WAHEED-UZ-ZAMA AUR USKi TASANEEF HAQEEQAT KE AYINAY MAIN





Waheed-uz-zama wo mutanaza shaks hai jisne -Nazlul Abraar Urf Al Jadi Hadiyatul Mahdi- Jesi kitaben tasneef ki Or in kitabon main usne kuch ese masayil bayan kiye k -Al Amaan wal Hafeez- In kitabon main is shaks ne Sahaba Kiraam Rz.a ki zaat per iftera kiya Or buhat se hayasooz masayil bhi likh dale 

Aaj hanfi (deobandi-barelvi) in shaks ko or is shaks ki tasaneef ko Ahlul Hadees ki taraf mansoob kar k Ahlul Hadees pe bohtan lagate hain k jo masayil or aqayid waheed-uz-zama ne apni tasaneef main tarteeb diye wohe aqayid or masayil Ahlul Hadees k bhi hain qk waheed-uz-zama bhi Ahlul Hadees hone ka daawa karta tha . 


Ayen hanfio (deobandi-barelvi) k is daaway ko haqeeqat k ayinay main dekhte hain or jaiza lete hain k hanfio (deobandio-barelvio)­ ka Ahlul Hadees per ye elzam o bohtaan kahan tak sacha hai...??? . 

Sabse pehle to ye baat wazeh karta chalun k ALHAMDULILLAH Ahlul Hadees k nazdeek hujjat sirf Quraan o Hadees hai Iske alawa koi bade se bada alim koi bade se bada muhaddis agar Quraan o Hadees k mutabik koi baat kehta hai to hamara sar us baat k agey tasleem-e-khammhoga Lekin agar koi bhi shaks esi baat kahe jiska saboot na Quraan se ho na Hadees se ho or wo ISLAM ki sabse behtreen jamat Sahaba Kiraam Rz.a per tabarra kare to hum Ahlul Hadees us shaks or uski baaton se baraat ka elaan karte hain . 

Ab chahe wo shaks khud ko kitna he bada Ahlul Hadees kehta rahe alim ya muhaddis kehta rahe per hamari nazar main uski or uski baaton ki value kachray jesi hai Alhamdulillah yehi ek sache Ahlul Hadees ka tarra-e-imtiaz hai k ISLAM main ehmiat sirf Quraan o Hadees ki hai or jo alim Quraan o Hadees k mutabik baat kare uski hai Iske alawa kisi or ki koi value nahi Bilkul yehi muamla waheed-uz-zama ka hai Waheed-uz-zama ne jo bhi aqayid o masayil bayan kiye Jamat Ahle Hadees ese masayil o aqayid se paak or bari-uz-zimma hai 

Waheed-uz-zama Ahle Hadees hone ka daawa karta tha ya nahi karta tha Ya wo Ahle Hadees Maslak chorr gaya tha is baat se Jamat Ahle Hadees per koi harf nahi ata Aap khud dekhen shetaan ko farishto ki saff se bedakhal kiya gaya kiya is se farishto ki jamat pe koi harf aya..? 

Ya Nabi S.a.w.w k baad Sahaba Kiraam Rz.a k dor main buhat se log musalman ho k phir murtadd hogaye kiya is se Sahaba Kiraam Rz.a ki jamat pe koi harf aya..? . 

To phir kisi gair moatabar shaks ki waja se Jamat Ahle Hadees pe koi harf q ayega..? 

Koi bhi alim ho koi bhi shaks ho Ahle Hadees hone ka daawa karta ho ya Muhaddis hone ka agar uski koi baat Quraan o Sunnat se takrati hai to hum ese alim ko ese shaks ko nahi mante . 

Ahle Hadees alim Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai Rh.a farmate hain: -waheed-uz-zamapehle ghaali muqallid phir neem Ahle Sunnat or aakhri umar main tafzeeli shia ban gaya tha Wo Ahle Hadees k nazdeek sakht zaeef or matrook-ul-hadees insan hai Uska aqida tha k baaz Sahaba Rz.a fasiq the (nauzubillah) Magar ye baat sahe hai k Ahle Hadees uske aqwaal or kitaabon se barri hain-

Waheed-uz-zama k bare main ek hanfi musannif likhta hai k: -waheed-uz-zamaka khandan qk hanfi tha islie awwal umar main waheed-uz-zama ko hanfi maslak se bada shagaf raha Yehi waja hai k jis kitaab ka sabse pehle tarjuma kiya wo fiqah-e-hanfi ki kitaab Sharah Waaqaya thi-

Mazeed likhte hain k: -waheed-uz-zamak mizaaj main inteha pasandi thi jiski waja se baaz masayil main Jamhoor Ahle Hadees se waheed-uz-zama ka ikhtelaaf raha Is ikhtelaaf ka sabab ye tha k jab waheed-uz-zama ne -Hadiyatul Mahdi- tasneef ki to Ahle Hadees main unke khilaaf mukhalfat ki aam leher dorr gayi- 

( Hayat Waheed-Uz-Zama P.101 ) . 

