1- HALAL WA HARAM QARAR DENE KA HAQ SIRF ALLAH TALA KO HAI :

Allah Tala Ka Irshad Hai

" Aiy Nabi ! Jis Cheez Ko Allah Tala Ne Aapke Liye Halal Kar Diya Hai Use Aap Kyun Haram Karte Hain ? (kya) Aap Apni Biwion Ki Razamandi Haasil Karna Chaahte Hain Aur Allah Bakhsne Wala Raham Karne Wala Hai "

(Surah Tahreem Ayat No 1)

Is Ayat Ke Shaan E Nuzool Ke Mutalliq Hz Aisha (Ra) Bayan Hai Ke Hz Zainab (Ra) Ke Ghar Shahad Piya Karte Aur Wahan Kaafi Der Rahte, Main Aur Hafsa (Ra) Ne Ye Tayy Kiya Ke Ham Mese Jis Ke Ghar Bhi Aap (Sws) Tashreef Laayen Wah Kahe Ke Aapne Shahad Piya Hai, Aapke Muh Se Iski Boo Aa Rahi Hai,

Chunanche Fir Hamne Yahi Kaha Toh Aap (Sws) Ne Farmaya

"Maine Toh Zainab Ke Ghar Se Shahad Piya Hai, Tab Aapne Qasam Utha Li Ke Main Kabhi Shahad Nahin Piyunga "

Toh Surah Tahreem Ki Ye Aayat Naazzil Hui,

Maalum Hua Ke Allah Tala Ki Halal Kardah Cheez Ko Koi Nabi Bhi Haram Nahin Kar Sakta Toh Fir Imam, Wali Aur Buzurg Ki Kya Haisiyat..

2- HALAL WA HARAM KA HAQ GHAIR ALLAH KO DENA SHIRK HAI:

Hz Adi Bin Hatim (Ra) Se Riwayat Hai Ke

"Maine Nabi Kareem (Sws) Ki Khidmat Me Haazir Hua Aur Meri Gardan Me Sone Ki Saleeb Thi"

Aap (Sws) Ne Irshaad Farmaya:-"Aiy Adi ! Is But (Yani Saleeb) Ko Phenk Do"

Aur Maine Suna Aap (Sws) Surah Taoba Ki Ye Ayat Padh Rahe They

"Unhone Apne Ulema Aur Darweshon Ko Allah Ke Siwa Apna Rabb Bana Liya"

Tab Hz Adi (Ra) Ne Arz Kiya Ke

"Aiy Allah Ke Rasool (Sws) ! (Yahood Wa Nasara Apne Ulema Ki Ibadat Toh Nahin Karte They)"

Toh Aapne Farmaya:-"Yaqeenan Wah Unki Ibaadat Nahin Karte They, Lekin Jab (Unke) Ulema Kisi Cheez Ko Halal Kahte Toh Wah Bhi Use Halal Samjhte Aur Jab Ulema Kisi Cheez Ko Haram Kahte Toh Wah Bhi Use Haram Samjhte (Allah Ke Siwa Ulema Ko Rabb Banaane Ka Yahi Matlb Hai Kyonki Halal Wa Haram Ka Ikhtiyaar Sirf Allah Taala Ko Hai Aur Jab Ye Akhtiyaar Kisi Aur Ko De Diya Jaye Toh Ye Use Rabb Banaane Ki Hi Mutraadaf Hai)

3- ALLAH TALA NE TAMAM HARAM ASHYA KI TAFSEEL BAYAAN FARMA DI HAI

Allah Taala Ka Irshaad Hai

"Aur Allah Ne Tum Par Jo Haram Kiya Hai Uski Tafseel Tumhare Liye Bayaan Kar Di Hai"

(Surah Anaam Ayat 119)

Sheikh Ul Islam Imam Ibn Taimiyyah (Rh) Is Ayat Ke Zamar Me Farmate Hain Ke

"Yahan Muraad Tabbiyeen Aur Tauzee Hai"

Yani Allah Tala Ne Tamam Haram Ashya Ki Wazahat Farma Di Hai Lihaaza Jis Cheez Ki Hurmat Ki Wazaahat (Kitab Wa Sunnat Me) Maujood Nahin Wah Haram Nahin Wah Halal Hai Kyonki Ashya 2 Tarah Ki Hi Hain "Haram Aur Halal"

4- JIN ASHYA KI HILLAT WA HURMAT KI WAZAAHAT NAHIN WAH BHI MUBAAH HAIN:

Farmaan E Nabawi Hai

"Jise Allah Tala Ne Apni Kitab Me Halal Qaraar Diya Hai Wah Halal Hai, Aur Jise Haram Qaraar Diya Hai Wah Haram Hai, Aur Jiske Mutaalliq Khamoshi Akhtiyaar Farmaayi Hai Wah Dar'ghuzar (Ki Hui Ashya Me Se Hai) Pas Tum Allah Ki Dar'ghuzar (Ki Hui) Cheezon Ko Qubool Kari,

Fir Aap (Sws) ne Ye Aayat Tilaawat Farmaayi

"Aur Tera Rabb Bhoola Hua Nahin"

5- NEK NIYAT HARAM KO HALAL NAHIN BANAATI:

