TADAD AYYAAM QUR'BAANI KE SHAQ WA SHUBAH KA ILAAJ:



Qurbani ek mashru'i amal hai jisse hz ibraaheem wa hz ismael (as) ki azeem qur'bani ki yaad taaza ki jaati hai, jo rahti duniya tak baaqi rahegi,


is mazmoon me tadaad ayyam(days) qur'bani ki wazaahat hadith se kar rahen hain taake ye malum ho jaaye ke hadith ki roshni me qur'bani kitne dino tak ki ja sakti hai aur jo log fiqhi moush'ghafiyan ki aadh me sahih hadith par amal karne se ahteraaz karte hain, unke mulaheza khaatir ke liye kuch hadithsen pesh ki ja rahin hain taake ye ghalat fahmi khatm ho sake aur ek sunnat e rasool ki ahya ho sake


4 DIN QUR'BAANI KI MASHRU'IYAT PAR DALAALAT KARNE WALI PAHLI HADITH-


hz Abu hurairah (ra), hz abu sayeed khudri (ra) se marwi hai ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya ke:-" tamam ayyam tashreeq ( ghost khaane ke din ) qur'bani ke jaanwar zibah kiye jaane ke Din hain "

(kitabul alal  haatim ul raazi jild 3 page 34)

mazkoorah hadith ka waazeh mafaad ye hai ke ayyam tashreeq me yani ' yaun un nahar (qurbani ka din) 10wi dhul hijjah ke elawa 11wi, 12wi, aur 13wi dhul hijjah me qur'bani ke jaanwar zibah kiye ja sake hai,

ulema, muhaddiseen usool hadith ke nazdeek ye hadith qaabil e qubool hai


DUSRI HADITH:


hz jabir bin mu'tim nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se riwayat karte hain ke:-" qur'bani ke jaanwar ayyam tashreeq me yani 10wi, dhul hijjah ke saath 11wi, 12wi aur 13 wi dhul hijjah ko bhi zibah kiye ja sakte hain "

mazkoorah hadith jis sanad se marwi hai uske tamam raawi ko ulema jirrah wa tadeel ne siqa aur mutarjam kaha hai,

nez asma wa rijaal par jaankaari rakhne aur hadith ki sehat wa nuqs par huqm laagaane wale allama naseer uddeen albani (rh) ne bhi sahih qarar diya hai

( sahih jame us sagheer lil Albani jild 4 page 174)


TEESRI HADITH:

hz nafe bin jubair bin mut'im, ne kaha ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya ke:-" tashreeq qur'bani ke jaanwar zibaah karne ke din hain "

( muazzam kabeer tibrani matbua baghdad jild 2 pge 1242)

is hadith ko naqal karne wale hz zubair ke sahab'zaade nafe bin zubair (ra), abu muhammad madni (99 hijri) hain jo siqah kabair taabain mese hain

(aam kutub rijaal )

isliye is hadith ki sehat par koi ikhtilaaf nahi hai, balke qaabil e qubool hai,


HADITH-4


Hz zubair bin mut'im (ra) ne kaha ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne irshad farmaya ke:-" ayyam tashreeq qur'bani ke jaanwar zibah karne ke din hain "

(sunan dare kutni jild 2 page 544)

bhaiyyon ! Dekh rahen hain mazkoorah sanad ke mutaabik hz zubair bin mutim se hadith mazkoor ke raawi imam umar bin dinaar makki, ashram moulood (46 hijri) aur (126 hijri) hain jo  Mashoor maaroof siqa imam, sahihain aur aam kutub hadith ke raawi mese  hain

(tahzeeb, imam ibne hajar askalani )


HADITH-5


hz Nafe bin zubair bin mutim (ra) ne ek sahabi se riwayat ki nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne ek ghifaari sahabi ko huqm diya tha ke jaakar logon me elaan kar do ke jannat me daakhil hone ke liye momin hona shart hai, aur ayyam ( ayyam tashreek) khaane peene ke din hain "

(sunan baiheqi jild 9 page 296)


isi hadith ki buniyad par ibn jareej ayyam tashreeq ko qur'bani ka din kaha karte they

mazkoorah riwayat ka hasool ye hai ke ibn jareej ( abdul malik bin abdul aziz 150 hijri)  ne bayan kiya hai ke sulaiman bin musa ne nafe bin zubair se ye naqal kiya ke ek sahabi ka ye bayaan hai ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne logon me ek aadmi ke zariye elaan karwa diya ke ayyaam e tashreeq jiska ittelaaq 11,12,13 dhul hijjah ko hota hai, qurbani ke din Hain

ibn jareej kutub hadith ke musannafeen awwaleen me shumaar kiye jaate hai aur ibn jareej  ulema e rijaal sulaiman bin musa ke shargird hain, jo unse riwayat karte hain,

is buniyad par shubah ki koi gujaish nahi,

(aam kutub asma wa rijaal)


is mazmoon me dhikr karta hadith ayyaam qurbani 4 din hone ki gawahi hain, jin par amal karna har shakhs ki zimmedari hai aur hadith e rasool nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke saamne tamam aimma jin ka qaul hadith ke mukhaalif ho, mardood hai !

