Baher’haal Is Tafseer Se Ye Baat Waazeh Ho Gayi Ke Mard Wa Aurat Ke Darmiyaan Namaz Me Haath Baandhne Ke Huqm Me Koi Farq Nahin Hai, Sahih Riwaayat Ki Ru Se Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Namaz Me Haath Seene Par Baandhe Hain Aur Iski Baabat Auraton Ke Liye Koi  Alag Huqm Bhi Saabit Nahin Hai, Is Liye Mard Wa Aurat Dono Ke Liye Masnoon Tareeqa Yahi Hai Ke Wah Seene Par Haath Baandhen,

NAMAZ ME AURATON KE SAJDE KI HIYYAT:

Namaz Me Auraton Ke Sajde Ki Hiyyat Ke Bare Me Mufti Sahab Likhte Hain:

“Isi Tarah Jab Auratein Sajdah Karen Toh Satar Ko Baaqi Rakhte Hue Khoob Acchi Tarah Sukad Kar Karen”

Iski Daleel Me Mufti Sahab Ne 2 Daleelein Pesh Ki Hain, Unme Ek Maraseel  Abu Dawood Me Hai Aur Dusri Sunan Bayheqi Me,

“Huzoor Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne 2 Auraton Ko Namaz Padhte Hue Dekha Toh Aapne Unse Farmaaya Ke Jab  Tum Sajda Karo Toh Jism Ko Zameen Se Milaao”

Lekin Ham Arz Karenge Ke Pahli Hadith Mursal Hai Jo Muhaddiseen Aur Raajeh Mazhab Ke Mutaabik Qaabil E Hujjat Nahin, Iske Elaawa Iski Sanad Me Ek Raawi “Saalim ” Bhi Matrook Hai,

Dusri Riwaayat Sunan Bayheqi Me Hai Jiska Tarjuma Mufti Sahab Ne Naqal Nahin Kiya Hai Sirf Arabic Ibaarat Naqal Ki Hai Taaham Iska Mafhoom Bhi Wahi Hai Jo Pahli Hadith Ka Hai, Ye Riwayat Bila’shubah Sunan Bayheqi (2/223) Me Maujood Hai, Lekin Mufti Sahab Ki Is Himmat Aur Diyaanat Ilmi Par Sar Patak Lene Ko  Jee Chaahta Hai Ke Imam Bayheqi (Rh) Ne Toh Ye Riwaayat Mutanabbeh Karne Ke Liye Darj Ki Hai Ke Ye Riwaayat Aisi Zaif Hai Ke In Jaisi Riwaayaton Se Istadlal Nahin Kiya Jaa Sakta, Lekin Mufti Sahab Ne Isse Ba’taur Istadlal Pesh Kiya Hai…
