Aqad Nikaah Ke Liye Ek Taraf Wali Ki Ijaazat Shart Hai Toh Dusri Taraf Baaligha Ladki Ki Raza'mandi Aur Ijaazat Ko Bhi Khaas Ahmiyat Haasil Hai,
Wali (Baap , Wagerah) Ko Huqm Hai Ke Nikaah Se Pahle Ladki Ki Ijaazat Haasil Kare,
Nabi E Akram Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ka Irshaad Hai
"Bewa (widow) Aurat Se Sareehi Ijaazat Lekar Nikah Kiya Jaaye Aur Kunwaari (Virgin) Aurat Ka Nikaah Bhi Uski Ijaazat Se Kiya Jaaye, Ijaazat Lene Waala Aurat Ka Baap Hai Ya Jo Wali Ho,
Sahaba Ne Daryaaft Kiya:- Kunwari Ladki Sharm Ki Wajah Se Bol Ni Paayegi
Uski Ijaazat Ka Kya Tareeqa Hai ?
Aap Ne Farmaya:- Uski Ijaazat Khamoshi Hai"

Ijaazat Ka Maqsad Ladki Ki Raza'mandi Maalum Karni Hai,
Ye Baat Nahin Ke Khaana'puri Ke Liye Rasmi Taur Par Ya Jabr Ya Dabaao Daal Kar Zabaan Se "Haan !" Kahlwa Liya Jaaye,
Usse Raza'mandi Aur Muhabbat Ki Buniyaad Par Rishta Qaayem Ni Hota,
Balke Ye Aisi Buniyaadi Kamzori Hai Jo Bure Nataij Aur Tarah Tarah Ke Rang Dikhaati Hai,
IJAAZAT LENE KA AAJKA TAREEQA:
musalmano Me Ijaazat Lene Ka Aajka Tareeqa, Shariat Ke Khilaaf Aur Ghair Mazhab Hai Isse Maqsad Bhi Haasil Ni Hota,
Hota ye Hai Ke Aqad Nikah Ke Roz Jab Mahmaano Ko Khoob Hujoom (Bheed) Hota Hai Aur WaleemA Ka Intezaam Mumkin Taur Par Amali Shakl Akhtiyaar Karta Hai Toh Theek Nikah Ke Waqt
Ladki, Mahmano Aur Apni Sahelion Ke Beech Majma Me Baithti Hai, Fir 3 Ajnabi Mard, Ek Qazi Aur 2 Gawaah Us Majme Me Ladki Se Ijaazat Lene Jaate Hain,
Bhala Sochiye ! Kaun Aisi Be'haya Ladki Hogi Jo Aise Mahaul Me Apne Qaul Wa Fa'al Se Izhaar E Naraazgi Ki Jurraat Karegi,
Ladki Se Ijaazat Ke Liye Ajnabi Mardon Ko Bhejna Intehaayi Jihaalat Hai,
Shariat E Islaamiya Ne Aisi Ijaazat Lene Ka Haq Sirf Wali Ki Diya Hai, Lekin Theek Nikaah Ke Waqt Ni Balke Jab Munaasib Paighaam Aaye To Azaadaana Mahaul Me Ladki Ki Razamandi Maalum Kare Phir Aqad Nikaah Ke Liye Qadam Uthaaye,
Agar Sareehi Razamandi Malum Karne Ka Ittefaaq Na Ho saka Ho Lekin Dastoor Ke Mutaabik Mard Ki Jaanib Se Bheje Hue Tohfe Qubool Karti Rahi Aur Aqad Nikaah Ke Waqt Uski Diye Hue Kapde Aur Zewar Wagerah Ba'khushi Pahne, Kisi Naraazgi Ka Izhaar Na Kare Toh Yaqeenan Ye Ijaazat Aur Razamandi Ka Suboot Hai,
Ijaazat Ke Liye Gawaahon Ko Le Jaana Mahaz Ek Rasm Hai,
BA'BARQAT SHADI:
"Badi Ba'barqat Wala Hai Wah Nikaah Jo Mahnat Me Aasaan Ho"
