DAAWA AHTERAAM SAHABA KIRAM(RA) AUR USKI HAQIQAT:




Kitna ajeeb sa lagta hai ki koyi muqallid kahe ki " ghair muqallid(ahle hadith) sahaba ko nahi maante"

aayen zara ghaur karen



kitab wa sunnat me sahaba kiram ra ka jo maqaam wa martaba batlaaya gaya hai, aur khud unhone islaam ki nashr o ishaa'at me jo azeem se azeem qurbaaniya pesh ki hain wah kabhi bhi sahab e imaan ya sahab e bashariya se chhupi hui nahi hai..

Unke baare me allah taala ka yahi irshaad kafi hai

" aur mujaahireen aur ansaar saabiq aur muqaddam hain aur jitne log akhlaas ke saath unke pairo hain allah un sabse raazi huwa aur wah sab usse raazi huwe, aur allah ne unke liye aise baagh muhayya kar rakhe hain jinke neeche naharen(canals) jaari hongi jin me hamesha rahenge, ye badi kaamyaabi hai"

(surah tauba ayat no 100)


isi tarah allah taala ka irshaad hai


" muhammad sallalaho alaihi wasallam Allah ke rasool hain aur jo log unke saath hain kaafiron par shakht hain, aapas me raham dil hai, tu unhen dekhega ke ruku aur sajda kar rahe hain"

(surah fath 29)


in aayaat me sahaba kiram ra ki fazilat, unke uloom o martabe aur azmat e shaan ko waazeh taur par bayaan kiya gaya hai, aur unke fazail wa manaqib me be shumaar hadith waarid hui hain,

unhi me hz abu saeed khudri ra ki ye hadith bhi hai ke rasool akram(sws) ka irshaad mubarak hai:-" mere kisi sahaba ko gaali mat do, agar tumme se koi uhud pahaad(mountain) ke baraabar sona (gold) kharch kar de, phir bhi wah mere ashaab ke kharch kiye hue ek mudd balke aadhe mud ko bhi nahi pahunch sakta"

(sahih bukhari, kitab fazail sahaba 3673)


aur hz imran bin haseen ra ki ye hadith bhi hai, jisme aap(sws) irshaad farmate hain:-" beshak sabse bahtareen mera zamaana hai, uske baad mere baad ke logon ka zamana hai, uske baad inke baad ke logon ka zamana Hai, uske baad unke baad ke logon ka zamaana hai,

sahabi e rasool hz imran bin haseen ra farmate hain:-" mujhe yaad nahi raha ke rasool akram(sws) ne apne zamaane ke baad do martaba zamaana ko afzal qaraar diya ya teen maqtaba"

(sahih bukhari 5/258, 8/3, 11/ 244, hadith no 2651,3650,6428, sahih muslim 2/1962, hadith no 2535)


iske elawa deegar sahih hadith me sahaba kiram ra ke maqaam wa martaba aur unki azmat ko waajeh kiya gaya hai, unse muhabbat aur unki taazeem wa taqreem ko zaroori qaraar diya gaya hai, balke imaan ki alaamat batlaaya gaya hai,

yahi wah wajah hai ke aimma salaf ne aqaaid ke bayaan me sahaba kiram se muhabbat aur inki taazeen wa tauqeer ko bhi islami aqeedah ke ek aham tareen juz ki haisiyat se zikr kiya hai....

Chunanche imam abu haatim rh likhte hain:

" ham tamaam sahaba kiram ke haq me allah tabaarak taala se unpar nazool rahmat ki dua karte hain, unme se kisi ko bhi bure Alfaaz se yaad karne ko jayez nahi samjhte,

kyonke allah taala unke baare me irshaad farmata hai:-" aiy hamare parwardigaar ! Hamen bakhs de, aur hamare un bhaiyyon ko bhi jo ham se pahle imaan la chuke aur imaandaaron ki taraf se hamare dil me keena (aur dushmani) na daal, aiy hamare rabb beshaq tun shafaqat wa maherbaani karne waala hai"

imam abu zar rh se naqal karte hue haafiz ibn hajar rh likhte hain:

" jab tum kisi ko dekho ke kisi sahabi ki tanqees kar raha hai to samjh lo ke wah zindeeq hai, aur ye isliye hah ke rasool barhaq hain, quraan barhaq hain, aur quran ne jo kuch bayaan kiya hai wa barhaq hai, aur un tamaam baaton ko ham tak pahunchaane waale sahabi hi hain, lihaaza sahaba ki aib joyi aur tanqees karne waale ye log hamare gawahon(ham tak deen pahunchane walon) ko majrooh karna chaahte hain, taake wah kitab Wa sunnat ko baatil qaraar de saken, haqiqat ye hai ke yahi log majrooh qaraar diye jaane ki ziyaadah mustahiq hai, balke ye zindeeq hain"

allama tahawi rh apne aqeeda ka izhaar karte hue likhte hain:

" sahaba kiram ra se ham muhabbat karte hain, lekin kisi ki muhabbat me mubaalagah se kaam nahi lete, aur na unme se kisi se buraayi zaahir karte hain, unse bughz wa hasad rakhne waalon aur unki badgoyi karne walon ko mabgoos samjhte hain, ham unka sirf zikr khair hi karte hain, unki muhabbat deen wa imaan aur ahsaan hai, aur unke bughz kufr wa nifaaq aur sarkashi hai"

allama nawawi rh farmate hain:

" jaan lo ! Sahaba kiram ra ko bure alfaaz se yaad karna haraam balke bade haraam kaamon mese hai, khwaah wah aapasi jung ke fitnah me mubtala hue hon ya na hue hon, kyonki in jungon ke baare me unhone ijtehaad aur taaweel se Kaam lekar unme shamooliyat akhtiyaar ki thi ya un se kinaara kash rahe they"

is tarah tamaam aimma e salaf ne sahaba kiram ra ke talluq se kitab wa sunnat ki roshni me unse muhabbat, unki tauqeer wa taazeem aur unke ajlaal wa akraam ke wajood ki sarahat karte hue kisi qism ki unki tanqees aib joyi aur unpar zabaan daraazi ko haraam batlaaya hai,


aimma e salaf ke naqshe qadam par chalte hue ulema e ahle hadith ne bhi isi aqeede ko akhtiyaar kiya hai,

chunancha ahle hadithon ne bhi aqaid ki apni kitabon me balke mauqa aur munasibat se deegar tasneefaat me bhi sahaba kiram se be'gair kis istasna ke muhabbat hai, unki taazeem wa takreem aur tauqeer wa ajlaal ko waajib aur zaroor qaraar diya hai,

chunanche allama shaukaani rh jinhone barre sagheer(hind wa pak) ki jamaat "ahle hadith" ya muqallid ke mutabik "gair muqallid" ka baani samjha jaata hai, likhte hain:



"Bila shaq wa shuba sahabi rasool ka maqaam wa martaba nihaayat hi azeem hai, lekin is raf'at wa bulandi ka talluq fazilat wa buzurgi, darjaat ki bulandi aur inki azmat shaan se hai, ye ek aisa amr muslim hai jisme adni shaq wa shubah ki gunjaaish nahi hai aur yahi wajah hai ke ( allah taala ki raah me kharch kiye huwe) unke ek mudd ko dusron ke pahaadon ke maanind sadqe nahin pahunch sakte"

isi tarah barre sageer ki jamaat ahle hadith ke motbar aalim hz nawab siddeeq hasan khan rh ne aqaid se muttalik apni kitab " qatful shamr fi bayaan aqeedah ahlul asr" me sahaba kiram ra wa ahle bait ra se muhabbat ke wajoob par ek taaweel fasl (jild)taiyyar ki hai,

fasl ke shuruaat zel alfaaz se karte hue likhte hain:

" ahle sunnat ke buniyaadi aqaid me ye bhi shaamil hai ke sahaba kiram ra ke baare me wah apne dil ko saaf rakhen"

aur likha hai


" jis shakhs ne bhi sahaba Kiram ra ki paakeeza seerat ka aur allah taala ne unko jin fazail wa manaqib aur karaamaat se nawaaza tha, duniya wa aakhirat me jo buland darjaat inko ata kiye they unka ilm wa baseerat ke saath mutaalah karega use bila shaq wa shubah muqammal aur yaqeen ke saath ye baat maalum ho jaayegi ke sahaba kiram ra ki jamaat ambiya kiram ke baad sabse bahtar jamaat thi, aisi bahtar jamaat na pahle kabhi thi aur na baad me kabhi hogi, ummat e muhammadia jisko khair e ummat ka laqab haasil hai aur jo allah taala ke nazdeek sab se mahboob ummat hai us ummat ke ye muntakhab aur chuninda log hain"

jin nawab wahiduzzaman hydrabaadi ka naam lekar ahle hadith ko badnaam karne ki koshish ki jaati hai, balke hind wa paak ki jamaat ahle hadith ko muqammal taur par gustakh sahaba qaraar diya jaata hai, aur raafzi kaha jaata hai,

yahi nawab sahab sahaba kiram ra ke talluq se likhte hain




" jamhoor ulema ka yahi qaul hai ke jisne aap(sws) ko ek baar bhi dekha ho wah sahaabi hai, ba'sharte ke musalmaan ho, pas hz muhammad(sws) ka ek baar dekhna aisa sharf hai ke saari umr ka ibaadat aur mujaahda uske baraabar nahin ho sakta, kuch ne kaha awliya allah jin sahaba ke martaba ko nahin pahunch sakte , unse muraad wah sahaba hain jo aapki sohbat me rahe aur aap se istefaadah kiya aapke saath jihaad kiya, magar yah qaul marjuh hai"

hamare peer sayyed abdul qaadir jeelani farmate hain ke:- "koi wali adni sahabi ke martabah ko nahi pahunch sakta, aur ek buzurg se naqal kiya hai:- unhone kaha, wah ghubaar jo hz muawiya ra ke ghode ki faak me daakhil huwa ho, umar bin abdul aziz khaleefa se jo bade aadil aur muttabe sunnat they itne darjah afzal hain"

