hz mughira bin shaiba ra se riwayat hai ki jis din janab rasoollullah sws ke farzand hz ibraheem ra ki wafaat hui, us din suraj grahan(solar eclipes) tha, kuch logon ne kaha: yah to ibraheem ra ki wafaat ki wajah se be noor ho gaya hai, is par nabi sws ne farmaya:-" suraj aur chand allah ki nishaanion me se do nishaniyan hain, unhe gahnaya huwa dekho to grahan khatm hone tak allah se duwa aur namaaz me mashgool raho"
(sahih bukhari, kitabul kasoof, baab duwa h1060)
hz abu waaqid laisi ra se riwayat hai ki janab rasoollullah sws jihaad ke liye hunain tashrif le ja rahe they, raaste me aapka guzar mushkireen ke ek ped(tree) ke paas se huwa jo " zaat e anwaat" ke naam se mashoor tha, we log us par (barqat haasil karne ke liye) apne hathyar latkaya karte they, kuch musalmano ne arz kiya: ya rasoollullah sws! Jis tarah uska yah " zaat e anwaat" hai usi tarah hamare liye bhi Koi ped(tree) farma dijiye, nabi akram sws ne farmaya:-
" subhanallah! Yah to aisi hi baat hai jis tarah moosa(as) ki qaum ne kaha tha: jis tarah in logon ke but(idol) hain hamari liye bhi ek but bana dijiye, qasam hai us zaat ki jiske haath me meri jaan hai, tum( musalman) zaroor apne se pahlon( gair muslimon) ke tareeqo par chaloge"
(sunan tirmizi, kitabul fitan , baab maaja h 2180, imam tirmizi aur allama albani ne sahih kaha hai.)( musnad ahmad 5/218)
hz zaid bin khaalid zuhni ra se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya: janab rasoollullah sws ne hudaibiya me hame subah ki namaz padhai, raat ko baarish hui thi, namaz se faarig hokar nabi sws ne sahaba kiram se farmaya: "kya tumhe malum hai ki allah taala ne kya farmaya hai? Sahaba ne arz kiya: allah ko aur uske rasool ko zyada malum hai, nabi sws ne farmaya:
" allah ne farmaya : is subah mera banda mujh par iman laane waala ban gaya, koi kufr karne wala , to jisne yah kaha: hamen allah ke fazl aur uski rahmat se baarish mili hai, wah mujh par imaan rakhne waala hai aur sitaron(stars) ke saath kufr karne waala hai, aur jisne kaha: falan falan sitare ki wajah se baarish hui hai, wah mere saath kufr karne wala aur sitaare par imaan rakhne waala hai"
( sahih bukhari kitabul azaan, baab yas-takablul imam h846)
hz abdullah bin abbas ra se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi ne kaha : aiy allah ke rasool! Jo kuch allah chaahe, aur jo aap chaahe wahi hota hai, nabi sws ne farmaya: "tune mujhe allah ke barabar kar diya? Balki wahi hota hai jo akela allah chaahe,"
(musnad ahmad 1/283)
hz abdullah bin umar ra se riwayat hai ki unhone ek kaafile me hz umar ra ko apne baap ki qasam khaate paaya to janaab rasoollullah sws ne sab logon ko buland aawaz se mukhatib hokar farmaya:-" suno! Allah tumhe apne baapon ki qasme khaane se mana farmata hai, jis qasam khana ho wah Allah ki qasam khaaye, warna khamosh rahe"

hz abu sureeh haani bin yazid ra se riwayat hai, kuch log nabi akram sws ki khidmat me haazir hue, nabi sws ne dekha ki wah ek aadmi ko abdul hajar( patthar ka ghulam) kahkar bulaate hain, huzoor sws ne usse kaha: "tumhara naam kya hai?" usne kaha: abdul hajar(patthar ka banda), farmaya: "nahi, tu abdullah(allah ka banda) hai

SAWAL: Agar yazid ka ahle bait ke qatl me koi haanth nahi aur yah sab kuch ibne saad wa ibne ziyaad ki shararat hai to kya yazid ka yah farz nahi tha ki wah bahuqme apne governer etc ko bulaata aur unhe ahle bait ke qatal me wah ibne ziyad badmash ko commandari se hata sakta tha??
JAWAB: Yah sawal jayez hai yazid ko yaqinan hz hussain ra ke qaatilon se hisaab karna aur unhe commandari(status) se hata dena chahiye tha,
lekin jis tarah har baadshah ki kuch political majboorian hoti hain jin ke bina par kabhi kabhi unhe apne afsaron(officers) ki kuch aisi kaarywaayi(actions) se bhi aankhen moondni(closing) pad jaati hai, jinhe wah khud bhi ghalat samjhte hain, isi tarah ho sakta hai kuch aisi siyaasi majboori ho jisko yazid ne zyada importance de diya ho jabki use qatl hussain ko zyada importance dene chahiye thi,
ise aap uski ek aur bahut badi ghalti maan sakte hain Bas,
khud hz ali ra ko dekh lijiye ki uski khilaafat ki kuch majbooriyon ne unhe na sirf hazrat usman ra ke qaatilon se aankhen band(close) karne par majboor kar diya balki use bade bade ohde dene pade, jabki hz usman ra ke qatl ka waqeya bhi kuch dardnaak aur yah gunaah bhi kuch kam darje kd na tha lekin iske bawajood hz ali ra unke khilaaf kuch na kar sake, yazid ne to hussain ra ke qaatilon ko unki commandari se sirf hataya hi nahi tha lekin hz ali ra ne to hz usman ra ke baad qaatilon ko bade bade ohdon se nawaaza,
yah waqeya agar hamare liye shakht dardnaak hai lekin is kya ilaaj ki " ahle sunnat" jab sahaba kiraam ra ke daur ko bhi bilkul shiat(rafziyat) ke chasme se dekhna shuru kar den to phir is ke bina chaara bhi nahi,
allah hamari in baton ko maaf farmaye...

" EK KAPDE(CLOTH) ME NAMAZ HO SAKTI HAI " (HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)

hz muhammad bin munkadir rh se riwayat hai ki ek baar hz jaabir ra ne sirf ek chaadar oadh kar, use sar ke peeche girah laga kar namaz padhi, jabki unke kapde (qareeb hi) ek tipaai par pade hue they, kisi ne kaha: "aap ek chaadar me namaz padhte hain"? Unhone farmaya: " maine isliye yah kaam kiya hai taaki tum jaisa bewakoof dekh le, nabi akram(sws) ke zamane mubarak me hamme se kiske paas do kapde hote they?
( sahih bukhari kitabus salaat, baab aqad h 3522)
imam ibne hajar rh ne farmaya: " yahan bewakoof se muraad la ilm hai...... Hz jaabir ra ka maqsad yah bayan karna tha ki ek kapda pahan kar namaz padhna jayez hai, agarche do kapda pahan kar namaz padhna afzal hai, in (ra) ke farmaan ka matlab yah hai ki maine yah kaam jaan bhoojhkar batane ke maqsad se kiya hai, taaki nasamajh ya waise hi meri pairwi kar le, ya mujhe toke to main use bataun ki yah jayez hai, unhone Kalaam me sakhti ikhteyaar farmayi taaki ulama kiraam ko tokne se mana farmayen aur isliye bhi ki log sharai masle me tahkeek kiya karen
( saabiq hadith ki sharah me mulaheza ho, fath ul baari 1/557)
Note: iski wajah yah hai ki unke paas pajaama nahi hote they, to namazi chaadar ko sar ke peeche gardan(neck) par girah laga liya karta tha taaki ruku aur sazda me parda qaayam rahe

' AHLE BAIT' KE BAARE ME MAN GHADANT RIWAYATEIN(SHIA EXPOSED)
Bismillahir rahmanirraheem
kuch log maslan shia aur kuch hamare sunni kahlane wali bhai(brelwi) ahle bait ke baare me ghalat riwayat bayan karte hain.,
yah kaise samjha ja sakta hai ki nabi sws yah kah kar apne khaandaan ko priority den ki jo unka khoon bahaayega us par allah ka azaab utrega, kyonki yah baat saabit hai ki najayez qalt shariat me haram hai, aap is se ki hashmi ka ho ya gair hashmi ka
(surah nisa 93)
isliye qatl ki hurmat me haashmi wa gair haashmi, sab musalmaan barabar darja rakhte hain,
isi tarah rasoollullah sws ko takleef dena haraam hai aap is se ki aap ke khaandaan ko takleef de kar ya ummat ko satakar, ya sunnat ko chhodkar,
ab saaf ho gaya ki is tarah ki be buniyaad hadithen jaahilon aur bidation ke elawa aur koi nahi bayan kar sakta
isi tarah yah kahna ki rasoollullah hz hasan ra aur hz hussain ra se nek sulook ki musalmanon ko hamesha wasiyat karte aur farmate they " ye tumhare paas meri amanat hai" bilkul ghalat hai,
beshak hz hasan wa hussain ra ahle bait me bada darja rakhte hain, lekin nabi sws ne yah kabhi nahi farmaya ki "hasnain tumhare paas meri amanat hain" rasoollullah sws ka maqaam is se kahi zyada uncha wa aala hai ki apni awlad logon ko saupen,
aisa kahne ke do hi matlab ho sakte hain,
1- yah ki jis tarah maal amanat rakha jaata hai aur us ki hifazat zaroori hoti hai to yah soorat to ho hi nahi sakti kyonki maal ki tarah aadmi amanat me nahi rakhe jaate.
2- ya yah matlab hoga ki jis tarah baccho ko dusron ke hawale kiya jaata hai to yah soorat bhi yahan sahi nahi ho sakti kyonki bachpan me hasnain apne maa baap ki god(lap) me the, aur jab baaligh hue to aur sab aadmiyon ki tarah khud mukhtaar aur apne zimmedar ho gaye
agar yah matlab bayan ki jaaye ki nabi sws ne ummat ko un ki hifazat wa dekh bhaal ka huqm diya tha to yah bhi sahih nahi Kyonki ummat kisi ko musibat se nahi bacha sakti, wah sirf allah hi ki zaat hai jo apne bandon ki hifazat karta hai,
agar kaha jaaye ki isse aap ki mansha un ki himayat wa madad thi, to is me un ki khaas baat nahi, har musalman ko dusre mazloom musalman ki himayat wa madad karni chahiye aur saaf hai hasnain ra iske jyada haqdaar hain,
isi tarah yah kahna ki aayat:
" main tum se koi mazdoori nahi maangta hun sirf rishtedaari ki muhabbat chahta hun"
(ash shoura 23)
hasnain ra k baare me nazil hui hai, bilkul jhoot hai kyonki yah aayat shura ki hai aur surah shura makki hai aur hasnain ra kya maayena? Hz fatima ra ki shaadi se bhi pahle utri hai, aap ka nikaah hijrat ke dusre saal madeena me hua aur hasan wa hussain ra hijrat ke teesre ya chauthe saal paida hue, phir yah kahna kaise sahih ho sakta hai ki aayat unke baare me naazil hui hai?
(minhajus sunnah page 237)
aap sws ne farmaya:-" pichli qaumen is tarah barbaad hui ki jab un me ko bhala shaks chori karta to chhod diya jaata tha, lekin jab mamooli shakhs gunah karta to use saza di jaati thi, allah ki qasam! Agar fatima binte muhammad (sws) bhi chori karen to main uska bhi haath kaat daalunga"
( sahih bukhari ,sahih muslim 1688)
is hadith me nabi sws ne saaf kar diya hai ki agar aap ka qareeb se qareeb ristedaar bhi gunaah me shaamil hoga to use sharai saza zaroor milege,
is tarah yah riwayat bhi rasoollullah sws par safed jhoot hai
" jisne mere ahle bait ka khoon bahaya aur mere khaandaan ko pareshani dekar mujhe takleef pahunchaayi us par allah ka aur mera ghussa shakht hoga"
is tarah ki baat aap sws ki zabaan e mubarak se kahin nahi nikal sakti thi...
Kyonki nabi sws ne farmaya:-" tamam musalmanon ka khoon barabar hurmat rakhta hai"
(abu dawood, jihad bab fi al shariah )
hashmi wa gair hashmi ka khoon barabar hai.
HZ HUSSAIN KE QAATILON KE BAARE ME RIWAYAT:
rahi we riwayatein jo bayan ki jaati hain ki rasoollullah sws ne farmaya:-" hussain ka qaatil aag ke taboot me hoga, is akele par aadhi jahannum ka azaab hoga, us ke haanth pair(feet) aatishi zanzeeron se jakde honge wah jahannam me ulta utaara jaayega yahan tak ki uski tah tak pahunch jaayega aur us me itni shakht badboo hogi ki jahannami tak allah se panah maagenge wah hamesha jahannam me pada jalta rahega"
to yah riwayat bilkul jhooti hai jo rasoollullah sws par tohmat baandhne se sharmate nahi,
kahan aadhi jahannam ka azaab, aur kaha ek aam insaan?
Fir'on aur dusre kaafir wa bidati, ambiya aur momineen ke qaatilon ka azaab hussain ra ke qaatilon se kahin zyada shakht hoga balki hz usman ra ke qaatilon ka gunah bhi hz hussain ra ke qaatilon se zyada hai.....
Allah ham sab ko samjhne ki taufeeq de aameen summa aameen

