~*A LETTER FROM MUSLIM GIRL TO HER CHRISTIAN PARENT*~
Hello Mami and Papa,
I don't know how else to approach you in order to explain my reasoning behind my life changing decision and have you listen and understand at the same time. Since I can long remember I have not be a strong believer of cristianity, there was a lot that did not make sense to me, for example, why I have to beg for forgiveness to a priest? Why I have to pray to saints and not straight to God, why is Jesus the SON of God, why are their SOO many versions of the bible?The religion became a fascination to me, and I truly wanted to know more. I purchased a few books in the UK and read some pamphlets on the religion. I did not make any decisions but I continued to read and become more familiar to Islam. Islam began making sense to me, the idea that we pray only to Allah, that we ...ask Allah for help and for forgive us, how a book (the Quran) that was written thousands of years ago remains unchanged as of today
(there are different translations but no different versions) . Also how a book that was written years ago managed to explain scientific situations that was only discovered by man kind only a couple of year ago. Or how the Quran has managed to explains how babies develop in the womb? How would anyone thousands of years ago know this and in such detail? Especially since scientist discovered the explanation of these situations less that 100 years ago?? How can we explain those wonders of the book? Also how can I deny the holy book when it has been so clear in explaining advanced technology, how the day turns into the night, the creation of human beings by water (as we know scientifically to be known that we came from cells) layers of heaven (which we describe now in scientific terms as the atmospheric levels?). Furthermore, the beginning of the universe and the movement of tectonic plates (there are numerous other examples of the science behind the QURAN
What also has touched me is that Islam believes in ALL THE PROPHETS - JESUS MOSES DAVID ABRAHAM AND MOHAMMAD (pbuh) they all coexist in he Quran, the Quran also tells us that we must respect ALL religions. Mami and Papi, I can not explain how many times I have made my self clear to you of what I believed in, I could not have given myself away anymore! Every time I spoke hours and hours on end about Islam, and how I knew so much. Also I began of interacting more with Muslim friends; I felt that they would be able to give me a clear explanation of Islam.
Also Islam played a major part in self respect, and it helped my appreciate my self more, and realize that I should stay away from harmful situation such as drinking, smoking, going out with people that only meant trouble. I told you what my friends were like, they were heading the wrong direction, and I did not want to be in that direction and believing in Islam made it easier for me to walk away from the powers of shaytaan and do better
Also Islam was and has been the reason for my success in school. I have placed my mind in my studies instead of going out all the time as my old friends did, and trust me you would not like me to be like them, because if I had been than you would have every single reason to think I was a bad person, that I was irresponsible and that I was a disgrace to the family. After almost one year of studying Islam I had no doubt in my mind that it was not the right religion. I was prepared to become a Sunni Muslim . In early June 2006 I attended the mosque in Westbury NY to ask further questions about Islam and after speaking to a sister and the imam of the mosque I knew that it was time to make the right decision. I did shahada around 2 weeks later which is the Islamic creed; it means to testify or to bear witness in Arabic, the declaration of the belief. I stated in front of 80- 100 Muslims "ash hadu anla ilaha illallah, wa ash hadu anla Mohammad roosul Allah" which translates to "I believe in one and only God and Mohammad is his messenger" It was such a beautiful experience. I had been accepted into the Islam. I was welcomed by every single Muslim at the mosque with open arms, I felt too special, it felt so right, I knew I had made the best decision in my life, and it was something that was going to bring positive sides of me. It is so hard to explain the rush, and the emotional and faith satisfaction that I had at that moment, but I knew there was something wrong, that I was not able to celebrate my happiness with the people in my life that I loved the most, the meant to most to me, and that was you and papi. The moment was wonderful but not complete. I really wish you could have been as proud of me as I was for myself.

