1-Mohtarma Ke Jawab Me Mufti Sahab Ko Chahiye Tha Ke Wah Aisi Hadith Naqal Kar Dete Jinme Auraton Ki Namaz Ke Baabat Mardon Se Mukhtalif Huqm Diya Gaya Hai Taaki Baat Bilkul Saaf Ho Jaati, Lekin Muti Sahab Ne “Dalail” Zikr Karne Se Pahle Toh Ye “Wa’az” (Naseehat )Farmaaya Ke Awaaam Qur’an Wa Hadith Ko Samjhne Ki Salaahiyat Hi Nahin Rakhti, Isliye Unko Chahiye Ke Unke Ulema Jo Kuch Batlaayen Aankhen Band Karke Un Par Amal Karte Rahen, Halaanke Awaam Ki Babat Mutlaqan Ye Faisla Bilkul Ghalat Hai.


Bila’shubah Quraan Wa Hadith Ko Samjhne Ke Liye  Matloobah Kisi Qaabiliyat  Wa Ilm Ki Zaroorat Hai Lekin Awaam Ko Ye Nishaan’dehi Toh Karaayi Ja Hi Sakti Hai Ke Falan Masle Ki Baabat Quraan Ki Falan Aayat Ya Falan Hadith E Rasool  Hai, Awaam Ke Log Itne Bhi Jahil Nahin Hain Jo Ke Wah Ahdith  Ka Tarjuma Bhi Padh Kar Uska Matlab Na Samjh Saken Ya Uleme Ke Samjhaane Se Bhi Unke Palle Kuch Na Pade,

2- Ye Kahna Ke “Aam Logon Ke Liye Yahi Huqm Hai Ke Wah Apne Maslak Ke Fuquha Aur Imam Ke  Bayaan Kiye Hue Masail Par Amal Karen”

Iski Baabat Mufti Sahab Se Ye Poocha Ja Sakta Hai Ke Ye Huqm Kisne Diya Hai ?? Quraan Hakeem Ne Toh Baar Baar Allah Aur Rasool Ki Ita’at Ka Huqm Diya Hai, Ita’at E Aimma Wa Fuquha Ka Huqm Toh Kahin Bhi Nahin Diya Hai, Musalman Awaam Agar Paband Hai Toh Wah Quraan Wa Hadith Ke Hain Na Ke Aqwaal Imam Wa Fuquha Ke,

Awaam Ulema Ki Taraf Ruju Bhi Is Nuqta E Nazar Se Karte Hain Ke Unhe Quraan Wa Hadith Se Masla Bataayen,Unka Ye Maqsad Harghiz Nahin Hota Ke Muti Kisi Faqeeh Ya Imam Ke Qaul Ka Hawaala De Kae Masla Saabit Kare, Aise Musalman Awaam Ko Quraan Wa Hadith Se  Billkul Ghaafil Aur Be’khabar Rakhna Balke Quraan Wa Sunnat Ke Khilaaf Masail Par Amal Karne Ka Unko Huqm Dena Kya Diyaanat Insaaf Par Mabni Hai ??

3- Teesri Baat Mufti Sahab Ne Ye Bayaan Farmaayi Hai Ke “Fuquha Hazraat Jo Kuch Kahte Hain Unki Asal Quraan Wa Hadith Se Hi Hoti Hai, Aur Asal Ke Be’ghair Kuch Nahin Kahte”

Sawal Ye Hai Ke Is Maqaam Par  Is “Saraahat” Ki Zaroorat Kyun Pesh Aayi ??? Agar Inka Ye Daawa Hai Ke Fuquha Ki Koi Baat Quraan Wa Hadith Ke Khilaaf Nahin Hai Toh Is Masle Ki Wazaahat Ki Zaroorat Hi Nahin Rahti, Asal Dalail Pesh Karne Se Mutaallik Fuquha Ki Baabat Is Amr Ki Saraaaht Hi Is Baat Ki Nishaan’dehi Kar Deti Hai Ke “Daal Me Kuch Kaala Zaroor Hai”