JAHANNUM ME SABSE PAHLE KAUN DAALA JAYEGA? (HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)
Bismillahir rahmanirraheem
imam tirmizi ne ek tabi hz shafi ashabi rh ka waqeya bayan farmaya hai ki wah madeena pahunche to dekha ki bahut se log ek buzurg ke aas paas jama hain, unhone poocha yah buzurg kaun hain? To logon ne bataya yah sahabi e rasool abu hurairah ra hain, iske baad we apna waqeya bayan karte hue farmate hain:-" wah logon ko hadees e nabi suna kar dars de rahe they, main ahista ahista qareeb hote hote aap(hz abu huraira) ke saamne ja baitha, jab wah dars se faarig hue aur log uthkar jaane lage to maine arz kiya: main aap (ra) ka ka waasta dekar arz karta hun ki aap mujhe aisi koi hadith sunaaye jo aapne janab rasoollullah sws se barahe raast suni aur samjhi ho aur aap ko acchi tarah yaad ho, hz abu hurairah ra ne farmaya: "haan main sunaunga, main aisi hi hadith sunaounga jo rasoollullah sws ne mujhe sunaayi, aur maine use samjha aur yaad kiya", phir achanak unki tabiyat kharaab ho Gayi, thodi der baad hosh theek huwa to farmaya:" main aapko zaroor wah hadith sunaoga jo rasoollullah sws ne mujhe is ghar me sunaayi thi, us waqt aap(sws) ke paas mere elawa koi nahi tha" itna kahte hi phir halat kharaab ho gayi, jab aaraam huwa to chehre se paseena pochne lage, phir farmaya: "haan, main aapko zaroor wah hadith sunaounga, jo aap sws ne mujhe sunaayi thi, jabki main is ghar me nabi sws ke hamraah tha, mere siwa aap sws ke saath aur koi nahi tha", iske baad abu hurairah ra ki haalat phir kharaab ho gayi aur aap(ra) chehre ke bal jhuk gaye, maine bahut der tak aap(ra) ko sahara diye rakha, tab aap (ra) ki haalat sambhli to farmaya: mujhe janab rasoollullah(sws) ne yah hadith sunayi ki:- " jab qiyamat ka din hoga allah taala bandon ke darmiyaan faisla karne ke liye zameen par tashreef farma honge, har jamaat ghutne ke bat jhuki hui hogi, sabse pahle allah taala jin logon ko bulaayenge, Unme se ek shakhs wah hoga jisne qur'an paak yaad kiya hoga, aur ek wah shakhs hoga jo allah ki raah me jung karta raha hoga, aur ek bahul maaldaar shakhs hoga, allah taala qur'an ke aalim se farmayenge: kya maine wah kitab nahi sikhaayi thi jo maine rasool par naazil ki thi? Wah kahega, ji haan ya rabb!, allah taala farmayega: phir tune apne ilm par kaise amal kiya? Wah kahega, main raat din usme mashgool rahta tha, allah taala farmayenge: toone jhoot kaha, aur farishte usse kahenge toone jhoot kaha, allah taala farmayenge: teri niyat to yahi thi ki kaha jaaye falan shakhs (bada) qaari aur aalim hai, wah (duniya me) kaha ja chuka, isi tarah maaldaar shaks ko haazir kiya jaayega, allah taala usse farmayenge: kya maine tujhe maaldaari nahi bakshi thi yahan tak ki maine tujhe kisi ka mohtaaj na rahne diya ? Wah kahega: ji haan, ya rab. Allah taala farmayenge: phir tune mere diye hue maal ka kya kiya? Wah kahega, main rishtedaaron par ahsaan karta tha aur (sab zaroorat mando par) sadqa karta tha, allah taala farmayenge: tu jhoota hai, farishte bhi kahenge: tu jhoota hai, allah taala farmayenge: tu yah chahta tha ki log yah kahen: falan shakhs bahut daani hai wah(duniya me) kaha ja chuka, isi tarah allah ki raah me qatl hone waale ko haazir kiya jaayega, allah taala usse farmayenge: tujhe kis liye qatl kiya gaya? Wah kahega: mujhe teri raah me jihaad ka huqm mila, to main jung karta raha yahan tak ki main qatal kar diya gaya, allah taala use farmayenge: tu jhoota hai, farishte bhi use kahenge: tu jhoota hai, allah taala farmayenge: balki teri khwahish sirf yah thi ki kaha jaaye: falan bahut bahadur hai, wah kaha ja chuka",
iske baad janab rasoollullah sws ne mere ghutne par haath maar kar farmaya:- " abu hurairah! Ye teen log hain, jo qiyamat ke din tamam makhlooq me sabse pahle jahannam me Jhoke jaayenge"
( sunan tirmizi, kitaab sift qiyamat baab 49, wa sunan ibne maaja, kitaab zuhud, baab zikr tauba h 4251, allama albani ne hadith ko hasan kaha hai)
Agar nasihat karne waale ki niyat sahi ho to use sawaab milega, aur allah ke huqm se baat me asar paida hoga aur sunne waale uski baat maanenge.....

NAMAZ KI NIYYAT AUR TAHASSHUD ME UNGLI UTHANE KA ZIKR
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
"Kamon ki buniyaad niyyaton par hai"

takbeer e tahrima yani "allahu akbar" kahna (isse insan namaz me daakhil ho jaata hai) rasoollullah ka irshad hai
"namaz ki key wuju hai, uski tahreem taqbeer aur uski tahleel salaam hai"

" niyat ke saath takbeer allahuakbar kahne se kaam namaz me haraam ho jaate hain aur salaam kahne se phir saare kaam jo namaz ki wajah se haram ho gaye they halaal ho jaate hain"

Ibne umar Radiallaho anho Riwayat kerte hain ke Rasulullah sws jab Namaz me baithte to apne dono haath apne dono ghutno per rakhte aur dahine hath ke tamam ungliya band ker lete aur apni daahini ungli jo anguthe ke nazdeek hai uthaa lete , pas us ke saath Dua maangte aur baya haath baye ghutne per bicha lete.

Abdullah bin zubair radiallaho anho Riwayat kerte hai ke Rasulullah sws jab Namaz me Tashhud parhne baithe to apna Daya hath daye aur Baya Hath baye Raan per rakhte aur shahadat ki Ungli ke saath Ishara kerte aur apna anghuta apni Dermeyani Ungli per rakhte. Ek Riwayat me hai ke Baya haath Baye Ghutne per aur Daya hath Daye raan per rakhte.

SAFEN SEEDHI KARNE KA HUQM:
Hz noman bin basheer ra riwayat karte hai ki nabi (sws) ne farmaya-" tum zaroor apni safen seedhi karo, warna allah taala tumhare darmiyan ikhtelaaf daal dega"

Hz noman bin basheer ra ne irshaad farmaya: rasoollullah(sws) hamari safen itne ehtimaam se seedhi karte they mano unke saath teer (arrow) seedhe kiye jaayenge (yani safen teer se bhi zyada seedhi hoti thin) yahan tak ki aap (sws) ne mahsoos farmaya ki hamne yah masla samjh liya hai (tab baar baar kahna chhod diya), iske baad nabi(sws) namaz me tashreef laaye, aap(sws) taqbeer kahne hi lage they ki aap ki nazar ek aadmi par padhi jiska seena saf se aage nikla huwa tha, tab aapne farmaya: "allah ke bandon! Tum zaroor saf seedhi kar liya karo, warna allah taala tumhare chehron ke beech ikhtelaaf daal dega"

" IMAM " AUR " ALAIHISSALAAM"

ahle sunnat(sunni) ke zyadatar log hz hussain radiallahuanho ko bina soche samjhe " imam hussain alaihissalam" bolti hai,
jabki sayyidena hz hussain (ra) ke saath " imam" ke alfaaz bolna aur is tarah "radiallaho anho" ki jagah "alaihissalam" kahan bhi shiyyat (rafziyyat) hai, ham tamam sahaba kiraam ra ke saath izzat wa samman ke liye " hazrat" lafz istemal karte hain, hazrat abu bakar ra, hazrat umar ra, hazrat usman ra, hazrat ali ra, etc...
Ham kabhi "imam abu bakar, imam umar nahi bolte,
isi tarah ham sahaba kiraam (ra) ke paak naamon ke baad "radiallaho anho" likhte aur bolte hain, aur kabhi "abu bakr alaihissalam, umar alaihis salam " nahi bolte,
lekin hz hussain ra ke saath "radiallaho anho" ke bajaaye "alaihissalam bolte hain,
kabhi iske baare me samjha ki aisa kyon hai??
Asal me ye shiyyat(rafziyyat) ka aqeedah ka nateeja hai jo be soche samjhe hamare andar Daakhil ho gaya hai, isliye yaad rakhiye ki yah shiaon ka ek buniyadi masla " imamat " ka bhi hai aur imam unke nazdeek ambiya ki tarah allah ki taraf se masoom(galtiyon se paak, free from errors) hota hai,
hz hussain ra bhi unke baarah(twelve) imamon me se ek imam hain, isliye unke liye "imam" ke lafz istemaal karte hain aur isi tarah unke liye "alaihissalam" likhte wa bolte hain,
hamare nazdeek we sahabi e rasool hain, "imam masoom" na ham shiaon ki imamat masooma ko maante hain,
isliye hamen unhe dusre sahaba kiraam ki tarah " hazrat hussain ra " likhna aur bolna chahiye, "imam hussain as" nahi,
kyonki yah shiaon ke jaane pahchaane aquaid aur chalaaki( cleverness) ke ishaare hain....
Allah hamen samjhne ki taufeeq de

" qiyamat ke din shafaat ke maalik wahi honge jinse allah ne wayeda kiya"

is tarah mano dr tahir ul qadri ne logon ko yah laalach diya ki agar qayamat ke din awliya ki shafaat ke haqdaar banna chahte ho to khoob dhoom dhaam se unka urs manaya karo, dr shahab ne mauzu se hatkar aur bhi kai baatein ki jaise ki qabr me nabi sws haazir hote hain , har qabr me rasool sws ka jalwa hota hai aur momin qabrme dafan insaan ke andar itni samajh hoti hai ki wah har ghar waapas jaakar ghar walon ko khabar dene ki chahat hoti karta hai, is chahat se dr shahab ne yah tashrih kiya ki wafaat ke baad bhi inti samjh baaqi rahti hai ki wah ghar aa sakta hai. Yun to ise qabr me Zinda hone ki daleel banaya gaya jabki farishton ke saamne ek chahat ke zaahir karne se kisi bhi qabr waale ki duniyawi zindagi ka tasleem nahi hoti....
DR TAHIR UL QADRI KA ILM--- SHAFAAT KA MASLA
Uper ke bayan se bhi dr tahir ul qadri ke ilmi jaankaari ka pata chal jaata hai phir bhi badi hairat ki baat hai hai dr tahirul qadri " ARUS" ko lagataar " URUS" hi padhte rahe jabki iski ain par " PESH" nahi " ZABAR" hai...
Shafaat ka masla apni jagah sahi hai, beshak nabi kareem sws, awliya kiraam aur bhale wa nek log allah ki baargaah me shafaat karenge lekin ek to shafaat sirf wahi karenge jo allah ke khaas aur pyare bande honge aur shafaat bhi unhi logon ki baabat kar sakenge jinke liye allah izazad dega na ki har ek shafaat kar sakega aur na har ek ke liye shafaat ho sakegi,
isliye yah kahna sahi nahi hai ki jin buzurgon ke urs manaye jaa rahe hain ye sab sifaarish karne ke huqooq par aaseen Honge. Na yah daawa hi sahi hai ki jo unke urson me shareek honge ye unki shifarish karenge, ye dono daawe bebuniyaad aur khokhle hai aur inka maqsad sirf urson ko badhaawa dena aur apni zeb wa pait bharna hai, jinke urs manaye jaate hain we allah ke baargaah me muqarrab hain bhi ya nahi?? Iska pata sirf allah hi ko hai, isi tarah urs me hissa lene waale shirk wa bidat karne waale hain, inke baare me to nabi kareem sws tak ko rok diya jaayega aur unse kah diya jaayega:-" aiy paigambar! Aapko malum nahi, inhone aapke deen me kya cheezein paida kar li thin" yah sunkar nabi sws farmayenge--doori ho doori ho unke liye jinhone mere baad deen ko badal diya"

jab bidat karne walon ko hauz e kausar tak nabi sws ke paas jaane ke baak aap khud bhi unko dhutkaar denge to jo log qabr parasti aur murda parasti ki soorat me shirk kar rahe hain unke baare me sifarish karne ki izaajat bhala Kisko mil sakti hai?
Allah ne to shirk ke baare me pahle hi farma diya aur apne is faisle ka elaan kar qur'an me kar diya hai--
" allah taala shirk ko kabhi maaf nahi farmayega"
( nisa 48)