Isne jawab diya ke ye kamzori se bachne ke liye hai’ To aap{sall’Allaahu ta’ aalaa alaihi wa’sallam} ne farmaya: isse utaar kar phek do’ isliye ke ye kamzori hi me ezafa karega’aur isse pahne hue teri “wafaat(death) ” ho gai to tu kabhi kamyaab nahi hosakta”. Hazrat-Makeem(r.t.a) se marwe hai Nabi ( sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaya: Jisne kisi cheez (taweez,dhaga) ko latkaya to uska bharosa usi par kardiya jata hai. (*Tirmizi/Musnad-Ahmad*)
Hazrat-Abdullah-bin masood(r.t.a) ki biwi( wife) Zainab(r.t.a) ka biyaan hai ke “Abdullah- bin masood(r.t.a)” ne meri garden me ek “ Dhaga” dekha to pucha’ ye kya hai? Main ne kaha” ye dam kiya hua “Dhaga” mujhe diya gaya hai, To “Abdullah-bin masood(r.t.a)” ne wo “Dhaga” kaat dala aur farmaya: yaqinan “ abdullah ka khandaan shirk se door hai"

NABI ZINDA HAIN LEKIN JANNAT ME
AS SALAM O ALLAIKUM WR WB
( ‘ Innaka mayyitum wa’innahum mayyitoon )
Tarjuma :- Yaqinan khud apko bhi Maut ka mazaa chakhna hai, aur ye sab bhi marne wale hain. (Surah-Tul-Zamar, Aayat-no---30)
Tashrih :- Yani aye paigamber! Aap bhi aur apke mukhalif bhi sab Maut se humkanar ho kar is dunya se hamare pass aakhrat me aayegen- Dunya me to Tawheed aur shirk ka faisla tumhare darmiyan nahi ho saka aur tum is bare me jhagadte hi rahe- Lekin yahan main iska faisla karonga aur Momin, Mukhlis, aur Moheed bande ko Jannat me aur Kufr-wa-inkaar aur Shirk-wa-takzeeb karne wale ko Jahannam me dakhil karonga, Is aayat se bhiwafat-e-nabwe sabit hota hai, jis tarah k “Surah-Tul-Imraan, Aayat- no---144 ”
sebhi sabit hota hai, inhi aayat se istadlal karte hue Hazrat-Abu- Baqar(r.t.a) nebhi logon me apki maut ka taqiq farmaya tha, Isliye Nabi(s.a. w) ki babat ye aaqida rakhna k apko Barzakh me bilkul issi tarah zindagi hansil hai jis tarah dunya me hansil thi, Aur ye Quraan k bhi khilaf hai, Aap par bhi digar insaanohi ki tarah Maut tari hui, issi liye apko daafan kiya gaya, Qabar me apko barzakhi zindagi to yaqinan hansil hai, jiski kaifiyat ka hame ilm nahi, lekindobarah Qabar me apko dunyawe zindagi ata nahi ki gai...

RAFULYADAIN(AND OPINION OF HANAFI SCHOLER) (ENGLISH)
ASSALAM O ALLAIKUM WR WB
In fact, the Imaam of the Hanafee Deobandees,
Anwar Shah Kaashmiree writes, "The chain of narration and practice concerning Rafal Yadain are mutawaatir, and there can be no doubt regarding this. There is not a single word of this action which has been abrogated". This statement should be sufficient for those who take Anwar Shah as the ultimate authority in matters of the religion, and all praise are to Allah and may he guide us all.
Ibn al-Qayyim writes, after affirming that the Prophet raised his hands at ruku and when rising from it: "Without question, nothing opposing is established from him."