Imam bukhari rh ne apni sahih me hz abu darda ra se ek riwayat taaweel hadith riwayat ki hai, jisme mazkoor hai ke hz abu baqr ra wa hz umar ra ke beech kaha suni ho gayi thi, us mauqe se rasool akram(sws) ne hz abu bakr ra ke mutaallik ek nihaayat azeem baat kahi thi,

us par nawab wahiduzzaman hyderabadi ne apne taasaraat ka izhaar kiya hai, bhaiyyon ! Nawab sahab ke taasaraat mulaaheza farmaayen aur ghaur karen kya koi "shia" is qism ki baat kah sakta hai, pahle hadith ka tarjuma pesh karte hain, uske baad nawab wahiduzzaman ke taasaraat:


hz abu darda ra farmate hai ke main aap(sws) ke paas baitha tha, itne me hz abu bakr ra aaye, aapne kapde ka kona uthaaye, apne ghutne khole, huzoor (sws) ne farmaya:-" tumhare sahab( yani abu bakr ra) kisi se ladh kar aayen hain, unhone salaam kiya (huzoor 'sws' ko, aur baithe) phir kahne lage mujhme aur khattab ke bete (yani hz umar ra) me kuch takraar ho Gayi thi, maine jaldi me unko shakht wa sat kah diya, phir main sharmindah huwa aur unse maafi chaahi, lekin unhone inkaar kiya, ab main aap (ke) paas aaya hun (aap unko samjhaayen), ye sun kar huzoor (sws) ne farmaya:- abu bakr ! Allah tumko bakhshe, teen baar yahi farmaya, phir aisa huwa ke hz umar ra sharmindah hue, aur hz abu bakr ra ke ghar par aaye, poocha abu bakr hain ?? Logon ne kaha nahi hain, aakhir hz umar ra bhi huzoor(sws) ke paas aaye, aapko salaam kiya, aapke(sws) chahre ka rang badalne laga, hz abu bakr ra dare (kahin aap hz umar ra par khafa na hon), wah dono baithe, aur arz kiya, ya rasoollullah ! Khata meri thi,(maine hi umar ko shakht wa sat kaha tha), us waqt huzoor(sws) ne farmaya:- logon ! Yah samjh lo allah ne mujhko tumhari taraf paighambar bana kar bheja, lekin tum ne mujhko jhoota kaha aur abu bakr ne mujhko saccha kaha, aur apne maal wa jaan se meri khidmat ki, tum mere Dost ko sataana chhodte ho ya nahi ? Aapke ye farmane ke baad phir abu bakr ra ko kisi ne nahi sataaya"

mazkoorah hadith ke aakhiri jumlah par nawab sahab farmate hain:


" kisi ki majaal nahi ke jab nabi akram(sws) hz abu bakr ra ki nisbat aisa farmayen phir koi aankh utha kar unki taraf dekhta, haafiz ne kaha:- is hadith se abu bakr ra ki fazilat tamaam sahaba par nikli, hz ali ra ne farmaya:- unka khitaab "siddeeq" aasmaan par se utra, is hadith se shia ko sabaq lena chahiye, jab aap hz umar ra par hz abu bakr ra ke liye itna ghussa hue, halaanke pahke ziyaadati hz abu bakr ra ki thi magar jab unhone maafi chaahi thi to hz umar ra ko fauran maaf kar dena tha,

to ye kis munh se aap(sws) ke masaahab aur rafeeq khaas ko bura kahte hain, aur qiyamat ke din maalum nahi huzoor (sws) in logon(shia) par kitna ghussa honge, kyon ke hz Abu bakr ra ne inka kuch nahi bikaada, aur ye nahaq unse dushmani karte hain"

asli dahshat gard(terrorist) to america aur uske saathi(britain, Israel, france etc) hain, jinhone hamesha se mazloom tabqon( groups) ke saath zyadati ki hai aur zaati faayede ke liye insaani khoon( blood) kh tijaarat (business) ki hai....

SAFFARON TERRORISM:

hindustan ke liye sabse bada khatra kesariya(saffaron) dahshat gardi hai,

lekin RSS nihaayat makkari ke saath apni mulk mukhalif sargarmiyon par pardah daalne ke liye kabhi sarhad paar ki dahshat gardi ka sahara leta hai, kabhi ISI ke naam par hindustaani musalmano ko tang karta hai...



" sangh pariwaar" jisne tahreek aazaadi me angrez samraaj ka saath diya tha, aaj musalmano se hindustani hone ka CERTIFICATE maang raha hai

madarsa, masajid jahan aman wa shaanti ki taaleem hoti hai, jahan insaano ko abdi falaah ke gur sikhaaye jaate hain, jahan ikhlaas ke nagme gaaye jaate hain, usko RSS dahshat gardi ka markaz(center) qaraar deta hai, unke zimmedaaraan ko pareshaan karne ki koshish karta hai

yahan tak ki international dhshat gard aur mazhab mujrim america ko bhi inki sangeeni wa harkaton ka ahsas ho gaya hai,

NAFRAT KI SIYAASAT(POLITICS)



"BJP" (BHAARTIYA JANTA PARTY) ne apni langdi looli hukumat ke dauraan jis tarah se siyaasi, samaaji, mazhabi aur daanishwari ki satah(base) par dahshat gardi ko farogh diya tha, us par hamare netaaon(politicians) ko koi parwah nahi hai balke khaamoshi akhtiyaar kar rakha hai, lekin duniya ke mukhtalif hisson me jo log is raaye aur usool ke khilaaf saf aaraaye hain unse kaafi khauf zadah nazar aate hai aur poori duniya me inke khilaaye raaye aamah paida karne me masroof hain,

Inki aankhon ke saamne "shiv sena" ke kaagazi sher ne cricket match aur adabi wa shikaafati program ko disturb kiya,

mulk ki fiza me firqa parasti ka zaher ghola, hindustan ka mazaaq udaaya, dahshat aur dahshat gardi ki hausla afzaayi ki, kamzor tabkon ke mukhaalif sargarmiyon par khushi izhaar kiya,

aur dusri tarah inki huqumat ne ICHR, INDIAN HISTORY CONGRESS, UGC, INDIAN COUNCIL OF CULTURAL RELATION,LALIT KALA ACADEMY, NATIONAL GALLERY OF MODERN ARTS,

tahzeeb ke naam par ye jo nafrat ki fasal boyi ja rahi hai wah mulk ko kahan le jaayegi uski kisi ko fiqr nahi hai,

lekin jhooti islami dahshat gardi ke elaan par sabke kaan khade ho gaye hain...


Ham yahan par mulk me hue anginat firqa waaraanah fasaadaat ka zikr nahi kar rahe hain jisne musalmano ko aqtasaadi satah par maflooj kar diya, aur na babri masjid ka zikr kar rahe hain jo din ke ujaale me zameen bos kar di gayi aur na us neta ki "rath yaatra" ka zikr Kar rahe hain jisne poore mulk ki fiza me badboo daar kar diya balke kuch saal pahle jo waaqeyaat hue hain uski taraf sirf ishaara kar rahe hain, kyonki yahan par tafseel ka mauqa nahi hai,

dahshat ki wah kaun si ada aur dahshat gardi ka wah kaun sa rukh hai jise poore mulk khusan gujraat aur orissa ki janta ne nahi dekha,

lekin huqumat ne uske khilaaf koi kaarwaahi nahi ki......


RSS ki ghaaliban sabse badi khoobi ye hai ke uski dahshat gardi aur fasaad aaj ki government ko nazar nahi aati balke sacchi baat ye hai ke inme aise logon ki aksariyat hai jo uske liye narami rakhte hain, kyonki unki taameer wa taraqqi usi ki mahroom minnat hai , warna ye ek khula huwa raaz hai ke mulk me dahshat ke jo waaqeyaat ro numaaya ho rahe hain uske peeche RSS ka zahen kaam kar raha tha aur hai aur khaak wa khooni ki politics ke peeche RSS ki hi sharaarat hai,

RSS ke baare me ye kahawat mashoor hai ke RSS kuch nahin karta aur aisa kuch bhi nahi hai jise RSS ka leader na karta ho...


23 january 1999 ko raashtra ke manohar pur gaao me doctor graham aur unke do maasoom bacchon philip(9 saal), tamooti (6 saal) ko zinda jala diya gaya tha, us waqeye ki tahqeeqaati report "WAADHWA COMMISSION" ne pesh ki thi aur "BAJRANG DAL" ke leader dara singh ko mujrim qaraar dene ke saath inteha pasand hindu tanzeemon ko clean chit de di thi,

Waadhwa commission ki Report khusk(dry) bhi na ho paayi thi ke 26 august 1999 ko raastra ke ek gaao me qatal ka ek aur waqeya pesh aaya jo graham ke qatl ke hubahu tareeqe par tha,

Eid-e-Milad:- YauM-e-Wiladat kiKhushi.


EID ka Manana
IslaM Me SHARIYAT ka HISSA hai.

Jaisa ki allah ka farman hai


"HuM(Allah) ne,
tuM Me se har ek(UMMat) keliye
ALAG SHARIYAT aur KushadahRAAH-e-AMAL
banayi hai.

Allah ne IBADAT(Nek AaMal)
MUQARRAR kar diya hai.


"HuMne Har ek UMMat keliye EKRAAH(AhkaM-e-Shariyat)MUQARRAR kar di hai aur unhe ISI par chalna hai"

"TuMne DAUR-e-JAHILIYAT Me
Khel-kood aur KHUSHI Manane ke liye
Do Din Muqarrar kiye hue the.
Allah ne in Jahiliyat ke Tehwaaron(festival) ke badle Me tuMhare liye
DO BEHTAREEN din Muqarrar kiye hain,
YauM ad-Duha aur YauM al-Fitr "

Allah ka Deen MUKAMMAL ho chuka hai.
Ab 'WAHY' ka silsila KhatM ho gaya.

-Kisi aur se
ab haMare liye Deen NAHI aa sakta.

tuMhara Deen "MukaMMal" kar diya"

Nabi(SAW)ne
MukaMMal taur pe Allah ke Deen ko Tafseel se bayan farMaya hai,


"Aur isi tarah HuM,
Ayaton ko Tafseel se bayan kartehain,
taaki woh HAQQ ki taraf Rujoo'karein"

Allah ke is Deen ko BEHTAREEN aur MUKAMMAL taur par

"SaMajhne aur aMal Me laane wale,Sahaba(RA) the".


