**Mo’mal bin Isma’eel r.al per Aytraz k jawab :


*Mohammad bin Naser Marwazi r.al kahte hai k jis Rewayat k Bayan kerne me Mo’mal bin Isma’eel r.al Munferd ho us Rewayat per Toukuf lazim hai.

Ali Sadra k Alfaz Nakal karne me Mo’mal bin Isma’eel r.al Munferd Nahi Kuki Jo Alfaz Mohtaram Sufyan Sauri r.al se Mohtaram yahiya bin Sa'id Al katan r.al Mohtaram Halb Tahi r.a se marwi Rewayat me Nakal karte hai wahi Alfaz Mohtaram Mo’mal bin Isma’eel r.al Mohtaram Sufyan Sauri r.al se Mohtaram Wail bin huze r.al se Marwi rewayat me Nakal karte hai Lehaza Sabit hua k ''Ali Sadra'' k Alfaz Nakal karne me Mozuf Munferd Nahi hai Lehaza Aytraz Batil hai.


Es Bahas se ye Wajeh hua k Mo’mal bin Isma’eel r.al ki Serf Qoul yaddast per Kala'am hai, yaad Rahe k Es Kism k Rawi ki Rewayat fi-nafsih-e-Has
an Darz ki hue hai leken es Kism ki Rewayat us Waqt Sahi k Darza hasil kar lete hai jab koi Dusre Rawayat us ki Sahid (gawahi) ho jaisa k Allama Ibn Salah farmate hai :

''Jis Hadees k rawi Hafiza w etekaal me kamzor ho mager us k Suma'ar Muhaddiso ne Us Giroh se hota ho jo Sadk wa Satr k wasf se Maruf ho us kism ki Hadees Ager kisi dusre Tareke se v Marwi ho tou us Hadees ko Tarfen se Kuwat hasel ho jayege Es tarah ye Hadees Hasan k Darze se Buland ho ker Sahi k Darza hasil ker le ge.''

Es hakikat ko Imam Al-Seuti Katri r.al Nakal se Bayan karte hai :


''Jis Hadees k Rawi Hafiza wa Sabta me Ala Darza k rewayat se kam ho leken wo Sadk wa Satr k wasf se Mashur ho tou us Rawi ki Marwiya'at ko Hasan Tasleem keya Gaya hai, Ager wo Hadees kisi Dusre Tareke ki Marwiye ho Agerche Dusra Tareka ek he ho tou Ayse Hadees Mutabeht ki wajah se Kawi ho jayege Aur hum us k So'e Hafiza ki wajah se jis Chiz se Darte the Wo Zael ho jaye gee Us Tarah wo Mamuli kami Puri ho jayege Aur hadees Hasan k Darze Buland Hoker Sahi k Darza Hasel ker le ge Jaisa k Abi bin Abbas Nabi Akram Sallahu alaihe wasallam k ghore k Awzaf se Mutalik rewayat karte hai Abi r.al k So'a Hafiza ki Wajah se Unhe Imam Ahmed r.al,Imam Ibn Mo'in r.al Aur Imam Nishai r.al ne Zaif karar deya hai , leken uske ye rewayat Hasan hai , es Rewayat me Chunke uske Bhai Abul-Mahemn r.al ne us ki Mutabehat ki hai Es leye us ki ye Hasan Reayat Sahi k Darza Hasel ker Chuke hai ''