Imaam Marwazee states, "The scholars of all the lands have consensus on the practice of raising the hands, except the people of Koofah''
Imaam Bukhaari also mentions something similar to this in his juzz.
Shaikh Abdul Hayy Lucknowee said; "Without doubt the truth with us is that raising the hands whilst performing ruku and raising the head from it is established and from the Prophet sallallahu ' alayhi wa sallam and the companions with strong and (Saheeh) authentic chains." In Sa'ayah Sharh Waqaayah (2 /213)
Shaah Waleeullaah Muhaddith Dehlawee said; " The one who does Raf al-Yadain is more beloved to me than the one who does not because, there are many Ahadeeth for performing Raf al-Yadain and they are authentic.'
In Hujjatullah al-Baalighah (2 /10) , also in Kifaayah Liman Lahu Diraayah
Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi said "When a hadeeth is narrated from 10-( ten) companions then that position (Saying or action) is given precedence and is also mutawaatir."
(Bawaadir an-Nawaadir (p. 136)( as is the case)
Indeed, Taaj ud Deen Subkee mentions in Tabaqaat ash-Shaafiyyah (2 /100) that Shaafi'ee said, 'It is not befitting [halaal] for any muslim after knowing of the ahaadeeth of raising the hands and then not to follow them' Musannaf Abdur Razzaaq (2 /80)
reports authentically the practice of Uthmaan. All four rightly guided Khaliphs performed Raf al-Yadain ( at-Ta'leeq al-Mughnee (p.ll),Juzz(p.9) of Subkee, Muhalla (1 /95) of Ibn Hazm.
Indeed, this is a detailed narration which fully mentions raising the hands whilst going into rukoo, rising from it and rising from the tashhaud. Further this hadeeth was narrated in front of ten companions after the death of the prophet, who all confirmed the prophets prayer was as such. This is a strong proof against those who state the raising of the hands may be abrogated or that it is more better not to perform it. Ibn Khuzaimah narrates from his teacher Yahya Zuhlee in his Saheeh (1 /198) , 'One who after hearing this narration does not raise his hands whilst going into rukoo and raising from it then, his prayer is deficient, and should be repeated'. 53 Ibn Maajah 34
Bukhaari in his Juzz Raf al-Yadain (p.8) , Ibn Abee Shaybah (1 /239) , Taareekh Kabeer of Bukhaari (3 /87).Bukhaari (3 /87). After reporting this narration Bukhaari states, The wives of the companions practiced raising the hands and they knew more than those who do not practice it today'.
Imaam Sa'eed Ibn Jubayr has also mentioned the raising of the hands from the companions as a whole, without, excluding any one of them. ( Baihaqee 2 /85). Imaam Salmah bin Deenaar Abu Haazim E'raaj Madanee, the Taabi'ee is reported to have said, "I saw all the people raising there bands whilst going into rukoo and coming up from it" ( Taareekh Ibn Asaakir (1 /263) , Diraayah (1 /154) and Talkhees al-I iabeer (p.220).