'URS' MANANE KE DALAIL( DR TAHIR UL QADRI CAUGHT)
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
Dr tahir ul qadrh ne urs ke talluq se jo daleelen pesh ki unme se ek mulaheza ho
dr tahir ul qadri ne apni takreer ki shuruat qur'an ki is ayat se ki
" allah iman walon ko duniya aur aakhirat me haq baat ke saath mazboot rakhta hai saabit qadam rakhta hai"
(ibraheem 27)
tahir ul qadri:
hadith me is ayat ki teeka me aata hai ki qabr me jab momin aadmi se nabi kareem sws ki risaalat ke baare me sawaal hota hai to momin ko allah ki taraf se rahmat milti hai ki wah aapki risaalat ki gawahi deta hai ki we allah ke rasool hain
is gawahi ke baad qabr ko phaila diya jaata hai aur uskn kaha jaata hai--" is tarah se so ja jis tarah dulhan soti hai jise wahi jagaata hai jo usko sabse zyada pyara hota hai"
(is hadith ke kisi bhi alfaaz se bhi urs manana saabit nahi ye sirf tahir ul qadri ki chalaki hai) aapko malum hai ki pahli raat ko dulha dulhan sote nahi hain aur jab momin Ko yah kaha jaata hai ki dulhan ki tarah so ja to bas awliya allah bhi dulhan ki tarah sote hain aur is tarah hi so jaate hain jis tarah pahle raat ke dulha dulhan sote hai(yani jis tarah dulha dulhan jaagte hain waise awliya bhi jaagte hain)
phir farmaya: "urs usi urus(dulhan) se nikla hai aam logon ki maut ka din yaum e wafaat hai aur awliya allah ki wafaat ka din yaum e urs hota hai, ham to saal me ek baar urs manate hai jabki unka to har din yaum e urs hota hai, shadi ka din hota hai aur shadi me jis tarah phoolon ka bandobast hota hai, urs me bhi in cheezon ka intezaam hota hai.....
HAMARA JAWAB:
"DULHAN KI TARAH SO JA" SE MURAAD:---
" Dulhan ki tarah so ja" se yah matlab nikaalna ki awliya, dulha dulhan ki tarah jaagte hain, isliye unki maut ka din yawm e urs (shaadi ka din) hai to yah ghalat aqeeda hai, kyonki pahli raat ko dulha dulhan sote hi nahi hain, saari duniya jaanti hai ki mel milaap aur mauj masti ke kuch maukon ko guzaar kar dono soo jaate hain aur baaqi saari raat sokar hi guzaartd hai,
baherhaal isliye iski pahli buniyaad hi ghalat hai isliye yah saara maamla bigaad par bigaad ka example hai
dusre yah kahna ki hadith me to aise koi alfaz hai hi nahi jin ka yah mafhoom mumkin ho,
teesre yah ki agar maan liya jaaye ki maut ka din shaadi ka din hai to yah shaadi kiske saath hoti hai?
Aur iska kya matlab hai?
Chautha(fourth) yah ki awliya allah ki shadi ke din kya har saal shaadi ka din jab aata hai to unki dunyawi shadi me har saal shaadi ki khushi manayi jaati hai? Jab duniya me unki asli shaadi Ki khushi me saalaana(yearly) kushi(urs) ka intezaam nahi kiya jaata to qabr ki is shaadi ( jis ki haqiqat ka kisi ko pata bhi nahi hai) ko har saal manane ka intezaam karne ka kya maqsad hai?! Aur isme kaun se behtari hai,
baherhaal is gorakh dhande me koi baat samjh me aane wali nahi, ek paheli hai jise sirf alfazon ke zor par aur aqidat ke naam par seedhe saadhe logon se manwaya jaa raha hai jo fikr o nazar se mahroom hain aur is tarah ke aqeedon sd nikalne wali kharabi se poori tarah anjaan hain.
Warna maqsad yah hai ki hadith ke in alfaaz se to dr. Tahir ul qadri ke nikaale gaye mafhoom se ulta yah saabit hota hai ki qabr me jab momin sahi jawab de kar faarig ho jaata hai to phir use qayamat tak ke liye chain wa aaraam ki neend sula diya jaata hai aur qabr se wah usi din zinda hokar uthega jab allah tamam insaano ko qabro se uthayega..
Ab zara hadith ke poore alfaaz ko deken ki yah mafhoom kitna Saaf hai:-
" dulhan ki tarah so ja jise sirf wahi uthata hai jo ghar walon me se sabse zyada pyara hota hai yahan tak ki use allah us aaramgaah se(qayamat ke din) uthayega"

momin jabki allah ka pyara hota hai aur allah uska premi jaisa ki ayat me hai
IN KUNTUM TUHIBBU NAL LAAHU FAT TABI OONI YO HABIB

se saabit hai, is hisaab se use kaha ja raha hai ki marne ke baad ab tu apne premi(allah) ki baargaah me aa gaya hai aur rasool ki itteba karne ke nateeje me tujhe mahboobiyat ka darja ata kiya gaya hai ab tu hamesha ke liye aaraam ki neend so ja jis tarah dulhan ko uska premi(dulha) hi aakar uthata hai, is tarah qayamat wale din tujhe bhi tera premi hi uthayega , yani allah hi tujhe is neend se jagaayega...
Is hadith me to saaf saaf kaha jaa raha hai ki sawaal wa jawaab ke baad momin ko kiyamat tak ke liye aaraam ki neend sula diya jaata hai aur PUNJAB UNIVERSITY KE DEGREE HOLDER YAH DR TAHIR UL QADRI farma rahe hain ki momin qabr me sota hi nahi hai jaagta rahta hai aur is par aur radda chadhate hain ki wa jaagte hain isliye unka urs (shadi ki khushi) manao aur sitam par sitam yah ki unse madad maango, usko mushkilen hal karne wala aur haazatein poori karne wala samjho
allama iqbaal ne sach kaha hai

AHMAD RAZA KHAN KI WASIYAT E MUBARAK
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
janab ahmad raza khan barelwi ki maut zaatul junub ki bimari se hui, marte waqt unhone wasiyat ki jo wasaya shareef ke naam se ek risaale me likhi gayi, ahmad raza khan sb. Ne marte waqt kaha-
" mera deen wa mazhab jo mere kitabon se saaf hai usi par mazbooti se jame rahna har farz se aham farz hai"
aur unhone kaha--
" pyare bhaiyyon! Mujhe malum nahi main kitne din tum logon ke saath rahun, tum mustafa sws ki seedhi saadhi bholi bhaali bhed(cattle) ho, bhediye(deers) tumhare chaaron taraf hain jo tumko bahkaana chahte hain aur fitne me daalna chaahte hain tumhe apne saath jahannum me le jaana chahte hain, unse bacho aur dur bhaago jaise deobandi,wahabi etc.
(wasaya shareef 10, ala hazrat barelwi 105)
wasiyat ke aakhir me kaha--" agar tabiyat par bhojh(burden) na ho to faatiha me hafte(weeks) me do teen baar in cheezon mese bhi kuch bhej diya karo "
1- dhoodh ka barf(ice)
2- murge ki biryani
3- murge ka pulaao
4- bakri k shami kabaab
5- paraathe aur malaai
6-feereeni
7-urad ki farere, daal (pulses) adrak(ginger) wa masalon ke saath
8- ghost bhari kachauriyan
9-seb(apple) ka juice
10- anaar ka juice
11- sode ki bottle
12- dhoodh ka barf
agar roz ek cheez ho sake to aise kar diya karo warna jaisa theek samjho, haashiye me likha hai--" dhoodh ka barf dobara phir bataya"
chhote maulana ne kaha--" ise to huzoor pahle likha chuke hain", farmaya--" phir likho inshaallah mujhe mera rabb sirf barf ki pesh karega"
aur aisa huwa ki ek sahaab dafan karte waqt bina khabar kiye dhoodh ka barf khaana saaz le aaye"

aala hazrat ki maut 25 safar 1340 hijri , san 1921 me 68 saal ki age me hui

Malum ya hota hai ki janaab barelwi ke janaza me zyada log na they baherhaal ham is baare me koi pakki daleel baat Nahi kah sakte, kyonki bina daleel ke koi hukm lagana ham apne usoolon ke khilaaf maante hain, phir bhi kaha wa suna yahi jaata hai ki aam logon ne unki janaze ko koi khaas tawajjoh na diya, isliye ki logon ne unki kadwi kaseeli zabaan, baat baat par kufr ke fatawe aur angrezo ki himayat ki wajah se naraaz ho gaye they, is baat ko ek barelwi ne maana hai hai musalman ahmad raza se naraaz ho gaye they

yahi nahi unke mureed bhi khilafat se ikhtelaaf ki wajah se unse naraaz ho gaye they
waise bhi barelwiyat ke maanne wale apne imam wa mujaddid ke baare me bahut zyaada unchi aqeedat ki wajah se badha chadha kar karne ke aadi hain, agar janaza ki haajiri kisi aalime deen ke janaze ke barabar hoti to unki kitabein is silsile me badi badi baton se bhari hoti jabki unhone is taraf koi dhyan hi nahi diya albatta barelwi qaum haajiri ke elawa unke janaze ke baare me dusri kuch baton ke badhaane se baaz na aa saki......
Allah hamen haq baat kahne aur sunne ki tufeeq de...... Ameen

