TADWEEN HADITH KA DUSRA DAUR




Quraan ki jama wa tadween hz usman (ra) ke zamana me hui,

Quraan ki tad maano me hakeem hain, yahi zindagi ke tamam shobon me hidayat dene ki ahliyat rakhte hain, mazeed guzaarish hai ke fiqhi furu aur ijtehaadi masail me imam bukhari (rh) duniya ke mukhtalif masaalik se bilkul azaad hain, we mukhtalif firqon ki taqleed ke bilkul bhi paband nahin


aksar muqallid maktab e fikr ke logon ne imam bukhari (rh) ko apnaane ki koshish farmayi hain

imam allama hafiz aini hanafi (rh) se hz maulana ahmad ali saharanpuri aur ustaaz ule munaqid hui wah sabko maalum hai, saath hi qisaas usman ka mulk gheer mutaalbah aur is maamle me aapki be'basi, phir iske nateeje me jung e jumal wa siffin ke mu'aarke

lihaaza aap itne bade kaam ki taraf tawajjoh hi na de sakte they....


HZ UMAR BIN ABDUL AZIZ KA KAARNAAMA



Hz ali ke baad hz umar Bin abdul aziz hi aise khaleefa hain jinhe khulefa e rashideen me shumaar kiya jaata hai,

aap safar 99 hijri me khaleefa bane toh sabse pahle hadith ki jama wa tadween ki taraf tawajjoh farmayi,

chunanche aapne madeena ke haakim abu bakr bin hazam ko (ye wahi umro bin hajam hain jinke paas hadith ka ek tahreeri majmua bhi maujood tha) ko khat likha ke umroh bint abdurrahman aur qasim bin muhammad ( jo hz aisha ke qareebi rishtedaar aur shaargirdaan e khaas se they ) ke paas jo hadith ka zakheera hai use qalam'band kar len, nez ye bhi likha ke hz abu hurairah (ra) ki maroyaat bhejne ki zaroorat nahin, kyonki ye hamare paas pahle bhi likhi hui maujood hain, hz abu hurairah (ra) ki maroyaat ka ye tahreeri majmua hz umar bin abduk aziz ko apne baap abdul aziz bin marwan (86 hijri) governor misr ki wiraasat me mila tha,

hz umar bin abdul aziz ne ye kaarnaama bilkul hz usman (ra) ke kaarnaama ki tarah Anjaam diya, aapne sirf madeena me hi nahin balke mukhtalif jagahon me farmaan jaari kiye aur 12 maahir muhaddiseen ko is kaam ke liye muntakhab kiya, jin ke naam aur maqam munkireen e hadith hafiz aslam sahab ne khud bhi bayan farma diye hain (read part 1), is 12 rukni majlis ke sar'barah imam ibn shahab zuhri they aur isi liye unko mudawwin awwal kaha jaata hai, in 12 ashkaas ne alag alag hadith ke majmue taiyyar kiye, phir unhe daar ul khilaafa me bhej diya


aapki khilaafat ka arsa sirf dhaayi saal hai, aapko umar ne itni mohlat hi naa di ke aap in tahreeri majmue ko mazeed tanqee wa tadween karke ek mustanad nuskha taiyyar karke hz usman (ra) ki tarah mukhtalif mulkon me bhej dete,

aapke baad agar koi khaleefa raashid aata toh wah ye kaam sar'anjaam deta, magar baad me khilaafat phir se mulikiyat me badal gayi, taaham aapki is kaawish ka ye faayedah zaroor hua ke bikhri hui hadith jama ho gayin, Aur baad me aane waale muhaddiseen ne.......un tahreeri majmuon ko apni apni tasneefaat me darj kar liya.......