Allah ko Raazi karna hai to Allah ke Deen ko,
jaise Sahaba(RA)ne saMjha
waise saMajhna hoga


"Allah in Sab[Sahaba(RA)] se RAAZI ho gaya
aur woh Sab Us se Raazi ho gaye,
aur Usne inke liye Jannatein tayyarfarMa rakhi hain"

jo Allah ki Ayaton Me JHAGDA kartehain,
Wo kahan BHATKE jaa rahe hain?"

Yahan 'RehMat' se Murad "Quran"hai,
-NA ki 'MuhaMMad(SAW)' koMukhatib kiya gaya hai aur

-NA Aap(SAW)ki 'Wiladat' ko aur

-NA hi Aap(SAW)ke 'YauM-e-Paidaaish' ko.
"Khush Hona" us kaifiyat ka naaM hai
jo Dil Me MEHSOOS ki jaati hai.


Ahle-IMaan ko kaha jaa raha hai keQURAN,
Allah ka Khaas FAZL hai aur
Allah ki REHMAT hai.
Is par unko 'Khush HONA' chahiye.


Khushi(Jashn) MANAANE ko NAHIkaha gaya.




Yahoodiyon ke Naqsh-e-KadaM parchalte hue,

Ahle-Biddat, apni 'BIDDAT ki hiMaayat' Me,
Allah ki kitaab(Quran) ka Maa'na ko badal kar, logon ko GUMRAAH kar rahe hain.


"(Aye MusalMano!)
Kya tuM yeh tawaqqu' rakhte ho,
ke woh(Yahoodi) tuM par yakeen karlenge?
In Me se ek Girohh ke log aise the,
ke Allah ka kalaaM(Torah) sunte,phir isey
'saMajhne ke baad, Khud BADALdete', halanke woh khoob jaante the
(ke Haqeeqat kya hai aur woh kyakar rahe hain)"

Nabi(SAW): "TuM pehli uMMato ki
ek ek baalisht aur ek ek haath Ittebaa karoge,
yahan tak ke agar woh kisi Goh ke suraakh Me daakhil hue honge,
tuM 'us Me bhi UNKI Itteba karoge'.

Sahabi(RA): Kya is se Muraad'Yahood wa Nasaara hain?
Nabi(SAW): Haan, bilkul."

jisMe Soofiyon ne ZOHAR se le kar agle Din FAJR tak,
Raat bhar NAACHA, KOODA, JHOOMA aur DHOL peeta.

ke alawa kai aur Qurani Aayaton ko bhi Ba-taur Saboot pesh kar, awaaM ko GUMRAH karte hain.

Jab ZIKR hi NAHIN hai, phir to'JASHN Manaane' ki baat JAHAALAT hai.






Quran aur Allah ke Deen ko,
'Apne aur apne Bade/Buzurg/Maulviyon ke Zehnon' se SaMajhne ka Nateeja hai ke, JHOOTI Daleelein pesh karke, 'Allah, Rasool(SAW) aurSahaba(RA) par'
BOHTAN BANDHNA aur phir
Siraat-e-MustaqeeM se BHATAKjaana hai.


"Agar woh(log) WAISE IMaan laayein,
jaisa SAHABA(RA) ne IMaan laaya
to phir Waaqi'i HIDAYAT paajayenge."

(Baqara(2):137)


"Aur us se Badh kar ZAALIM kaunhoga,
jo ALLAH par Jhoota BOHTAAN baandhe"

Nabi(SAW)ne farMaya:
Jo shakhs Meri taraf aisi baat Mansoob kare,
jise Maine NAHIN kaha hai,
woh apna Thikana JAHANNUM Me bana le.

Agar tuM, apne bhai ke baare Me woh baat bayan karo,
jo us ke andar Maujood NA ho,
to goya tuMne us par BOHTAAN baandha.

Nabi(SAW) ne kaha: 'Unke UleMa ne',
jis cheez ko Halaal qaraar diya, usko unhone Halaal,
Aur jis cheez ho HaraaM kar diya,usko HaraaM hi saMjha.
Yehi inki Ibaadat karna hai"

agar aap inka kehna Maanne lagein,

Duniya ki zindagi Me hi BARBAAD ho gayi aur woh yeh KHAYAAL karte rahe ke,
'huM bade achche kaaM anjaaM de rahe hain'.

TAMAAM Biddatein GUMRAAHI hain,
agarche "Ba-Zaahir woh, logon ko ACHCHI lagein".

in par WAAJIB tha ke jo bhi Khair-wa-Bhalaai inke liye jaanta tha,
apni uMMat ki us taraf RehnuMaai kare
aur jo bhi Sharr inke liye jaanta tha,
unhe us par Mutanabba(Aagaah) kare.

Kya Nabi(SAW)ne,
woh taMaaM baatein uMMat ko NAHI batlaayi,
jin par uMMat ko aMal karna tha?

Maine,
Har woh cheez jo Jannat ki taraf LE JAANE wali hai,
aur har woh cheez jo JahannuM se DOOR karne wali hai,
BATLAA di hai.

Main tuMko aise Raaste(Deen)par chhod kar jaa raha hun,
jis ki Raat uske Din ki tarah ROSHAN hai.

Ab BAAD Me aane wale Logon ne
EID-MILAD/ Mehfil-e-Milad ki surat Me Shariyat ke naaM par BIDDATEIN jaari kar rakhi hai.

Khaana shaaz(free food eaters) taqleedi mazhab ke waqeel ek deobandi jo " ghazipuri" ke naam se jaane jaate hain, apni fitrat ke mutabik baar baar ye be'buniyaad aur saraarat aameez dawa kiya hai ke

" ghair muqallideen sahaba ka dushman hai, usko sahaba ke amal se chhidh hai, is firqe me raafziyat ka kaafi asar hai"

ek dusri jagah haqiqat ke bar'ishq ye shaitaani dawa kiya hai ke

" ghair muqallideen shiaat ki chhoti bahen hai"


aayen ham thodi der thaher ke raafziyat ka asar bhi talaash kar len aur shiat ki chhoti bahan ke baare me bhi maalumaat haasil kar len,

muqallideen acchi tarah jaante hain ke ahle hadith sirf quraan kareem aur hadith sahih ko aslaaf ki faham wa fikr ke mutaabik maante hain, aur inhi par amal karna baa'as falaah wa nijaat tasawwur karte hain

lekin iske ulta muqallideen ahnaaf ka aqeeda wa amal Sahih hadith nabwi nez khulefa raashideen wa sahaba kiram ke mazhab ke khilaaf hai,

filhaal tafseel me na jaate hue aapki khidmat me muqallideen ahnaaf aur rafziyon ke darmiyan dilchasp aur bar haqiqat mawazaanah pesh kar raha hun taake aapko muqallideen ahnaaf me raafziyat ke asar bilkul saaf taur par waajeh ho jaaye ki muqallideen hi asal me shiat ki chhoti wa badi bahan hai... Aur dono ki mulaqaat ho jaaye


1- sabse pahle baat ye hai ke raafziyon ke 12 imam hain aur muqallideen ahnaaf ke imam 12 se bhi zyada hain, main yahan inke sirf 12 maqbool tareen imamon ki nishaandehi kar raha hun,

agar muqallideen hazraat in me tarmeem karna chahen aur awwaliyat wa ahmiyat ke lihaaz se tarteeb me ulat pher ke khwahish mand ho to unhe aisa karne ka poora haq hai, mujhe koi aitraaz nahi hoga..

a)- imam abu hanifa rh

b)- imam abu yousuf

c)- imam muhammad

d) imam zafar

e)- imam hasan bin ziyaad

f)- imam Karkhi

g)- imam sarkhashi

h)- imam haloiyi

i) imam ibraheem nakhi

j)- imam hammad

k)- imam qaishri

l)- imam zahidi


2- dusri baat ye hai ke shiaon ke 11we imam hasan askari hain aur 12we imam "imam ghaib" hain aur unka poora mazhab "farzi imam ghaib" ke mutabik chalta hai,

isi tarah muqallideen ahnaf ke aise bahut se masail hain jo inke imaamon se saabit nahi hain aur muqallideen ka unpar amal hai, maslan juma wa eidain ki namaz jinki adaayegi ke liye inki fiqhi kitaabon me bahut shakt sharait hain, aur ye namazen unhi shahron aur mulkon me ada ki ja sakti hai jahan islami nizaam qayem ho,

hudood e shariat ka nefaaz ho, uske lihaaz se juma wa eidain ki namaz sirf saudi arab me ada ki ja sakti hai, lekin uske baad matakhireen hanifiya ne mazkoorah sharait me kuch narmi kar di lekin shahr hone ki shart phir bhi bar'qaraar rahi, iske ba'wajood muqallideen ahnaf apne aimma aur fiqhi kitabon ke Bar'khilaaf dehat(town) me jumah ki namaz bhi ada karte hain aur eidain ki namaz bhi padhte hai, isse malum hota hai ke inlogon ke yahan " imam ghaib" ka tasawwur hai


3) teesri baat ye hai ke shiaon ke yahan mutah na sirf jayez hain balke inke yahan kaar sawaab hai.... Mutah ki jagah ahnaf ke yahan " halaala" hai aur bade shauq se ye log kisi makhsoos aadmi ko taiyyar karke halaala karte aur karaate hain


4- chauthi baat ye hai ke raafziyat ke yahan quran wa hadith ke ahkaam se alag ek makhsoos fiqh " fiqah jafariya" hai, to muqallideen ahnaaf ke yahan " fiqah hanafiya" hai jiske masail aam taur se qur'aan wa hadith ke khilaaf hain


5- paanchwi baat ye hai ke shia firqe ke log apne imaamon ko maasoom kahte hain to muqallideen ahnaaf bhi amli taur par apne imamon ko maasoom samjhte hain kyonke jo bhi aqwaal wa masail inki taraf mansoob hain, aankhen band karke in par amal karte hain, khwaah quraan wa Hadith ke ahkaam inke khilaaf hi kyon na hon, aapko maalum hoga ke imam karkhi ne ye usool bana rakha hai

