Ye Riwayat Mursal Hai Aur Wah Bhi Sanadan Sahih Nahin, Awwal Toh Muhaddiseen Ke Nazdeeq Mursal Riwaayat Hi Na’qaabil E Hujjat Hoti Hai, Kyonki Isme Tabai Nabi E Akram Muhammad Salallaho Alaihi Wasallam Se Baraah E Raast Riwaayat Karta Hai Halaanke Usne Toh Nabi E Akram Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Se Hadith Suni Hi Nahin Hoti, Is Tabai Ne Wah Hadith Kis Se Suni ?? Is Me Ahle Imaan Khitaab Karke Unko Jihad Karne Ka Huqm Diya Jaa Raha Hai, Lekin Ye Amal Chunke Mard Ke Daayera Amal Se  Talluq Rakhta Hai, Isliye Is Huqm Ki Mukhaatib Momin Auratein Nahin Hain,

Is Buniyaadi Nukte Ki Roshni Me Ham Arz Karenge Ke Namaz Ek Ibaadat Hai, Iska Huqm Mard Aur Aurat Dono Ko Hai, Dono Isko Ada Karne Ke Paaband Hain, Ye Dono Namaz Kis Tarah Adaa Karenge ?? Bilkul Us Tarah Jis Tarah Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Usko Ada Kiya Hai Ya Ada Karne Ka Huqm Diya Hai, Uski Adaayegi Ke Tareeqe Me Dono Ke Darmiyaan Koi Farq Karna Jayez Nahin Hoga, Siwaaye Us Farq Ke Jiski Wazaahat Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Hadith Me Milegi, Aur Hadith E Rasool Me Hamen Siwaaye In Farq Ke Aur Koi Farq Nahin Milta

Kyonke Iski Saraahat Ki Zaroorat Hi Nahin Hai, Jab Shariat Ne Dono Ke Darmiyaan Farq Kiya Hi Nahin Hai To Sahab E Shariat Ye Kis Tarah Farma Sakte They Ke Auraton Ka Tareeqa E Namaz  Bilkul Mardon Ki Tarah Hai,

Iski Misaal Is Tarah Samjhi Ja Sakti Hai , Shariat Ne Mard Aur Aurat Dono Ko Ramzaan Ul Mubaarak Ke Roze Rakhne Ka Huqm Diya Hai, Lekin Un Dono Ke Ahkaam Ke Darmiyaan Koi Farq Bayaan Nahin Kiya Hai, Iska Saaf Matlab Ye Hai Ke Jis Tarah Ek Momin Mard Roza Rakhega Usi Tarah Ek Momin Aurat Bhi Roza Rakhegi, Lekin Agar Kuch Log Aurat Ke Liye Mard Se Mukhtalif Ahkaam Gadh Lein, Uski Daleel Un Logon Se Poochi Jaaye Toh Wah Kahen Ke

Imaan’daari Se Farmaiyye ! Ye Koi Daleel Hai ???  Ya Is “Daleel “Se  Mard Wa Aurat Ke Darmiyaan Khud’saakhta Farq Saabit Ho Jaayega ?? Farq Toh Tab Saabit Hoga Jab Aap  Nusoos E Shariat (Quran Wa Hadith) Se Us Farq Ko Saabit Karenge..

Ye Wazahat Agarche Hamare Liye Na’khushgawaar Hai Bil’khusoos Maujooda Halaat Me, Jab Ke Mulk Wa Millat Ko Ittehaad Ki Shakht Zaroorat Hai Lekin Jab Jaante Boojhte Din Ki Roshni Me Itne Bade Jurm Ka Irtekaab Kiya Jaaye Aur Is Irtekaab Bhi Un Logon Ki Taraf Se Ho Jo Member E Rasool Ke  Waaris Kahlaate Hain,


Lekin Hadith E Rasool Ke Naam Par Rasoollullah Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Taraf Aisi Baatein Mansoob Karna Jo Aapse Saabit Hi Nahin Hai, Halaanke Aapka Farmaan E Giraami Hai