Hatta k ek moqay per waheed-uz-zama ne khud ko fakharia shia kaha hai or Ahle Hadeeso se bezaari ka izhaar kiya hai 

( Hayaat Waheed-UZ-Zama P.41 ) . 

Or ek moqay per wo khud likhta hai k: -

mujko mere ek dost ne likha k jabse tumne kitaab -hadiyatul mahdi- likhi hai to Ahle Hadees ki ek badi jamat tumse baddil hogaye hain or Ahle Hadees ka aiteqaad tumse jata raha hai-

Mazeed tafseel dekhni hoto -Hayaat Waheed-UZ-Zama Az Mohammad Haleem Chishti Taba Noor Asaah Al Mutaabay Karachi 1957 mulaheza karen Hayat Waheed-Uz-Zama k musannif mazeed likhte hain k: -

afsoos akheer main waheed-uz-zama ne Ahle Bait se muhabbat gulu k darjay tak pohncha di thi or tafzeeli qisam k shia ka rang ghalib agaya tha- 

( Hayat Waheed-Uz-Zama P.102 To 103 ) . 

Agay chal kar yehi musannif likhte hain k: -isi fart-e-muhabbatka ye asar tha k waheed-uz-zama muharram ko mustaqil matam ka mahina samajta tha- 

( Hayat Waheed-Uz-Zama P.112 ) . 


Molvi qazi mazhar hussain sahab hanfi deobandi likhte hain k: -ye waheed-uz-zama bhi ajeeb shaks sabit hua hai wo pehle kattar hanfi tha phir hanfiyat chorr kar gair ban gaye or phir Maslak Ahle Hadees ko bhi khairbaad keh kar maslak shiyat apna lia- 

( Difa-E-Hazrat Muavia Rz.a P.119 ) . 

Or maulana abdur rasheed nomani hanfi deobandi likhte hain k: -waheed-uz-zamaaakhri umar main (Ahle Hadees se) shia ban gaya tha Hazrat Ali Rz.a ko Ashaab-E-SalasaRz.a per fazilat deta tha Or Hazrat Muavia Rz.a ko gaaliyaan deta tha Or Ahle Sunnat ko naasbi kehta tha- 

( Maa Tamas Elaih Al Haajja Liman Yutaalay Sunan Ibn-e-Maja P.59 ) . 

Saaf sabit ho raha hai k jis waqt waheed-uz-zama ne esi baaten likhi or kahi uswaqt wo Maslak Ahle Hadees chorr kar shiyat ko ikhteyaar kar chuka tha Islie uske in masayil ko Ahle Hadees k sar thopna sarasar ziayadti hai Algarz waheed-uz-zama ne jab esi kitaaben tasneef ki to uswaqt wo jamhoor muhaddiseen k maslak se alag hogaya tha or Ulma-E-Ahle Hadees ne us se bezaari ka elaan bhi usi waqt kardia tha Iska izhaar waheed-uz-zama ne khud bhi kiya tha jesa k aap ne pichle part main mulaheza kiya Iske alawa is baat ko sabit karne k liye ek he misaal kafi hai Wo misaal ye hain 

k Hanfio ka peer o murshid or funn-e-mukhaalta ka imam molvi ameen safdar okarvi likhta hai k: 

- waheed-uz-zama ne -hadiyatul mahdi- or -nazlul abraar- or -kanzul haqayiq- jesi kitaben likhi Magar in kitabon ka jo hashar hua wo khuda kisi dushman ki kitaab ka bhi na kare Na he gair muqallid (Ahle Hadees) madaris ne unko qabool kiya k inme se kisi kitaab ko nisaab main shamil karlete Na he gair muqallid (Ahle Hadees) muftiyo ne unko qabool kiya k apne fatawa main unko shamil karte Or na he gair muqallid (Ahle Hadees) awaam ne unko qabool kiya Ahle Hadees log mirza qadyani or hindu suwami dayanant ki kitabon se itna nahi jalte jitna in kitabon se jalte hain-