"ke hamare hanafi mazhab ke khilaaf agar koi aayat hogi to uski taweel karli jaayegi, is tarah agar hamare mazhab ke khilaaf koi hadith rasool hogi to uski bhi taaweel karli jaayegi"


6- shia firqah quraan kareem ko tahreef shuda(changed) maanta hai, to ahnaaf bhi quraan ki bahut si aayaton ko mot'aariz saabit karke radd kar dete hain,


7- raafzi log chand sahaba kiram ra ke elawa sabhi ko murtad aur gumrah maante hain, to muqallideen ahnaf bhi unhi dekha dekhi me sahaba kiram ko faqeeh nahi maante aur unki riwayat karda hadithon ko apni raaye wa qayaas ke mutabik na hone par tark kar dete hain, jaise kaseer riwayat hz abu hurairah ra aur hz anas bin malik ra,


8- raafzi firqa ke log sahaba kiram ra ke khilaaf tabarra karte hain aur unki shaan me gustaakhiyan karte hain, usi tarah muqallideen Ahnaaf in sahaba kiram ra se bugz rakhte hai, jinhone unke khaana shaaz mazhab ke khilaaf ahaadith mubaarka riwayat ki hain, maslan muqallideen ke bade alim maulana muhammad manzoor nomani ne sahaba rasool hz umar bin aas ra ko " amr o ayaar" likha hai,

ye shiaon se kaseed ki huwa aqeeda hai, isse maalum hota hai ke muqallideen ahnaaf androoni taur par poori tarah raafziyon ke naqshe qadam par chal rahi hai


9- hz muawiya ra wa yazeed rh aur hz hussain ra ke baare me jo raafziyat ka aqeedah hai bilkul wahi aqeeda wa amal aksar ahnaaf ka bhi hai, aur jis tarah shia hazraat muharram ke pahle ashrah me hz hussain ra ki yaad me taaziye aur aalam wagerah nikaalte hai, maatam wa seena kobi aur marsia khwani karte hain, nez hz muawiya ra aur inke bete yazeed rh ko bura bhala kahte hain, bilkul isi tarah aksar muqallideen ahnaaf bhi is aqeede wa amal ka muzaahera karte hain


10- Sab jaante hain ke shia firqa ke log hz hussain ra ki shahadat par nauha karte hain aur marsia padhte hain, isi tarah muqallid afnaaf ke yahan bhi marsia apni poori khasusiyaat ke saath nazar aata hai,

chunanche deobandion ke sheikh ul hind maulana mahmood hasan sahab ne apne peer wa murshid maulana rasheed ahmad gangohi ki shaan me jo marsia likha hai uske chand as'haar mulaheza karen

" murdon ko zinda kiya zindon ko marne na diya

is masihaayi ko dekhen zari ibn maryam"

yani hz isa as ko khuda ki taraf se mojeza ata kiya gaya tha ke uske huqm se wah murdon ko bhi zinda kar diya karte they.

Lekin maulana raseed ahmad gangohi ka darja hz isa as se bhi badh kar hai, kyonki wah sirf murdon ko zinda karte hain balke zindon ko marne bhi nahi dete..

Allah ke rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) makka ke shobe banu hashim ke andar 9 rabi ul awwal san 1, aam ul feel (haanthi ka saal) peer (monday) ke din subah ke waqt ko paida huwe

( nataijul ifhaam fi taqweemil arab qabbal islam pg 28,35, mahmood pasha falki, edition beruit)

us waqt nausherwa ke baadshah hone ka 40wa saal tha aur 20 ya 22 april san 571 ki tareekh thi, allama muhammad sulayman sahab salman mansoor puri rh aur mahsood pasha ki khoj(research) yahi hai

(20 april puraane eeswin calender ke mutabik aur 22 april naye eeswin calendar ke mutabik, dekhiye rahmatulil aalameen 1/38,39 3/360,361)


ibn saad ki riwayat hai ki allah ke rasool(sws) ke maa ne farmaya, jab aapki paidaish hui to mere jism se ek noor nikla, jisse sham desh ke mahal roshan ho gaye,

imam ahmad aur daarmi etc ne hz arbaz bin siriyaah Ra se bhi lagbhag isi waqeye ki ek riwayat naqal farmayi hai

(musnad ahmad 4/127,128, 185 5/262, sunan darmi 1/9 ibne saad 1/201)


kuch riwaayaton se pata chalta hai ki kuch waaqeye nubuwwat ka pata dene waali bhi hui, yani kisra ke mahal ke 14 kangoore gir gaye, majoos ka aag ka kund thanda ho gaya, saara samundar sookh gaya aur girje dhah gaye, yah tabri aur baihaqi wagerah ki riwayat hai

( dalail lun nabuwwah, baiheqi 1/126,127, tareek tabri 2166)


magar isi sanad ke liye saboot nahi mil saka aur in qaumon ki taareekh me bhi iski koi gawaahi nahi milti,

paidaish ke baad aapki maa ne abdul muttalib ke paas pote ki mubarak baad bhijwaayi, wah khush khush tashreef laaye aur aapko khaana kaaba me le jaakar allah se duwa ki aur uska shukr ada kiya

(ibne hisham 1/159, 160, tareekh tabri 2/156,157 ibne saad 1/103)

aur aapka naam muhammad rakha, yah naam arab me jaana pahchaana na tha, phir arab Riwaaj ke mutabik 7we din khatna kiya


(kaha jaata hai aap ' makhtoon' (khatna kiye hue) paida hue they, dekhiye talqihul fahoom page 4, magar ibn qayyim kahte hain ki is baare me koi saabit hadith nahi hai jaad ul maad 1/18)

aapko aapki maa ke ek hafta baad sabse pahle abu lahab ki laundi suwaiba ne dhoodh pilaaya, us waqt uski goad me jo baccha tha, uska naam masrooh tha, suwaiba ne aapse pahle hz hamza bin abdul muttalib ra aur aur aapke baad abu salma bin abdul asad makhzoomi ra ko bhi dhoodh pilaaya tha

(sahih bukhari h 2645,5100,5101,5106,5107,5373, tareekh tabri 2/158, tabri ki is riwayat ki sanad par kalaam hai, dalailun nabuwwah 1/57)

NAMAZ KI SAF BANDI ME NA'BAALIGH( BACCHON) KI JAGAH:



Aam taur par awaam me aur aimma masajid ki saf bandi se mutaallik ye masla mashoor hai ke sab se pahle mardon ki saf hogi, phir na'baaligh bacchon ki saf lagegi aur aakhir me khwaateen ki saf hogi.

Chunanche aam masajid me dekha jaata hai ke koyi na'baligh baccha agar badon(elders) ki saf me khada ho jaata hai to muqtadi hazraat use badon ki saf se nikaal kar peeche kar dete hain, aur imam sahab bhi us kaam me muqdati sahab ki taeed karte hain,

ye bhi dekha jaata hai ke badon ki saf me namaz padhte hue bacche ko kheench kar saf se peeche kar diya jaata hai aur usse ek munkar ko mitaana samjha jaata hai,

kaha jaata hai ki mardon ki saf me bacchon ka daakhil hokar namaz ada karna ghalat hai kyonki hadith me hai ke pahle mardon ki saf hogi uske baat bacchon ki saf aur tab khwateen ki...


Aayen is masle ki tahqeeq karte Hain aur dekhte hain ke haqiqat kya hai..


Abu dawood me ye hadith hai:

" hz abu malik al as'hari ra ne kaha kya main tumhe nabi(sws) ki namaz ke baare me na bataaun? Phir iqaamat kahi aur mardon ki saf bandi ki aur inke peeche bacchon ki saf bandi ki aur phir unhe namaz padhai"

(abu dawood kitabus salaat)

yahi hadith chand alfaazon ki tabdeeli ke saath, isi sanad se musnad ahmad me hadith abu malik ashari ra ke unwaan ke tahat aayi hai..

" hz abu malik ashari ra ne apne logon se kaha kiya main tumhe rasoollullah( sws) ki namaz padh kar na bataa dun? Phir unhone mardon ki saf lagaayi, uske baad bacchon ki saf mardon ke peeche lagaayi aur phir bacchon ke peeche khwateen ki saf lagaayi"

(musnad ahmad 22794)

note: sanad ye hai... Waqi bin abdul hameed bin bahraam an shara ibn hausab an abdul rahmaan bin ghanab qaala qaala abu maalik al ashri.......


Is hadith se saraahat ho gayi ke namaz ki saf Bandi me bacchon ki saf mardon ke peeche hogi, mardon ke saath nahi...


Lekin jab is hadith ki sanad ki tahqeeq hui to pata chala ke sanad kamzor hai, isliye ye hadith zaeff hai aur muhaddiseen ke yahan raajeh aur zyadah sahih baat ye hai ke zaeff hadith se shariat ka masla saabit nahi hota..

Chunancha allama naseeruddeen albani rh apni kitab " tamaamul manah fil taa'leeq al fiqhul sunnah" me is unwaan par likte hain:

" in dono (abu dawood aur musnad ahmad ki) hadithon ki sanad zaeff hai, sanad me shahar raawi daeef hai, albatta khwaateen ki saf mardon ki saf ke peeche hona sahih hadith se saabit hai, raha bacchon ki saf mardon ke peeche lagaana to us silsile me mujhe us hadith ( jo abu dawood aur musnad ahmad me hai) ke elaawa aur koi dusri hadith nahi mili aur ye hadith daleel banne ke laayeq nahi , isliye agar saf me jagah ho to mardon ki saf me bacchon ko daakhil karne me main ko haraj nahi Samjhta aur yateem( na'baaligh) ki namaz hz anas bin malik ra ke saath, nabi(sws) ke peeche, is masle ki ( mardon ki saf me bacchon ko daakhil karna sharai taur par jayez hai) daleel hai:


yateem ki namaz hz anas ra ke saath waali hadith ki tafseel ya hai ke bukhari kitaabul azaan baab no 178 aur muslim kitab ul masaajid me ye hadith hai ke "rasoollullah(sws) hz anas bin malik ra ki dadi(grand mother) ki daawat par inke ghar aaye to hamen do rakat namaz padhaik, chunanche hz anas kahte hain:

main aur yateem dono ne allah ke rasool(sws) ke peeche saf lagaayi aur boodhi khaatoon hamare peeche khadi hui"

is hadith me is baat ki saraahat hai ke yateem( na'baaligh baccha), mard yani hz anas bin malik ra ke saath saf me khada hai, kyon ke shariat me yateem us na'baaligh bacche ko kahte hai jiske baap ka inteqaal ho chuka ho..