Ab dekhiye munkireen e hadith hafiz aslam sahab ne jin 12 muhaddiseen ke naam batlaaye hain unke mutaallik ye batlaana gawaara na farmaya ke wah kis haisiyat se ye tahreeri majmue alag  alag murattab kar rahe they aur na hi ye batlaaya hai ke khaleefa hz umar bin abdul aziz ne is silsila jama wa tadween ke silsile me kiya kuch koshish ki aur na ye ke ibn shahab ko mudawwin awwal kis haisiyat se kaha jaata hai,


is poore aqtabaas se aapka maqsad mahaz chand aitraazaat karna tha,

chunanche munkireen e hadith ne is poore aqtabaas me jo 3 aitraazaat farmaye  hain wah ye hain

MUNKIREEN E HADITH KE AITRAAZAAT



1- Imam ibn shahab zuhri hadith ki kitaabat ke liye taiyyar na they, khaleefa aur umraah ne majboor karke aapse yah kaam karwaaya

2- un tamam hazraat ne tahreer kardah masaudon me se Siwaaye moatta imam malik ke aur koi cheez ummat ke haathon me nahin hai

3- aur moatta ki be'aitbaari ka ye aalam tha ke uske majmuon me 300 se 500 tak hadithen hain, aur iski wajah ye hai ke aakhir umar tak har saal isme se qatar baunt karte rahte they........


Ab ham in aitraazat ka jayeza bil'tarteeb pesh karte hain..


IMAM ZUHRI KI KITAABAT E HADITH SE NAA'GHWAARI:



Ibn shahab zuhri ke mutaallik ye baat kitaabat hadith mujhe naaghwaar thi aur maine khaleefa wa umra se majboor hokar ye kaam kiya toh usse shakht tar wah alfaaz hain jo hz zaid bin saabit ne jama Quraan ke silsile me hz abu bakr (ra) ko kahe they.....

Ye hadith, bukhari bab jama ul Quraan me hai...

Taaham main wahi alfaaz darj karta hoon jo munkireen e hadith ne maqam hadith page no 276 par darj kiye hain


" zaid bin saabit se riwayat hai ke abu bakr mujhse kahne lage ke tum nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam ki wahi Likhte rahe ho, lihaaza tum quraan ko likh lo, zaid bin saabit kahte hain ke ba'khuda agar wah mujhe kisi pahaad ko apni jagah se hata kar dusri jagah le jaane ko kahte toh wah mujhpar is kaam se ziyaadah dushwaar na hota "


ab dekhiye jis tarah hz zaid bin saabit (ra) saalha saal Quraan ki kitaabat karte rahe, ibn shahab zuhri bhi hadith ki kitaabat karte rahe,

ibn abdul barr (rh) likhte hain

" saaleh bin kaisaan kahte hain ke main aur ibn shahab juhri aur hamare dusre saathi ilm hadith haasil kar rahe they, hamara is baat par intefaaq hua ke sunan likhen, pas hamne jo kuch bhi nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam se suna tha, likh liya, ibn shahab ne kaha, aiyye ab ham aqwaal wa af'aal sahaba bhi likhen,

maine kaha , nahin... Main nahin likhunga kyonki wah sunnat nahin hain aur ibn shahab ne kaha balke wah bhi sunnat hain, phir usne aqwaal wa af'aal sahaba likh liye, magar maine na likhe so wah Kaamyaab raha aur main kamtar raha "

ab dekhiye jis tarah hz zaid bin saabit Quraan likhte rahe magar jama ke waqt unhone sunnat naghwaari ka izhaar kiya, isi tarah ibn shahab (rh) saari zindagi hadith likhte rahe magar jama ke waqt naaghawaari ka izhaar kiya,


Quraan wa hadith dono ki jama wa tadween ke liye riwaayaat me likhna ya kutub ka lafz hi istemaal hua hai, aur ye toh zaahir hai ke jis cheez ko un dono hazraat ne ek bhaari jimme'daari mahsoos kiya,

wah Quraan ya hadith ki jama wa tadween ka kaam tha na ke mahaz kitaabat Quraan ya kitaabat hadith


2- TADWEEN HADITH KE NATAIJ:


Dusri qaabil e aitraaz baat munkireen e hadith hafiz aslam sahab ke nazdeek ye hai ke un hazraat ki mahnaton ka nateeja ne siwaaye moatta imam malik ke aur kuch bhi na nikla,

ye baat bhi durust nahin, balke un hazraat ki koshishon se ya baaz ulema ke mandarjah zeil majmuon manzar e aam par Aaye, aur ye sab majmue 101 hijri se 150 hijri ki darmiyani muddat me murattab hue,