Ameen safdar ki ye baat 100- sahe hai Wakai ye kitaaben or iska likhne wala waheed-uz-zama nato hamara hai or na hamare nazdeek musallam o hujjat rakhta hai Yehi waja hai k kisi Ahle Hadees nashir ne waheed-uz-zama ki in kitabon ko shaya nahi kiya Inko deobandi shaya karte hain ya barelvi Agar hum in per mutmayin hote to inko kasrat se shaya karte magar esa hargiz nahi hua Magar in kitabon k hawale de kar Ahle Hadees per tohmat lagane wale ese fazool insan hain k gair moatabar kutub se hawale naqal kar k aitraaz karte hain Jab k agar koi Ahle Hadees galat rasta ikhteyaar kar bhi le to is se Ahle Hadees per koi harf nahi ata Jesa k farishto or Sahaba Kiraam Rz.a ki jamat ki misaal main pehle he de chuka hun Jab k dayanat ka taqaza ye hai k jo baat kisi k nazdeek moatabar he nahi to usko bunyaad bana kar kisi per taan karna he fazool or bekaar hai Magar taan karne wale itne jahil hain k bugz-e-Ahle Hadees main kisi bhi hadd tak ja sakte hain Jab k in logo ko apna chehra bhi ayinay main dekhna chaiye Ye log nahi dekhna chahte to hum dikha dete hain 

Ahle Hadees per tohmat lagane walo ki apni fiqah-e-hanfi main Sahaba Rz.a ki toheen or ese esa hayasooz maslay mojood hain k sunne or parhne wala kaano ko haath lagaye bagair nahi reh sakta Dekhiye inki fiqah ne Sahaba Rz.a o Muhaddiseen k bare main kiya kiya kaha hai: - 

Hazrat Abu Hurera Rz.a or Hazrat Anas Rz.a ko gair faqeeh kaha hai-

Imam Shafayi Rh.a ko jahil kaha hai-

Sahabi Hazrat Wabisa Bin Maabd or Salma Bin Mahbaq Rz.a ko gair adil kaha hai- 

( Noor-ul-Anwaar P.180 ) - 

Hazrat Wayil Bin Hajar Rz.a ko dehati buddu ISLAM se nawaqif kaha hai-

Hazrat Muavia Rz.a ko biddatti or Imam Malik Rh.a Imam Shafayi Rh.a Imam Ahmed Rh.a ko jahil kaha hai-

Imam Bukhari Rh.a ko baddayanat kaha hai-

Imam Daar Qitni Rh.a ko galat malat baaten karne wala kaha hai-

Imam Bahiqi Rh.a ko moatasib kaha hai-

Hafiz Ibn-e-Hajar Rh.a ko beusool kaha hai-

Ye to thi Sahaba Kiraam Rz.a o Muhaddiseen ki gustakhi ki sirf ek jhalak Ab apko inhi ki kitabon k hayasooz masayil ki bhi ek jhalak dikha dete hain 

Fiqah-e-Hanfi ki moatabar kitaab Fatawa Alamgeeri main hai k: - 

agar kisi mard ka aala tanasul muntashir hua or usne shehwat main apni bv ko talab kiya or is doran usne apna aala tanasul apni beti ki taango main dakhil kardia to beti mazkura ki maa is per haraam na hogi jab tak is harkat se uske inteshaar main izafa ho-

Or likha hai k: - agar koi shaks kutty ko zibah kare or uski khaal ko rang kar janamaz ya jacket banale to jaiz hai-

Or likha hai k: - ek dirham k barabar agar paleedgi lagi hoto namaz hojati hai- 

( Fatawa Shaami P.198 Hidaya P.587 ) 

Or likha hai k: - ungli per bathroom ya us jesi paleedgi lagi hoto 3 dafa chaatne se paak hojayegi-

Or likha hai k: - namaz main salam pheerne k bajaye paad maar k namaz khatam kare to jaiz hai-

Or likha hai k: - kutty (dog) ya ghady (donkey) ko zibah kar k uske gosht ko bechna jaiz hai-

 Aaj kal jis tarha media main dikhaya jarha hai k kutty or ghady k gosht ko beecha ja raha hai shayad in logo ne isi fiqah se fatwa hasil kia hoga 

Or likha hai k: - imamat ka mustahiq wo hai jiska sar bada ho aala tanasul chota ho or jiski bv khobsorat ho-

Or likha hai k: - mard o aurat nangay hon or unki sharamgah mil jaye phir bhi wazu nahi totega-

Or likha hai k: - zinda ya murda ghadi bheens bheer bakri ya kam umar bachi se jumaa kiya to wazu nahi totega-

Or likha hai k: - mard apni dubur main ya aurat apni sharamgah main kisi mard ya janwar ghada ghora kuttay ka aala tanasul dakhil kare to gusul farz nahi hota-

