ITA’AT KO RASOOLULLAH MUHAMMAD SALLALAHO ALAIHI WASALLAM KE LIYE KHALIS KARNA ZAROORI HAI:

1-      Jis Jamaat Ke Nazdeek Deen Ko Rasoollullah Ke Liye Khalis Karne Ka Matlab Har Musaslman Ko Sirf Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Itteba Ki Daawat Den Eke Bajaaye Har Shakhs Ko Apne Apne Kuwen (Well) Se Paani Peene Ki Taqeed Karna Ho, Kya Wah Deen Ka Kaam Karne Ki Ahal Hosakti Hai ??

2-      Kya Ek Hi Zabaan Se Muhammad Rasoollullah Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ka Qalma Padhna Aur Usi Zabaan Se Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ke Bajaaye Dusron Ko Apna Imam Muqarrar Kar Dena Rasool Ke Saath Shirk Nahin Hai??

Ghair E Nabi Ki Ita’at Jise Taqleed Kaha Jaata Hai Aur Taqleed Karne Wale Taqleed Ko Waajib Aur Fakhr Se  Apne Aapko Muqallid Kahte Hain, Halaanke Ye Taqleed Baaz Auqaat Insaan Ko Shirk Billah Tak Bhi Le Jaati Hai, Misaal Ke Taur Par Surah Baqarah Me  Allah Tala Ka Ye Irshad Hai

“Bacchon Wali Auratein Jo Raza’at Ki Muddat Muqammal Karna Chahti Hainwah Apne Bacchon Ko Kaamil 2 Baras Tak Dhoodh Pilaayen ”

(Surah Baqarah Ayat No 233)

Is Ayat Ki Sharah Karte Hue Mashoor Hanafi Aalim Sheikh Ul Islam Maulana Shabbir Ahmad Usmani Tafseer Usmani Me Lilkhte Hain

“Maa Ko Huqm Hai Ke Apne Bacche Ko 2 Baras Tak Aur Aur Ye Muddat Uske Liye Hai Jo Maa Baap Baccha Ke Dhoodh Pilaane Ki Muddat Poora Karna Chaahen Warna Usme Kami Bhi Jayez Hai”

Yani Intehaayi Muddat Is Ayat Me 2 Saal Tak Bayan Kar Di Gayi Hai, Iske Baad Isi Masle Ko Allah Tala Ne Surah Ahqaaf Me Bayan Karte Hue Irshad Farmaya Ke

“Aur Hamne Insaan Ko Apne Walidain Ke Saath Ehsaan Ka Huqm Diya Kyonki Uski Maa Ne Uska Hamal Uthaaya Taqleef Se Aur Hamal Uthaana Aur Dhoodh Chudaana 30 Maah (Month) Hai”

(Surah Ahqaf Ayat No.16)

Is Ayat Kareema Me Hamal Uthaane Se Lekar Dhoodh Chhudaane Tak Ki Muddat 30 Maah Yani Dhaayi Saal Bayan Ki Gayi Hai, Iski Sharah Karte Hue Ahle Ilm Ne Kaha Hai Ke Is Ayat E Kareema Ki Ru Se Hamal Ki Kam Se Kam Muddat 6 Maah Hai Aur Dhoodh Pilaane Ki Muddat 24 Maah Yani 2 Saal Hai, Iske Baad Isi Masle Ko Allah Tala Ne Surah Lukman Me In Alfaz Se Bayan Farmaya Ke:

“Hamne Wasiyat Ki Insaan Ko Apne Walidain Ke Bare Me Kyonki Uski Maa Ne Mashaqqat Par Mashaqqat Utha Kar Use Pet Me Rakha Aur Dhoodh Chhudaya 2 Baras, Chunanche Insaan Ko Chahiye Ke Shukr Kare Mera Aur Walidain Ka Mamnu Rahe ”

(Surah Lukmaan Ayat No.14)

Qur’an Kareem Ke In Nusoos Se Saabit Hua Ke Raza’at Ki Muddat Sirf 2 Saal Hai Aur Hadith Me Bhi Is Masle Ki Wazaahat Maujood Hai Ke 2 Saal Ke Baad Koi Raza’at Motbar Nahin, Lekin Imam Abu Hanifa Ke Qaul Ke Mutaabik Raza’at Ki Muddat Dhayi Saal Hai,

Chunanche Ahnaaf Muqallideen Quraan Ke In Nusoos Ka Inkaar Karte Hain Aur Raza’at Ki Muddat Dhaayi Saal Hone Ka Fatawa Dete Hain,