Chunanche abu dawood kitabul wasaya baab 9 me ye hadith Maujood hai:-" yani baaligh ho jaane ke baad yateemi khatm ho jaati hai"

is hadith ko albani rh ne sahih kaha hai.

Yahan saf bandi me na'baligh bacche ka mard ke saath mil kar khada hona saabit hai, agar nabaaligh bacche ka mardon ki saf me khade hokar namaz padhna sharai taur par mana hota to yateem, hz anas bin malik ra ke bagal me khada nahi hota, kyonke yateem ek nabaligh baccha tha aur hz anas bin malik mard they, is liye yateem hz anas ra ke peeche khada hota jaisa ke boodhi khatoon yateem aur hz anas ra ke peeche khadi hui..


Lekin ajeeb baat hai ke aaj bacchon ka mardon ki saf me khada hone ko ghalat samjha jaata hai aur agar mardon ke saath padhta hai to peeche kar diya jaata hai

nateeja ye hota hai ke agar chand bacche mardon se alag apni saf bandi kar lete hain to namaz ke dauraan azaadi se bachkaana harkatein karte hain jis se badon ko namaz me khalal padhta hai, lekin yahi bacche jab Mardon ke saath saf me rahte hain to badon ke maahaul me sukoon se namaz ada karte hain

ZABAAN(TONGUE) KI HIFAAZAT:




Hz uqba bin aamir ra bayaan karte hain ke maine arz kiya:- ya rasoollullah(sws) ! Nijaat kis tarah mumkin hai?? Aapne farmaya, apni zabaan ko qaabu(control) me rakho, tumhaara ghar tumhen apne andar samaa le (yani tumhara faaltu waqt ghar ke andar hi guzre) aur apni ghaltiyon par khoob ro "

(sunan tirmizi hadith hasan)


FAAYEDA: Logon se zyada mel jol aur inse gupshup me insaan ke deen ko bahut khatraat la haq hote rahte hain, isliye zyada akhtalaat(gupshup) ke bajaaye ghar me allah ki ittaat aur zikr wa fikr aur tilaawat wagerah me apne faarigh auqaat(waqt) ko sarf(istemal) karna bahut bahtar hai,

isi tarah tanhaiyyon me apni ghaltiyon par rona bhi allah ko bahut pasand hai,

is hadith me zabaan ki hifazat ke elawa in do baaton ki bhi taeed hai


hz abu saeed khudri ra se riwayat hai ki nabi akram(sws) ne farmaya:-" jab insaan subah Karta hai to uske jism ke tamaam aa'zaa zabaan se nihaayat aajizi se arz karte hain, kahte hain, tu hamare baare me allah se darna, isliye ke hamara maamla tere saath wabasta hai, agar tu seedhi rahegi to ham bhi seedhe rahenge, agar tune kazi(tedhapan) akhtiyaar ki to hambhi tedhe ho jaayenge"

note: 'aajizi ' se muraad hai zabaan ke saamne khusu khuzu se arz karte hain


FAAYEDA:

ISSE waajeh hai ke zabaan ko soch samjh kar istemaal karna kitna zaroori hai ke zabaan ki zara si tedhepan ki saza poore jism insaani ko bhugatni padhti hai,

ladaayi jhagde hote hain to maar jism hi ko bardaast karni padhti hai, baaz dafa jism ko hamesha ki neend tak sulaa diya jaata hai,

tedhe hone ka matlab yahi hai ke zabaan ke tedhepan ki zad poori jism ko padhti hai, aur seedhe rahne ka matlab ibtala aazmaish se mahfooz rahna hai,

ek dusri hadith me dil ko tamaam jism insaani ki islaah ya fasaad ka baa'as Batlaaya gaya hai, jab ke is hadith se zabaan ka ye muqaam waazeh hota hai,

isme koi farq nahi, isliye ke zabaan dil ki jaanasheen aur uski tarjumaan hai aur insaan zabaan aur dil dono ke majmue se ibaarat aur aur aadmiyat unhi dono chhoti cheezon ka naam hai


ek arabic mufakkir ne kya khoob kaha hai

" yani aadmi ki zabaan nisf(half) hai aur uska dil dusra nisf hai"

HUSN ADAB, TANQEED AUR SULAAH:



" beshak jo log gharon ki chaardiwaari ke baaher se tujhe pukaate hain wah aqsar nasamjh hain, aur agar wah sabr karte yahan tak ke tu in ki taraf nikal aata to inke liye bahtar hota aur allah bakhsne waala maherbaan hai, momino ! Agar koi faasiq aadmi tumhaare paas koi khabar lekar aaye to uski tahqeeq(investigation) karo, aisa na ho ke tum nadaani se kisi qaum par ja pado, phir kal ko pachhtaane lago, aur jaan lo ke tum me allah ka rasool hai agar wah aksar baaton me tumhari maana kare to tum par mushkil me pad jaao, lekin allah ne tumhare dilon me muhabbat daali aur use tumhare dilon me accha dikhlaaya aur kufr aur gunaah aur be'huqmi se tumhaare dilon me nafrat paida ki , aise hi log raah hidayat par hain, ye allah ki taraf se fazl aur ehsaan hai, aur allah jaanne waala hikmat waala hai, aur agar musalmano ke do firqe aapas me lad paden To inke darmiyaan sulah karaado, phir agar ek jamaat dusri jamaat par chadh jaaye to jo chadhayi waali hai to usse sab lado, yahan tak ke wah khuda ke huqm ki taraf ruju kare, phir agar ruju kare to insaaf ke saath in me sulah kara do aur insaaf karo beshak khuda insaaf karne waalon ko pasand karta hai"

TASHRIH- uyanna bin hasan infaraari aur aqra bin haalis aur 70 admiyon ke saath huzoor(sws) se milne ke liye aaye. Huzoor(sws) us waqt haram me tashreef farma they ye log zor zor se awaazen dene lage. Is par ye aayat naazil hui ke is tarah aapko mukhaatib karna be'adbi aur be'aqli hai, in logon ko chahiye tha ke ittela kar dete aur phir intezaar karte. Htta ke huzoor(sws) tashreef le aate aur inki baaton ko tawajjah se sun lete,
Uske baad ek asool aur irshaad farmaya jis par tanqeed aur chhaan bheen ki tafri'aat murattab hoti hai, aur jisse maalum hota hai ke musalmano ke liye haalaat se ba'khabar rahna kitna zaroori hai, farmaya ke dekho tumhare paas koi faasiq aur na'qaabil aadmi khabar laaye to bila tahqeeq us par yaqeen na karna, aisa na ho ke tumhare andha dundh yaqeen se musalmano ko nuksaan pahunch jaaye aur wah tumhare bad'akhlaqi ka khaamiyaaza bhugten,

waazeh ho ke aaj is usool tahqeeq wa tanqeed ke sahih istemal na karne se musalmano ko kis qadr nuksaan pahuncha hai,

iska andaaza kuch wahi log kar sakte hain jinki halaat par nazar hai ke mukhaalifeen ki phailaayi huwi baaton ko ham kis darja sahih aur insaaf samjhne lage hain,

aur in par yun yaqeen karne lage hain jis tarah ke wah wahi ilhaam ki baatein hain, aur is tarah khud apne bhaiyyon se bad'zan hain apne akaabir se fire hain aur apne mukhaalifeen ke saath Kandhe se kandha milaaye khade hain, nateeza ye hai ke musalmaan pareshaan hai aur nuksaan me hai

is ayat me musalmano ki do jamaat me sulah karwaane ka bhi huqm hai, aur jo fareeq na maane uske khilaaf quwwat wa taqat ka istemaal karen, hatta ke wah fareeq apni sarkashi se baaz aa jaaye aur khuda ke huqmon ke saamne sar tasleem kham karde,

chunanche is baare me irshaad farmaya hai ke " agar musalmanon ke do girohon me ikhtelaaf raaye se jung wa jadal ka mauqa paida ho jaaye to tum fauran sulah ka parcham lahraate hue darmiyaan me kood pado,

agar wah tumhari na maane to inko shakhti ke saath majboor kar do ke islaam ke wahdat ke liye aur uske mufaad ke liye apne zaati aa'raaz ko ek dum tarq kar den...

KHWATEEN ISLAM KI BAHTAREEN MASJID

AURTON KI NAMAZ MASJID ME AUR DEOBAND KA FARMAAN



Deobandion ne ek kitab chhapi hai jiska naam hai " KHWATEEN ISLAM KI BAHTAREEN MASJID" hai,

iske writer hz maulana habiburrahman sahab qasmi, ustaaz hadith darul uloom deoband hain,

74 page par mustaqil is kitab me aurton ko masjid me namaz ada karne ke mauzoo par izhaar-e-khyaal kiya gaya hai,

mukhtalif hadith aur aqwal aimma ki roshni me kheench taan kar apna maukaf saabit karne ki koshish ki gayi hai, kitab padhne se pata chalta hai ke faazil maulaf kisi bimari ka shikaar hain, hadith pesh karne ke baad jab tashrih shuru karte hain to thodi der baad ahsaas hota hai ke isse to mukhalif maslak ki taeed ho rahi hai, to fauran agar magar karke fitnah fitnah ki wird lagana shuru kar dete hain,

ab ham faaltu bahes na karte hue mudde par aate hain...


Aurton ke masajid wa eidgaah me jaane ke masle ko Kabhi bhi ulema e ahle hadith ne farz qaraar nahi diya hai, ahle hadith ka kahna hai ke sahih hadith se iska saboot milta hai, sahaba kiram, tabieen ne is sunnat par amal kiya hai, isse aurton ko deeni masail samjhne me madad milti hai, isliye masjid wa eidgaah me aurton ka maqool bandobast(intezam) karna chahiye taake wah sharai umoor ki pabandi karte hue us sunnat par amal paira ho kar kuch seekh saken, yah ek seedha sa masla hai, agar is sunnat ki adaaigi me koi rukaawat ho to imaandaari se us rukaawat ko door karne ki koshish ki jaaye na ke sunnat hi ko tarq kar diya jaaye....


