NAMAZ KI SAF BANDI ME NA'BAALIGH( BACCHON) KI JAGAH

NAMAZ KI SAF BANDI ME NA'BAALIGH( BACCHON) KI JAGAH:



Aam taur par awaam me aur aimma masajid ki saf bandi se mutaallik ye masla mashoor hai ke sab se pahle mardon ki saf hogi, phir na'baaligh bacchon ki saf lagegi aur aakhir me khwaateen ki saf hogi.

Chunanche aam masajid me dekha jaata hai ke koyi na'baligh baccha agar badon(elders) ki saf me khada ho jaata hai to muqtadi hazraat use badon ki saf se nikaal kar peeche kar dete hain, aur imam sahab bhi us kaam me muqdati sahab ki taeed karte hain,

ye bhi dekha jaata hai ke badon ki saf me namaz padhte hue bacche ko kheench kar saf se peeche kar diya jaata hai aur usse ek munkar ko mitaana samjha jaata hai,

kaha jaata hai ki mardon ki saf me bacchon ka daakhil hokar namaz ada karna ghalat hai kyonki hadith me hai ke pahle mardon ki saf hogi uske baat bacchon ki saf aur tab khwateen ki...


Aayen is masle ki tahqeeq karte Hain aur dekhte hain ke haqiqat kya hai..


Abu dawood me ye hadith hai:

" hz abu malik al as'hari ra ne kaha kya main tumhe nabi(sws) ki namaz ke baare me na bataaun? Phir iqaamat kahi aur mardon ki saf bandi ki aur inke peeche bacchon ki saf bandi ki aur phir unhe namaz padhai"

(abu dawood kitabus salaat)

yahi hadith chand alfaazon ki tabdeeli ke saath, isi sanad se musnad ahmad me hadith abu malik ashari ra ke unwaan ke tahat aayi hai..

" hz abu malik ashari ra ne apne logon se kaha kiya main tumhe rasoollullah( sws) ki namaz padh kar na bataa dun? Phir unhone mardon ki saf lagaayi, uske baad bacchon ki saf mardon ke peeche lagaayi aur phir bacchon ke peeche khwateen ki saf lagaayi"

(musnad ahmad 22794)

note: sanad ye hai... Waqi bin abdul hameed bin bahraam an shara ibn hausab an abdul rahmaan bin ghanab qaala qaala abu maalik al ashri.......


Is hadith se saraahat ho gayi ke namaz ki saf Bandi me bacchon ki saf mardon ke peeche hogi, mardon ke saath nahi...


Lekin jab is hadith ki sanad ki tahqeeq hui to pata chala ke sanad kamzor hai, isliye ye hadith zaeff hai aur muhaddiseen ke yahan raajeh aur zyadah sahih baat ye hai ke zaeff hadith se shariat ka masla saabit nahi hota..

Chunancha allama naseeruddeen albani rh apni kitab " tamaamul manah fil taa'leeq al fiqhul sunnah" me is unwaan par likte hain:

" in dono (abu dawood aur musnad ahmad ki) hadithon ki sanad zaeff hai, sanad me shahar raawi daeef hai, albatta khwaateen ki saf mardon ki saf ke peeche hona sahih hadith se saabit hai, raha bacchon ki saf mardon ke peeche lagaana to us silsile me mujhe us hadith ( jo abu dawood aur musnad ahmad me hai) ke elaawa aur koi dusri hadith nahi mili aur ye hadith daleel banne ke laayeq nahi , isliye agar saf me jagah ho to mardon ki saf me bacchon ko daakhil karne me main ko haraj nahi Samjhta aur yateem( na'baaligh) ki namaz hz anas bin malik ra ke saath, nabi(sws) ke peeche, is masle ki ( mardon ki saf me bacchon ko daakhil karna sharai taur par jayez hai) daleel hai:


yateem ki namaz hz anas ra ke saath waali hadith ki tafseel ya hai ke bukhari kitaabul azaan baab no 178 aur muslim kitab ul masaajid me ye hadith hai ke "rasoollullah(sws) hz anas bin malik ra ki dadi(grand mother) ki daawat par inke ghar aaye to hamen do rakat namaz padhaik, chunanche hz anas kahte hain:

main aur yateem dono ne allah ke rasool(sws) ke peeche saf lagaayi aur boodhi khaatoon hamare peeche khadi hui"

is hadith me is baat ki saraahat hai ke yateem( na'baaligh baccha), mard yani hz anas bin malik ra ke saath saf me khada hai, kyon ke shariat me yateem us na'baaligh bacche ko kahte hai jiske baap ka inteqaal ho chuka ho..

Chunanche abu dawood kitabul wasaya baab 9 me ye hadith Maujood hai:-" yani baaligh ho jaane ke baad yateemi khatm ho jaati hai"

is hadith ko albani rh ne sahih kaha hai.

Yahan saf bandi me na'baligh bacche ka mard ke saath mil kar khada hona saabit hai, agar nabaaligh bacche ka mardon ki saf me khade hokar namaz padhna sharai taur par mana hota to yateem, hz anas bin malik ra ke bagal me khada nahi hota, kyonke yateem ek nabaligh baccha tha aur hz anas bin malik mard they, is liye yateem hz anas ra ke peeche khada hota jaisa ke boodhi khatoon yateem aur hz anas ra ke peeche khadi hui..


Lekin ajeeb baat hai ke aaj bacchon ka mardon ki saf me khada hone ko ghalat samjha jaata hai aur agar mardon ke saath padhta hai to peeche kar diya jaata hai

nateeja ye hota hai ke agar chand bacche mardon se alag apni saf bandi kar lete hain to namaz ke dauraan azaadi se bachkaana harkatein karte hain jis se badon ko namaz me khalal padhta hai, lekin yahi bacche jab Mardon ke saath saf me rahte hain to badon ke maahaul me sukoon se namaz ada karte hain
