Aaj Feka Hanfiya k baare me Kaha jata hai k Tamam Masail Quraan o hadees k Mutabik hai Or Makhuz hai Aur unka Awam Al Naas ki sahuleyat k leye Jama wa Yakza kar deya gaya hai ta k Aam Admi ko Masail Samjhne me kisi Kism ki Paresaani k Samna Na karna pare , Es ki wajah ye hai k (Muqallidin k Baqoul) ek Aam Admi Masle ki Asleyat tak Nahi Pahuch sakta jab tak k wo kisi Moin Saks k Muqallid Na ban jaye, Aur Aam Admi Musadaad Ahadees me Mutabekat Talash Nahi kar Sakta kuki Ahadees ek he Masle me kaye Tarah ki hote hai ' kisi Hadees me Masla kuch hota hai Aur kisi me Kuch ' jis ki Wajah se wo Masla ko Parkh Nahi Sakta hai ' es leye Jarurat hai k Mujtahid ki Taqleed ki jaye ta k wo Ekhtelaaf waali Ahadees me se Tahkek kar k , Nechor kar, Atar Nekal kar,phunk - phunk ker wagaira -Wagaira kar k Hume dete hai' lehaza uske Muqallid Bane Bagair guzara Nahi, jab k Hakikat Ager Dekha jaye, tou Muqalliden khud Ayse Ulma ki Pairwi karte hai k jinko Mouzu Aur Sahi Hadees ki v Khabar na the Aur jin kitab k baare me Jatlate ye hai k wo Bahut tahkek Aur Kosisi k Sath martab ki gaye hai tou unki bayan karda Ahdees k haal Jaher ho jaane k bawajood fer v usko Sanad jante Aur use per Amal karte hai , jaisa k Hidaya ki Baaz Ahadees k bare me ye Malum ho jane k bawajood k wo Maozu hai fer v Unhe per Amal karte hai Aur use k Mutabik Fatwa dete hai..


Ahanaf Es baat k dendhora bare he joor soor se pet te hai k Feka hanfia Quraan o Hadees k Nechoor hai, Aur hum un Maslo me Imam Abu Hanifa ki Taqleed karte hai jin k baare me Quraan o hadees khamosh hai , Ahnaf ki ye Dono batai he Galat hai , Aur Unke un Dawo k Galat Sabit karne k leye humne un kitabo k hawalo k Entezaam keya hai jo unke yaha Musallam hai Aur unme Mufti ba Aqwal hai Maslan Hidaya he ko lejye us k Musannif barhanuddin margayanani lekhte hai.

Es Hadees se Saaf pata chal raha hai k Allah k Nabi(s.a.w) ne Zaani (Mard ya Aurat) Saadi suda ho ya Gair-Saadi Suda Aur Saja us Waqt de jayege ya tou wo Jaani Mard ya Aurat khud Aytraf jurm kare ya fer 4 gawah es baat ki Gawqhi de k Fala Admi ne Zana keya hai tou us Surat me Zurm Sabit ho jayega Aur us Zaani ko Saja de jayege.


Mager Feka e Hanfia kahte hai :


''Aur Ager 4 gawah kisi Admi k Zana karne ki sahadat (gawahi) de Aur Wo ek Martaba ekrar (apne zurm kabul ) kar le tou Imam Mohammad k Nazdek Had Maare jayege leken Imam Abu Yusuf k Nazdek had Nahi maari jayege Aur yahi (Imam Abu yusuf k Mazhab) zayada Sahi hai, Aur ye Ekhtelaf us Waqt hai jab k Zaani ne Ekrar kaza k baad keya ho Ager us ne Ikrar kaza se pahle keya hai tou bela tafak had khatam ho jayege''
