Ab Mufti Sahab Ki Bayaan Kardah Hadith Ka Jayez Liya Jaaye,


NIYYAT BANDHTE WAQT HAATH UTHAANE ME FARQ ?


Mufti Sahab Likhte Hain :-“ Ab Is Silsile Me Hadith Zikr Ki Jaati Hain Ke Auratein Haath Kahan Tak Uthaayen Muazzam Tibraani Me Hz Wail Bin Hujr (Ra) Ki Riwayat Hai Ke Janab Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Ke:-  Ibn Hajar Jab Tu Namaz Padhe Toh Apne Dono Haathon Ko Apne Dono Kaano Ke Baraabar Kar Le Aur Aurat Apne Haathon Ko Apne Seen Eke Baraabar Kar Le ,  Aur Imam Bukhari Ne Apne Ek Mustaqal Risaale Me Jo Juzz Ul Rafulyadain Hai, Naqal Kiya Hai Ke Abdarbah (Ra) Kahte Hain Ke Maine Hazrat Umme  Darda (Ra) Jo Mashhoor Sahabiyah Hain Ko Namaz Me Kandhon Ke Baraabar Haath Uthaate Dekha Hai,


Dono Hadithon Par Amal Is Tarah Hoga Ke Kandhon Tak Haath Uthaane Me Haath Ka Kuch Hissa Seen Eke Baraabar Bhi Ho Jaata Hai”

Hz Wail  Bin Hujr (Ra) Mki Riwayat Se Mausoof Ne Saabit Kiya Hai Ke Mard Apne Dono Haath Kaano Tak Uthaayen Aur Aurat Seene Tak ! Lekin Hazrat Waazeh Rahe Ke Hazrat Wail Bin Hujr (Ra) Ki Ye Riwayat Hasab Tasreehaat Muhaddiseen Ke Zaif Hai Jaisa Ke Majmua Ul Zawaid Me Ba’hawala Tibrani Ye Riwayat Ba’sanad Maujood Hai Aur Wahan Hafiz Haythami (Rh) Ne Saraahat Ki Hai Ke Is Me Umme Yahya Bint Abdul Jabbar Ek Raawiya Hai Jo Majhool Hai

Baher’haal  Mard Wa Aurat Ke Darmiyaan, Rafulyadain Ke Farq Ki Baabat Ahnaaf Ke Paas Koi  Sahih Hadith Maujood Nahin Hai, Jaisa Ke Ibn Hajar (Rh) Aur Hafiz Shaukani (Rh) Ne Bhi Likha Hai, Jinki Nazar Hadith Par Badi Gahri Aur Wasee Hai, Chunanche Hafiz Ibn Hajar Askalani (Rh) Likhte Hain


“Hanafiyah Jo Ye Kahte Hain Ke Mard Haath Kaano Tak Uthaaye Aur Aurat Kandhon Tak, Mard Wa Aurat Ke Darmiyaan Farq Karne  Ka Ye Huqm Kisi Hadith Me Waarid Nahin”

“Ye Rafulyadain Aisi Sunnat Hai Jo Mard Wa Aurat Dono Ke Darmiyaan Mushtarkah Hai (Yani Dono Ke Liye Ek Sa Hai) Iski Baabat Dono Ke Darmiyaan Farq Karne Ka Koi Huqm Nahin Hai, Isi Tarah Miqdar E Rafulyadain Me Bhi Farq Karne Ki Koi Saraahat Manqool Nahin Hai, Jaisa Ke Hanfiyah Ka Mazhab Hai Ke Mard Haath Kaano Tak Aur Aurat Kandhon Tak, Hanafiyah Ke Paas Is Amal Ki Koi Daleel Nahin Hai”

“Haath Baandhne Me Bhi  Huzoor E Akram Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Se  Dono Tareeqe Saabit Hain, Mardon Ke Naaf Se Neeche Haath Baandhne Aur Auraton Ke Seeene Par Haath Baandhne Se Dono Qism Ki Riwayat Par Amal Ho Jaata Hai”

