Mufti Sahab Likhte Hain:-“ Is Tarah Qaayede Ke Silsile Me Bayheqi Ki Riwayat Hai Ke Ek Raan Par Dusri Raan Rakh Kar Baithe”


Lekin Aap Ye Sunkar Hairaan Honge Ke Ye Bhi Usi Hadith E Mazkoorah Ka Ek Tukda Hai Jise Imam Bayheqi Ne Sirf Logon Ko Mutanabbeh Karne Ke Liye Apni Kitab Me Darj Kiya Hai Ke
“Ye Riwayat Kisi Kaam Ki Nahin Hai, Isse  Istadlal Nahin Kiya Jaa Sakta”


Malum Hota Hai Ke Mufti Sahab Ne Khud Sunan Bayheqi Ka Mutaala Nahin Kiya Aur Apne Kisi Ham’mazhab Peshwa Ka Koi Fatawa Ya Mazmoon Dekhkar Makhi Par Makhi De Maari Hai Warna Itni Sareeh Khyaanat Ka Tasawwur Ek Inte Bade Darul Uloom Ke Sheikh Ul Hadith Aur Mufti Ke Mutaallik Nahin Kiya Ja Sakta,

Baher’haal Mazkoorah Hadith Naqal Karne Ke Baad Mufti Sahab Farmaate Hain:-“In Hadith Se Ye Baat Saabit Ho Gayi Ke Auraton Ki Namaz Ke Bare Me Fuqaha Ne Jo Makhsoos Sooratein Bayaan Farmaayi Hain Wah Hadith Se Saabit Hain”

Lekin Mausoo Ki Bayaan Kardah “Hadith” Ki Haqeeqat Pichle Posts Me Bayan Kar Di  Gayi Hai Jisse Ye Baat Paaye Sabot Ko Pahunch Jaati Hai Ke Fuquha E Ahnaaf Ne Auraton Ke Liye Mardon Se Alag Jo Sooratein Bayan Ki Hain Wah Unki Apni Ijaad Kardah Hai, Nabi E Akram Muhammad Salallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Aisa Koi Huqm Nahin Diya,

Iske Baad Mufti Sahab Farmate Hain:-“Ye Baar Waazeh Rah Eke Auraton Ke Bare Me Huqm Sharai Ke Sabot Ke Liye Ye Zaroori Nahin Ke Wah Hazrat Aisha (Ra) Ki Hadith Se Saabit Ho Balke Kisi Aur Sahabi Se Bhi Saabit Ho Sakta Hai Aur Ye Bhi Mumkin Hai Ke Is Bare Me Hz Aisha (Ra)  Se Koi Hadith Saabit Ho Lekin Hamen Na Mil Saki Ho”

Bila’shubah Huqm E Sharai Ke Isbaat Ke Liye Hz Aisha (Ra) Ki Hadith Zaroori Nahin Balke Kisi Bhi Sahabi E Rasool Ki Hadith (Sahih) Se Huqm Sharai Saabit Ho Sakta Hai,

Lekin Saahila Ka Ye Sawaal (Sawaal 1st Part Me Dekhen) Zaroor Qaabil E Ghaur Hai Ke

“Hazrat Aisha (Ra) Se 2000 Se Zyada Hadith Marwi Hai, Agar Auraton Ke Liye Namaz Ka Tareeqa Mardon Se Mukhtalif Hota, Toh Yaqeenan Unse Us Andaaz Ki Koi Hadith Zaroor Marwi Hoti”

Isi Tarah Ye Bhi Qaabil E Ghaur Pahlu Hai Ke Itna Eham Aur Zaroori Masla Lekin Hazrat E Aisha Samet Kisi Bhi Sahabi Se Iski Baabat Koi Hadith Saabit Nahin, Ye Kahna Ke

“Mumkin Hai Ke Is Bare Me Hz Aisha (Ra) Se Koi Hadith Saabit Ho Lekin Hamen Na Mil Saki Ho”
Istadlal Ka Ye Kaun Sa Shaandar Andaaz Hai ??? Is Tarah Toh Har Mangadant Masle Ko Ye Kah Kar Saabit Kiya Ja Sakta Hai Ke Mumkin Hai Is Bare Me Hadith Ko Lekin Hamen Na Mil Saki Ho,

Lekin Ham Mufti Sahab Se Ye Poochna Chaahenge Ke “Ta’aamil E Ummat” Se Unki Kya Muraad Hai ??

Maujoodah Logon (Ummat) Ka Taa’aamil Ya Ahad Sahaba Ka Ta’aamil, ??

Ahad Sahaba Ka Ta’aamil Ke Bare Me Toh Daleel Sharai Ki Baat Ho Sakti Hai Aur Use Hi Ta’aamil E Ummat Kaha Jaata Hai, Lekin Baad Ke Adwaar Ka Ta’aamil Bhi Kya Us “Ta’aamil E Ummat” Ke Zaman Me Aata Hai Jisko Daleel Sharai Qaraar Diya Ja Sake ??

Agar Mufti Sahab Ke Nazdeeq “Ta’aamil E Ummat ” Se Muraad Ta’aamil Sahaba Hai (Jaisa Ke Yahi Iska Mafhoom Hai) Toh Kya Mufti Sahab Is Amr Ka Koi Sabot Pesh Farma Sakenge, Ahad Sahaba Me Musalman Khwateen Usi Tarah Mardon Se Mukhtalif Tareeqe Se Namaz  Padhti Thin, Jis Tarah Aaj Kal Ki Hanafi Aur Shariat Se Na’waaqif Auratein Padhti Hain, Agar Aisa Hai Toh Masla Zaroor Qaabil E Ghaur Ban Jaata Hai,

Aur Agar Ta’aamil E Ummat Se Muraad Ahad Sahaba Wa Tabain Ke Baad Ke Logon Ka Hai Ta’aamil Hai Toh Mohtaram Mufti Sahab Ise Bataur “Daleel Sharai” Pesh Karne Se Pahle Ye Soch Len Ke Phir Masla Zer E Bahes Hi Saabit Na Hoga, Be’shumaar Bida’aten Bhi Saabit Ho Jaayengi, Jin Par Aaj Kal Ta’aamil Se Ummat Hai,

Kya Mufti Sahab Iske Liye Taiyyar Hain ?? Kya Un Tamam Bidaton Ko  Is “Daleel Sharai” Ki Ru Se  Sanad Jawaaz Ata Kiya Ja Sakta Hai ???
