AUR USKE HUDOOD-- IZZAT WA EHTERAAM:
Allah
taala ne farmaya
" jo
log kaafir hain aur allah ke rashta aur masjid haraam se rokte hain, jise ham
ne tamam logon ke liye banaya hai, ke usme sab baraabar hai, usme rahne wala
bhi, jo bhi us (masjid ) me raaste se hat kar zulm ka tareeqa ahktiyar karega,
ham use dardnaak azaab denge "

surah
hajj ke shuru se is maqaam tak haq aur baatil ke jung aur operation ka zikr
chala aa raha tha, aur har fareeq ka jo anjaam hone waala hai uska bayaan bhi
ho chuka hai,
ab in
aayat me kuffar makka ka zikr hai, aise log jo nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi
wasallam (pbuh) ki daawat ko maanne se
inkaar kar chuke hain aur ab bhi usi rosh par qaayem hain,
yani khud
bhi maazi wa haal me kufr hi ka raasta akhtiyaar kiye hue hai, aur allah ke
raaste se dusron ko rok rahe hain aur maazi qareeb wa baeed me bhi unka amal
yahi Raha, hai
zidd aur
anaad qubool e haq ki raah me shakht rukaawat saabit hota hai, aur uski
mukhtalif sooratein hain,
log
itminaan se zindagi basar kar rahe hote hain ke ek ghalat aadmi is tarah zidd
wa anaad akhtiyaar karta hai ke logon me tafreek kara dena aur zameen me fasaad
barpa ho jaata hai, party baazi ho jaati hai,
aman
pasand aadmion ki aksariyat hoti hai, lekin wah sharaarat pasandon ke khauff se
khamosh ho jaate hain,
imam
ahmad bin hambal (rh) se ek shakhs ne sawal kiya tha ke:-" aap jin logon
ko bid'ati kahte hain unke saath bhi log hain aur aapke saath bhi hain, ab kis
tarah bata chale ke qaun haq par hai ??"
imam
ahmad bin hambal ne jawab diya tha ke:-" janazah ke din unka aur hamara
farq zaahir ho jaayega,"
imam
ahmad bin hambal (rh) ki wafaat ke baad unke janazah me laakhon musalman
shareek hue aur janazah se mutaasir ho kar kai hazaar yahudi musalmaan ho gaye

ahmad bin Hambal (rh) ke mukhalif bhi faut hue lekin khabar bhi na hui,
kuffar e
makka ek toh khud kaafir they, dusre allah e raaste (islam) se logon ko rokte
aur bargalaane ke liye har tareeqe aur harbah un logon ne istemaal kiya,
abu jahal
aur abu lahab ne jis tarah mukhaalifat ki, usi tarah ulema e yahud ne bhi
elaaniya mukhalifat ki aur allah ki raah se logon ko rokte rahe aur musalmano
ko imaan se barghuzitah karne ki koshish karte rahe, baitul haraam ko musalmano
ke liye band kar diya, koi musalman wahan jaakar namaz nahin padh sakta tha,
logon ko kisi tarah se rokte aur islam ke qareeb na jaane dete they,

