Ye Huqm Wa Irshad Ek Alag Aur Juda Masla Hai Aur Paon Se PaoN Ka Milaana Aur Kandhe Se Kandhe Ko Milaana Alag Masla Hai Aur Aapki Pesh Karda Teesri Hadith Jise Hamne 3 Number Me Poora Naqal Kiya Hai (See In Part 2) Me Lafz "Hazawa Bil Aa'naaq" Se Bhi Aapko (Muqallid Abu Bilal Jhagwi) Ghalti Lagi Hai, Ya Bhi Mughaalta Diya Hai,

Kyonki Abu Bilal Jhangwi Deobandi Sahab Jo Baat Samjha Rahen Hai Wah Ghalat Hai,

Aapki Saari Tahreer Ka Muhaasil Ye Hai Jis Tarah 2 Namazion Ki Gardanein Milaana Na'mumkin Hai Usi Tarah "Haazwa Bil Manaqab" Me Bhi Faasla Hona Chahiye,

Halaanke Na Wahan Milaane Ke Mutaalliq Hai Aur Na Hi Yahan Milaane Ka Bayan, Wahan Bhi Ba'maane Baraabar Aur Yahan Bhi Ba'mayene Baraabar Mustamal Hai,

Albatta Unme Ek Johri Farq Hai Jise Aap Ilm Hadith Me Na'layeq Hone Ki Wajah Se Samjh Nahin Paaye Wah Ye Ke Pahli Hadith Me Lambaayi Aur Usme Unchaayi Muraad Hai,

Mulla Ali Qari Hanafi 1014 Hijri Is Hadith Ki Sharah Me Farmate Hain Ke

"Yani Is Hadith Me Hazwa Bil Aa'naq Ka Maana Hai Ke Yani Baaz Tumhare Baaz Se Buland Jagah Par Khade Na Hon"

Fir Isi Hadith Me "Qaarbu Bainaha" Ke Mafhoom Ko Bhi Aapne Tahreef Ki Hadh Tak Bigaad Diya Hai Ke Qareeb Qareeb Hona Muraad Hai Na Ke Milkar Khade Hone Ka Zikr Hai,

Halaanke In Alfaaz Me Do Namazion Ko Qareeb Qareeb Karna Maqsood Nahin Balke 2 Safon Ko Qareeb Qareeb Karna Muraad Hai,

Mulla Ali Qari Hanafi Is Hadith Ki Sharah Me In Alfaaz Ki Tafseer Karte Hue Farmate Hain

"Yani 2 Safon Ke Darmiyaan Zyada Kushaadgi Na Ho Balke Ek Saf Dusri Se Qareeb Tar Ho Jisse Tumhare Qurb Me Akhtalaat Ho Jaaye Ye Is Wajah Se Hai Ke Tumhari Arwah Ki Aapas Me Mu'awinat Ho Aur Shaitan Tumhare Aage Se Ghuzar Na Sake"

Yahi Maane Shaikh Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehlawi Hanafi Ne (Sharah Miskaat 1/506) Me Kiye Hain,

Aur Is Maane Ka Qareena "Bainaha" Ka Lafz Hai Jise Aapne Maulaf (Writer) Hadith Aur Ahle Hadith Page 509 Ki Andhi Taqleed Me "Bainahma" Bana Diya Hai,

Halanke Ye Riwayat Abu Dawood Ke Elawah Sunan Nisai 1/93, Baiheqi 3/100, Ibn Khazeema Hadith No 1545 Me Aati Hai, Un Sab Me "Bainaha" Ka Lafz Hai, Magar Aapne Sharm Wa Haya Ko Khair'abaad Kahte Hue Kamaal Ayyari Wa Makkari Se "Bainahma" Bana Diya Hai,

Allah Tala Apko Maaf Kare !!

3- Aapki Naqal Kardah Hadith Me Pahli Hadith Ibn Umar (Ra) Me Alfaaz "Wasd Al Khalal" (Khali Jagahon Ko Band Karo) Aur "Wala Tazruwa Farjaat" (Saff Me Khali Jagah Na Chhod) Ka Taalliq Zer E Bahes Masle Se Tha Jinki Taraf Aapne Khair Se Isharah Tak Nahin Kiya, Ise Be'imaani Kahen Ya Aapka Riwaayeti Tareeqe Se Tabeer Karen,

Fir Aakhiri Hadith Hz Anas Bin Malik (Ra) Me "Raswa Safuw'fakum" Ka Bhi Qadr E Zer Bahes Masla Se Waasta Tha Use Bhi Aapne TarK Kar Diya,

Mulla Ali Qari Hanafi In Alfaaz Ke Maane Karte Hain Ke

"Yani Aise Baraabar Ho Jao Ke Tum Ek Dusre Me Zam Ho Jao Yahan Tak Tumhare Darmiyan Koi Khali Jagah Na Rahe"
