BADALTE HAALAAT:



ghulami ki badtareen soorat e haal se ghuzarne ke baad hindustanio ne chain ki saans li, us waqt unhe yaqeen tha ke ab ham aaraam aur chain ki zindagi ghuzar basar karenge, isliye ke unhone mulk ki aazaadu ki azeem jaddo jehad me bharpoor hissa liya tha, aur haqeeqat me dekha jaaye toh jung e azaadi ke sipaahiyon ka ye haq bhi tha, akaabireen mulk ki nigaahein bhi aise mansoobe banane par lagi hui thi jinse hindustan ke awaam ko khush'haali naseeb ho,


jiska saboot ye hai ke bahari mulkon ne jo dastoor tarteeb diya iski roshni me mulk ko ek jamhoori falaahi mulk qarar diya gaya


mulk ke is ain qanoon ke tahat awaam ko buniyaadi huqooq diye gaye, aur mulk ki taraqqi, khush'haali aur uski khidmat ke liye faraiz bhi taiy kar diye gaye, aur in huqooq wa faraiz ko awaam ne dil se tasleem bhi kar liya,

jahan tak buniyaadi huqooq ka sawaal hai iske zariye  Awaam ko zahni sukoon mila, kyonke unhe yaqeen ho gaya ke ab hamen wah saari aazaadiyan mil gayi hain jinki ek insaan ko zaroorat hoti hai,

un azaadiyon me ek ye bhi thi  ke har hindustani ko ye haq hoga ke koi bhi zabaan, tahzeeb, aur mazhab ek hindustani akhtiyaar kar sakta hai aur ye bhi ke wah apne mazhab ki tableegh aur nashar o ishaat kar sakta hai,

jo hindustani chaahe wah kisi bhi mazhab ko akhtiyar kar sakta hai, shart ye lagayi gayi hai ke tabdeeli aqeedah ya mazhab kisi dabaao ya laalach ki wajah se na kiya jaaye,


mulk ki azaadi se lekar aaj tak ke haalaat par agar ghaur kiya jaaye toh haqeeqat ye khul kar saamne aati hai ke aksar siyaasi logon ne mulk me chain wa sukoon ke bajaaye bad'amani aur be'chaini ka mahaul hamesha paida kiye rakha, firqa'waranah mahaul mulk ki fiza me paida kiya jaata raha, aur ye bad'tareen soorat paida karke firqa'waranah tanzeemein fayedah uthaane ki koshish me Lagi rahti hain


hindustan ki adaalat agar azaad aur insaaf pasand na hoti toh firqa parast tanzeemon aur afraad par kisi tarah bhi control karna bada mushkil tha, jahan tak qaumi bhai'chaara ka talluk hai,  mulk me har zabaan. Mazhab aur elaaqah ke logon me bahami mel jol aur kaarobaar sab kuch acchi tarah hota hai aur samaji aitbaar se dekha jaaye toh mulk me muhabbat aur masaawaat dono paaye jaate hain lekin bad'qismati ye hai ke kuch logon ko ye muhabbat bhai'chaarah aur masaawaat hi pasand nahin hai, aur unka faayeda jhagde air firqa parasti me hi chhipa malum hota hai,


mazhabi aitbaar se dekha jaaye toh tamam azaadi ke baad jo kaaghaz par kitabon me mahfooz hai, lekin mulk ki maujoodah soorat haal ka jayeza batata hai ke log ye bhi chahte hain ke qanoon me diye gaye huqooq na sirf mu'atal ho jaane chahiye balke mansookh ho jaane chahiye aur akliyaton ko in huqooq se koi faayedah nahin pahunchna Chahiye,


kuch saalon pahle gujraat aur orissa me jo kuch hua hai wah qaabil e muzammat  hai aur daanish'mandon ne khul kar iski muzammat bhi ki hai, aur mulk ke mufaad ke manaafi qarar diya hai,


is qism ke haalaat jo orissa wagerah me mansoobah band tareeqa par amal me aaye hain, dekh kar ya sunkar koi kah sakta hai ke mulk me akliyaton (minority) ke huqooq ya unka aqeedah aur mazhab kuch bhi mahfooz hai ???


Hat mazhabi akliyat shak ea shubuhaat me mubtela hai , akliyaton ke saath aisa bartaao hamare mulk ke  jamhoori kirdaar ko tabaah kar raha hai,

aur tamam akliyaten apne ko ghair mahfooz samjhne par majboor nazar aati hain