Waqeya Ye  Hai Ke Mohtarma Ne Mufti Sahab Se Jo Sawaal Kiya Hai, Uska Koi Jawaab Mufti Sahab Ke Paas Nahin, Kisi Bhi Sahih Hadith Me Auraton Ko Mardon Se Mukhtalif Ruku, Sujood, Rafulyadain Ka Huqm Nahin Diya Gaya Hai, Isi Liye Muhtaram Mufti Sahab Mazkoorah Tamheedi Irshaadaat Par Majboor Bhi Hue,

Iske Baadmufti Sahab Likhte Hain:-“Chunanche Fuquha E Hazraat Namaz Me Auraton Ki Hiyyat Ke Bare Me Jo Makhsoos Sooratein Bayaan Karte Hain, Wah Sab Hadith Se Saabit Hain”

Lekin Ham Ye Daawa Karte Hain Ke Muti Sahab Ka Ye Dawa Be’buniyad Hai Kyonki Wah Ek Bhi Sahih Hadith Iski Baabat Pesh Nahin Kar Sakte, Jaisa Ke Aage Ke Posts Me Maalum Hoga,


SHARI’AT SHAAZI:

Phir Likhte Hain:-“ Isse Qabl Ke Ham Wah Hadithen Zikr Karen Ye Baat Samjh Li Jaaye Ke Auraton Ke Bare Me Shari’at Ka Mansha’a Ye Hai Ke Wah Hatta La’maqaan Satar Aur Parde Se Rahen Khwaah Ghar Me Rahen Ya Kamre Me, Tanha Hon Ya Dusron Ke Saamne Hatta Ke Namaz Jo Eham Tareen Ibaadat Hai, Usme Bhi Iska Lihaaz Kiya Gaya Hai, Is Tarah Namaz Ki Baaz Sooraton Me Jo Makhsoos Hiyyatein Bayaan Ki Gayi Hain, Uski Illat Bhi Satar Aur Pardah’poshi Bataayi Hai”

Bila’shubah Auraton Ke Parde Aur Satar Ki Baar Shari’at Ka Jo Mansha’a Mufti Sahab Ne Batlaaya Hai Use Inkaar Nahin, Lekin Isse Maqsood Agar Namaz Ke Khud’saakhta Tareeqe Ka Jawaaz Muhayya Karna Hai Toh Ye Sahih Nahin Hai, Shari’at Ne Jo Tareeqa E Namaz Batlaaya Hai (Jisme Auraton Aur Mardon Ke Darmiyaanj Koi Farq Nahin Kiya Gaya Hai) Us Tareeqe Se Khwateen Be’pardah Aur Be’satar Nahin Hoti,

Agar Aisa Hota Toh Shari’at Khud Auraton Ko Mardon Se Mukhtalif Namaz Ka Huqm Deti Jaisa Ke Baaz Ahkaam Auraton Ke Liye Alag Hain, Unke Elaawa Agar Koi Mukhtalif Tareeqa Namaz Auraton Ke Liye Ye Kah Kar Ijaad Karenge Ke

“Isme Pardah Aur Satar Ka Zyada Ehtemam Hai”

Toh Ye Bahut Badi Jasaarat Hai, Aur Ye Aayat

“Aur Allah Aur Uske Rasool Se Aage Na Badho” (Surah Hujrat Ayat No 1) Ke Sarihan Khilaaf Hai,

Iske Mane Toh Ye Honge Ke Allah Taala Aur Uske Rasool  Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ko Toh Ye Malum Na Hua Ke Auraton Ke Liye Falan Tareeqa Sajda Ya Tareeqa Ruku Astar (Zyadah Ba’pardah) Hai, Aur Isse Shari’at E Islamiyah Ka Mansha’a Zyadah Sahih Tareeqe Se Poora Hota Hai, Taaham Baad Ke Fuquha Ko Ye Nukta (Point) Soojh Gaya Aur Unhone Is Khaalipan Ko Pur Karke Shari’at Ke Man’sha Ki Taqmeel Kar Di Hai,

Nauzubillah Summa Nauzubillah

Kya Mufti Sahab Ki Bayan Kardah Illat Se  Yahi Kuch Waazeh Nahin Hota ???