Yahan Par Mufti Sahab Ne 2 Riwayatein Naqal Farmayi Hain, Ek Hazrat Ali (Ra) Ki Jisme Zer E Naaf Haath Baandhne Ka  Bayan Hai, Aur Dusri Hazrat Wail Bin Hujr (Ra) Ki Jisme Unhone Farmaya Hai Ke Maine Rasoollullah Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ke Saath Namaz Padhi, Maine Aap Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ko Dekha Ke Aap Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Seene Par Haath Baandhe,

Mufti Sahab Ne Dono Riwayaat Me Ye Tatbeeq Di Hai Ke Tahtus Sarah (Zer E Naaf) Waali Riwaayat Par Mard Amal Karen Aur Aali Sadr (Seene Par Haath Baandhne) Waali Riwayat Par Auratein Amal Karen,

Halaanke Jama Wa Tatbeeq Ki Zaroorat Us Waqt Pesh Aati Hai Jabke Dono Riwayat (Jo Ba’zaahir Muta’aariz Hai) Sanad Sahih Hon,  Agar 2 Mutaa’aariz Riwaayat Aisi Honk E Sanadan Ek Sahih Ho Aur Dusri Zaif Ho, Toh Muhaddiseen Ke Usool Ke Mutaabik Amal Sahih Ul Sanad Riwaayat Par Hoga, Zaif Riwaayat Ko Sahih Ke Muqaable Me Tarq Kar Diya Jaayega, Isliye Mufti Sahab Ka Pahla Farz Ye Tha Ke Haath Baandhne Waali Dono Qism Ki Riwaayaton Ke Mutaalliq Ye Saabit Kart Eke Sanadan Dono Sahih Aur Ek Si Haisiyat Ki Haamil Hain, Lihaaza Tatbeeq Ke Be’ghair Chaarah Nahin,

Iske Baad Hi Mufti Sahab Ki Tatbeeq Qaabil E Tasleem Ho Sakti Hai !!

Bina  Haisiyat Is Tatbeeq Se Pahle Dono Riwayaton Ki Sanadi Haisiyat Dekhne Ki Zaroorat Hai,

Hz Ali (Ra) Ki Riwaayat Sunan Abu Dawood Ke Us Nuskhe Me Nahin Hai Jo Pak Wa Hind Me Mutaddid Awwal Hai, Taaham Abu Dawood K Eek Nuskhe ( Ibn Al Araabi ) Me Ye Riwaayat Maujood Hai, Lekin Wahan Imam Abu Dawood (Rh) Ne Iske Zaif Hone Ki Bhi Saraahat Kar Di Hai (Aunul Mabood 1/275),

Ye Bhi Mufti Sahab Ki Ilmi Diyaanat Ka Ek Shahkaar Hai Ke Riwaayat Ke Liye Toh Sunan Abu Dawood Ka Hawaala Diya Hai Lekin Riwaayat Ke Saath Hi Uske Zaif Ki Jo Saraahat Usme Hai, Use Gol Kar Gaye,

Iske Elaawa Hazrat Wail Bin Hujr (Ra)  Jo Sahih Ibn Khuzaima Me Hai Aur Bulugh Ul Maram Me Hafiz Ibn Hajar (Rh)  Ne Use Naqal Kiya Aur Use Sahih Qarar Diya Hai, Fath Ul Baari Me Bhi Us Riwaayat Ko Sahih Batlaaya Hai, Nez Deegar Muhaddiseen Ne Bhi Usko Sahih Kaha Hai, Hatta Ke Kai Hanafi Ulema Ne Bhi Hadith Hz Ali (Ra) Ko Zaif Aur Hadith Hz Wail Bin Hajr (Ra) Ko Sahih Qarar Diya Hai,