Maslan Agar Koi Shakhs Masjid Ki Taameer Ki Niyat Se Rishwat Le Ya Jua Khele Toh Ye Kaam Halal Nahin Honge, Balke Haram Rahenge, Kyonki Allah Taala Paak Hai Aur Paakeeza Cheezein Qubool Farmaata Hai

6- KISI QISM KE HEELE SE BHI HARAM HALAL NAHIN BANTA:

Jaisa Ki Yahood Par Murdaar Ki Charbi Haram Thi Magar Unhone Use Pighla Kar Oil Banaya Aur Fir Use Bechkar Qeemat Kha Li Aur Yun Haram Charbi Ko Halal Banaane Ka Heela (Bahana) Kiya,

Islam Ne Is Heele Ko Qubool Nahin Kiya Aur Nabi (Sws) Ne Unke Haq Me Bad'dua Farmayi Ke

"Allah Tala Yahood Ko Gharat Kare, Yaqeenan Allah Taala Ne Unpar Murdaar Ki Charbi Ko Bhi Haram Kiya Tha (Lekin) Unhone Use Pighlaaya Fir Use Farokht Kiya Aur Uski Qeemat Kha Gaye"

Isi Tarah Agar Koi Rishwat Ka Naam Tohfa Aur Sood Ka Naam Munaafa Rakh Kar Heela Kare Toh Haram Halal Nahin Hoga ; Jaisa Ke Aaj Koshish Ki Ja Rahi Hai,

Nabi (Sws) Ne Uske Mutalliq Pahle Hi Pesh'goi Farma di Thi Log Haram Ashya Ka Naam Badal Kar Unhe Halal Banaane Ki Koshish Karenge, Lekin Dar'haqeeqat Haram Ki Honge

Chunanche Farman E Nabawi Hai

"Meri Ummat Ka Ek Giroh Zaroor Sharaab (Wine) Ka Naam Badal Kar Use Halal Bana Lega"

7- HARAM KA ZARIYA BANNE WAALI

HAR CHEEZ HARAM HAI:

kyonki Sharai Nusoos Ko Saamne Rakhte Hue Ahle Ilm Ne Ye Qaayeda Muqarrar Kiya Hai Ke


"Wasail Wa Zaraaye Ka Wahi Huqm Hai Jo Maqaasid Ka Hai (Yani Agar Maqsad Haram Hai Toh Us Tak Pahunchne Wale Har Zariye Ka Huqm Bhi Haram Ka Hi Hoga)"

8-HARAM SAB PAR SAB JAGAH HARAM HAI:

Yani Jab Koi Cheez Shara'an Haram Saabit Ho Jaaye Phir Ameer Ghareeb, Arabi Ajami, Aaqa Ghulaam Aur Gore Wa Kaale Ki Tafreeq Ke Be'ghair Sab Par Wah Cheez Ek Jaisi Hi Haraam Hogi,

Isi Tarah Haram Cheez Haram Ki Rahegi Khwah Koi Shakhs Balad E Islaamiya Me Ho Ya Balad E Kufr Me,

Islam Ne Haram Halal Ke Baare Me Adal Ko Malhooz Rakha Hai,

Iski Ek Misaal Wah Riwaayat Hai Jisme Ye Farmaan E Nabawi Mazkoor Hai Ke

"Agar Fatima Binte Muhammad (Sws) Bhi Chori Karti Toh Main Uske Haath Kaat Deta"

9- MAJBOORI ME HARAM HALAL HO JAATA HAI:

Allah Tala Ka Irshad Hai

"Allah Tala Ne Un Ashya Ki Tafseel tumhe Bata Di Hai Jinhe Tum Par Haram Kiya Hai Magar Wah Bhi Jab Tumhe Shakht Zaroorat Padh Jaaye Toh Halal Hai"

(Surah Anam Ayat 119)

Aur Ek Maroof Qaayeda Bhi Isi Buniyaad Par Banaya Gaya Hai Ki

"Zarooratein Haram Ashya Ko Halal Bana Deti Hain"

10- MAJBOORI ME UTNA HI HARAM HALAL HOTA HAI JITNE SE MAJBOORI KHATAM HO JAAYE:

allah Tala Ka Irshaad Hai

"Fir Jo Majboor Ho Jaayen Aur Wah Hadh Se Badhne Waala Aur Zyadati Karne Wala Na Ho Toh Uspar (Haram Ashya) Ke Khaane Me Koi Gunaah Nahin"

(Surah Baqarah 173)

Is Ayat Kareema Me Maujood Lafz "Wala Aad" Zyadati Karne Wala Na Ho,

Ke Mutaalliq Ahle Ilm Ka Kahna Hai Ke Aztaraari Haalat Me Jitni Miqdaar Me Uske Liye Haram Khaana Jayez Hai Us Miqdaar Se Tajawuz Na Kare.

Yani Majboori Me Wah Sirf Utna Hi Haram Khaana Kha Sakta Hai Jitne Se Majboori Khatam Ho Jaaye, Usse Zyada Khana Ba'dastoor Haram Hi Rahega,

Isi Buniyaad Par Ahle Ilm Ne Ye Dastoor Muqarrar Kiya Hai Ke

"Ba'waqt E Zaroorat Utne Haram Par Hi Iktafa Kiya Jaaye Jitne Se Zaroorat Poori Ho Jaaye"