translation: hz abdullah ibn umar se riwayat kai ki " rasoollullah sallallahu allaihi wasallam jab namaaz shuru karte to rafulyadain karte aur jab rukoo ke liye takbeer kahte to rafulyadain karke " samiallah limam hamida aur rabbana lakal hamd kahte....
imam muhammad ne huzoor (saw) ki sahih hadith apni kitaab me laakar maan liya ki rafulyadain unki sunnat-e-sahiha se saabit hai...
Ab to hanafi bhaiyon ko bhi yah sunnat maan leni chahiye

Abdullah-Bin-Umar{Ra} se rawayat hai, Rasool-Allah{s} ne farmaya:- Teen(3) Aadmi ja rahe the, itne me barish hone lagi to wo pahad me ek GAAR tha isme ghoos gaye, Pahad par se ek pather gira aur GAAR ke monh par aagaya aur monh band ho gaya, Ek ne dosre se kaha:- apne apne neak Aamaal ka khayal karo jo ALLAH ke liye ho aur DUA maango in Aamaal ke WASILE se shayed Allah-Taala is pather ko khool de tumhare liye,To inme se Ek ne kaha:- Mere MAA-BAAP budhe zayef the aur meri Biwi(wife) aur mere chote chote ladke the, ke main inke waste Bhed, Bakriyan charaya karta tha, to inka Dodh(milk) duhta tha aur sabse pahele apne MAA_BAAP se suru karta tha, to inko apne ladko se pahele pilata tha, albatta ek din mujhko bakriyon ka chara bahut door mila so main ghar na aaya yahan tak ke mujhko aane me shaam ho gai to maine apne MAA-BAAP ko sota hua paya, phir maine doodh(milk) duha jis tarah duha karta tha, phir main doodh(milk) laya aur apne MAA-BAAP ke sar ke pass khada hua, mujhko bura laga ke main inko neend se jagaon aur bura laga ke inse pahele ladko ko pilaon aur ladke bhook ke mare shoor kar rahe the mere dono pairo(legs) ke pass, so issi tarah barabar mera aur inka haal raha subah tak(yani main apne MAA-BAAP ke intejar me doodh liye raat bhar khada raha) aur ladke rote chillate rahe, na maine piya aur na ladko ko pilaya, so Elaahi agar tu janta hai ke aisi Mahnat aur Moshaqat teri razamandi waste maine ki thi to is pather se ek rozan khool de jisse hum aasmaan ko dekhe to Allah-Taala ne isme ek Rozan khool diya aur unhone isme se Aasmaan ko dekha,
Dosre ne kaha:- Elaahi majra ye hai ke mere chacha(yani uncle) ki ek Beti thi, jis se main mohabbat karta tha jis tarah Mard-Aurat karte hain(yani main iska kamaal Ashiq tha) so iski taraf mayel ho kar maine iski zaat ko chaha(yani haraamkhori ka irada kiya) isne na mana aur kaha jab tak 100 Ashrafiya na dega main razi na hungi, maine kosis ki aur 100 Ashrafiya kama kar iske pass laya, Jab main ne iski taang uthai( yani jamaa ke irade se) isne kaha:- Aye Allah ke bande! dar ALLAH se aur mat tood mahar ko magar haq se(yani begair Nikah ke bakarat mat zayel kar) to main uth khada hua iske upper se - Elaahi agar tu janta hai ke ye kaam maine teri razamandi ke liye kiya to ek Rozan aur khool de hamare liye, Allah-Taala ne aur ek Rozan khool diya yani wo Rozan bada ho gaya,
Teesre ne kaha:- Elaahi maine ek saks se mazdoori li, ek Farq chawal par(yani wo bartan jisme 16 ratal aanaj aata hai) jab wo kaam kar chuka isne kaha: mera haq de maine ek Farq bhar chawal iske samne rakhi, isne na liya phir maine in chawalon ko bota raha, isme barkat hui yahan tak ke maine is maal se Gaaye aur Bael(cow & bull) aur inke charane wale gulaam ikhatta kiya, phir wo majdoor mere pass aaya aur kahne laga: Allah se dar aur mera haq mat maar, maine kaha ja aur Gaaye Bael(Cow-Bull) aur iske charane wale sab tu lele---wo bola: Allah Jabbar se dar aur mujhse mazak mat kar, maine kaha main mazak nahi karta, wo Gaaye Bael(Cow-Bull) aur charane wale ko tu lele isne le liya, phir agar tu janta hai ke maine teri razamandi ke liye kiya to jitna baqi hai Rozan wo bhi khool de, Allah-Taala ne isko bhi khool diya aur wo log GAAR se bahar nikal gaye.( *Sahih-Muslim, Hadees-no---6939* / *Sahih-Bukhari, Hadees-no---2333,2215*
Tashrih:- IS hadees se jo baat samne aati hai wo ye hai,
(1) => Sakht mosibat me aur nehayat pareshani me jiski koi tabdir na ho sake to apne khalis Aamaal ko WASILA bana kar Allah se DUA kare Allah isko nijad de.
(2) => MAA-BAAP ka haq apni jaan aur biwi, ladko ke haq me muqaddam hai aur neakiyon me dakhil hai.
(3) => Qadir ho kar gunnah se bachna aur sirf Allah ke Dar-wa-Khauf se shawat ko dabana aur khawash-e-nafs ko mitana bede kamala ki baat hai, aur Allah ko nihayat pasand hai.
(4) => Haq walon ka haq adda karna Raza-e-Elaahi ka umdaa wasila hai.
(5) => Maalik ke ijazat ke bina koi aanaj bo de to iska hasilaat ka maalik asal maalik hi hoga
***1=> allah ke 99 naam hai uske naam ka waseela laga kar usse maango
2=> aap main se jo zinda neak log hain unke paas jaake unse kaho ki mere liye dua karen zinda ka hukum hai murdon ka nahi
3 => apne koi neak aamal ka waseela lagao......jaise ke deen main jo tumne paisa kharach kiya hai ya aur koi nek amal