FAZAIL-E-AHLE HADITH
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
hz abu saeed khudri ra sahabi rasool (sws) jab hadith ke naujawan seekhne walon ko dekhte to kahte--(naujawanon)! Tumhe nabi kareem sws ki wasiyat mubarak ho(marhaba) nabi kareem (sws) ne hamen huqm diya hai ki apne ilmi(deeni) majlison ko tumhare liye faila den aur tumhe hadeesen samjhayen, tum hamare khaleefe ho aur hamare baad tum hi ahle hadith ho,
jo log kahte hai ki ahle hadith kal paida huwe , ye allah ka darr karke , tassub chhodkar bataayen ki hz abu saeed khudri ra ko apne naujawan shargirdon ko ahle hadith kahte hain, ahnaf ki bharosemand kitab 'hidaikul hanfiya' se hai ki hz sufiyan bin uneeba(rh) ko kisi ne poocha ki aap ahle hadith kis tarah ho gaye to aap ne farmaya mujhe imam abu haneefa ne ahle hadith banaya tha..
NOTE: sufiyan bin uneeba rh koofa ke rahne wale they phir makka chale gaye me paida hue aap acche hadith ke imam they
ye hz sufiyan bin uniba rh bhi kal hi paida hue hain jo kahte hain ki mujhe imam abu hanifa ne ahle hadith banaya, yah aapko malum hona chahiye ki hz imam abu haneefa rh 80 hijri me paida hue they jinhone sufiyan bin uneeba rh ko ahle hadith banaya tha, aur khud hz abu hanifa rh farmate hain "mera mazhab sahih hadith hai" (shami) yani main ahle hadith hun ,
kya imam abu hanifa rh bhi kal hi paida hue hain? Jo kahte hain ki mera mazhab hadith hai
imam tirmizi hz kurrah bin ayaas se riwayat karte hain ki nabi(sws) ne farmaya "meri ummat me se ek giroh hamesha muzaffar wa mansoor rahega jo koi bhi inka saath chhod dega usko kuch nuksaan nahi pahuncha sakega yahan tak ki qayamat ka jaayegi'
iske baad imam tirmizi imam bukhari rh se unke ustaad imam ali bin madeeni rh ka fatawa pesh karte hain aur farmate hain ki wah muzaffar wa mansoor jamaat kaun si hai likhte hain:-" imam muhammad bin Ismael bukhari rh kahte hain ki (mere ustaad) ali ibne madeeni ne farmaya ki wah muzaffar wa mansoor jamaat ahle hadith hai"
imam bukhari rh aur unke ustaad bhi kya kal hi paida hue? Jinke zabaan par ahle hadith alfaaz hai
jis hadith me huzoor ne farmaya ki meri ummat me se jamaat hamesha haq par rahegi, iske baare me imam ahmad bin hambal rh farmate hain:-" agar (yah jamaat) ahle hadith nahi hai to phir main nahi jaanta ki kaun isse muraad hain"
(fath ul bari sharf ashabul hadith)
imam ahmad bin hambal rh ko to 11 sadion se zyada waqt huwa hai ki unhone jamaat ahle hadith ka bayan farmaya tha kya ye bhi kal ki baat hai??
Muqadma ibne khaldun baab fi ilmul fiqah me allama ibne khaldun rh sahab ra ke baad zamane ke baare me likhte hain kh unme fiqh do tareekon me bat(divide) gayi. Ahle raaye wa qiyaas ka tareeqa ye iraaq waale hain aur ahle hadith ka tareeka ye hejaaz(saudi arab) waale hain.
Allama ibne khaldun jo hejaz walon ko ahle hadith farma rahe hain aur yah bhi kal ki baat hai?
Shami durre mukhtar me hai qazi abu bakr jozlani ke daur me ek hanafi ne ek ahle hadith se uski larki ka rishta maanga to us ahle hadith ne inkaar kar diya, magar is soorat me ki wah hanafi apna mazhab chhod de aur imam ke peeche(surah fatiha) padha kare aur ruku ke waqt rafulyadain bhi kiya kare aur isi tarah dusre masle me bhi ahle hadith ki tarah kiya kare, to us hanfi ne yah baat maan li aur ahle hadith ne apni larki use biyaah di,
yahan to teesri sadi me ahle hadith ke maujood hone ka waqeya hai, phir we log kitne mutta-as-sib hain aur kitni badi ghalti par hain jo kahte hain ki ahle hadith to naya firqa hai bhi kal paida hue hain, jabki dusri article se saabit ho gaya ki sahaba ahle hadith they aur us waqt se lekar aaj tak ahle hadith chale aa rahe hain aur yahi sabse puraane hain yani qur'an wa Hadith ke waqt se hain jabki hanfi wa shafai ka namon nisaan nahi tha
dekhiye hazrat sheikh abdul qadir jilani rh bhi ahle hadith ka zikr karte hain aur farmate hain:-" to bid'at walon ka nishan ahle hadith ki buraayi karna hai"

zara sochen ki hz sheikh qaadir jilani rh bhi ahle hadith ka zikr karte hain balki ahle hadith ko bura kahne walon ko bidati farmate hain
aap aur irshaad farmate hain:-" aur (suno) unka sirf ek hi naam hai ki we ahle hadith hain"

allama tafta zani rh talweeh sharah tozeeh part 2 me farmate hain:-" isi par hain aam ahle hadith aur shafiyyah bhi"
dekhiye fiqh ki kitabon me bhi ahle hadith ka zikr maujood hai phir maano ki yah maslak hadith huzoor ke waqt se aaj tak chala aa raha hai
hz abu bakr bin abu dawood sajjani muhaddis irshaad farmate hain-- " main bahastan me hz abu hurairah ra ki hadeesen jama kar raha tha ki mujhe we sapne Sapne me nazar aaye maine kaha (aiy hujoor) mujhe aapse muhabbat hai aapne farmaya, kyon na ho ki main duniya me pahla ahle hadith tha
(amaba)
musalman bhaiyon! Zara sochen ki nabi sws ke sawa lakh se zyada sahabi they ye sab nabi sws ke farman par amal karne wale the....

jo log kahte hai ki ahle hadith kal paida huwe , ye allah ka darr karke , tassub chhodkar bataayen ki hz abu saeed khudri ra ko apne naujawan shargirdon ko ahle hadith kahte hain, ahnaf ki bharosemand kitab 'hidaikul hanfiya' se hai ki hz sufiyan bin uneeba(rh) ko kisi ne poocha ki aap ahle hadith kis tarah ho gaye to aap ne farmaya mujhe imam abu haneefa ne ahle hadith banaya tha..
NOTE: sufiyan bin uneeba rh koofa ke rahne wale they phir makka chale gaye me paida hue aap acche hadith ke imam they
ye hz sufiyan bin uniba rh bhi kal hi paida hue hain jo kahte hain ki mujhe imam abu hanifa ne ahle hadith banaya, yah aapko malum hona chahiye ki hz imam abu haneefa rh 80 hijri me paida hue they jinhone sufiyan bin uneeba rh ko ahle hadith banaya tha, aur khud hz abu hanifa rh farmate hain "mera mazhab sahih hadith hai" (shami) yani main ahle hadith hun ,
kya imam abu hanifa rh bhi kal hi paida hue hain? Jo kahte hain ki mera mazhab hadith hai
imam tirmizi hz kurrah bin ayaas se riwayat karte hain ki nabi(sws) ne farmaya "meri ummat me se ek giroh hamesha muzaffar wa mansoor rahega jo koi bhi inka saath chhod dega usko kuch nuksaan nahi pahuncha sakega yahan tak ki qayamat ka jaayegi'
iske baad imam tirmizi imam bukhari rh se unke ustaad imam ali bin madeeni rh ka fatawa pesh karte hain aur farmate hain ki wah muzaffar wa mansoor jamaat kaun si hai likhte hain:-" imam muhammad bin Ismael bukhari rh kahte hain ki (mere ustaad) ali ibne madeeni ne farmaya ki wah muzaffar wa mansoor jamaat ahle hadith hai"
imam bukhari rh aur unke ustaad bhi kya kal hi paida hue? Jinke zabaan par ahle hadith alfaaz hai
jis hadith me huzoor ne farmaya ki meri ummat me se jamaat hamesha haq par rahegi, iske baare me imam ahmad bin hambal rh farmate hain:-" agar (yah jamaat) ahle hadith nahi hai to phir main nahi jaanta ki kaun isse muraad hain"

imam ahmad bin hambal rh ko to 11 sadion se zyada waqt huwa hai ki unhone jamaat ahle hadith ka bayan farmaya tha kya ye bhi kal ki baat hai??
Muqadma ibne khaldun baab fi ilmul fiqah me allama ibne khaldun rh sahab ra ke baad zamane ke baare me likhte hain kh unme fiqh do tareekon me bat(divide) gayi. Ahle raaye wa qiyaas ka tareeqa ye iraaq waale hain aur ahle hadith ka tareeka ye hejaaz(saudi arab) waale hain.
Allama ibne khaldun jo hejaz walon ko ahle hadith farma rahe hain aur yah bhi kal ki baat hai?
Shami durre mukhtar me hai qazi abu bakr jozlani ke daur me ek hanafi ne ek ahle hadith se uski larki ka rishta maanga to us ahle hadith ne inkaar kar diya, magar is soorat me ki wah hanafi apna mazhab chhod de aur imam ke peeche(surah fatiha) padha kare aur ruku ke waqt rafulyadain bhi kiya kare aur isi tarah dusre masle me bhi ahle hadith ki tarah kiya kare, to us hanfi ne yah baat maan li aur ahle hadith ne apni larki use biyaah di,
yahan to teesri sadi me ahle hadith ke maujood hone ka waqeya hai, phir we log kitne mutta-as-sib hain aur kitni badi ghalti par hain jo kahte hain ki ahle hadith to naya firqa hai bhi kal paida hue hain, jabki dusri article se saabit ho gaya ki sahaba ahle hadith they aur us waqt se lekar aaj tak ahle hadith chale aa rahe hain aur yahi sabse puraane hain yani qur'an wa Hadith ke waqt se hain jabki hanfi wa shafai ka namon nisaan nahi tha
dekhiye hazrat sheikh abdul qadir jilani rh bhi ahle hadith ka zikr karte hain aur farmate hain:-" to bid'at walon ka nishan ahle hadith ki buraayi karna hai"

zara sochen ki hz sheikh qaadir jilani rh bhi ahle hadith ka zikr karte hain balki ahle hadith ko bura kahne walon ko bidati farmate hain
aap aur irshaad farmate hain:-" aur (suno) unka sirf ek hi naam hai ki we ahle hadith hain"

dekhiye fiqh ki kitabon me bhi ahle hadith ka zikr maujood hai phir maano ki yah maslak hadith huzoor ke waqt se aaj tak chala aa raha hai
hz abu bakr bin abu dawood sajjani muhaddis irshaad farmate hain-- " main bahastan me hz abu hurairah ra ki hadeesen jama kar raha tha ki mujhe we sapne Sapne me nazar aaye maine kaha (aiy hujoor) mujhe aapse muhabbat hai aapne farmaya, kyon na ho ki main duniya me pahla ahle hadith tha

AHMAD RAZA KHAN AUR UNKI AAMDANI KA ZARIYA

janab ahmad raza ke business ke baare me tarah tarah ki riwayatein milti hain, kabhi kaha jata hai ki wo zamidaar gharaane se talluq rakhte they aur ghar ke kharch ke liye salaana rakam mil jaati thi jisse we apna guzar basar karte they, kabhi kabhi salaana milne wali rakam kaafi na hoti aur wah dusron se karz lene par majboor ho jaate, kabhi kaha jata hai ki unhe ghaib se kaafi maal wa daulat milta tha,
zafaruruddin bihari riwayat karte hain ki:-" janab barelwi ke paas ek band sandookchi(box) thi jise zaroorat padhne par hi kholte they, usme haat daalte aur maal, zewar jo chaate nikaal lete..

janab barelwi ke bete ka bayan hai ki ala hazrat apne doston aur dusre logon me zyadati se zewar aur dusri cheezein baata karte they aur yah saara kuch we us chhoti si sandookchi se nikaalte, hamen hairat hoti hai ki na jaane itni cheezein Ismein kahan se aati hain

inke virodhi in par yah tohmat lagaate hain ki ghaibi haath ka sandookchi se koi talluk na tha yah asal me british govt. Ka haath tha jo unko apne maqsad ke istemal aur musalmano ke beech foot daalne ke liye madad deta tha..
Meri raaye(ehsan illahi zaheer shaheed) yah hai ki unki aamdani ka bada sources logon ki taraf se milne wale tohfon wa imamat ki tankhwah(salary) tha jis tarah hamare yahan riwaaz hai ki gaao(village) me apne ulama ki sewa(service) sadqa wa khairaat se ki jaati thi aur hamare khayal me yahi unki aamdani ka ek sources tha...
Ek baar we jaunpur apne kisi mureed ke yahan thahre to usne ek hazaar rupaiye ki rakam nazrane ke taur par unko di, unke ek mureed bayan karte hain ki ek din unke paas kharch ke liye ek damdi na thi, aap saari raat bechain rahe, subah hui to bhi taajir(business man) ka udhar se jaana huwa to usne 51 hazaar Nazraana aapki khidmat me pesh kiya, ek baar daak ticket(postal stamp) khareedne ke liye unke paas kuch rakam nahi thi to ek mureed ne unko 200 rupaiye ki raqam bheji,

baaki jahan tak zamindari aur sandookchi etc ka talluk hai to isme koi haqiqat nahi, yah kahin se bhi saabit nahi hota ki unka khaandaan kheti baadi etc se talluk rakhta tha, baaqi karamaaton ke naam par sandookchi etc. Ki kahani bhi mureedon ki nazar me sammaan ka rutba dene ke liye gadi gayi thi, besropa baatein hain warna sandookchi ki maujoodgi me nazraanon aur logon se udhar lene ki kya zaroorat thi??
Inshallah aur haqiqat bayan karenge...