Lekin deobandi alim hz habiburrahman qasmi sahab aur inke ham nawa group ki taraf se yah kaha jaata hai ke ahle hadith hazrat us amal ko " FARZ" qaraar dete hain, jabke uski farziyat ki koi daleel nahi hai, deobandi alim hz habiburrahman qasmi farmate hain:

" jamhoor fuqaha muhaddiseen is par mutawaffiq hain ke khwateen Islam par masjid me haajir ho kar jamaat me shirqat roo-e- shariat waajib aur farz nahi aur na unhe uski taqeed ki gayi hai, in tamam hadith se jin me aurton ko apne gharon me namaz ada karne ki targheeb dilaaiyi gayi hai, yahi huqm shariat saabit hota hai"

ab janab hz habiburrahman rh deobandi ka kamaal ye hai ke wah pahle kisi masla ki noiyat aur soorat ko bigaad dete hain, phir is ka intisaab ahle hadith hazraat ki taraf karke sawalaat ki bauchaar karte hain, hadith pesh karte hain, aqwaal aimma se istadlal karte hain aur dalail ka meena baazar saza kar apne maslak ko saabit karke seedhi saadhi awaam ki waah waahi haasil karne ki koshish karte hain,


jab ulema e AHLE HADITH is masle ko farz nahi qaraar de rahe hain to mazkoorah aqtabaas ka kya matlab??

Haan aapke group ke kitne ulema kiram is amal ko haram qaraar de rahe hain lekin ek bhi daleel Pesh karne se qaasir hain bechaare, aakhir ulema e deoband is par khamosh kyon hai !

Ahle hadith par ilzaam laga kar apni aql kyon khraab kar rahe hain!



MANFI SOCH:


"Zaroori wazahat" ke unwaan se hz habiburrahman qasmi sahab farmate hain:

" huzoor sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ke ye irshaadaat aaliya aapke saamne hain jo ta'dad tarq aur kasrat hain balke tawatar ki hadd tak pahunche hue hain jin se roz roshan ki tarah saaf hai ke auraton ka ghar se baahir nikalna mahal FITNA hai, aur inka apne makaan ke andar rahna allah ki raza aur takarrub ka zariya hai"

hz habiburrahman qasmi deobandi sahab ne irshaad e nabwi me apne mijaaz wa mauqaf ke lihaaz se rang bharne ki koshish ki hai


agar aurton ka bahar nikalna mahal fitna hota to khud ahad nabawi me masajid me aane aur jihaad me shirqat ki qattan izazat nahi hoti !!

Jabke soorat e haal iske bar'ask hain, islam ne aurat ko Ghar se bahar nikalne se itni shakhti se saath mana nahi kiya hai, balke uske kuch adaab aur sharait hain jin ki ri'aayat laazim hai,

agar hz habiburrahman qasmi sahab ki faham ka aitbaar kiya jaaye to zindagi ki gaadi aage nahi badh sakti hai, kyonke bahut se mauqe par aurat ka ghar se bahar nikalna bilkul zaroori hai,

shadi byaah, marz aur dusre umoor ko to jaane dijiye uski taleem ka bandobast mushkil balke namumkin ho jaayega,

ho sakta hai hz habiburrahman sahab irshadat farma de ke inki taleem ki kiya zarurat hai, padhne likhne se majeed fitna paida hone ka andesha hai,


aage hz habiburrahman deobandi sahab farmate hain

" sacchi baat to yah hai ke nabi akram(sws) ke ek ek lafz aur har har faqrah se yahi mutarshah ho raha hai ke khwateen islam ko in saari sharton ki ri'aayat ke bawajood aapki zabaan mubarak se saaf taur par masajid se rok to nahi rahe hain, magar yah zaroor chahte hain ke khud Wah(aurten) aapki marzi wa mansha se waqif hokar baahar nikalne aur jamaat me haazir hone se ruk jaayen"

faazil hz habiburrahman qasmi deobandi ke is bayan ki roshni me kai sawaalaat paida ho rahe hain, jiska jawab khud qasmi shahab ke paas nahi hai, lekin masla kaali bhed(black sheep) ko qaabu me karne ka hai,

inke jayez shak wa subuhaat ka azaalah karna hai, iske liye kuch bhi kiya ja sakta hai,

yahi nuksaan hota hai TAQLEED jaamid ka, ke wah insaan ko kahin ka na chhodti hai, apni naak(nose) ke elawa usko kuch nazar nahi aata hai,

agar rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) aurton ka masjid me aana pasand nahi hota to saaf taur par mana farma dete, aap hujjat e islam they, islam ki taalimaat ko nihayat wazahat ke saath pesh karna aapki zimmedaari thi aur aap ne is zimmedaari ko bakhoobi ada kiya aur apni ummat ko ek muqammal deen dene ke baad duniya se tashreef le Gaye, agar aap ko zara bhi shubah hota to saaf taur par izhaar farma dete kyon ke ummat ki soorat haal inke saamne thi, lekin aapne hamesha aurton ko masjid me aane ki hausla afzaai farmayi lekin sharait par taqeed se amal karne ki shakhti ki,

aakhir qasmi sahab ke paas in sahih riwayaton ka kya jawab hai jisme aap(sws) ne farmaya:

" allah ki bandiyon yani aurton ko masjid jaane se na roko"

(musnad ahmad)


agar aap(sws) ki nazar me aurton ka masjid me aana fitna azeem hota to aap(sws) saaf taur par mana farma dete, kyonke aap ummat ke murabbi aur muallam they nek wa badd(sin) se aagaah karna aapki zimmedaari thi, lekin aap is baat ko jaante they ke aurton ke masjid me aane se faayede hain, inko deen ka ilm hoga, aur wah nafsiyaati taur par kisi ehsas kamtari ka shikaar nahi hongi..


NAFSIYAATI PAHLU YA NAFS PARASTI:



Ahad nabawi me masajid me aurton ke haaziri ki taweel in alfaaz me farmate hain:



" inki is haaziri me yah azeem faayeda bhi tha ke unhe baraahe raast huzur sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ki taleem wa tarbiyat se istefaadah ki sha'aadat be nihaayat ka mauqa bhi mil jaata tha"

" is masla me yah nafsiyaati pahlu bhi madde nazar rahna chahiye ke huzoor sallallaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ki taaleem wa tarbiyat se hazraat sahaba wa sahabiyaat (ra) ke andar talab fazal wa khair ka tab'ee da'eyah paida ho gaya tha jiska ye laazmi nateeja tha ke is muqaddas jamaat ka har har fard raza e illahi aur hasool hasnaat ke liye bechain rahta tha, bil khusoosi mauqe khair masla jamaa wa jamaat aur jihaad wagerah me peeche rah jaana inke liye sohaan rooh se kam na tha, tahseel fazl wa karamat ke isi jazbe ke tahat aurton ne huzoor sallallaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) se jihaad me apni adam shirqat ka shiqwa bhi kiya aur uski ijaazat chaahi"

maahir nafsiyaat deobandi alim ko Malum hona chahiye ke aaj bhi jo log aurton ko masjid wa eidgaah aur deeni ijtema wagerah me le jaane ka maqool intezaam karte hain wah aurat ki isi nafsiyaat aur talab khair ke muqaddas jazbe ke ri'aayat karte hain, kyonke aurat islami mu'aashre ka ek aham hissa hai, zindagi ki kisi bhi mod aur dawati mission ki kisi bhi marhala me iske kirdaar aur asar ko nazar andaaz nahin kiya ja sakta hai, agar aapka yah khyaal hai ke aaj ki khwateene islam me talab khair ka jazba khatam ho gaya hai, deeni ahmiyat khatm ho chuki hai, unhe deeni umoor se koi lagaao nahi, to yah aapki ghalat fahmi hai,


balke mere mutabik yah sarasar bohtaan aur ilzaam hai, aap tamam khawateen ki niyyat par shaq kar rahe hain,

maana ke chand aurten agar is sunnat ki aad me bad'tameezi aur be hayaai kare to kya saari aurton ko ek sunnat ada karne se mahroom kar diya jaayega??

Mohtaram deobandi sahab ! Allah ke rasool sallallaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) nahi rahe, sahaba kiram aur tabeen ka zamaana bhi na raha, lekin deen ka paigaam baaqi hai aur isko aam karne ki zimmedaari ulema kiram par hai, rasool ka uswa hasana aur tareeke kaar hamare liye hidayat aur roshni ka minaar hai, aur jab allah ke rasool ne dawati umoor me khwateen e islam ko nazar andaaz nahi kiya to aaj ham kaise inko nazar andaaz kar sakte hai,

kya sirf ahad nabawi me inko islami majlison se istefaad karne ki ijaazat thi, aakhir aaj ke ulema kiram ki wa'az wa nasihat ki majlison me wah poore islami aadaab wa sharait ke saat kyon nahi shirqat kar sakti hain,

jumah aur eidain ke khutbaat aur dusre deeni ijtemaat millat ki sahih rahnumaayi ka aham zariya hai, aap is millat ki aadhi aabaadi ko zabardasti rok rahe hain, tasawwur kijiye millat kahan jaayegi??