Abdullah-Bin-Umar{Ra} se rawayat hai, Rasool-Allah{s} ne farmaya:- Teen(3) Aadmi ja rahe the, itne me barish hone lagi to wo pahad me ek GAAR tha isme ghoos gaye, Pahad par se ek pather gira aur GAAR ke monh par aagaya aur monh band ho gaya, Ek ne dosre se kaha:- apne apne neak Aamaal ka khayal karo jo ALLAH ke liye ho aur DUA maango in Aamaal ke WASILE se shayed Allah-Taala is pather ko khool de tumhare liye,To inme se Ek ne kaha:- Mere MAA-BAAP budhe zayef the aur meri Biwi(wife) aur mere chote chote ladke the, ke main inke waste Bhed, Bakriyan charaya karta tha, to inka Dodh(milk) duhta tha aur sabse pahele apne MAA_BAAP se suru karta tha, to inko apne ladko se pahele pilata tha, albatta ek din mujhko bakriyon ka chara bahut door mila so main ghar na aaya yahan tak ke mujhko aane me shaam ho gai to maine apne MAA-BAAP ko sota hua paya, phir maine doodh(milk) duha jis tarah duha karta tha, phir main doodh(milk) laya aur apne MAA-BAAP ke sar ke pass khada hua, mujhko bura laga ke main inko neend se jagaon aur bura laga ke inse pahele ladko ko pilaon aur ladke bhook ke mare shoor kar rahe the mere dono pairo(legs) ke pass, so issi tarah barabar mera aur inka haal raha subah tak(yani main apne MAA-BAAP ke intejar me doodh liye raat bhar khada raha) aur ladke rote chillate rahe, na maine piya aur na ladko ko pilaya, so Elaahi agar tu janta hai ke aisi Mahnat aur Moshaqat teri razamandi waste maine ki thi to is pather se ek rozan khool de jisse hum aasmaan ko dekhe to Allah-Taala ne isme ek Rozan khool diya aur unhone isme se Aasmaan ko dekha,
Dosre ne kaha:- Elaahi majra ye hai ke mere chacha(yani uncle) ki ek Beti thi, jis se main mohabbat karta tha jis tarah Mard-Aurat karte hain(yani main iska kamaal Ashiq tha) so iski taraf mayel ho kar maine iski zaat ko chaha(yani haraamkhori ka irada kiya) isne na mana aur kaha jab tak 100 Ashrafiya na dega main razi na hungi, maine kosis ki aur 100 Ashrafiya kama kar iske pass laya, Jab main ne iski taang uthai( yani jamaa ke irade se) isne kaha:- Aye Allah ke bande! dar ALLAH se aur mat tood mahar ko magar haq se(yani begair Nikah ke bakarat mat zayel kar) to main uth khada hua iske upper se - Elaahi agar tu janta hai ke ye kaam maine teri razamandi ke liye kiya to ek Rozan aur khool de hamare liye, Allah-Taala ne aur ek Rozan khool diya yani wo Rozan bada ho gaya,
Teesre ne kaha:- Elaahi maine ek saks se mazdoori li, ek Farq chawal par(yani wo bartan jisme 16 ratal aanaj aata hai) jab wo kaam kar chuka isne kaha: mera haq de maine ek Farq bhar chawal iske samne rakhi, isne na liya phir maine in chawalon ko bota raha, isme barkat hui yahan tak ke maine is maal se Gaaye aur Bael(cow & bull) aur inke charane wale gulaam ikhatta kiya, phir wo majdoor mere pass aaya aur kahne laga: Allah se dar aur mera haq mat maar, maine kaha ja aur Gaaye Bael(Cow-Bull) aur iske charane wale sab tu lele---wo bola: Allah Jabbar se dar aur mujhse mazak mat kar, maine kaha main mazak nahi karta, wo Gaaye Bael(Cow-Bull) aur charane wale ko tu lele isne le liya, phir agar tu janta hai ke maine teri razamandi ke liye kiya to jitna baqi hai Rozan wo bhi khool de, Allah-Taala ne isko bhi khool diya aur wo log GAAR se bahar nikal gaye.( *Sahih-Muslim, Hadees-no---6939* / *Sahih-Bukhari, Hadees-no---2333,2215*
Tashrih:- IS hadees se jo baat samne aati hai wo ye hai,
(1) => Sakht mosibat me aur nehayat pareshani me jiski koi tabdir na ho sake to apne khalis Aamaal ko WASILA bana kar Allah se DUA kare Allah isko nijad de.
(2) => MAA-BAAP ka haq apni jaan aur biwi, ladko ke haq me muqaddam hai aur neakiyon me dakhil hai.
(3) => Qadir ho kar gunnah se bachna aur sirf Allah ke Dar-wa-Khauf se shawat ko dabana aur khawash-e-nafs ko mitana bede kamala ki baat hai, aur Allah ko nihayat pasand hai.
(4) => Haq walon ka haq adda karna Raza-e-Elaahi ka umdaa wasila hai.
(5) => Maalik ke ijazat ke bina koi aanaj bo de to iska hasilaat ka maalik asal maalik hi hoga
***1=> allah ke 99 naam hai uske naam ka waseela laga kar usse maango
2=> aap main se jo zinda neak log hain unke paas jaake unse kaho ki mere liye dua karen zinda ka hukum hai murdon ka nahi
3 => apne koi neak aamal ka waseela lagao......jaise ke deen main jo tumne paisa kharach kiya hai ya aur koi nek amal

