Kijiye Fir Do Do Ki Ma'an Iqteda Karne Ka
Huqm Kijiye Na Ki Ek Ek Ki,



2- Hz Abu Bakr wa Umar (Ra) Ki Iqteda Ke
Huqm Se Imam Abu Hanifa (Rh) Aur Imam
Shafai (Rh) Ki Taqleed Kaise Saabit Ho Gayi ??


Kya Un Dono Buzurg Sahaba (Ra) Ki Khilaafat
Se Un Dono Imamon Ki Khilaafat Bhi Saabit Ho
Sakti Hai ??


Ya Kisi Do Nabiyon Ki Nubuwwat Ka Saboot In
Imamon Ki Taqleed Ka Suboot Ban Sakta Hai,

Kiya Quraan Wa Hadith Ki Istelaah Se
Be'khabri Baratna Nahin ??


Quran Ne Nabiyon Ka Zikr Karke Aakhiri Rasol
Hz Muhammad (Sws) Ko Huqm Diya Ke

Sultanate Aur Farmaan Sirf Hz Abu Bakr Ka
Kyun Chalta Tha Dono Ko Khilaafat Me
Baraabar Ka Shareek Ashaab Rasool Ne Kyun
Na Kiya ??


5- Pas Khilafat Siddiqui Me Sirf Iqteda E
Siddiqe (Ra) Us Hadith Ke Khilaaf Rahi Aur
Khilafat E Farooqui Me Sirf Iqteda Farooqui Bhi
Us Hadith Ke Farmaan Ke Khilaaf Rahi, Kyonki
Hadith Me Toh Dono Ki Ma'an Iqteda Karne Ka
Huqm Hua Hai,


6- Agar Dono Buzurgon Ki Maujoodgi Me Ek Hi
Ki Iqteda Zaroori Thi Jaise Aapne Farmaya Hai
Toh Fir 2 Imamon Ki Maujoodgi Me Ek Hi Ki
Taqleed Zaroori Kyun Na Qaraar Di Jaaye Aur
Jis Tarah Ek Ki Maujoodgi Me Dusre Ki Iqteda
Saaqit Hai ;


Ek Ki Maujoodgi Me Dusre Ki TaqleeD kyun Na
Saaqit Ho ??


Imam Abu Hanifa Aur Imam Malik (Rh) Dono
Ka Ek Zamana Hai Kiya Wajah Hai Ke Duniya
Par Dono Ki Taqleed Waajib Ki Jaaye ??


Un Dono Mese Ek Ki Taqleed Ko Baatil Kyun

Rahegi Aur Wah Bhi Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal

Kisi Masle Me Saaf Maujood Hon Ya Aayat
Qur'aani Kisi Masle Me Saaf Maujood Ho Phir
Bhi Us Par Amal Karne Ke Liye Un Dono
Buzurgon Ya Un Mese Ek Ki Raaye Ka bhi Uske
Mutaabik Hona Us Aayat Wa Hadith Par Amal
Karne Ke Liye Zaroori Tha Ya Nahin ??


Agar Zaroori Tha Toh Kya Aap Koi Aisi misaal
Pesh Kar Sakte Hain Ke Sahaba Kiram (Ra) Un
donon Khilaafaton Me Quran Wa Hadith Par
Baraah E Raast Amal Nahin Karte They Balke
Har JuzziE Aur Kalai'e Mamle Me Sirf Un hi
Dono Buzurgon Ka Farmaan Hi Qabil Amal
Samjha Jaata Tha ??

Sadiyon Baad Ke Musalman Hadith Wa Quraan
Par Amal Karne Me Azaad Kyun Na Hon ?


Unhe Kya Qaid Hai Ke Jab Tak Imam Abu
Hanifa Ya Imam Shafai (Rh) Us Par Amal Na
Karen Ye bhi Alag Thalag Rahen ??


8- Jinki Iqteda Ka Huqm Tha Unki Iqteda Ko
Bhi Huzoor (Sws) Ne Apni Zaat Ke Baad Rakha
Aur Unki Zindagi Tak Mahdood Rakha,


Fir Kya Wajah Hai Ke Hadith Wa Quraan Hote
Hue Aaj Aap Log Hamen Aimma Ki Taqleed Ki
Zanzeeron me Jakad Rahen Hain,


Aur Kiya Wajah Jo Aimma Ke Sadiyon Baad Bhi
Hamen Is Muhliq Qaid Khaane Se Nijaat Nahin
Dete ???