Misaal Ke Taur Par Isi Surah Lukmaan Ki Ayat Ki Sharah Karte Hue Hanafi Aalim Maulana Shabbier Ahmad Usmani Apni Tafseer Usmani Me Tanbiyah Ka Note Lagaate Hue Likhte Hain Ke

“ Dhoodh Chhudaane Ki Muddat Jo Yahan 2 Saal Bayan Hui Hai Ba’aitbaar Ghalib Aur Aksari Aadat Ke Hain, Imam Abu Hanifa Jo Aksar Muddat Dhaayi Saal Bataate Hain Unke Paas Koi Toh Daleel Hogi, Jamhoor Ke Nazdeeq 2 Saal Hi Hain”

Ye Hai Taqleed Ka Karishma Ke Quraan Wa Hadith Ki Itni Waazeh Nusoos Hone Ke Bawajood Ye Ye Kah Diya Gaya Ke

“Imam Abu Hanifa (Rh) Ke Paas Koi Daleel Hogi”

Wah Daleel Jo 1500 Saal Ghuzarne Ke Baad Bhi Saamne Nahin Aayi  Aur Inshaallah Qayamat Tak Nahin Aayegi, Is Tarah Muqallideen Ne Qur’an Ke Muqaable Me Imam Ke Qaul Ko Ikhtiyaar Karke Imam Ko Allah Tabarak Tala Ke Saath Bhi Shareek Kar Diya Hai, Jab Ke Ham Imaan Rakhte Hain Ke Jo Deen E Islaam Aaj Hamare Paas Hai Wah Usool Aur Ahkaam Me Muqammal Hai, Lekin Baatil Firqe Har Ikhtelaafi Masle Me

“Hamare Imam Ke Paas Daleel Hogi”

Ka Naara Awaam Un Naas Ko Hamesha Yahi Baawar Karaane Ki Koshish Karte Hain, Asal Deen Zaaye Ho Gaya Aura B Hamare Paas Aimma  Kiraam Ki Taqleed Ke Siwa Koi Chaara’kaar Nahin Hai Aur Ye Soch Aur Tasawwur Is Zamaane Me Ek Tahreek Ki Shakal Ikhtiyaar Kar Gaya Hai, Jise Ek Jamaat Ne Usooli Taur Par Apne Usppli Mauqaf Par Shamil Kar Liya Hai, Aur Barmala Ye Kahna Shuru Kar Diya Ke

“Har Shakhs Apne Apne Kuwen Ka Paani Piye”

Yani Har eK Apne Apne Imamon Ke Masailon Par Amal Kare, Jo Hanafi Hai Wo Imam Abu Hanifa  Ki Taqleed Kare, Shafai Imam Shafai Ki, Maliki Imam Malik Ki , Hambali Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal Ki Pairwi Karen,

Halaanke Allah Tala Ne Hamare Liye Kuwan Aur Ek Imam Muqarrar Kar Diya Hai, Jiska Ham Kalma Padhte Hain Yani Kisi Bhi Musalman Ke Liye Jayez Nahin Ke Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ke Elaawa Kisi Ko Bhi Apna Imam Qaraar Dekar Uski Bila’daleel Aur Ghair Mashroot Itteba  Kare, Kyunki Islam Ki 1500 Saal Ki Taweel Tareekh Me Be’shumaar Aimma Aur Mujtahideen Ghuzre Hain Jinhone Apne Apne Taur Par Deen Ki Khidmat Ki, Wah Tamam Hamare Nazdeek Qabil E Shataish Aur Qabil E Ehteraam Hain Lekin Bila’daleel Aur Ghair Mashroot Itteba Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ke Elaawa Kisi Ki Bhi Jayez Nahin Hai, Kyunki Nabi E Kareem Muhammad Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ka  Rasoollullah Hona Ba Zaate Daleel Hai,

Lekin Is Zaman Me Hairat Aur Afsos Us Waqt Hota Hai Jab Quran Aur Hadith Ki Itteba Ki Daawat Dene Walon Ko Firqah Ka Naam Diya Jaata Hai Aur Us Jamaat Ko Jo Khullam Khulla Tafarqa Ki Aur Apne Apne Kuwen Ka Paani Peene Ki Daawat De Rahi Hai Uski Taareef Me Zameen Aur Aasmaan Ki Qalaaben Milaaye Jaate Hain Aur Kaha Jaata Hai Ke

“Ye Jamaat Tafarqa Ki Baat Nahin Karti”