SHAUHAR(HUSBAND) AUR BIWI(WIFE) KE HUQOOQ
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
SHAWHAR KE HUQOOQ
1- allah ki nafarmani ke elawa aurat mard ki har baat me uski farmabardari kare
allah ka irshaad hai:
fa-inna a-ta-nakum fa-la tab-ghu alai-hinna sabeela
trans: "agar wah tumhara kaha maan le toh phir un par koi raasta na talaash karo"
rasoollullah(sws) ka farmaan hai:
" jab mard apni aurat ko apne bistar par bulaaye aur wah na jaaye aur wah naraaz raat guzaar de to farishte us aurat par subah tak laanat karte rahte hain"
(bukhari wa muslim)
Aur farmaya
" agar main kisi ko huqm karta ki wah kisi ko sazda kare to aurat ko hukm karta ki apne mard ko sazda kare"
(abu dawood, haakim, sahih tirmizi)
2- shauhar ke maal wa daulat, izzat wa aabru aur ghar ke saare maamle me uski hifazat karda bane
aur rasoollullah (sws) ne farmaya hai
" aurat apne shauhar ke ghar aur uski awlaad ki rakhwali hai"
(bukhari wa muslim)
3- shawhar ke ghar me rahe, uski izazat wa marzi Ke bina baahar na nikle, apni nazar neechi rakhe , unchi aawaz se baat na kare, buraayi se apne haath roke aur zabaan ko gandi baaton se bachaaye, rishte daaron ke saath ehsaan me wahi mamla rakhe jo uska shauhar ikhteyaar kiye hue hai, isliye ki jo aurat mard ke maa baap aur qarabat daaron ke saath acchi nahi hai wah shauhar ke liye acchi kahan hui??
Allah ka irshaad hai:
wa-qarna fi-buyu-tikunna wa-la tabar-rajna tabar-ruja al-jahiliyati al-oola
"aur apne gharon me thahri raho aur jahiliyat ki tarah baanao singaar na karna"
aur farmaya
fa-la takh-zaa-na bi-al-qauli fayat-ma-aa al-lazi fi-qal-bihi mara-zun
" aur baton me narmi na karna jiske dil me bimari hai wah lalak karega"
aur farmaya
"aur momina aurton se kahiye ki apni aankhe jhuka kar rakhen aur apni sharmgaahon ki hifazat karen aur apni singaar ka dikhaawa na karen, ya yah ki jo khud se zaahir ho jaaye"
aur rasoollullah ne Farmaya
" acchi auraton me wah aurat hai jab usko dekhe to tujhe khush kare, use hukam kare to poora kare aur jab usse ghayab ho to apne nafs aur tere maal ki hifazat kare"

aur farmaya
" allah ki bandiyon ko masjid se na roko agar kisi ki aurat usse masjid jaane ki izaazat talab kare to mana na kare"
(muslim wa ahmad)
" aurton ko raat ke waqt masjidon me jaane ki izazat de do"
(muslim, abu dawood, ahmad, tirmizi)
2- BIWI(WIFE) KE HUQOOQ
1- Bhale tareeqe ke saath aurat se nibaah kare jaisa ki allah ne huqm diya
wa-aa-siru-hunna bil-maaroof
" aur un(aurton) ke saath dastoor ke mutabik nibaah kiya karo"
yani jab khana khaaye use khilaaye, kapda pahne to use pahnaaye, uski nafarmani ka khatra mahsoos kare to allah ke huqm ke mutabik samjhaaye, agar kaha maan le to theek hai warna bistar ki judaai akhtiyaar kare, agar is chot se theek ho jaaye to theek warna Mamooli chot aur chetawni(warning) de aur uska khoon na bahaaye aur na maar kutaayi karke use zakhmi kare aur nahi uske jism ka koi hissa tode
rasoollullah(sws) ne ek shakhs ne poocha biwi ke shauhar par kya huqooq hain? Aap ne farmaya:
" jab khana khaaye to use khila, libaas pahne use pahna, uske muh par na maar aur bura na kah aur baatcheet tark kare to shirf ghar ki hadd tak"

2- biwi ko zaroori deen ke ahkaam sikaayen agar wah nahi jaanti ya use izazat de ki wah majalis ilm me shareek ho aur ilm haasil kare isliye ki aurat ko apne deen aur ruh ki islaah ki usse zyada zaroorat hai jitni use khaane aur peene ki zaroorat hai, allah farmata hai
ya-ai-yuhal-lazeena aa-manu quwa-anfusakum wa-ah-liyakum naaran
"aiy emaan walon! Apne aapko aur ghar walon ko aag se bachaao"
aur isliye bhi ki rasoollullah (sws) ne farmaya:
"suno! Aurton ke baare me acchi nasihat kubool karo wah Tumhare paas paband ho chuki hain"
(bukhari, wa muslim)
allah ka irshaad hai
al-rijaalu qawa-moona ala an-nisa
" mard aurton par zimme daar hai"
aur rasoollullah ne farmaya:
" mard apne ghar par jimmedar hain aur unki jimmedari ke baare me unse poocha jaayega"
(bukhari, muslim)
agar do ya do se zyada biwiyan hain to unke beech insaaf kare..
Allah ka irshad hai
fa-inna khifa-tum al-la ta-dilu fa-wa-hida tan aw-wama malakat ay-ma-nukum
" agar tumhe khatra hai ki insaaf na kar sakoge to ek hi se nikaah karo ya jo tumhari milkiyat me hai"
apni biwi ka koi raaz na khole aur na hi uske aib ko khole isliye ki wah uska ameen hai aur uski hifazat aur bachaao ka use huqm diya gaya hai
nabi e paak ka farmaan hai:
" allah ke nazdeek us insaan ka maqaam qiyamat ke din badtareen hoga jo apni biwi ki raaz ki baatein dusro se karta raha hai"

MASBOOK KA BAYAN (NAMAZ KE MASAIL)
Bismillahirrahmanir raheem
1- HAR SOORAT ME USKA(MUQTADI) IMAM KE SAATH MIL JAANA:
Namaz padhne waala jab masjid aata hai, imam ko rukoo, sazda, jalsa ya khade hue jis haalat me paaye uske saath shaamil ho jaaye
nabi-e-paak ka irshaad hai:-" jab tumme se koi namaz ke liye aaye, to wah imam ki tareeka apnaye chahe imam jis haalat me bhi ho"
(tirmizi)
jamhoor ulama ka is par amal hai aur dusri riwayat bhi iski islaah karti hai
2- RUKU KI HAALAT ME RAKAT KO PAANA
Muqtadi imam ko ruku me paaye aur uske sar uthane se pahle ruku kar le to muqtadi ki ek riwayat poori ho gayi
nabi e paak ka irshad hai:-" jab tum namaz ke liye aao aur ham sazde me hon to sazda karo aur use shumaar na karo aur jo rakat paale usne namaz paa li"

note: is hadith ki tashrih tab ho sakti hai jab rakat se muraad ruku liya jaaye
( shiek abu bakar jaabir 'teacher of masjid e nabwi')
3- IMAM KE SALAAM PHERNE KE BAAD MUQTADI KA CHOOT GAYI NAMAZ KA KAZA DENA:
Imam ke salaam ke baad muqtadi chooti rakat ko poora kare, chahe to faut shuda rakat ko aakhir namaz qaraar de jaisa ki is hadith e mubarak se bataya hai:-
" jitni rakat paao padh lo aur rah jaayen to poora karo"
(muslim)
maslan: maghrib ki ek rakat paa li hai to uthkar do rakat padhe pahli rakat me fatiha aur surah padhe aur dusri me sirf fatiha, phir tashhud padhkar salaam kahe aur isi ko kuch muhakkeen ahle ilm raahaj karaar dete hain
aur chaahe to choot gayi namaz ko apni namaz ki pahli rakaat samjhe aur salaam ke baad unki kaza kare jaisa ki dusri riwayat ke word " aur jo tumse rah jaaye uski qaza karo" se saabit hai, isi ke saath maghrib ki ek rakat rah jaaye to uthe aur surah fatiha aur koi surah jehra padhe phir tashhud padhe aur salaam kahe.
4- MUQTADI KA IMAM KE PEECHE KIR'AT KARNA
jehri namaz me muqtadi par qir'at waajib Nahi hai balki khamoshi masnoon hai aur imam ki qir'at ki use kaafi hogi
nabi e paak ka farman hai:-" jiska imam hai to imam ki qirat uski qirat hai"

"kya baat hai ki qur'an ki qirat tujh par bhaari ho rahi hai"
(tirmizi)
chunanche jahri namazon me aap sws ke saath qir'at karne se log ruk gaye, aur farmaya:
" imam banaya jaata hai taaki uski pairwi( yahan pairwi se muraad namaz ke arkaan se hai) ki jaaye jab wah takbeer kahe to tum bhi takbeer kaho aur jab wah qir'at kar to khamosh raho"

Haan imam jin namazon me "zeher" nahi kar raha aur unme qir'at masnoon hai aur "jehri" me bhi imam ke saktaat( yani jahan imam khamosh hota hai) me faatiha padh li jaaye to bahtar aur wajib hai,
NOTE: is masle me jamhoor muhaddiseen wa fuqha ki tahqeeq yah hai ki muqtadi bhi imam ke peeche dheemi aawaz me faatihul kitaab ki qir'at zaroor kare isliye ki rasoollullah sws ka farman hai-
" nahi namaz uski jo faatihul kitaab na padhe"
kuch tafseel(articles) pahle bayan ho chuki hai.
5-FARZ NAMAZ KE HOTE HUE NAFLI NAMAZ ADA KARNA:
farz namaz ki takbeer ho jaaye to nafil me daakhil hona najayez hai aur agar nafil padh raha hai aur ruki mukammal karke rakat poori nahi ki to use munktaa kar den agar ek rakat padh chuka hai to mukhatasar andaaz se muqammal kare isliye ki rasoollullah ka irshad hai:-
" jab namaz ki iqamat ho jaaye to farz ke siwa koi namaz nahi hai"

6- JISNE NAMAZ JOHAR ADA NA KI JAB WAH AAYE TO NAMAZ ASAR KHADI HO CHUKI HO TOH......?
is masle me ulama ka ikhtelaaf hai, kuch ki raaye yah hai ki "johar" ki niyat se imam ke saath shamil ho jaaye aur salaam ke baad asar padhe jabki dusre kahte hain ki asar ki niyat kare aur saath shamil ho jaaye, imam ke faarig hone ke baad pahle johar padhe phir asar ki namaz aur imam ke saath jo namaz padhi wo nafil hogi,
Wah namazon ka serial zaroori qaraar dete hain aur hadith mubarka kahti hai:-
fala takh-talifu ala imami
trans: imam ke khilaaf na karo
se yahi matlab hah ki ehtiyatan asar ki niyat se imam ke saath shamil ho jaaye aur faarig hone ke baad johar aur asar ki tarteeb ke saath ada kare, agar yah hadith mazkoor na hoti to phir "johar" ki niyat se shamil hona bahtar tha
7-NAMAZI SAF KE PEECHE AKELA NAMAZ NA PADHE:
Muqtadi saf me shamil na hon aur peeche akela khada ho jaaye to najayez hai, agar kisi majboori ke bina akele peeche namaz padhe to namaz nahi hai, rasoollullah sws ke saamne ek insaan ne isi tarah namaz padhi to aap sws ne farmaya:
" namaz dobara padho, jo akela saf ke peeche namaz padhe uski namaz,namaz nahi hai"

8- PAHLI SAF AFZAL HAI:
Imam ki daaye taraf pahli saf me milne ki koshish karni chahiye nabi-e-paak ka irshaad hai:-" pahli saf walon ke liye allah rahmat Naazil karta hai aur farishte unke liye dua karte hain, sahabi kiram(ra) ne kaha aur dusri saf walon ke liye? Farmaya aur dusri saf walon ke liye bhi"