na jaber aur zabardusti ka naam hai,islam to aman ka paigham le ker aaya tha uss waqt jab zameen zulm-o-ziadti se bhar chuki thi. islam ki poori tareekh utha ker parh len kahin bhi islami nazriat ko kisi bhi muselman badshah nay zabardasti kisi per nafez nahi kiya to hame kis ne yeh haq de diya ke hum bomblast krein khud bhi marain aur begunahoon ka khoon bhi apne sar le aur yeh sumjhain k hum islam ki khidmat ker rahay hain,nahi nahi yeh islam hargiz nahi humaray rub nay hame kahin bhi iss bat ki ijazat nhi di.khuda ki raah me dusroon k zati mufadat ko pora kernay k liye na apne app ko qatal karo aur na hi baygunnah masoom janoon ko qatal karo..ye insaniat se giri hui harkatein ker k tum islam ki khidmat nahi balki islam ko badnam kar rahe ho yeh badi badi darhioon walay,yeh jubay aur dustar walay sirf apne pait k liye jeetay hain tumhain to sirf islam ka hawala de kar yeh apne zaati maqsad ki jung lardh rahe hain,batao mujhe....
aaj tak kisi maolvi ka baita bhi mara hai?
kisi maolvi ne apne bete ko bhi jihad per bheja hai?

Hz anas (ra)farmate hain ki" rasoollah ne apne sahaba ko namaaz padhai, namaaz padha kar unki taraf ghoom kar pauccha, kya tum apni namaaz me imam ki qir'at ke saath padhte ho...sab khamosh rahe. Teen baar aapne puccha. Phir jawab diya. Haan huzoor hum aisa karte hain aur farmaya, na kare ! Tum me se har ek ko chahiye ki sirf surah fatiha dheere se padh liya kare, yaani surah fatiha zaroor padh liya karo aur phir khamoshi se qir'at suna karo...

SHAH WALIULLAH DEHLWI KA FATAWA
" agar imam unchi aawaz se qir'at padhta hai . To muktadi imam ke saktah ke waqt peeche-peeche alhamdu sharif padhta jaaye. Aur agar khmoshi se padhta hai to muktadi ko choot hai(jis tarah padhe)
saktah= surah padhte waqt imam jahan thaharta hai
HIDAYAH KA FATAWA
hidayah hanafi maslak ki bahut maqbool aur unche darje ki kitaab hai. Iski pahli jild fasl-fil-qir'at me fatiha khalf ul imam ke baare me ye fatawa hai.
Wa-yustahsun ala sabilil ihtiyati
ahtiyaat ke liye surah fatiha ka imam ke peeche padh lena hi behtar hai

IMAM KE PEECHE SURAH FATIHA AUR BAAZ AIMMA E AHNAF KE AQWAAL:
1- Allama aini hanafi sharah bukhari me likhte hain
" baaz fuqaha e hanfiya har namaz me chaahe wah sirri ho ya jahri imam ke peeche alhamdu (surah fatiha) padhne ko ehtiyaatan mustahab(bahtar) bataate hain, baaz fuqaha sirf sirri namaz me, aur makka aur madina aur mulk e shaam ke fuqaha ka isi par amal hai"

2- allama abdul haiy lakhnawi rh likhte hain
" imam muhammad rh (imam abu hanifa ke shargird) se marwi hai ki unhone imam ke peeche surah fatiha padhne ko sirri namaz me mustahab(behtar) bataya hai, aur isi tarah imam abu hanifa rh se riwayat kiya gaya hai aur isi to hamare bahut se masaikh ne akhtiyaar kiya hai"

3- imam shorani rh farmate hain
" imam abu hanifa rh aur imam muhammad rh ka aakhiri qaul yahi hai ki imam ke peeche surah fatiha padhi jaaye, na padhne ka Qaul pahle ka hai, jisse unhone ahtiyaatan ruju kar liya hai"