“Jisne Jaan Boojhkar Mujh Par Jhoot Bola Wah Apna Thikaana Jahunnam Me Bana Le”

Aur Wah Hadith, Jisko Apni Kitaab Me Darj Karne Wala Isliye Darj Kar Raha Hai Take Logon Ke Ilm Me Aa Jaaye  Ke Ye Shakht Zaeff Hai, Na’qaabil Hujjat Hai, Isse Istadlal Nahin Kiya Ja Sakta, Lekin Itni Waazeh Saraahat Ke Ba’wajood Ek Sheikh Ul Hadith Kahlaane Waala Sahaba Kitab Muhaddis Ki Us Saraahat Ko Toh Naqal  Nahin Karta, Lekin Use Apne Maslak Ke Asbaat Ke Liye Hadith E Rasool Kahkar Naqal Karta  Hai Aur Use Istadlal Karta Hai,
Farmaiyye ! Kya Uska Us Hadith Ko Allah Ke Rasool Muhammad Salallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Taraf Mansoob Karna Sahih Hai ?? Use Istadlal Karna Sahih Hai ?? Kya Ye Dhoka Aur Fareb Nahin ?? Dhoka Aur Fareb Ke Mutaallik Aap Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ka Farmaan Toh Dekhiye

In Tamheedi Guzaarsaat Ke Baad Ham Ab Maulana Abdurrauf Sakhrawi Sahab Nayeb Mufti Darul Uloom Karachi Ki Kitaab “ Khwateen Ka Tareeqa E Namaz” Ka Jaayeza  Lete Hain, Aur Unki Ilmi Khyaanaton Ko Waazeh Karte Hain Jiska Irtekaab Is Kitaab Me Kiya Gaya Hai,

Maulana Sakhrawi Sahab Is Kitab Ke Tamheedi Kalmaat Me Farmaate Hain

“Khwateen Ka Tareeqe E Namaz Aage Aa Raha Hai, Isse Pahle Ek Sawal Aur Tafseeli Jawab Likha Jaata Hai Jisme Khwateen Ke Tareeqe  Namaz  Ka Mardon Ke Tareeqa E Namaz Se Juda Hona Hadith E Tayyaba Aur Aasaar E Sahaba Se (Sabit) Kiya Gaya Hai Aur Ye Is Bina Par  Likha Ja Raha Hai Ke Aksar Ghair Muqallid Musalmano Ko Khususan Khwateen Ko Ye Taasir Dete Rahte Hain Ke Auraton Aur Mardon Ki Namaz Ada Karne Ka Ek Hi Tareeqa Hai, Chunanche Unki Ghair Muqallid Auratein Mardon Ki Tarah Namaz Ada Karti Hain Aur Ye Mahaz Na’waaqfiyat Par Mabni Hai, Lihaaza Is Tafseeli Wazaahat Ke Baad Ghair Muqallid Auraton Ko In Hadith Aur Asaar Ki Pairwi Karni Chahiye Aur Haq Ko Qubool Karna Chahiye, Aur Hanafi Mazhab Rakhne Waali Khwateen Ko Poora Itminaan Rakhna Chahiye Ke Unka Tareeqa Bilkul Sahih Hai, Aur Shariat Ke Mutaabik Hai, Lijiye Sawal Wa Jawab Padhiye”

Kya Farmaate Hain Ulema E Deen Is Masle Me Ke Ladki Hanafi Mazhab Se Taalluq Rakhti Hai, Uska Shauhar Ghair Muqallid Hai, Aur Wah Apni Biwi Se Kahta Hai Ke Tum Mardon Ki Tarah Namaz Padha  Karo, Auraton Ki Namaz Mardon Se Juda Hona Bilkul Saabit Nahin Hai, Ab Aap Bataayen Ke Hanafi Ladki Ko Shauhar Ke Mutaabik Apni Namaz  Mardon Ke Mutaabik Padhni Chahiye Ya Nahin ?? Aur Nez Hanafi Mazahab Me Aurat Ki Namaz  Ka Tareeqa Mardon Ki Namaz Ke Tareeqe Se  Juda Hona Hadith Se Saabit Hai Ya Nahin ?? Mufassal Aur Mudalllal Jawab De Kar Mutmain Farmaayen…..

