Narakh (Rate) Muqarrar Karne Ki Soorat Ye Hai Ke Hukumat Ki Taraf Se Elaan Kar Diya Jaata Hai Ke Falan Cheez Itni Qeemat Se Zyada Par Farokht Na Ki Jaaye,
Aur Ye Bhi Huqm De Diya Jaata Hai Ke Sarkari (Govenmental) Rate List Dukaano Kar Laga Di Jaati Hai, Taake Khareedaar Unhe Dekh Saken Aur Fir Hukumati Ahal'kar (Govenment Officers) Waqtan Fa'waqtan Chhaape Bhi Maarte Rahte Hain,
Iska Nateeja Ye Hota Hai Ke Ek Toh Taajiron Ko Nuksaan Hota Hai, Lihaaza Wo Khaalis (Pure) Ashya Bhi Bajaaye Milawati , Naaqis, Aur Ghatiya Ashya Farokht Karna Shuru Kar Dete Hain Aur Agar Koi Umdah Aala Ashya Ka Mutaalba Kare Toh Usse Qeemat Bhi Zyada Usool Karte Hain,

Toh Black Marketing Ka Ek Naya Darwaaza Khul Jaata Hai Aur Black Me Bechne Waale Apni Marzi Ke Rate Par Cheez Farokht Karte Hain Jo Majbooran Na Chaahte Hue Bhi Logon Ko Khareedna Padhti Hai,
