Zakheera'andozi Ko IsLiye Haram Kiya Gaya Hai Kyonke Isse Awaam Ko Bahut Nuksaan Uthaana Padhta Hai,

Taajir Hazraat Bazaar Ki Jins E Zaroorat Ko Rok Lete Hain, Nateejatan Rate Badhne Lagte Hain,

Ghareeb Awaam Mahengayi Ki Chakki Me Pisna Shuru Ho Jaati Hai, Aur Taajir Aur Sarmaya'dar Hazraat Bahut Zyada Faayeda Uthaate Hain

Lihaaza Hamare Ilm Ke Mutaabik Is Masle Me Qabil Tarjeeh Ye Raaye Hai Ke Kisi Bhi Cheez Ki Zakheera'andozi, JaBke Log Us Cheez Ke Muhtaaj Hon Aur Wah Shakhs Use Musalmano Ke Liye Mahenga Karna Jaanta Ho, Khuraak Ki Ho Ya Uske Elawa Kisi Aur Cheez Ki, Haram Hai,

1- Jab Ghalla Ghalla Wagerah Ka Rate Badh Raha Hota Hai Toh Taajir Ya Zameendar Is Niyyat Se Ashya Stock Kar Lete Hain Ke Jabtak Rate Falan Hadh Tak Nahin Pahunchega Ham Apni Ashya Market Tak Nahin Laayenge, Halaanke Un Ashya Ki Market Me Usi Waqt Zaroorat Bhi Hoti Hai,

2- Hukumat Koi Cheez Zyada Samjh Kar Export Kar DetI Hai, Lekin Baad Me Us Cheez Ki Qillat Paida Ho JaatI Hai,

1- Jab Koi Cheez Wafar Aur Sasti Qeemat Me Dast'yaab Ho, Aise Halaat Me Agar Koi Taajir Wah Cheez Zakheera Kare Aur Fir Jab Logon Ko Zaroorat Padhe Toh Unhe Us Waqt Ki Qeemat Ke Mutaabil Farokht Bhi Kar De Toh Ye Zakheera'andozi Haram Nahin,

Kyonki Usme Zaroorat Ke Waqt Cheez Roki Nahin Gayi Balke Unhe Muhayya Ki Gayi Hai

2- Agar Koi Shakhs Zaati Zaroorat Ke Liye Ghar Me Ghalla (Ya Koi Aur Cheez) Zakheera Kar Leta Hau Taake Aainda Mehengayi Ke Ayyam Me Use Sahuliyat Rahe Aur Us Waqt Wah Cheez Aasaani Se Market Me Bhi Dast'yab Ho Toh Aisi Zakheera'andozi Me Koi Qabahat Nahin,

Dusre Shariat Me Aise Cheez Ke Saude Se Mana Kiya Gaya Hai Jo Paas Maujood Na Ho Aur Us Soorat Me Yaqeenan Factory Waale Ne Jis Cheez Ka Sauda Kiya Hai Wah Cheez Uske Paas Maujood Nahin,

3- Shariat Me Aisi Cheez Ka Bhi Sauda Mamnu Hai Jise Qabza Me Na Liya Gaya Ho Aur Khareedi Hui Jagah Se Uthaakar Apne Paas Na Rakha Gaya Ho,

4- Aisa Sauda Bhi Na'jayez Hai Jise Maap Tol Kar Farokht Na Kiya Jaaye Aur Yahan Maapne Tolne Ka Sawaal Hi Paida Nahin Hota Kyonki Waah Cheez Abhi Maujood Hi Nahin,
