Pichle Chand Saalon Me Aalam E Arab Se 3 Kitaabein Chhap Kar Aayin Hain, Teeno Kitaabon Ka Mauzu Ye Hai Ke Fiqah Hanafi Ke Saare Masail Quraan Wa Hadith Ke Mutaabik Hain, Teeno Kitaabon Ke Likhne Waalon Ne Is Baat Ke Asbaat Par Poora Zor Sarf Kiya Hai, Hamne Un Teeno Kitabon Me Namaz Me Mard Wa Aurat Ke Farq Ke Dalail  Bataur E Khaas Koshish Karke Dekhe, Kyonki Teeno Kitaabon Ke Likhne Waalon  Ka Maqsad Hi Is Taasir Ya Haqeeqat Ki Naïf Karna Hai Ke Fiqh Hanafi Ka Koi Masla Quraan Ya Hadith Ke Khilaaf Hai,,


Lekin Teeno Kitaabonke Dekhne Ke Baad Hamen Shakht Maayoosi Hui, Kyunki Teeno Ne Mard Wa Aurat Ke Namaz Ke Darmiyaan Farq Toh Bayaan Kiya Hai, Lekin Siwaaye Ek Mursal Riwaayat Ke Aur Koi Hadith Unmese Kisi Ne Bayaan Nahin Ki, Sabne Sirf Ek Aqali Daleel Ka Sahara Liya Hai Ke


“Aurat Ke Liye Isme Pardah Zyada Hai”


Iska Saaf Matlab Ye Hai Ke Aalam E Arab Se Taalluq Rakhne Waale Hanafi Ulema Ne Is Baat Ko Tasleem Kar Liya Hai Ke Is Masle Me Koi Hadith Nahin Hai, Agar Hoti Toh Yaqinan Wah Use Pesh Karte, Kyunki Unka Kitaab Likhne Ka Maqsad Hi Hanafi Fiqh Ke Masail Ko Quraan Wa Hadith Ke Mutaabik Saabit Karna Hai,


Dusri Baat Ye Saaf Hui Ke Arab Ke Hanafi Ulema Pak Wa Hind Ke Hanafi Ulema Ke Muqaable Me Ameen (Sachhe) Aur Diyaanat’dar Hain, In Arabi Ulema Ki Ye Zaroorat Thi Ke Wah Auraton Ke Hanafi Tareeqe Namaz Ko Hadith Se Saabit Karte, Lekin Chunke Waaqiya Ye Hai Ke Hadith Ki Kitaabon Me Aisi Ek Bhi Sahih Hadith Nahin Hai, Isliye Unhone Sirre Se Koi Hadith Hi Pesh Nahin Ki,


Iske Baq’ashq Hamare Pak Wa Hind Ke Ashaab E Jubba Wa Dastaar Ulema  Amaanat Wa Diyaanat Ilmi Se Aari Hain Aur Ifta Hadith Ke Masnad Par Baith Kar Jhooti Aur Bilkul Zaeef (Be’saropa) Riwaayat Ko Hadith Baawar Karne Par Apna Zor E Qalam Sarf Kar Rahen Hain…………. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raajioon

Ye Daleel Toh Mardon Ke Rafulyadain Karne Ki Ho Gayi, Lekin Auratein Kis Daleel Ki Ru Se Kandhon Tak Rafulyadain Karen ??? Ye Daleel Arabi Musannif Ne Pesh Nahin Ki,

“Namaz Ki Chauthi Sunnat Se Hai Ke Mard Apna Daayan Haath Baayen Haath Par Zer E Naaf Ke Necche Rakhe Aur Auratein Apna Haath Chhation Ke Neeche Seene Par Rakhe, Be’ghair Hathon Ke Pakde, Balke Hatheli Ke Oopar Hatheli Rakhe, Isliye Ke Isme Uske Liye Zyadah Pardah Hai ”

Is Hadith Me Mard Ke Liye  Is Hadh Tak Toh Daleel Hai Ke Wah Halat E Qayaam Me Apna Daayan Haath Apne Baayen Baazu Par Rakhe, Lekin Wah Ye Haath Apne Jism Ke Kis Hisse Par Rakhe ?? Iski Koi Saraahat Nahin ,

Iske Liye Faazil Musannif Ne Musnad Ahmad Aur Abu Dawood Ke Hawaale Se Zer E Naaf Waala Hazrat Ali (Ra) Ka Asar Naqal Kiya Hai, Lekin Iske Baabat Khud Hi Saraahat Kar Di Hai Ke Iski Sanad Me Kuch Guftughu Hai
