10- Hz Jabir Bin Abdullah (Ra) Bayan Karte Hain Ke Hamne Nabi E Akram (Sws) Ke Saath Ramzan Ul Mubarak Me Namaz (Taraweeh) 8 Rakat Aur Witr Padhe,

Jab Agli Raat Aayi Toh Ham Masjid Me Khade Rahe Hatta Ke Subah Ho Gayi,

(Subah) Hamne Kaha Ke:

"Ya Rasoollullah (Sws) ! Ham Aapke Intezaar Me Rahe Ke Aap Aate Hain Toh Namaz Ba'jamaat Padhen"

Rasoollullah (Sws) Ne Farmaya Ke

"Mujhe Pasand Nahin Ya Farmaya Ke Mujhe Khadsa Tha Ke Namaz Witr Tum Par Farz Na Ho Jaaye"

3- Nabi (Sws) Ne Bhi 5 Hi Namazon Ki Taleem Di, Aur Padhne Waale Ko Jannat Ki Basharat Bhi Sunaayi, Aur Jab Aakhiri Daur Me Aapne Hz Maaz Bin Jabal (Ra) Ko Yemen Ki Taraf Bheja Toh Aap (Sws) Ne Talqeen Ki Ke Qalima E Tawheed Ke Baad Logon Ko 5 Namazon Ki Taleem Dena,

Unhi Ahadith Ke Pesh E Nazar Maroof Sahabi Hz Sayyedena Ubada (Ra) WajooB Witr Ki Nafi Karte Hain, Aur Wajood Witr Ke Qaayelen Par Unhe Hadith Ko Ba'taur Hujjat Pesh Karte Hain,

4- Sayyedena Hz Ali (As) Witr Ki Farziyat Ki Nafi Karte Hain Aur Sunnat Bataate Hain, Ye Hadith Goya Hz Ali (Ra) Ka Qaul Hai Magar Hukman Marfu Hai,

5- Jis Raat Aap (SWS) Ne Namaz E Taraweeh Ada Karne Ke Liye Tashreef Na Laaye, Sawaal Karne Par Ye Azar Bayaan Kiya Ke Mujhe Witr Ke Farz Hone Ka Khadsa Tha Lihaza Tark Kar Di, Goya Tark Ka Sabab Namaz Witr Ka Farz Hona Tha,

6- Inhi Dalail Wa Baraheen Ki Bina Par Sahaba Kiram , Tabain Azzam Aur Jamhoor Ummat E Marhooma Wajood Witr Ke Bajaaye Witr Ke Sunnat Hone Ke Qayel Hain,

FARZ AUR WAAJIB KA FARQ:

Jamhoor ummat Ke Nazdeek Farz Wa Sunnat Ke Darmiyaan MamoorBa Ka Koi Darja Nahin, Unke Nazdeel Farz Aur Waajib Ek Hi Cheez Hai,

Jabke Hanafi Unme Farq Ke Qayel Hain Unke Yahan Farz Wo Hai Jiska Lazoom Daleel Qatai Se Saabit Ho Aur Waajib Wah Hai Jo Daleel Zani Se Saabit Ho,

Fir Hanafi Ke Nazdeek Farz Ki 2 Qismein Hain

2- Farz Amli,

Aur Witr Ko Farz Amli Kahte Hain Aur Almi Lihaaz Se Waajib Qaraar Dete Hain
