Fir Agar Cheez Uske Bayan Kardah Ausaaf Ke Mutaabiq Hon Toh Sauda Laazim Ho Jaayega Aur Gar Na Hin Toh Khareedaar Ko Sauda Qayem Rakhne Ya Radd Karne Ka Akhtiyaar Hoga,

Iske Elawah Baaz Cheezon Ko Dekhna na'Mumkin Nahin Toh Mushkil Zaroor Hota Hai Jaise Ghar Kharedte Waqt Uski Buniyaaden Dekhana Ya Dekhna Ke Usme Cement Kaisa Lagaya Gaya Hai,

Isi Tarah Baaz Ashya Khurd'nosh Aur Adwiyat Wagerah Dibbon (Boxes) Ya Plastic Ke Packets Me Band Hoti Hain,

In Aur Un Jaisi Deegar Ashya Ki Khareed Wa Farokht Be'ghair Dekhe Bhi Durust Hai,

Saude Ke Waqt Koi Gawah Maujood Na Tha, Raaste Me Kuch Logon Ne Us Ghode Ki Saude'bazi Shuru Kar Di Kyonke Unhe Ilm Nahin Tha Ke Rasoollullah Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ise Khareed Chuke Hain,

Aur Khud Dehaati Bhi Nahin Jaanta Tha Ke Khareedar Nabi e Akram (Sws) Hain,

Chunanche Wah Un Logon Ki Baaton Me Aa Gaya Aur Aapse Kahne Laga Ke Abhi Qeemat Ada Karo Warna Me Dusre Ko Bech Deta Hoon,

Aap (Sws) Ne Jab Dehaati Ki Ye Baat Suni Toh Wahin Khade Ho Gaye Aur Usse Kaha Ke

"Kya Maine Ise Tujhse Khareed Nahin Liya"

Usne Kaha- " allah Ki Qasam ! Maine Ye Ghoda Tujhe Farokht Nahin Kiya"

Aap (Sws) Ne Kaha:-" Kyun Nahin Main Toh Ise Tumse Khareed Chuka Hoon"

Toh Dehati Ne Kahna Shuru Kar Diya Ke:-"Accha Khareeda Hai Toh Koi Gawah Laao"

Ye Sunkar Hz Khazeema (Ra) Uthe Aur Gawahi Di Ke Dehati Ye Ghoda Bech Chuka Hai (Aur Yun Nabi (Sws) Ke Haq Me Faisla Ho Gaya)

Baad Me Nabi E Akram (Sws) Ne Hz Khazeema Se Poocha Ke Tum Toh Bayy Ke Waqt Maujood Na They, Fir Tumne Ye Gawahi Kaise Di ??

"Jab Bayy'e Aur Mush'tari (Seller Or Buyer) Ke Darmiyaar Ikhtelaaf Ho Jaye Aur Unke Darmiyaan Koi Shahadat Ya Saboot Na Ho Toh Maal Ke Malik Ki Baat Saabit E Motbar Samjhi Jaayegi Ya Fir Wah Sauda Chhod De"

2- Hz Ibn Masood (Ra) Se Marwi Hai Ke Nabi E Akram Sallalaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Faramaya

"Jab Bayy'e Aur Mushtari (Buyer Aur Seller) Ke Darmiyaan Ikhtelaaf Ho Jaaye Toh Bayy'e Ki Baat Motbar Samjhi Jaayegi Aur Mushtari Ko Akhtiyaar Hoga (Chaahe Sauda Kare Ya Chhod De)"

Unke Paas 2 Aadmi Aaye Jinhone Ek Dusre Se Kisi Saude Ki Bayy'e Ki Thi,

Ek Ne Kaha Maine Is Qeemat Se Khareeda Hai Aur Dusre Ne Kaha Ke Maine Is Qeemat Se Farokht Kiya Hai,

Toh Hz Abu Ubaid Ne Kaha Hz Ibn Masood (Ra) Ke Paas Bhi Aisa Mamla Laya Gaya Tha

"Unhone Bayy (Seller) Ke Mutaalliq Hiqm Diya Ke Usse Qasam Li Jaaye Fir Khareedaar Ko Akhtiyaar Diya Jaaye Ke Chaahe Toh (Sauda) Qayem Rakhe Aur Chaahe Todh De"

Malum Hua Ke Jab Bhi Do Baaham Sauda Karne Waale Aapas Me Ikhtelaaf Karen Toh Farokht Karne Wale Ki Baat Motbar Samjhi Jaayegi,

Lekin Use Apni Baat Ki Taeed Me Qasam Bhi Uthaani Padegi Jaisa Ke Hz Abu Ubaid (Rh) Ki Hadith Me Hai

SAUDA MUQAMMAL HONE KE BAAD SAUDA WAAPAS LENA BA'AS E SAWAAB HAI:

Hz Abu Hurairah (Ra) Se Riwayat Hai Ke Rasoollullah (Sws) Ne Farmaya

" Jo Kisi Musalman Ka Sauda Waapas Kar Le Allah Tala Uski Laghzishen Maaf Farmaayega"

Sauda Waapas Karne Ka Mafhoom Ye Hai Ke Jab Koi Shakhs Khud Khareedne Ke Baad

Uski Zaroorat Mahsoos Na Kare Aur Use Waapas Karna Chaahe Toh Bayy'e (Seller) Wa Cheez Waapas Le Kar Qeemat Khareedaar Ko Waapas Kar De,

Chunke Ye Bayy'e Ka (Aqad Muqammal Hone Ke Baad) Khareedaar Par Ahsaan Hai, Isliye Is Ehsaan Ke Badle Me Uske Li
ye Aap (Sws) Ne Dua E Maghfirat Farmaayi Hai,

Yahan Ye Yaad Rahe Ke Cheez Waapas Lete Hue Qeemat Kam Dena Ya Khareedaar Ki Di Hui Cheez Ki Jins Ke Badle Kisi Aur Kamtar Jins Ki Cheez Waapas Dena Jayez Nahin

KISI AAFAT KI BINA PAR HONE WAALE NUKSAAN KO MAAF KAR DENA CHAHIYE:

Farmaan E Nabawi Hai Ke

"Agar Tum Apne Bhai Ko Fal (Fruit) Farokht Karo Aur Use Koi Aafat (Sailaab Ya Toofaan Wagerah) Aan Pahunche Toh Tumhare Liye Usse Kuch Bhi (Qeemat) Lena Jayez Nahin, (Bila'akhir) Kis Wajah Se Tum Apne Bhai Ka Maal Na'haq Le Sakte Ho ??"
