye,..
amama,
ya topi ke sath amama baandhne,
ya arban romal daalne ki aadat daalay.