Qur'bani kitne dino tak ki ja sakti hai is silsile me ulema ke mukhtalif qaul hain kuch ke qaul toh aqli aur kuch ke qaul zaati buniyad par hain, ham ulema kiram ke aqwaal ko ab aapke saamne pesh karke, allama obaidullah rahmani (rh) jinko hadith ke baare me acchi khaashi maalumaat thi , ka faisla saadir farmayenge jo qaabil itminaan bakhs hoga (inshallah)


1- ibn abi shaiba me marwi hai ke ibn sireen Aur dawood zaahiri ki raaye me qur'bani sirf ek din , yani 10wi dhul hijjah, ghuroob aaftaab tak hai, is raaye ke saboot me koi hadith nahi hai, ye unka zaati fatawa hai,

2- sayeed bin zubair aur ibn jaabir farmate hain:-" shahron me ek din aur mina me muqeem logon ke liye 3 din"

ye unka aqali fatawa hai,


3- abu salma ibn abdul rahman bin auf aur sulaiman bin yasaar ki raaye me 10wi dhul hijjah se muharram ke chand tulu hone tak yani 20/21 din hai,

ye baiheqi wa maraaseel abu dawood ki riwayat hai,

is riwayat ke silsile me allama obaidullah rahmani mubarakpuri (rh) farmate hain:-" ye hadith nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki marfu hadith nahi hai, balke sahaba ki mauqoof riwayat bhi nahi hai, balke ye maqtu hadith hai jo tamam ulema e usool hadith ki raaye me qaabil hujjat nahi, matrook hai "

4- qurbani 10 din tak ki ja sakti hai, yani 10wi dhul hijjah se lekar 19 dhul hijjah tak

5-Imam qatadah (rh) ke nazdeek qur'bani 7 din tak ki ja sakti hai yani 10wi dhul hijjah ko chhodkar mazeed 6 din 

(fath ul bari jild 10 page 8)

6- ibn abi shaiba wa moatta imam malik me hz umar, ali, ibn abbas, abu hurairah, aur anas (ra) se marwi hai ke kul 3 din,

ye hui hanafi, maliki, aur hambalion ki raaye,


sahaba kiram (ra) ke bayan kardah 6 hadith ke silsile me allama rahmani farmate hain ke:-" sab hadithsen mauqoof hain yani tamam ki tamam mazkoorah sahabion ki hi raaye hai, nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki raaye nahi,"

jabke ulema muhaddiseen , usool hadith ka kahna hai ke agar kisi masla me sahabion ke bil'muqaabil nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki marfu hadith hi ko tarjeeh di jaayegi,


7- ibn hibban, baihaqi, dare kutni, bazzar, ibn adi, musnad ahmad, aur ibn abi shaiba me marwi hai ke nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" ayyaam Tashreeq ke sabhi din zibah ke din hain yani yaun un nahar (10wi) ayyaam tashreek 11wi, 12wi aur 13wi, kul 4 din 


allama ibn hajar haythami (rh) farmate hain ke :--" is hadith ki aksar sanaden(chains) ek dusre ke taeed karne ke sabab, yah hadith darja hasan me pahunch jaati hai, aur ye hadith marfu hai "

isi buniyad par allama obaidullah rahmani mubarakpuri (rh) farmate hain ki:-" mazkoorah raaye me ye aakhiri raaye hi mere nazdeek ba'darjah qabil e qubool hai, "

isliye ahle hadith ki raaye me qur'bani kul 4 din hai,

Allah taala se dua hai ke ham tamam hazraat ko sirf qur'an wa hadith par amal karne, kisi bhi mukhtalif masla me ulajhne se qabl jaankaari rakhne ki salaahiyat paida kare, apni zindagi ko uswah nabwi ki tarz par dhaalne aur aimma azzam ke qaul ke saamne nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke qaul par bila kisi jhijhak wa tardeed tasleem Karne ki taufeeq ada farmaaye.........AMEEN YA RABBUL AALAMEEN