Or likha hai k: - murda aurat se nabaligh larki se ya ghadi ghori bakri se sohbat ki to roza nahi totta- 

( Durr-e-MukhtaarP.515 ) 

Or likha hai k: - musht zani karne se roza kharab nahi hota- 

( Durr-e-MukhtaarP.524 ) 

Or likha hai k: - dubur main sohbat karne se hajj kharab nahi hota-

Or likha hai k: - agar nakseer phoot parhe to peeshani per khoon ya peshaab se ALHAMD (surah fatiha) likhne se shifa mil jaye to jaiz hai-

Ye hai unki kitabon k masayil o ebarat jo Ahle Hadees per bohtan tarashi karte hain Or ye to bas ek mamuli jhalak hai agar mazeed janna chahte hain to in kitabon ka mutaalla karen jinke hawalay diye hain apko in kitabon main esi baton ka tofan nazar ayega Hamay pata hai k ye sab haqiqat janne k baad hanfi kahenge k: humne is topic main khud he to kaha hai jo baat kisi k nazdeek moatabar nahi hai to us baat ko bunyaad bana kar kisi k upper taan karna diyanat nahi hai To phir jo baat hanfio k nazdeek bhi moatabar nahi to sirf hanfi kitabon main hone ki bina per he un baaton ko bunyaad bana kar hanfio pe taan q kiya ja raha hai.? 

To hum unko jawab dena chahenge k aap log hamay gair muqallid kehte he Isilie ho k hum Quraan o Hadees k muqablay main apne kisi bade se bade alim ki taqleed nahi karte or na taqleed karne k paband hain Hum agar paband hain to Imam-E-Azam Imam-E-Anbiya Imam-E-Kainaat Mohammad-UR-Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alahe Wasallam ki etaat o ittebaa karne k paband hain 

Lekin hanfio ka muamla iske baraks hai Hanfi apne imamo alimo ki baat manne k paband hain qk wo muqallid hain Dekhen iska hukum inke akabireen ne dia hai - Molvi hussain ahmed madni hanfi kehte hain k: - 

jo dalayil mazhab-e-hanfiak mutabik honge hum unko tasleem karnd per majboor hain- 

( Taqreer-e-Trimizi P.72 ) - 

Maulana abdul haq haqqani hanfi kehte hain k: -

 muqallid ko sirf mujtahid ka qol kafi hota hai- 

( Difa-e-Imam Abu Hanifa P.26 ) - 

Yani jo kuch fiqah ki kitabon main darj hai muqallid unko manne per majboor or paband hai Or aap pichly parts main parh aye hain k fiqah ki kutub main kon konse galeez or hayasooz shahkaar darj hain Hanfio k sadar-ul-shariya kehte hain k: -

 muqallid to sirf yehi kahega k mere fiqah main is baat ka ye hukum hai jo mere nazdeek sahi hai-

Maulana taqi usmani hanfi kehte hain k: - apne imam ya mufti k qol se khurooj jaiz nahi chahe uska koi qol hadees k khilaaf he q naho- 

( Dars-e-Trimizi J.1 P.122 ) - 

Maulana mehmood ul hasan hanfi kehte hain k: - humto muqallid hai jo hamare fiqah main hai uspe amal karna hum per wajib hai- 

( Taqreer-e-Trimizi P.36 ) 

Maulana amir usmani hanfi kehte hain k: - muqallid k lie Quraan o Hadees k hawalo ki zarorat nahi bal-k ayimma o fuqaha k faislo or fatwo ki zarorat hai- 

( Mahanama Tajalli Deoband J.19 Shumara.11 12 P.36 37 Babat Maah January Feburary 1968 ) - 

Hanfio ka ek or ghatia usool ye bhi hai k: - 

agar hadees fiqah k mawafiq hoto hadees per amal karna lazim hai lekin agar hadees or fiqah ki baat apas main takraye to fiqah ki baat per amal karna afzal hai-

Usool-E-Shaashibarelvio deobandio yani hanfio ki musallam kitaab hai Or apne parh bhi lia hai k fiqah main kesi kesi baaten likhi hain Ye kuch dalayil the jinse baqol hanfi akabireen k ye sabit hota hai k hanfi apne fiqah main likhi hui baaton ko manne k paband hain Ese kayi or dalayil ka anbaar hanfi kutub main mojud hai agar main un sabko likhne bethun to baat buhat lambi hojayegi Lekin main itne per he iktefa karta hun ALLAH haq sach samajne ki tofeeq ata farmaye Ameen.