andaaza karne ke liye aap hz abu zar gifaari (ra) ke us waaqeye par ghaur karen

zar gifari (ra) makka se door ek gaao (village) me rahte they aur bakriyan
charaate they, islam ki dawat unke kaan me padhi, tahqeeq haal ke liye unhone
apne bhai ko makka rawaana kiya usne sare raah nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi
wasallam (pbuh) se mulaaqaat ki lekin ye mulaaqaat mukhtasar thi, ma'haul is
qadr kharaab tha ke wah khulkar baat na kar sake, aur chand baatein sunkar nabi
e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se ek taraf hogaye ke makke waale na
dekhlen, unhone waapsi par hz abu zar gifari (ra) ko mulaaqaat ke waqt bataya
lekin koi waazeh baat na bata sake, kaha wah aadmi (nabi e akram sallalaho
alaihi wasallam ) dekhne me na shayer hai na saahir, uske kalaam me asar hai,
jaadugaron se ooper ke darja ka aadmi hai,
lekin
isse hz abu zar gifari (ra) ki tasalli na hui, bakriyan bhai ke hawaale kar ke
khud makka ka rukh kiya, makka me phirte rahe aur haram me kaafi dino qayaam
kiya, lekin koi nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka pata
(adderess) tak na batata tha,
ek roz
unhone dekha ki chand log nayi tarah se namaz padh rahe hain, magar khauff wa
heraas is qadr taari tha ke Unse pooch na sake,
is dauran
me hz ali (ra) ko bhi namaz padhte dekha toh unse daawa e nubuwwat karne waale
ke mutaallik daryaaft kiya,
is tarah
nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki majlis me pahunche aur
mulaaqaat ke baad musalman hue aur makka waalon se is qadr maar khaaye ke saari
umar yaad rahi,
is tarah
ye log allah ke raaste ki taraf logon ko aane se rokte rahe,
MASJID UL
HARAM:
Aimma e
tafseer ne iske matlab me ikhtelaaf kiya hai ke " masjid haram " se
muraad baitullah ki chaar'diwaari muraad hai,
baaz ne
kaha hai ke isse muraad makka shaher ki aabaadi ki hudood hai, baaz ne kaha hai
ke isse muraad haram ki had hai,
masjid
haraam se rokna ye hai ki zehan me is masjid ki izzat aur waqaar na ho, makka
ke andar ladhna mana hai, kisi ki
be'izzati karna mana hai,
nabi e
akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se sawaal kiya gaya ke masjid ki hadh
kya hai ??
Jawab me
farmaya:-" Ke masjid ki hadh jis qadr ziyadah ho wah masjid me hi shumar
hogi, jitni bhi toseei(expansion) hoti rahe wah masjid hi shumar hogi "
saari
duniya ke musalmano ke huqooq baitullah me masaawi hain, aisa nahin hai ke
maqaami aabaadi ke huqooq zyada hon aur baahir se aane waalon ka darja kam ho,
din aur
raat ke kisi hisse me har aadmi namaz wa tawaaf ke liye aazaad hai, koi pabandi
aaid nahin ki ja sakti,
kiya
makka shaher me bhi maqami aur baaher se aane walon ke huqooq yaqsha hain ??
Iske
mutallik imam abu hanifa (rh) ka qaul hai ke:-" makka ke makaan kisi ki
milkiyat nahi hain, "
hz umar
(ra) ne bhi huqm de rakha tha ke hajj ke zamana me koi shakhs apne ghar ka
darwaaza band na kare,
hz
abdullah bin umar (ra) ka qaul hai ke:-" jo shakhs makkah ke makaanaat ka
kiraaya wasool karta hai wah apna pet aag me bharta hai "
hz
abdullah bin abbas (ra) ka qaul hai ke:-" makka me sabke huqooq
baraabar Hain, makka waalon ko baaher
waalon se kiraaya lene ka haq nahin hai "
bahergaal
aksar tabieen aur aimma mese imam malik, imam abu hanifa , imam ahmad bin
hambal (rh) ne kaha hai ke:-" makkah ki zameen ki khareed farokht jayez
nahin hai,"
albatta
baaz ne imaarat ki haisiyat se in makaano ki khareed farokht ko jayez qaraar
diya hai,
aur jo
zameen ke ooper jo malba wagerah hai usko becha ja sakta hai, lekin makaanaat
ke mutaallik ahle makka ko chahiye ke hajj ke mausam me ba'qadr e zarurat jagah
ko rok len aur baaqi khaali kar den, taake haaji bila mu'aauza istemaal kar
saken,
bura ho
insaan ke zehan nafa khori ka ke aaj kal makka ke log haajiyon ko kaarobaari
nazar se dekhte hain aur unse ziyadah se ziyadah nafa kamane ki fikr me rahte
hain,
isi tarah
bajaaye riyayat karne ke makaanaat ke kiraaye bhi ziyadah se ziyadah wasool
karte hain,
masajid
par koi pabandi nahin lagaani chahiye, masjid har Aadmi ke liye khuli rahni
chahiye,
qur'an
kahta hai ke
" us
shakhs se ziyadah koi aur zaalim nahi ho sakta jo masajid ki aabaadi ki raah me
hael ho aur logon ko masajid me aane se roke aur adayegi namaz ke raaste me
rukaawat bane "
hz aqeel
bin abi talib (ra) ne nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki hijrat
ke baad makka me unke makaanaat ko farokht kar diya tha, fatah makka ke mauqe
par nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne unki baye ko toda nahin
tha balke rihaaish ke mutaallik sawaal ke jawab me kaha tha ke:-" kiya
aqeel koi makaan chhod gaya hai, ke main usme rihaaish karun ??"
isse
saabit hota hai ke maye ka jawaaz hai isliye jayez aur munasib kiraaya par bhi
makaan diya ja sakta hai,
imam
bukhari bhi isi khyaal ki pairwi karte hain,
kahte
hain:-" is se muraad koi khaas fael nahin hai, balke har wah kaam jo zulm
ki taareef me aaya ho aur wah gunah ho, raaste se hata hua Ho, gunah har haal
me bura hai lekin haram ke andar uska artakaab aur bhi shadeed gunaah hai,
masjid e haram ki hurmat ke ahkaam khaas hain,
kisi
aadmi ko haq nahi hai ke haram ke baher kiye hue qatal ka badla haram me le,
jurm me panaah lene waalon se mut'arz nahi kiya ja sakta, isme jung wa jadal
haraam hai,
be'deeni,
kufr, shirk, masnui kahat ka paida karna, shikaar karn, giri padi cheez ka
uthaana, parindon aur jaanwaron ko maarna, qudrati darakhton ko kaatna wagerah
aise kaam hain jinke liye azaab e aleem ki waeed sunaayi gayi hai,