" mardon ki bahtar sab pahli hai aur kamtar aakhiri aur aurton ki bahtar saf picchili aur kamtar pahli"
(muslim)

note: is hadith ki tashrih tab ho sakti hai jab rakat se muraad ruku liya jaaye

3- IMAM KE SALAAM PHERNE KE BAAD MUQTADI KA CHOOT GAYI NAMAZ KA KAZA DENA:
Imam ke salaam ke baad muqtadi chooti rakat ko poora kare, chahe to faut shuda rakat ko aakhir namaz qaraar de jaisa ki is hadith e mubarak se bataya hai:-
" jitni rakat paao padh lo aur rah jaayen to poora karo"
(muslim)
maslan: maghrib ki ek rakat paa li hai to uthkar do rakat padhe pahli rakat me fatiha aur surah padhe aur dusri me sirf fatiha, phir tashhud padhkar salaam kahe aur isi ko kuch muhakkeen ahle ilm raahaj karaar dete hain
aur chaahe to choot gayi namaz ko apni namaz ki pahli rakaat samjhe aur salaam ke baad unki kaza kare jaisa ki dusri riwayat ke word " aur jo tumse rah jaaye uski qaza karo" se saabit hai, isi ke saath maghrib ki ek rakat rah jaaye to uthe aur surah fatiha aur koi surah jehra padhe phir tashhud padhe aur salaam kahe.
4- MUQTADI KA IMAM KE PEECHE KIR'AT KARNA
jehri namaz me muqtadi par qir'at waajib Nahi hai balki khamoshi masnoon hai aur imam ki qir'at ki use kaafi hogi
nabi e paak ka farman hai:-" jiska imam hai to imam ki qirat uski qirat hai"

"kya baat hai ki qur'an ki qirat tujh par bhaari ho rahi hai"
(tirmizi)
chunanche jahri namazon me aap sws ke saath qir'at karne se log ruk gaye, aur farmaya:
" imam banaya jaata hai taaki uski pairwi( yahan pairwi se muraad namaz ke arkaan se hai) ki jaaye jab wah takbeer kahe to tum bhi takbeer kaho aur jab wah qir'at kar to khamosh raho"

Haan imam jin namazon me "zeher" nahi kar raha aur unme qir'at masnoon hai aur "jehri" me bhi imam ke saktaat( yani jahan imam khamosh hota hai) me faatiha padh li jaaye to bahtar aur wajib hai,
NOTE: is masle me jamhoor muhaddiseen wa fuqha ki tahqeeq yah hai ki muqtadi bhi imam ke peeche dheemi aawaz me faatihul kitaab ki qir'at zaroor kare isliye ki rasoollullah sws ka farman hai-
" nahi namaz uski jo faatihul kitaab na padhe"
kuch tafseel(articles) pahle bayan ho chuki hai.
5-FARZ NAMAZ KE HOTE HUE NAFLI NAMAZ ADA KARNA:
farz namaz ki takbeer ho jaaye to nafil me daakhil hona najayez hai aur agar nafil padh raha hai aur ruki mukammal karke rakat poori nahi ki to use munktaa kar den agar ek rakat padh chuka hai to mukhatasar andaaz se muqammal kare isliye ki rasoollullah ka irshad hai:-
" jab namaz ki iqamat ho jaaye to farz ke siwa koi namaz nahi hai"

6- JISNE NAMAZ JOHAR ADA NA KI JAB WAH AAYE TO NAMAZ ASAR KHADI HO CHUKI HO TOH......?
is masle me ulama ka ikhtelaaf hai, kuch ki raaye yah hai ki "johar" ki niyat se imam ke saath shamil ho jaaye aur salaam ke baad asar padhe jabki dusre kahte hain ki asar ki niyat kare aur saath shamil ho jaaye, imam ke faarig hone ke baad pahle johar padhe phir asar ki namaz aur imam ke saath jo namaz padhi wo nafil hogi,
Wah namazon ka serial zaroori qaraar dete hain aur hadith mubarka kahti hai:-
fala takh-talifu ala imami
trans: imam ke khilaaf na karo
se yahi matlab hah ki ehtiyatan asar ki niyat se imam ke saath shamil ho jaaye aur faarig hone ke baad johar aur asar ki tarteeb ke saath ada kare, agar yah hadith mazkoor na hoti to phir "johar" ki niyat se shamil hona bahtar tha
7-NAMAZI SAF KE PEECHE AKELA NAMAZ NA PADHE:
Muqtadi saf me shamil na hon aur peeche akela khada ho jaaye to najayez hai, agar kisi majboori ke bina akele peeche namaz padhe to namaz nahi hai, rasoollullah sws ke saamne ek insaan ne isi tarah namaz padhi to aap sws ne farmaya:
" namaz dobara padho, jo akela saf ke peeche namaz padhe uski namaz,namaz nahi hai"

8- PAHLI SAF AFZAL HAI:
Imam ki daaye taraf pahli saf me milne ki koshish karni chahiye nabi-e-paak ka irshaad hai:-" pahli saf walon ke liye allah rahmat Naazil karta hai aur farishte unke liye dua karte hain, sahabi kiram(ra) ne kaha aur dusri saf walon ke liye? Farmaya aur dusri saf walon ke liye bhi"

" mardon ki bahtar sab pahli hai aur kamtar aakhiri aur aurton ki bahtar saf picchili aur kamtar pahli"

NIYYAT KA MASLA
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
musalmano ki nazar me "niyat" ka mamla deeni aur dunyawi mamlon me bada importance hai, isliye ki sab aamaal isi buniyad par hote hain aur isi hisaab se we sahi ya ghalat qaraar paate hain,
har amal ke liye niyat aur uska sahih hona zaroori hai allah taala ke farman se saabit hai:
WAMA UMIRU ILLA LIYA-BUDUL-LAAHA MUKHLISEENA LAHUD-DEEN
" Aur unhe yah huqm diya gaya hai ki ibadat karen aur khaalis farmabardari ki niyat se"
aur yah ki rasoollullah ke mubarak hadith se
"aamaal ka base niyaton par hai aur insan ke liye wahi hai jo niyat kare"
(bukhari wa muslim)
aur aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
" beshak allah tumhari sooraton aur daulat nahi dekhta wah to sirf tumhare dilon aur aamaal ko dekhta hai"
(bukhari,muslim)
dilon ko dekhna niyat ko dekhna hai ki yahi insan ko amal par taiyyar karti hai
nabi-e-paak ka farman hai:
" jisne kisi neki ka iraada Kiya aur phir use poora na kar saka to uske liye neki likh di jaayegi"
(muslim)
isliye acchi niyat wa iraade se jo amal kiya jaaye azr wa sawaab ka sabab hoga, aur usme acchi niyyat ki importance saaf hai,
is baare me ek aur farmaan rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam hai:
" log 4 tarah ke hain ek insaan ko allah ne ilm wa maal diya hai wah apne ilm par amal karta hai aur maal kharch karta hai, dusra insaan jo usse mahroom hai kahta hai agar mere paas ilm wa maal hota to main bhi uski tarah amal karta , to ye dono sawaab me barabar hain, ek aur aadmi jise allah ne maal diya hai magar ilm nahi diya wah apne maal me hi bhatak raha hai to ek insan kahta hai mere paas uski tarah maal hota to main bhi uske tarah ke kaarnaame anjaam deta , to ye dono gunaah ke barabar hain"

is hadith se saaf huwa ki sirf acchi niyat se ek insaan ko sawab mila aur dusre ko buri niyat ki wajah se Gunah haasil huwa, yah niyat ki karishmasaazi to hai,
aap (sws) tabook me they farmaya:
" madina munawwara me kuch log hai hamne jo waadi taiy ki aur jis jagah safar kiya ki jisse kuffar ranjeeda hote aur koi kharch kiya ya hamen bhookh lagi to us sawaab me we sab log shareek they, jabki we madeena me hain, arz kiya gaya ya rasoollullah(sws) yah kis wajah se hai?? Aapne farmaya wah kisi wajah se hamaare saath na aa sake aur acchi niyat ki bina par hamare saath(sawaab me) shareek hain"
(abu dawood wa bukhari mukhtasar)
"husn-e-niyat" ne gair ghaazi ko ghaazi ka maqaam dila diya hai aur gair mujahid ko mujahid ke darje me la khada kiya hai,
isi tarah rasoollullah ka ek aur farman hai:
"jab do musalmaan ek dusre ko qatal karne ke liye laden to kaatil wa maqtool dono jahannami honge, arz kiya gaya kaatil to qatal ki wajah se aur maqtool kyon? Farmaya isliye ki wah bhi dusre ke qatal ko taiyyar Tha"
( bukhari wa muslim)
kharaab niyat aur ghalat iraade ne jahannami kaatil aur maqtool dono ko barabar la khada kiya hai jabki agar maqtool ki qatal ki niyat na hoti to wah jannati hota,
isi tarah nabi(sws) ne farmaya:
" jo maher muqarrar karke nikaah karta hai aur uski adaayegi ka iraada nahi karta, wah zaani hai aur jo karz leta hai aur ada nahi karna chahta wo chor hai"
(musnad ahmad)
isme ek "mubaah kaam" buri niyat se haraam ho gaya hai aur jayez kaam haraam qaraar de diya gaya hai aur jo kaam karne me koi harz nahi tha niyat ki kharaabi se wah harj waala ban gaya hai,
magar niyat se muraad sirf zabaan se "aiy allah! Maine falan niyat ki hai" kah dena kaafi nahi hai aur na hi sirf zehan me rakhne ka naam hai, balki niyat dil ka kaam hai jiske nateeze me sahi mansha hoti hai, aur kaam karne ke sacche iraade ka naam hai jisse allah ki raza matloob ho aur uske ahkaam ka ahkaam par amal ho , musalmaam ka yah aqeeda hai ki acchi niyat se mubaah amal bhi ajar wa sawaab ka sabab hota hai jabki niyat ki kharaabi se wah gunaah ho jaata hai aur insaan saza ka mustahiq banta hai,
haan gunah aur allah taala ki nafarmaani ke kaam kabhi bhi neki nahi ban sakte chahe wah neki ke iraade wa niyat se kiye jaayen, dekhiye ek insaan dusre insaan ka dil khush karne ke liye geebat karta hai, yah allah ki nafarmaani hai ki geebat har haalat me gunah hai, acche iraade se yah neki nahi ban jaayegi, isi tarah ek insaan ne haraam maal se masjid taameer kar di use sawaab nahi milega, ya jihadi muhim me paisa lagane ke iraade se kisi haraam kaam me hissa le ye sab najayaz hai aur allah taala ki khuli nafarmaani hai,
bhale logon ki qabron par unki muhabbat ki wajah se koi insan kubbe taamir karta hai ya unke naam par jaanwar zibah karta hai, unke liye nazar maanta hai to yah gunaah hai, chahe wah apne khayal me Neki ka kaam kar raha ho kyonki niyat se wahi kaam karne waala hai jo mubaah ho aur uske karne ki shariat me izazat ho , haraam kaam kisi bhi tarah bhi mubaah nahi ban sakte....

