Isi Tarah Namaz Khoob Simat Kar Ada Karen Ka Kya Matlab Hai ?? Kab Simatna Hai ? Kis Tarah Simatna Hai ? 2-      Kutub Me Talaash Karne Ke Ba’wajood Hamen Ye Hadith Nahin Mili, Agar Mufti Sahab  Muqammal Hawaala Pesh Kar Den Toh Ham Unke Mamnu Hain, Kyonki Jab Tak Ye Kisi Kitab Me Nahin Milegi Uski Sanad E Haisiyat Saabit Nahin Hogi Aur Uski Isnaad Ki Wazaahat Ke Beghair Ye  Kisi Kaam Ki Nahin, Na Hi Ise Hadith E Rasool Hi Tasleem Kiya Ja Sakta Hai, Agar Ye Waqai Hadith Hai Toh Uska Makhaz Wa Hawala Kiya Hai ?? Ye Hadith Beshaq Is Kitab Me Maujood Hai, Lekin Wahan Is Hadith Ke Baad Ye Alfaaz Bhi Maujood Hain
“Is Riwayat Ki Sanad Me Ek Raawiyah Umme Yahya Hai Jise Main Nahin Jaanta”

Mufti Sakhrawi Sahab Ki Ilmi Diyaanat Dekhiye Ke Wahan Jahan Se Unhone Ye Naqal Kiya Hai, Ye Saraahat Maujood Hai Ke Usme Ek Raawiyah Majhool Hain, Iske Baad Use Hadith E Rasool Kahkar Bayaan Kar Diya Hai, Halaanke Jis Sanad Me Ek Raawi Bhi Majhool Ho Wah Hadith Na’qabil E Hujjat Hoti Hai,

Is Hadith Ko Istadlal Me Pesh Kiya Hi Nahin Ja Sakta, Aur Ye Usool Mufti Sahab Ko Bhi Malum Hai, Isi Liye Unhone Ye Chaabuk’dasti Ki Ke Sahab Kitab Allama Haythami Ne Toh Is Hadith Ki Isnaadi Haisiyat Ko Waazeh Kar Diya Lekin Mufti Sahab Ne Use Kaat Diya,

Ise Hadith E Rasool Kahna Aur Isse Masla Saabit Karna Badi Dileri Aur Nihaayat Jurrat Ka Kaam Hai,

TEESRI DALEEL:

Nabi E Akram Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ke Paas Se Ghuzre Jo Namaz Padh Rahin Thin Aap Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Unhe Dekh Kar Farmaaya:-“ Jab Tum Sajdah Karo Toh Apne Jism Ke Baaz Hisson Ko Zameen Me Chimta Do, Is Liye Ke Unme  Aurat Aur Mard Ke Maanind Nahin Hai”

Ye Riwayat Mursal Hai Aur Wah Bhi Sanadan Sahih Nahin, Awwal Toh Muhaddiseen Ke Nazdeeq Mursal Riwaayat Hi Na’qaabil E Hujjat Hoti Hai, Kyonki Isme Tabai Nabi E Akram Muhammad Salallaho Alaihi Wasallam Se Baraah E Raast Riwaayat Karta Hai Halaanke Usne Toh Nabi E Akram Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Se Hadith Suni Hi Nahin Hoti, Is Tabai Ne Wah Hadith Kis Se Suni ?? Iska Wah Zikr Nahin Karta, Isme Me Zaid Bin Hibaib Tabai Hai Lekin Wah Nabi E Akram Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Se Bayaan Kar Raha Hai, Darmiyaan Ke Waste Ka Wah Zikr Nahin Kar Raha Hai, Isi Liye Muhaddiseen Mursal Riwayat Ko Munqata Bhi Kahte Hain, Aur Munqata Riwaayat Na’maqbool Hoti Hai,

Iske Elaawa Ism Eek Raawi Saalim Hai Jo Matrook Hai, Aur Iske Baad Ye Hadith Bhi Muhaddisana Usool Ki Roshni Me Na’qaabil Aitbaar Aur Na’qabil E Hujjat Hai, Isi Liye Imam Bayheqi Ne Bhi Ise Munqata Kahkar Hi Apni Kitab Me Naqal Kiya Hai, Lekin Mufti Sahab Ne Ye Baat Logon Se Chhupa Kar Rakhi

CHAUTHI DALEEL:

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar Ra Farmaate Hain Ke Nabi E Akram Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ka Irshaad Hai Ke:-“Namaz Ke Dauraan  Unme Jab Aurat Baithe Toh Apni Ek Raan Ko Dusri Raan Par Rakhe Aur Jab Sajdah Me Jaaye Toh Pet Ko Apni Dono Raanon Se Milaa Le Is Tarah Ke Use Zyadah Se Zyadah Satar Ho Sake Aur Allah Tala Uski Taraf Dekhte Hain Aur Farishton Se Farmaate Hain Ke Aiy Farishton ! Tum Gawaah Raho Maine Is Aurat Ki Bakhsish Kar Di”

Lekin Maulana Mufti Sakhrawi Sahab Ne Itni Aham Hadith  Ka Koi Hawaala Hi Nahin Diya Au Rise Be’ghair Hawaale Ke Is Kitaab Me Naqal Kar Diya Hai, Aisa Kyun Kiya Gaya Hai ?? Hamare Khyaal Me Iski Wajah Is Ka Hadith E Rasool Na Hona Hai, Kyonki Ye Riwaayat Sunan Bayheqi Me Maujood Hai Lekin Imam Bayheqi Ne Iske Bare Me Kaha Hai

Iske Baad Imam Bayheqi Ne Is Riwaaayat Ke Sabse Aham Raawi “Abu Mutie Al Hakam Bin Abdullah” Ke Baabat Kaha :-“Iski Hadithen Waazeh Taur Par Zaeff Hoti Hain, Aur Iski Aksar Riwaayat Kardah Hadithon Ki Mutabe’at Nahin Ki Jaati, Ise Imam Yahya Bin Maeen Wagerah Ne Zaeef Qarar Diya Hai”