4- khwaja nizamuddeen awliya rh imam ke peeche surah fatiha padhte they aur farmate they
" nabi(sws) se sahih sanad se saabit ho chuka hai ki jisne surah fatiha na padhi uski namaz nahi hoti, ek baar jab aapne ye hadith pesh ki to wahan qaazi ruknuddeen bhi maujood they wah kahne lage tujhko hadith se kya kaam abu hanifa ka koi qaul pesh kar
hz nizamuddeen rh ne farmaya:-" subhaanallah! Main nabi ki hadith pesh karta hun aur tum mujhse abu hanifa ki riwayat talab karte ho, phir aapne farmaya:- fuqaha ki is bahaduri par tajjub hai ki hadith ka kaise inkaar karte hain aur kahte hain ki fiqhi riwaayat rasool(sws) ki hadith par muqaddam hain"

" jab aap(sws) ko qirat me munaz'at aur siql huwa aur logon ka padhna malum huwa to aap(sws) ne huqm farmaya, Agarche tum jaldi jaldi saktaat e imam me hi padhte ho taa ham padha kare siwaaye fatiha ke kyonki surah fatiha ke begair namaz nahi hoti"

Hz anas (ra)farmate hain ki" rasoollah ne apne sahaba ko namaaz padhai, namaaz padha kar unki taraf ghoom kar pauccha, kya tum apni namaaz me imam ki qir'at ke saath padhte ho...sab khamosh rahe. Teen baar aapne puccha. Phir jawab diya. Haan huzoor hum aisa karte hain aur farmaya, na kare ! Tum me se har ek ko chahiye ki sirf surah fatiha dheere se padh liya kare, yaani surah fatiha zaroor padh liya karo aur phir khamoshi se qir'at suna karo...

SHAH WALIULLAH DEHLWI KA FATAWA
" agar imam unchi aawaz se qir'at padhta hai . To muktadi imam ke saktah ke waqt peeche-peeche alhamdu sharif padhta jaaye. Aur agar khmoshi se padhta hai to muktadi ko choot hai(jis tarah padhe)
saktah= surah padhte waqt imam jahan thaharta hai
HIDAYAH KA FATAWA
hidayah hanafi maslak ki bahut maqbool aur unche darje ki kitaab hai. Iski pahli jild fasl-fil-qir'at me fatiha khalf ul imam ke baare me ye fatawa hai.
Wa-yustahsun ala sabilil ihtiyati
ahtiyaat ke liye surah fatiha ka imam ke peeche padh lena hi behtar hai

IMAM KE PEECHE SURAH FATIHA AUR BAAZ AIMMA E AHNAF KE AQWAAL:
1- Allama aini hanafi sharah bukhari me likhte hain
" baaz fuqaha e hanfiya har namaz me chaahe wah sirri ho ya jahri imam ke peeche alhamdu (surah fatiha) padhne ko ehtiyaatan mustahab(bahtar) bataate hain, baaz fuqaha sirf sirri namaz me, aur makka aur madina aur mulk e shaam ke fuqaha ka isi par amal hai"

2- allama abdul haiy lakhnawi rh likhte hain
" imam muhammad rh (imam abu hanifa ke shargird) se marwi hai ki unhone imam ke peeche surah fatiha padhne ko sirri namaz me mustahab(behtar) bataya hai, aur isi tarah imam abu hanifa rh se riwayat kiya gaya hai aur isi to hamare bahut se masaikh ne akhtiyaar kiya hai"

" imam abu hanifa rh aur imam muhammad rh ka aakhiri qaul yahi hai ki imam ke peeche surah fatiha padhi jaaye, na padhne ka Qaul pahle ka hai, jisse unhone ahtiyaatan ruju kar liya hai"

hz nizamuddeen rh ne farmaya:-" subhaanallah! Main nabi ki hadith pesh karta hun aur tum mujhse abu hanifa ki riwayat talab karte ho, phir aapne farmaya:- fuqaha ki is bahaduri par tajjub hai ki hadith ka kaise inkaar karte hain aur kahte hain ki fiqhi riwaayat rasool(sws) ki hadith par muqaddam hain"

Usi tarah apne rasool ke hukm ko bhi farz kar diya hai...ABU DAWOOD: 4587 , ibne hibban ne sahih kaha hai.... AUR farmaya " aiy ahle imaan! Allah ka kahna maano aur uske rasool ka. Aur uski batai hui baaton se hatkar apne karmon ko baatil na karo... Surah:muhammad 47 :33 frwd this hadith to all urAs salam o allaikum wr wb