Masla kisi fiqhi maslak ka nahi hai baat islaam ke usool aur sarbulandi ki hai, zara baher nikal Kar zameeni haqaiq ka nazaarah kijiye logon ke aitraazaat ko suniye phir fatawa dijiye,

fiqah ki do chaar moti moti kitaben padh kar fatawa dena aasaan kaam hai lekin badalte mahaul aur mu'aashre me millat ki sahi rahnumaayi badi mushkil cheez hai,



AAKHIRI TEER:



ye hz habiburrahman qasmi ka aakhiri teer hai mulaheza ho:

" kis qadar hairat ki baat hai ke aaj jab ke maghribi(western) aurton ki aazaadi aur pardahdaari se tang aakar apni akhlaaqi tabaah haali par maatam kar raha hai, aur wahan ke log is be hijaabi ki aagosh se aur parwaan chadhne waali insaaniyat soz be-hayaai wa fahashakaari se apne mu'aashre ko bachaane ki tadbeeren soch rahe hain, hamare mashriq ke naam nihaad musleehin namaz wa masjid se muqaddas aur ba'azmat naam se mastooraat ko be pardah karne ke darpe hain"

hz maulana habiburrahman qasmi ke fiqri aur sathi soch par maatam karne ko ji chaahta hai, kitni aasaani Se bilkul do mukhtalif nazar me maghribi aur mashriqi tahzeeb(culture) me yaksaniyat dikha kar apne maslak ki taeed ke liye raasta saaf kar diya hai

kaash millat ke in maulwion ki zahni aqal aur qalmi ka washeen kitab wa sunnat ki nasr o ishaa'at aur islam ki sacchi aur paakiza talimaat ki tableegh par sirf hoti to aaj mulq ka manzar nama aur musalmano ki soorat e haal kuch aur hoti,

bura ho maslaki taassub aur taqleed jaamid ka jisne islaam ki saaf suthri taaleem ko bilkul khaarij kar diya hai aur aaj duniya unhe khud shafiya usoolon aur fiqah ke ghinaune masail ki roshni me islam ki muqaddas taalimaat ko nabood kar rahe hain...


Lagta hai deobandi sahab ko maghrib ki naam nihaad tahreek aazaadi 'niswan' ka bilkul sathi mutaala hai, jab hi to is gair fitri tahreeq ka mawaaznah islaam ke in paasbaano se kar rahe hain jinhone aurat ko is sharai haq rahne ki waqaalat ki aur samaaj me iske mutaalbah Qirdaar ki wazahat farmayi,


maghrib ki tahreek aazaadi 'niswan' ka buniyaadi maqsad aurat ko har qaid wa band se aazaad karna tha, iske peeche inka zaati mufaat aur khabaasat nafs posheeda thi wah behayaai aur faishion aur tarakki ke naam par farogh de kar awrat ko apni hawas ka shikaar banana chahte they, is napaak maqsad ke liye unhone na sirf islaami taalimaat ko nazar andaaz kiya balki akhlaqiyaat ke tamaam usoolon ko tyaag de diya aur is tahreek ki mukhalifat karne walon ko zulmat pasand aur dakiyanoos qaraar diya.....


Arab duniya me misri adeeb qasim ameen ne " tahrir maraat" aur "miraat ul jadeed" likh kar is tahreeq ko taqwiyat pahunchayi, misri leader saad ghuloon ki biwi safiya khan aur misri novel nigaar ahsaan abdul quddoos ki maa rozal yousuf isme pesh pesh thin, hindustan me taslima nasreen wagerah ne is tahreek ko aage badhaane ki mazmoon koshish ki,

agar is tahreek aur zahniyat ka Mutaalba kiya jaaye to yah baat wajeh taur par saamne aati hai yah radd amal tha jo TAQLEED wa tassub ki den tha,

inke mu'aashre me aurat jayez huqooq se mahroom thi, islam ke naam par jor wa zabar ka shikaar thin.

Fuqaha ki be zameere, haqaiq se chasm posi aur andhi taqleed se aajiz aakar in logon ne yah ghalat raasta akhtiyaar kiya tha,

agar deobandi maulwion ne imaandaari aur hikmat se islami taalimaat ki roshni me aurat ko iska jayez haq diya hota to aaj duniya ko aurat ke naam par islaam ko tanqeed ka nishaana na banaane ka mauqa nahin milta aur muslim mu'aashre me is tarah se gumraah log nahi paida hote,

lekin yahan to masla taqleedi riwaayat aur fiqhi maslak ke hifazat ka hai, chaahe islam ki mitti kitni hi paleed na ho.....


Maulwi habiburrahaman qasmi sahab yah rujhaan aapke halqe me bhi panap raha hai, aapne aurat ke hawaale se jo fitna fitna ki wird shuru kar rakhi hai usne auraton Ko radd amal par majboor kar diya hai, wah apni aankhon se dekh rahi hai ke AHLE HADITH hazraat aurton ke liye masaajid ,eidgaah aur deeni ijtemaat me shirqat ka maqool bando bast karte hain aur khwateen islam sharai aadaab ki pabandi karte hue inme haazir hoti hain aur hasab istataa'at istefaadah(benefit) haasil karti hain, aur allah ke fazal se koi khalal aur koi fitna wa fasaad nahi paida ho raha hai, to aakhir hamare ulema kiram kyon fitna ka bahana bata kar aurton ko ek nek kaam aur mufeed kaam se mana kar rahe hain,


ye rujhaan shahron ki taaleem yaafta khwateen me to badi shiddat se aam ho raha hai, tabhi to baaz log apne fiqhi maslak ko chhod kar is sunnat par amal karne ki zurrat ki hai aur aapko bhi der saber taqleedi daayere se nikalna hai, warna radd amal ki ye chingaari saa'ila jwalamukhi(volcano) ban kar aapke taqleedi imaarat ko jala kar khaak kar sakti hai,

halaat kharaab hone se pahle Zameeni haqaiq ko samjhen aur kitab wa sunnat ki taalimaat ko aam karne ki koshish karen


hz habiburrahman qasmi sahab ki soch par hamen tajjub to nahi par afsos zaroor ho raha hai ke ek sunnat rasool ka amal karnewalon ko aap maghrib ki be-maghroor aur be-haya aurton se mila rahe hain,

kya aaj jo log khwateen islam ko masajid namaz aur juma ada karne ki ijaazat dete hai, eidgaah aur deeni ijtemaat me in ki shirqat ka maaqool intezaam karte hain wah 'hawas' aur 'behaayai' ki tableegh kar rahe hain? Naozubillah

kya wo fitna aur fasaad paida kar rahe hain??

Kya wah log islam se bughz wa keena rakhte hain?? Naozubillah

kya wo aurton ka sahara lekar poore islaami mu'aashre ko kharaab karna chaahte hain??

Taassub me deobandi hazraat kahan chale gaye, aap ko yah bhi hosh nahi raha ke aapke qalam se kya kya nikal raha hai, islami mu'aashre ki nifs(half) aabaadi ke darmiyaan deeni sha'oor wa ahsaan Paida karne walon ke liye aap kya farma rahe hain??


Jo aurton juma aur eidain ki namaz me shirkat na hokar shahron ke bazaaro me bina burqa daale jaati hain, aur faisionable aur nange kapde pahan kar shaadi biyaah me shirqat karti hain, atkheliyan karti hai,wagerah inke khilaaf aap kya kar rahe hain???

Agar in aurton ko eidgaah jaane se rok diya hai to itni hi shakhti se baahir nikal kar shahron par udham machaane se bhi rok dijiye ya islami mu'aashre ke liye bahut acchi baat hogi..

Isi tarah mazaaron par jo mele lagte hain aur wahan aurten mardon ke saath saath nazar aati hai, iffat wa asmat ka koi lihaaz nahi rahta hai, aur mazaaron ka to haal hamen nahin malum, lekin nizaamuddin dehli ka manzar ham ne apni aankhon se dekha hai, aur us manzar ko bayaan karne ki taqat nahi hai,

aap badi tadaad me hai, rasookh bhi hai aur rasaai bhi, in buraiyon ke khilaaf bhi itni hi shakhti aur shiddat se boliye Kitaben likhiye,

bewajah ahle hadith hazraat ke islaahi programon me khalal mat paida kijiye, agar kisi cheez me ikhtelaaf hoto ilmi andaaz me iska radd kijiye aur haq wajeh ho jaane ke baad tasleem kar lijiye ham sab ko allah ke darbaar me haajir hokar jawaab dehi ke marhale se guzarna hai, sheeshe ki haweli se baher nikal kar dekhiye ke 21wi sadi me pahunch kar aap duniya ko kaun si islam ki dawat de rahe hai??

aaj ham aapki khidmaat me darul uloom deoband se saadir hone waale ek fatawe ko rakhna chaahte hain, zara gaur se padhen, is jawab aur uski zabaan lab wa lahza aur husn bayaan ki daad bhi den..

Saayel(questioner) ka sawaal ye hai

kya farmate hai ulema e deen muftiyan is masle ke baare me

1- imam e azam abu hanifa rh ke baare me AHLE HADITH hazraat ye kahte hain ke aapne ek wuzu se do waqt ki namaz yaani isha ke waqt wuzu kiya aur isi wuzu se fajr ki namaz padhi hain, to aap ka yah amal 40 saal tak raha to biwi ka haq kaise ko kyun ada na kiya jabke rasool(sws) ne aisa nahi kiya hai, to aap inse zyaada mujhide karne waale ho gaye, ya aap ne aisa karne ki ijaazat di hai..

2- sawaal ka jawab daleel se den.


Isi sawaal ke saath do sawaal aur bhi hai jin ka jawab bhi muftiyan darul uloom deoband ne khaalis deobandi ilm e Kalaam ki roshni se diya hai , usko chhodte hue sirf ham isi pahle sawaal ke jawab ko rakhte hai isi se andaaza laga len..

raha biwi ke huqooq ki adaaiyegi , to kya ye haq din me ada karna gunaah hai, ya mumkin nahi hai raat bhar ummat ko nawafil padhne se roka nahi gaya hai, ghair muqallid ka kahna sahih nahi hai,"

Aap saayel ka sawaal aur daarul uloom ke muftiyon ka jawab ek baar phir padh len Zara ghaur karen ke kya saayel ke sawaal ka yahi jawab tha jo muftiyan daarul uloom ne diya hai.. Sayel ke sawaal se zaahir hai ke wah kam padha likha aadmi hai, usne kisi hanfiyon ke mashoor kardah ek waqeye par waarid hone waale ishkaal ko suna usne is ki haqiqat jaanne ke liye daarul uloom deoband ke muftiyon se ruju kiya....

Saayel ne apne sawaal me AHLE HADITH ka lafz istemaal kiya hai..... Magar muftiyan daarul uloom ko ye lafz pasand nahi aaya..

Unhone shaitaani lahza apnaate hue AHLE HADITH ko lafz GAIR MUQALLID se badal diya......