Ye Baat Ek Hadh Tak Sahih Hai, Lekin Iska Matlab Ghalat Liya Gaya Hai, Yani Baat “Sahih Hai Lekin Isse Muraad Baatil Liya Gaya Hai” Ke Misdaaq Is Baat Ko Samjhne Ke Liye Buniyaadi Nukte Ko Samjhna Zaroori Hai,

Islam Ki Ru Se Aurat Ka Daayera Kaar Gharelu Umoor Khaana, Hamal Wa Raza’at Aur Bachhon Ki Nigraani Wa Hifaazat Tak Mahdood Hai, Aur Mard Ka Daayera’kaar Mu’aashi Jeddo Jehad Aur Tamam Berooni Maamlaat (Siyaasat, Jihad Wa Qitaal Wagerah) Tak Wasee Hai, Isliye Shariat Ne Mard Wa Aurat Dono Ko Unki Alag Alag Zimmedaarion Aur Tabbi Ausaaf Ka Lihaaz Karte Hue Ek Dusre Se Mukhtalif Ahkaam Bhi Diye Hain, Lekin Jahan Judagaana Salahiyaton Aur Usi Ke Hisaab Se Mukhtalif Faraiz Ka Masla Nahin Hai, Wahan Un Dono Ke Liye Mustarka Ahkaam Bhi Diye Hain, Is Aitbaar Se  Ahkaam Ki 3 Sooratein Banti Hain

1-Wah Ahkaam Jinka Taalluq Mard Ke Daayera Amal Aur Uski Munfarad Khususiyaat Aur Salahiyaton Aur Uske Khaas Faraiz Wa Waajibaat Se Hai,
2- Wah Ahkaam Jinka Taalluq Aurat Ke Daayera Amal Aur Uski Sanafi Khususiyaat Aur Uske Khaas Faraiz Wa Waajibaat Se Hai,
3- Wah Ahkaam Jinka Taalluq Kisi Bhi Khususi Sanaf Ya Uspar Mabni Masail Se Nahin Hai, Balke Wah Aam Hai Jinko Mard Wa Aurat Dono Yaksa Taur  Par Kar Sakte Hain, Kisi Ki Bhi Sanafi Khususiyaat Unke Karne Me Rukaawat Nahin Banti, Is Liye Shariat Ne Bhi Unke Liye Alag Alag Ahkaam Tajweez Nahin Kiye,

Pahli Qism Ke Ahkaam Ke Muqallaf Sirf Mard Hain Aur Inme Mukhaatib Bhi Wahi Samjhe Jaayege,

Dusri Qism Ke Ahkaam Ke Muqallaf Sirf Auratein Hain Aur Unme Mukhaaatib Wahi Samjhin Jaayengi,

Albatta Teesri Qism Ke Ahkaam Ke Dono Hi Muqallaf Aur Dono  Hi Unke  Mukhaatib Samjhe Jaayenge,

Imaan Wa Aqaid, Ibadaat Wa Akhlaaqiyaat Ki Tamaam Taalimaat Isi Teesri Qism Me Daakhil Hai Aur Dono Hi Unke Yaksan Taur Par Mukhaatib Hain, Illa Ke Shariat Unme Se Kisi Huqm Se Kisi Ek Ko Mushtashna (Alag) Kar De,

Jab Tak Koi Istashna Kisi Sahih Daleel (Quran Ki Aayat Ya Sahih Hadith) Se Saabit Nahin Hoga, Mard Wa Aurat Ke Liye Ek Hi Huqm Hoga, Jaise  “ Akeemus Salaah Wa Aa Tuz Zakaah” Ka Huqm Hai, Isme Aurat Wa Mard Dono Shaamil Hain, Isliye Dono Hi Iske Muqallaf Hain, Aur Unka Tareeqa Adaayegi Bhi Dono Ke Liye Ek Sa Hoga Jab Tak Kisi Ek Sanaf Ke Liye Koi Khaas Istashna Saabit Nahin Hoga…