1- moatta imam malik ka san wafaat 170 hijri likhkar ye baawar karaane ki koshish ki jaati hai ke ye shaayed dusri sadi ke aakhir me  murattab hua hoga, halaanke iski taaleef 130 hijri se shuru aur 141 hijri tak khatm higayi

(intekhaab hadith, abdul ghaffar hasan page 24)

yahi haal dusri tasaaneef ka bhi hai


2- jame sufyaan soori (161) hijri

3- jame imam ozzie (157 hijri)

4-jame ibn mubaarak (181 hijri)

5- jame ibn jareej (150 hijri)

6- musnad imam abu hanifa (150 hijri)

7- kitab ul khiraaj imam abu yousuf (182 hijri)

8- kitabul asaar, imam muhammad bin hasan shaibaani (189) hijri


inme aakhiri teen kutub aaj bhi maujood hain



3- MOATTA IMAM MALIK KI HADITH



Teesra aitraaz aapka moatta imam malik ke mutaallik hai ke us ke mukhtalif nuskhon me 300 se 500 tak hadithen hain, jiski wajah ye hai ke aap is me Kaat chhaant karte rahe........


Moatta imam malik jab taiyyar ho chuka toh usko ulema e madeena aur dusre fuqaha ne dekh kar iski sehat par ittefaaq kiya isi liye iska naam moatta (mutawaffiq alaih) rakha gaya tha,

phir is kitab ko imam mausoof ke taqreeban 1000 shargirdon ne imam sahab se suna aur zabat tahreer me laaye, un dino press toh they nahin, balke sahab e zarurat khud hi apne haath se likha karte they, rafta rafta ye tamam masaudaat gum ho gaye, aur taareekh hadith me 16 naam baaqi rah gaye unme agar chand ek hadith ki kami beshi ho toh ye ain mumkin hai,

aajkal hamare yahan jo mudawwin nakhsa hai wahi sabse zyaada qaabil e aitmaad aur mustanad tareen nuskha hai aur ye yahya bin yahya masmoori (234 hijri) ka murattab kardah hai,


is maujoodah nuskhe ke title par hi aapke yah alfaaz nazar aayenge

"1720 hadith ka majmua "


ab jo nuskhe maujood nahin unke zikr karne ki zaroorat bhi kya hai?

2-mursal hadith 222
3-mauqoof hadith (aqwaal sahaba) 613
4-maqtu hadith (aqwaal tabein) 285


total = 1720

ab agar munkireen e hadith hafiz aslam sahab ye daawa karen ke is mukhtalif nuskhon me 3 sad se lekar 500 hadithen hain, toh unhen koi aisa nuskha dikha dena chahiye ya kam se kam is ka saboot hi muhayya karna chahiye tha

sochne ki baat toh ye hai ke jab ek cheez maujood hai, uski hadith aaj bhi shumaar ki ja sakti hain toh phir unke mutaallik ghalat salat aqwaal ya unke hawaale ki zaroorat ki kya rah jaati hai


rahi ye baat ke aap us me kaat chhaant karte rahe, agar ye baat durust farz kar li jaaye toh phir jin ulema wa fuqaha ko aapne ye kitab tabsiraah ke liye di thi wah kab di ???

Un 70 ulema wa fuqaha ke tabsirah ki soorat me dekhne par jitna waqt sarf ho sakta hai uska andaaza bhi aap Kar sakte hain,

phir aap isme raddo badal karte rahe, ye baat hamari samjh se baaher hai,!!!


Is kitab ki taiyyari me khwaah aapne 40 saal bhi lagaaye hon, jaisa ke mashoor hai ke ibtedan aapne 10 hazaar hadith ka intekhaab kiya, lekin unki jaanch padtaal ka jitna kada meyyaar tha uski taraf ham pahle bhi ishaara kar chuke hain, agar wah  dauraan taaleef kitab (130-141 hijri) har saal kaant chhaant bhi karte rahe hon, toh har musannaf aur muallaf yahi kuch karta hai

isme kisi ko kiya aitraaz ho sakta hai ????...............