Haalanke wah khoob acchi tarah se jaante hain ke AHLE HADITH aur gair muqallid ek alfaaz wa mafhoom nahi hain, dono me zameen aasmaan ka farq hai lekin mahaz AHLE HADITH se awaam ko gumrah karne ke liye wah liye lafz gair muqallid ko istemaal kar gaye...

Jab ke asal me saara deoband group pakka gair muqallid hai,

baher haal muftiyan daarul uloom deoband ne ahle Hadith ko mukhaalif dushman imam abu hanifa likh kar hamare in bhaiyyon ko apni asliyat bata di jo in ashaab jubba wa dastaar ko mukhlis wa fazilat ma'aab baawar kiye hue hain, jinke saamne in muqaddas ashhaaq ka sirf ek hi roop tha, ham apne un bhaiyyon se jo in logon aur daarul uloom deoband ke saath abhi tak husn zan rakhte aur charm qurbaani se lekar har fasal me ashr o zaqaat daarul uloom ke liye jama kare aur ba'qaaidah usko bhejte hai.. Arz karenge ke maherbaano zara aankh khol kar dost aur dushman ko pahchaano aur apne amal par nazar saani kar lo



AHLE HADITH imam abu hanifa ke mukhaalif hain???


Aakhir kis tarah jawab diya gaya hai ke wah imam shahab ki taqleed nahi karte shayad isliye mukhaalif bataya gaya !!

To sawaal ye hai ke muqallideen deoband bhi aimma salasa , imam malik, imam shafai, imam ahamad bin hambal ke zaroor mukhaalif hain, kyonki wah bhi in aimma ki taqleed nahi karte, Deobandi bhi aimma muhaddiseen ke dushman wa mukhaalif hai,

aur usme kya shak hai ke muqllideen imam abu haneefa ka sawaad e azam (barelwi group) aimam wa auliya wa khud huzoor(sws) ka dushman DEOBANDIYON ko na sirf maante hain, balke seena thok kar elaan karte hain,

kitabon me likhte hain, uske yahan se saadir hone waale fatawon ki roshni me na sirf deobandi balke har wah shakhs bhi kaafir hai jo in deobandion ko kaafir na maane ,unke muqaable me deobandion ki kya position hai.....


Agar deobandion ke mutaallik barelwion ke fatawe durust hai to deobandion ko apne KUFR se tauba karna chahiye, aur agar ghalat hai to kis bunyaad par ghalat hain,

kya wahi tareeqa wa amal muftiyan deoband ka ahle hadith ke talluq se nahi hai, jo mazkoorah firqe ka deobandion ke talluq se hai.....

Jab ek muqallid a aap ke mutaallik fatawa deta hai to usko aap ghalat balaate hain aur sharaafat, diyaanat ijtehaad, Jaisi cheezon ki duhaayi dene lagte hain aur jab aap khud hi wah tareeqa dusre ke mutaallik akhtiyaar karte hain to zarrah baraabar bhi sharm wa haya nahi aati...

Deobandi muftiyon ke kahne ke mutaabik AHLE HADITH ki samajh adhuri hai, kyonki wah muqallid nahi kyonki sirf muqallidon ki aqal poori hoti hai,

aur chunke aala maqaam tabiee, sahaba kiram, wagerah me koi deobandion jaisa muqallid na tha, lihaaza insab logon ki aqal adhuri thi... Subhaanallah ! Deobandion ka ehtaraam aimma wa fuqaha wa muhaddiseen ka ye niraala andaaz khoob hai...

Chunke yah daur science ijaadaat ka hai muftiyan daarul uloom deoband ne zaroor koi aala(instrument) aisa ijaad kar liya hai jisse wah logon ki aqalon ko naap lete hain, agar wah market me us aale ko aam kar den to bada hi karam hoga. Darul uloom deoband ki shohrat me bhi chaar chaand lag jaayenge......


Baherhaal

sawaal karne waala 40 saal baraabar isha ke Wuzu se fajr ki namaz padhne ke mutaalliq sawaal kar raha hai, magar daarul uloom deoband ke aqal kul jawab me likhte hain..

" ek riwayat aisi hai jisse maalum hota hai ke imam sahab ne isha ke wuzu se fajr ki namaz padhi hai"

is jawab me kis qadar aqal ka istemaal huwa hai padhne waale mulaaheza farma len....

Phir ek paintra mufti sahab ne ye kiya ke "AHLE HADITH tahajjud nahi padhna jaante"

mufti sahab ko kaise pata chala uske baare me unhone kuch nahi bataya, ek mazeed paintra ye bhi sunte chale ki

" ahle hadith raat bhar jaagna nahi jaante"

agar mufti sahab us paintre ke baare me apni tahqeeq bhi qalam band farma dete to bada karam hota..

Aage irshaad hota hai

"raha biwion ke huqooq ki adaaigi to kya ye haq din me ada karna gunaah hai,ya mumkin nahi"


mufti sahab seedhe seedhe ye kyon nahi kah dete ke imam sahab biwi ka haq din me ada karte they, kisi ko isme kya aitraaz ho sakta hai...

Aap irshaad farma den bhala aap ki baat ghalat ho sakti hai...


Mufti sahab ka ye farman ke " raat bhar ummat ko nawafil padhne se roka nahi gaya hai"

kya khoob kaha hai...

Mufti sahab ke is jawab ke kya kaha jaaye..

Ahle hadith se dushmani me wah bhool gaye ke hindustan me maujood rasm o riwaaj bidat wa khuraafaat par kaarband hazraat ki sab se badi daleel yahi hai..

Aakhir khud ulema e deoband inki bahut saari bidaat wa khuraafaat ko kyun mana karte hain...

Mufti sahab ki daleel yahi hai ke inme se kisi cheez se "roka" nahi gaya hai..

teeja ,10wa, 20wa, 40wa, barsi, shab e raat kunda, muharram daari mela, fatiha, inke jawab ki sabse badi daleel yahi hai ke inme se kisi cheez se "roka "nahi gaya hai...

Mufti sahab in tamaam baaton ki ijaazat apni isi daleel se de denge agar haan to elaan farma den .. Shayad muqallideen ke do group mil baithen


hamara khayaal hai mufti sahab us hadith se Yaqinan bekhabar na honge jisko "bukhari wa muslim" ne naqal farmaya hai....

Ke allah ke rasool(sws) ke teen sahabi azwaaj hz aisha ra ke paas gaye. Aapke din wa raat ki ibadat ke baare me poocha, aur jab tafseel sun chuke to yah kah kar ke rasool(sws) ko ziyadah ibadat ki kya zarurat hai aap to bakhse bakhsaaye hai, unme se ek sahabi ne elaan kiya ke ham hamesha raat bhar namaz padhenge, dusre ne kaha main har din roza rakhunga, teesre ne kaha main kabhi shaadi nahi karunga, aurton se alag rahunga, jab rasool akram(sws) tashreef laaye aap ko bataaya gaya, aap naaraaz hue, unko bulaaya aur farmaya:-" kya tum hi logon ne aisa kaha hai , qasam allah ki main tum sab se ziyaadah allah se darne waala , uska taqwa rakhne waala hun, lekin main roza bhi rakhta hun nahi bhi rakhta hun, sota bhi hun aur aurton se shadi bhi karta hun, yani huqooq bhi ada karta hun pas jisne meri sunnat se munh moda usse mera koi Talluq nahi"

ye hadith aur bhi hadith ki kitaabon me hai, kya isme saaf taur par is baat se mana nahi hai..

1- aadmi saari raat jaag kar namaz padhe..

Aap(sws) ki sunnat yd hai ke aap raat ko sote bhi they, aur namaz bhi padhte they, uske bar khilaaf agar koi karta hai yaani saari raat musalsal 40 saal tak ibadat karta hai to kya uski ye ibadat uske liye fazilat kah laayegi ?

Jab rasoollullah(sws) ki sunnat uske khilaaf hai..kya wah khilaaf sunnat par amal karne ke ba'wajood shahad e fazilat ho sakta hai !!


Hamara khyaal hai mufti sahab ke zahen me wah hadith bhi hogi, jisko imam muslim rh ne apni sahih me sahih sanadon se naqal farmaya hai..

" aiy abdullah bin umar ra ! Mujhe khabar mili hai ke tum din bhar roza rakhte ho aur raat bhar namaz padhte ho, aisa mat karo kyonke tumhare jism ka bhi tumhare uper haq hai, aur tumhare aankhon ka bhi tumhare uper haq hai, aur tumhare Biwi ka bhi tumhare uper haq hai"


kya isi hadith me saaf taur par mana nahi hai..


Is mukhtasar wazahat se ye baat yaqinan waazeh hai ke kisi ka bhi musalsal 40 saal tak raat bhar namaz padhna baa'as fazilat nahi aur ham hargiz ye baat tasleem nahi kar sakte ke imam abu hanifa rh bawajood faqeeh aur muttabe sunnat sone ke musalsal 40 saal tak aisa kaam karte rahe jo rasool akram(sws) ki sunnat nahi hai aur aapne aisa karne se mana kiya

magar tajjub hai mufti sahab par hai ke wah uski beja waqaalat hi nahi karte balke us ghalat baat ke khilaaf zabaan kholne waalon ko dushman, mukhaalif, bad'dimagh aur na'samjh farma rahe hain

ab agar koi ye kahe ke ye baat imam sahab ke haq me kahna ke aap 40 saal tak isha ke wuzu se fajir ki namaz padhte rahe durust nahi kyonke imam sahab jaisa faqeeh wa muttabe sunnat aisa kaam itne lambe arse tak nahi kar sakta , is tarah ki cheez ka intesaab imam sahab ki taraf Karna unki tanqees karna hai...

Mufti sahab se arz hai ke wah is waqeye ki sehat asool muhaddiseen se saabit farma kar jo ishqalaat is par waarid hote hain, inka maqool jawaab inaayat farmayen, dusron par ilzaam taraashi aur bohtaan baazi se ye masla hal na hoga..

Balke aapki fuqaahiyat aur daarul uloom ke ke daarul ifta ki haqiqat bhi majrooh hogi

kisi qaum ki dushmani tumhe is baat par aamaadah na kar de ke tum insaaf na karo wa insaaf karo ke wah taqwa se qareeb tar hai.....