BUT(IDOL) PARASTI AUR AWLIYA PARASTI ME KOI FARQ NAHI !!

jab qur'an majeed, hadith e paak aur ijmaay ummat aur buzurgon ke irshadaat se saabit kiya jaata hai ki allah ke elawa kisi dusre ki nazar-o-niyaaz shirk hai aur uska khaana haraam hai to kuch logon ki taraf se yah bahana pesh kiya jaata hai, " ki ham to awliya kiraam ki nazar o niyaaz karte hain" isliye yah haraam nahi ho sakti, kyonki awliya kiraam ki nazar o niyaaz ko buton(idols) ki nazar o niyaaz par qiyaas karna ghalat hai,
JAWAB:
Nazar-o-niyaaz maali ibadat hai aur ibadat jis tarah buton ki haraam hai usi tarah awliya e kiraam ki ibadat bhi haraam hai,
but(idol) parasti aur awliya parasti me kuch difference nahi kyonki but parasti haqiqat me awliya parasti ki ek taraqqi yaafta soorat hai, chunanche jab but paraston se sawal kiya jaata hai ki but to bejaan aur besamjh cheez hai toh ye aapki muraad kis tarah poori kar sakte hain, to un logon ki taraf se ya jawab diya Jaata hai ki but beshak bejaan aur besamjh hain lekin ham log in buton se muraad nahi maangte balki haqiqat me un buzurgon se muraad maangte hain jinki shakl wa banawat zaahir karne ke liye but banaaye gaye hain,
yani hindu log kahte hain ki jab ham ramchandra aur shree krishna ke buton ke saamne haajiri dete hain to in buton se nahi balki haqiqat me ramchandra aur shree krishna ki zaat se dua maangte hain kyonki yah allah ke kareebi aur pyare bande they
aur isaai log kahte hain ki qur'an majeed hz maryam (as) ka naam lekar unki shaan bayan karta hai, chunanche irshaad hota hai:-
"aur jab kaha farishton ne ki aiy maryam allah ne tujhe pasand kiya hai aur paak kar diya hai aur tamam duniya ki aurton par fazilat di hai"
(imran 42)
yani allah taala ne maryam batool ko pasandidgi ,paakeezgi ki sanad di, aur marayan isaaiyon aur musalmanon dono ke nazdeek sanadi waliullah aur maqbool e rabbani hain,
Isaai kahte hain ki " maryan (as) sanadi waliullah hain isliye ham log unke darbaar me chawth dene ke liye unke but ya qabr par haaziri dete hain aur unko waseela banakar allah paak se duwayen karte hain, lekin yah but aur qabr to maryam ki yaad aur dhyaan ko taaza karne ke liye ek nishaan hota hai,
isi tarah har but parast qawm ke nazdeek but parasti. But parasti nahi balki awliya parasti ki ek soorat hai, isliye but parasti aur awliya parasti me difference karna jihaalat , nadani aur haqiqat se aankh churaane ka badtareen example hai.....
Allah hamen samjhne ki taufeeq de.... Ameen

AZMAT-E-BUZURGAN-E-DEEN

assalam o allaikum
"Azmat-e-buzurgan-e-deen" is topic se kai sawaal uthte hain....
1- buzurg kaun hai?
2- uska maqaam aur martaba kya hai?
Agar mera kahna ghalat nahi toh yahan buzurg ka matlab.. Awliya ya wali se hai
ab sawal uthta hai ki wali kaun hai?
Wali banne ki sharait kya hain??
Unki azmat kya hai??
Kya we masoom hain??
Wali ka asal maana hai allah ka dost... Quran me wali ko allah dost maana hai...
Jo insaan taqwa , imaan par chala yani uski taraf jama raha......... Roze, zakaat, namaz wagera ki pabandi jisne ki wo jannat me daakhil hoga....
Ab ye sochne ka maqaam hai ki kya wali masoom hote hain??
Jee nahi! Wali masoom nahi hote unse ghaltiyan hoti hain... Hz umar bin khattab ra aur kuch sahabion se bhi khata hui.... Jiska example jung-e-uhud aur sulah hudaibiya aur ummul momineen hz aisha ra par lagne wali tohmat khula saboot hai ki sahabi Bhi masoom nahi...
Sahih bukhari ki hadith hai ki nabi akram sallallaho allaihi wasallam ne farmaya ki-" agar mere baad koi nabi hota to we umar hote"
yani nabi akram ke baad jo sabse bada martaba hai wo hz umar ra, hz abu bakr ra, hz usmaan ra, hz ali ra, aur baaki sahaba ka hai. Jinko jannati hone ki basharat nabi-e-paak ne di...
Ye saabit huwa ki buzurg yani wali masoom nahi unse bhi galtiyan ho sakti hai.....
Ab main apne mauzoo par aata hun... Ki buzurg ki azmat kya hai? Kitni hai??
Baaz kalimah go musalmaan(amooman barelwi hazraat) apne jalsah gaah,aur taqreeron me yah naara lagaate hai ki "ham sacche ashiq e rasool" hain
aur kahte hain ki-" jab hamare buzurgon ki azmat itni azeem hai toh hamare nabi ki azmat kya hogi"
bada point wala naara hai ye
ab gaur karne ka maqaam hai... Ki ek taraf to nabi-e-paak ki azmat ko badhaate hain to dusri taraf nabi-e-paak ki azmat ko apne pairon Ke neeche raundte chale jaate hain...
Kuch buzurgon ki azmat ka jayeza lijiye aur khud se sawaal kijiye ki kya waqai inka naara sahi hai ya sirf dhakosle baaji hai..
Ek barelwi kahta hai-" ek baar ahmad raza khan train se kahin ja rahe they, us dibbe(compartment) me ek angrez bhi tha, us angrez ne ahmad raza khan ko dekhkar kaha ye insaan(raza) itna khoosurat hai to inke nabi kitne khoosurat honge, is wajah se angrez islam le aaya aur kalmah padh liya"
ye azmat to ahmad raza khan ki thi ,inka chehra dekhkar log musalmaan ho rahe hain...
Ye aqeeda aap bareli ke kisi bhi barelwi se sun sakte hai.. Maine bhi ek barelwi se suna...
Dusri taraf hamare nabi akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam hai jo apne pyaare chacha abu taalib ki wafaat se theek pahle ro rokar kah rahe hain ki aap kalmah padh lijiye...lekin chacha kalmah na padh sake..... Abu jahal, abu lahab imaan na laaye jinko nabi akram ke daur me Hone ka sharf haasil tha...
Yahan nabi akram ke khaas ristedaar imaan nahi la rahe. To dusri tarah ahmad raza khan ki kaali shakl dekh kar angrez yani isaai islaam la raha hai..
Ab aap khud faisla karen ki kiski azmat zyada hai nabi-e-paak ki ya ahmad raza khan ki
is waqeye se to yahi lagta hai ki ahmad raza khan ki azmat nabi e paak se zyada hai,(naozubillah)
baaz log imam abu haneefa rh ke baare me bayan karte hain ki-" imam abu haneefa ne 40 saal tak ek hi wuzu se namaaz padhi"
ye kaise mumkin hai..
Iska seedha matlab huwa ki imam saab ne 40 tak na soye, na pakhana, aur na biwi se hambistari ki....
To dusri tarah nabi e paak , sote bhi they, kazay haajat ke liye bhi jaate they aur hambistari bhi karte they.... Aur aapne kabhi 40 saal to kya kabhi 1 saal tak ek hi wuju se namaaz nahi padhi....
Kiski azmat zyada hai imam abu hanifa rh ki ya imam e azam janab e muhammad sallallaho Alaihi wasallah ki??
Is aqeede se to imam abu hanifa zyada azmat waale hue

1- buzurg kaun hai?
2- uska maqaam aur martaba kya hai?
Agar mera kahna ghalat nahi toh yahan buzurg ka matlab.. Awliya ya wali se hai
ab sawal uthta hai ki wali kaun hai?
Wali banne ki sharait kya hain??
Unki azmat kya hai??
Kya we masoom hain??
Wali ka asal maana hai allah ka dost... Quran me wali ko allah dost maana hai...
Jo insaan taqwa , imaan par chala yani uski taraf jama raha......... Roze, zakaat, namaz wagera ki pabandi jisne ki wo jannat me daakhil hoga....

Sahih bukhari ki hadith hai ki nabi akram sallallaho allaihi wasallam ne farmaya ki-" agar mere baad koi nabi hota to we umar hote"
yani nabi akram ke baad jo sabse bada martaba hai wo hz umar ra, hz abu bakr ra, hz usmaan ra, hz ali ra, aur baaki sahaba ka hai. Jinko jannati hone ki basharat nabi-e-paak ne di...
Ye saabit huwa ki buzurg yani wali masoom nahi unse bhi galtiyan ho sakti hai.....
Ab main apne mauzoo par aata hun... Ki buzurg ki azmat kya hai? Kitni hai??
Baaz kalimah go musalmaan(amooman barelwi hazraat) apne jalsah gaah,aur taqreeron me yah naara lagaate hai ki "ham sacche ashiq e rasool" hain

Abu Ayub R.a. Riwayat kerte hai ke Rasulullah sws ne Fermaya “ Witr har musalmaan pe haq hai., pas jo shakhs 5 Rekaat witr perhna chahe to perhe, aur jo koi 3 rekaat witr perhna chahe to perhe , aur jo koi 1 Rekaat perhna chhe to perhe.

Rasulullah sws raat ko 13 rekaat perhte aur un me 5 rekat witr perhte the, aur un 5 witro me tashhud k lie na baithte the mager aakhri me.

NAZAR-O-NIYAAZ KA ISLAMI TASAWWUR( HADITH KI ROSHNI ME)
Bismillahirrehmanirraheem
qur'an majeed ne jin nazron ka charcha kiya hai , unse muraad we nazaren hain, jinko insaan begair kisi shart ke apne zimme khud hi zaroori kar leta hai, lekin nazar ki dusri qism jisko kisi muraad ke poora hone ki shart par apne jimma zaroori kiya jaata hai, hadees paak me us nazar se roka gaya to nahi gaya hai lekin usko napasand farmaya hai aur uski himmat todi gayi hai
irshad hota hai:
"hz abu huraira ra aur hz abdullah bin umar ra riwayat karte hain ki nabh sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ki mannat na maano kyonki mannat maanna allah ki taqdeer par gaalib nahi ho sakta lekin usse bakheel ke haath se kuch nikal aata hai"
(BUKHARI,MUSLIM)
Har jaayez nazar ko poora karna farz hai, lekin yah khayal apni jagah khud ba khud ghalat hai ki jab ham koi nazar maanege to allah paak us nazr ki wajah se hamari muraad ko poora karne par aamaada ho jaayega, isme koi shak nahi Ki nazar maanna ibadat hai lekin allah paak hamari ibadat ka bhookha nahi wah be niyaaz zaat hai jo chaahta hai karta hai....
NAJAYEZ NAZAR KO POORA KARNA GUNAH HAI, HADEES PAAK ME AAYA HAI:
"Hz anas ra riwayat karte hain ki ek baar nabi(sws) ne dekha ki ek budha(aged) apne do beton(son) ke darmiyaan le jaaya ja raha tha irshad huwa ki ise kya huwa hai logon ne arz kiya ki isne baitullah shareef tak paidal chal kar jaane ki mannat maani hai aap ne farmaya ki allah taala ko is baat ki koi zaroorat nahi ki yah apni jaan ko azaab me daale aur aapne huqm farmaya ki yah apni nazr tod de aur sawaar hokar baitullah shareef ka safar kare"

QABRON KE PAAS JAANWAR ZIBAAH KARNA HARAAM HAI:
Nabi e paak (sws) ka irshaad hai:
" aapne farmaya islaam me arq nahi imam abdurrazzaq farmate hai ki mushrikeene arab me yah riwaaz aap tha ki wah buzurgon ke maqbaro par ja kar gaaye(cow) etc.
Jaanwar zibaah karte they, nabi e paak (sws) ne isse roka aur mushrikeena rasm o riwaaz ko band kar diya"

ALLAH KE ELAWA KISI DUSRE KI NAZAR-O-NIYAAZ KE LIYE ZIBAAH KARNE WAALA MAL'OON HAI:
nabi sws ne farmaya:-" jo shaks allah ke elawa kisi dusre ke samman(respect) aur nazar o niyaaz ke liye jaanwar zibaah karta hai us par allah ki laanat hoti hai"
(muslim kitabul azha, nisai kitabuz zuhaya)
ALLAH KE ELAWA KISI DUSRE KI IBADAT GAAH PAR NAZAR POORA KARNA HARAAM HAI:
Nabi(sws) ke daur me ek shakhs ne mannat maani ki wah buwaana(ek jagah ka naam) me qurbaani karega chunanche wah shakhs nabi e paak(sws) ke paas aaya aur kahne laga ya rasoollullah maine buwana me jaakar ek oont zibaah karne ki mannat maani hai yah sun kar nabi e paak (sws) ne farmaya ki us jagah jahiliyat ke waqt ki ibadatgaaho me se koi ibadatgaah to nahi thi jahan wah allah ke elawa kisi dusre Ki ibadat karte they, logon ne kaha-'nahi thi', uske baad nabi(sws) ne yah sawaal kiya ki yahan jahiliyat ke waqt ke melon mese koi mela to nahi tha? logon ne kaha ki:-'nahi', yah pata laga chukne ke baad aapne farmaya ki accha tum mannat poori karo"

Tashrih: is hadith se saabit huwa ki agar mannat maanne waala khud kisi jagah ka faisla kare to usme koi nuksaan nahi hai is shart par ki us jagah koi mushrikaana kaam na hota ho aur agar wahan allah ke elawa kisi dusre ki ibadat hoti ho aur allah ke elawa kisi dusre se duayen maangi jaati hon aur allah ke elawa ki ibadat hoti ho aur allah ke elawa kisi gair ke naam ka mela lagta hoto phir us jagah mannat ko poora karna haraam hai...
WASAN: Nabi e paak (sws) ne us jagah nazar maanne se roka hai jis ka 'wasan' ka darja diya gaya ho, ab yah dekhna hai ki wasan kiya cheez hai is ka jawab khud nabi kareem (sws) ki zubaan-e-mubarak se suniye, irshaad hota hai:-
"Nabi (sws) ne farmaya aur dua ki ki aiy allah meri qabr wasan na ban jaaye ki uski ibadat hone lage us qaum par allah ka azaab ho jisne nabiyon ki qabron ko masjid bana liya"
( muatta jild 1 page 60)
tafseel: is hadees e paak se saabit huwa ki jab kisi buzurg ki qabr ko log poojna shuru kar den to uska naam qabr na hoga balki 'wasan' hoga aur jab ko qabr wasan ban jaaye to uski ziyaarat haraam hogi..
Allah ka irshaad hai:- " pas wasan ki napaaki, gandagi aur jhooti baaton se bacho"
(hajj 31)
Aur is hadith se dusri baat ye saabit hui kh 'wasan' ka matlab sirf but(idol) nahi balki har wah jagah hai jisko allah ke elawa kisi dusre ki ibadatgaah bana diya jaaye wah wasan hoga aur jo log kisi qabr ko wasan bana dete hain un par allah ka azaab utrega.....
Inshaallah next article hanafi fiqh ki roshni me bayan ki jaayega.....

jis sadqa aur amal ko allah ne apne bandon par zaroori na kiya ho usko khud apne ooper zaroori karne ki qasam ko arabic language me nazr, faarsi me niyaaz, aur urdu me mannat maanna kaha jaata hai,
nazr maanne waala agar kisi murad ko poora hone ki shart par nazr maane to usko "nazr e muallak" kahte hain jaise ek mareez kahe agar tandrust(health) ho jaaun to tere naam ki ek masjid banwaaoga,
aur nazr maanne waala agar kisi shart ke begair nazr maane to uska naam narz e mubram hoga jis tarah ki
hz imram ki biwi ne allah se iqraar kiya ki aiy allah! Main apne paida hone wale bacche ko tere deen ki khidmat ke liye qurbaan karne ka waada karti hun....
MAQSAD:
Sadqa wa khairaat ho ya nazar-o-niyaz in dono ka maqsad yah hota hai ki jiske naam par kharch kiya ja raha hai wah kharch karne waale ki koi zaroorat poori karega ya mushqil door karega aur zaroorat poori karne waali Sirf allah ki zaat hai, isliye allah ke siwa kisi dusre ke naam par sadqa wa khairaat karna aur nazar-o-niyaaz dena khula shirk hai,
jaise " 11wi ki niyaaz" , imam zaafar ke kunde, bibi ji ka sahnak, shaheedon ki sabeel, hz hussain ra ka khichda, shah madaar ka murga, bari imam ka bakra, haji ghaib ki chaadar etc.
Aur yah nazar-o-niyaaz is khayal se di jaati hai ki wah khush hokar muraaden poori karenge, bigdi banayenge aur maal wa daulat me barqat daalenge, aur agar unke naam ki nazr o niyaaz ada na ki gayi to maal wa jaanwar ko tabaah kar denge, bacche bimaar pad jaayenge, aur dhoodh dene wale jaanwaron ke thanon(breast) me keede(insects) padh jaayenge...
CHADHAWA AUR BHET(GIFT)
jab kisi ibadat gaah ya maqbara par maal chadhaya jaaye jahan allah ke elawa kisi aur ki ibadat hoti ho, jahan allah ke elawa kisi aur se muraade maangi jaati ho aur jahan allah ke elawa kisi aur ke naam ka mela (festival) lagta ho to kis qism ke sadqa wa khairaat ka naam chadhawa aur bhent hota hai...
QUR'AN MAJEED ME NAZAR KA BAYAAN:
Qur'an majeed ki 5 ayaton me nazar ka charcha huwa hai
1- " tumne jo kuch bhi kharch kiya ho aur jo kuch bhi nazr maani, allah ko uska ilm hai aur zaalimon ka koi madadgaar nahi"
(baqarah 270)
Tashrih: yani kharch chaahe allah ki raah ya shaitaan ki raah me ho aur nazar chaahe allah ki raah me maani ho ya allah ke elaawa kisi dusre ke liye, dono sooraton me insaan ki niyat aur use kaam ko allah bakhoobi jaanta hai, jin logon ne allah ke liye kharch kiya hoga aur uske liye nazr maani hogi wah uska sawaab paayege..
Aur jin zaalimon ne shaitaani raahon me kharch kiya hoga aur allah ko chhod kar dusre ke liye nazaren maani hogi ,unko allah ke azaab se bachane waala koi madadgaar nahi....
2- " jab imran ki aurat ne kaha ki mere parwardigaar main us bacche ko jo mere pait(stomach) me hai teri nazr karti hun wah tere hi kaam ke liye qurbaan hoga meri is nazr ko kubool kar tu sunne waala aur jaanne waala hai"
( aal imran 25)
Tashrih: yani hz imran ki wife ne ummeed ke dinon me yah iqraar kiya aiy mere allah! Main apne paida hone waale bacche ko tere deen ki khidmat ke liye qurban karne ki mannat maangti hun..
3- " hz maryam ko allah paak ne farmaya pas tu kha aur pee aur apni aankhen thandi kar phir agar koi insaan tujhe dikhaayi de to usse kah de ki maine allah ke liye roze ki nazar maani hai, isliye aaj main kisi se baat na karungi"
(maryam 26)
tashrih: allah paak ne huqm diya ki aiy maryam! Agar koi insan tujhe dikhaayi de to usse baat na karo balki ishaare se samjhaao ki maine allah ke liye aaj khamosh karne ki mannat maani hai...
4- " phir wah hajj karne waale apna mail Kuchail(gandagi) door kare aur apni nazaren poori karen aur is puraane ghar ka tawaaf karen"
(al hajj 29)
5- " (nek log wo hai) jo apni nazaren poori karte hai aur us din se darte hain jiski buraayi faili hai"
(dahar 7)

jis sadqa aur amal ko allah ne apne bandon par zaroori na kiya ho usko khud apne ooper zaroori karne ki qasam ko arabic language me nazr, faarsi me niyaaz, aur urdu me mannat maanna kaha jaata hai,
nazr maanne waala agar kisi murad ko poora hone ki shart par nazr maane to usko "nazr e muallak" kahte hain jaise ek mareez kahe agar tandrust(health) ho jaaun to tere naam ki ek masjid banwaaoga,
aur nazr maanne waala agar kisi shart ke begair nazr maane to uska naam narz e mubram hoga jis tarah ki
hz imram ki biwi ne allah se iqraar kiya ki aiy allah! Main apne paida hone wale bacche ko tere deen ki khidmat ke liye qurbaan karne ka waada karti hun....
MAQSAD:
Sadqa wa khairaat ho ya nazar-o-niyaz in dono ka maqsad yah hota hai ki jiske naam par kharch kiya ja raha hai wah kharch karne waale ki koi zaroorat poori karega ya mushqil door karega aur zaroorat poori karne waali Sirf allah ki zaat hai, isliye allah ke siwa kisi dusre ke naam par sadqa wa khairaat karna aur nazar-o-niyaaz dena khula shirk hai,
jaise " 11wi ki niyaaz" , imam zaafar ke kunde, bibi ji ka sahnak, shaheedon ki sabeel, hz hussain ra ka khichda, shah madaar ka murga, bari imam ka bakra, haji ghaib ki chaadar etc.
Aur yah nazar-o-niyaaz is khayal se di jaati hai ki wah khush hokar muraaden poori karenge, bigdi banayenge aur maal wa daulat me barqat daalenge, aur agar unke naam ki nazr o niyaaz ada na ki gayi to maal wa jaanwar ko tabaah kar denge, bacche bimaar pad jaayenge, aur dhoodh dene wale jaanwaron ke thanon(breast) me keede(insects) padh jaayenge...
CHADHAWA AUR BHET(GIFT)
jab kisi ibadat gaah ya maqbara par maal chadhaya jaaye jahan allah ke elawa kisi aur ki ibadat hoti ho, jahan allah ke elawa kisi aur se muraade maangi jaati ho aur jahan allah ke elawa kisi aur ke naam ka mela (festival) lagta ho to kis qism ke sadqa wa khairaat ka naam chadhawa aur bhent hota hai...
QUR'AN MAJEED ME NAZAR KA BAYAAN:
Qur'an majeed ki 5 ayaton me nazar ka charcha huwa hai
1- " tumne jo kuch bhi kharch kiya ho aur jo kuch bhi nazr maani, allah ko uska ilm hai aur zaalimon ka koi madadgaar nahi"
(baqarah 270)
Tashrih: yani kharch chaahe allah ki raah ya shaitaan ki raah me ho aur nazar chaahe allah ki raah me maani ho ya allah ke elaawa kisi dusre ke liye, dono sooraton me insaan ki niyat aur use kaam ko allah bakhoobi jaanta hai, jin logon ne allah ke liye kharch kiya hoga aur uske liye nazr maani hogi wah uska sawaab paayege..
Aur jin zaalimon ne shaitaani raahon me kharch kiya hoga aur allah ko chhod kar dusre ke liye nazaren maani hogi ,unko allah ke azaab se bachane waala koi madadgaar nahi....
2- " jab imran ki aurat ne kaha ki mere parwardigaar main us bacche ko jo mere pait(stomach) me hai teri nazr karti hun wah tere hi kaam ke liye qurbaan hoga meri is nazr ko kubool kar tu sunne waala aur jaanne waala hai"
( aal imran 25)
Tashrih: yani hz imran ki wife ne ummeed ke dinon me yah iqraar kiya aiy mere allah! Main apne paida hone waale bacche ko tere deen ki khidmat ke liye qurban karne ki mannat maangti hun..
3- " hz maryam ko allah paak ne farmaya pas tu kha aur pee aur apni aankhen thandi kar phir agar koi insaan tujhe dikhaayi de to usse kah de ki maine allah ke liye roze ki nazar maani hai, isliye aaj main kisi se baat na karungi"
(maryam 26)
tashrih: allah paak ne huqm diya ki aiy maryam! Agar koi insan tujhe dikhaayi de to usse baat na karo balki ishaare se samjhaao ki maine allah ke liye aaj khamosh karne ki mannat maani hai...
4- " phir wah hajj karne waale apna mail Kuchail(gandagi) door kare aur apni nazaren poori karen aur is puraane ghar ka tawaaf karen"
(al hajj 29)
5- " (nek log wo hai) jo apni nazaren poori karte hai aur us din se darte hain jiski buraayi faili hai"
(dahar 7)

MAATAM KA BAYAN
Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
As salam o alaikum
warahmatullahi wabarkatahu
Rasoollullah Sws ne farmaya:
" jisne muh peeta, girebaan fhaada aur jaahilon ki tarah roya wah ham mese nahi"
( sahih bukhari , al janaiz hadith no 1294)
aur nabi(sws) ne saalika, haalika aur shaqqa se apne aapko bari bataya hai
(sahih bukhari al janaiz h 1296)
"saalika bain karne wali aurat, haalika gham se baad muda dene waali, aur shaqqa girehbaan phaadne waali aurat"
aur farmaya
" Dahaade maar kar rone wali auraten agar tauba ke bina mar jayengi to unhe qayamat ke din kharshi qamees aur gandhak ka pajama pahnakar khada kiya jayega"
(sahih muslim 134)
is qism ki ek aurat hz umar ra ke paas laayi gayi to aapne use maarne ka huqm diya, saza ke dauran me uska sar khul gaya to logon ne arz kiya,
ameerul momineen! Iska sar nanga ho gaya hai, farmaya kuch parwah nahi..
