ZARURAT-E-TAQLEED AUR AAL-E-DEOBAND: (PART 2)
TAQLEED KI RASM AHLE KITAB (YAHUDI AUR ISAAYI) ME THI ???
Asal me taqleel ahle kitab aur mushrikeen e arab ki bad'rasm hai, iska deen se door ka bhi waasta nahin hai,
irshad rabbani hai
" unhone apne paadriyon aur darweshon aur maseeh ibn maryam ko allah ke siwa mabood bana rakha hai, halaanke huqm sirf yahi tha ke akele mabood ki jiske siwa koi mabood nahi ibadat karen wah unke shirk se paak hai "
(surah tauba 31)
is ayat ki tafseer nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne khud farmayi hai, jise hz adi bin hatim (ra) bayan karte hain ke:-" maine ye ayat nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ko tilaawat karte hue suna toh maine arz kiya ke aiy allah ke rasool ! Hamne unki kabhi bhi ibadat nahi ki aur na ham molvi aur darweshon ko rabb maante they toh nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-" wah apne ulema ki ibadat nahi karte they, jab unke ulema kisi cheez ko halaal kah dete toh wah use halaal kar lete aur jab kisi cheez ko haraam qaraar dete toh wah bhi use haraam tasleem kar lete "

is ayat ki tafseer me ulema e deoband ka bhi yahi mauqaf hai ke ahle kitab ka maamla aise hi tha,
chunanche maulana ashraf ali thanvi farmate hain ke:-" yahud wa nasaara ne khuda ki tauheed ko chhod kar apne ulema aur mashaikh ko ba'aitbaar itaat ke rabb bana kar rakha hai, ke unki itaat tahleel aur tahreem me misl itaat khuda ki karte hain ke nas par unke aqwaal ko tarjeeh dete hai, aur aisi itaat bilkul ibaadat hai"

isi page ke haashiye me masail al'salook ke unwaan ke tahat farmate hain ke:-" is me nasoos ke muqaable me taqleed karne ki muzammat hai jaise jaahilon ki aadat hai ke jab rasoom munkaron Se mana kiya jaaye toh apne mashaikh se tamark karte hain "

maulana thanvi ne is aqtabaas me ye baat tasleem ki hai ke nusoos ke bil'muqaabil taqleed asal me ulema wa mashaikh ki ibaadat hai, is me mazeed ye baat bhi daakhil kar lein ke muqallideen hazraat jab taqleed karte hain wah imam ki baaz masail me taqleed karte hain, ya tamaam masail me ,
agar wah tamam masail me taqleed karte hain , yaqinan karte hain, toh wah nusoos aur apne imam ke taqleedi masail ka taqaabul karte hain ??
Iska jawab yaqinan nafi me milega kyonke jab imam ke masail par adam etmaad ho gaya aur unke masail ki tahqeeq kar li jaaye toh ye TAQLEED nahi rahegi,
kyonki taqleed toh kahte hi kisi ki baat ko beghair daleel ke maanna jaise ke pahle waale note me bataaya gaya hai,
mazeed suniye ke hafiz ibn hajar askalani bukhari ki sharah fath ul bari me taqleed ki taareef naqal karte Hain ke
" aur jis par daleel qayem hogi wah muqallid nahi , isliye ke usne ghair ke qaul ko daleel ke beghair qubool nahi kiya"

kuch saalon pahle deoband maktaba e fikr ki taraf se " difa imam abu hanifa " ke naam se maulana abdul haq haqqani ne kitab tasneef karke shaaye ki hai, uske muqaddama me qaazi muhammad zaahid al hussaini farmate hain
" (hanafi) musalman fiqh hanafi se is qadr ghaafil ho rahen hain ke unko hanafiyat ka ahsaas tak nahin raha, isi tarah apne watan azeez pakistan me baaz wah idaare aur tabaqaat jinko hanafiyat ke farogh aur tahaffuz ke liye mahnat karni chahiye thi bila'iraadah isse gaflat barat rahe hain, deeni madaaris me fiqhi nisaab ko mukhtasar se mukhatasar kiya ja raha hai, jiska nateeja ye hai ke mulk me mufti hazraat ka faqdaan (shortage), istadlal ke bajaaye fiqh hanafi ke liye quran wa hadith ka mutaala zoron par hai jiska nateeja ye Hai ke 1200 saal se murattab shuda masail me maushighaafiyan ki ja rahi hain, kutub hadith ka urdu zabaan me sirf tarjuma karke tark taqleed ka darwaza khola ja raha hai, iske nateeje me ulaama ki jagah sirf urdu khwaan aur urdu daan tabqa lekar maarqiyat (khaarjiyat) ki isha'at kar raha hai, halaanke har muqallid ke liye aakhiri daleel mujtahid ka qaul hai jaisa ke muslim al saboot me hai
"muqallid ko sirf mujtahid ka qaul kaafi hota hai "

lijiye qaazi sahab ne tamam faisle kar diye ki muqallid ke liye sirf uske imam ka qaul hi hujjat hai aur jo shakhs qur'an wa hadith ko padhta padhaata aur uski nashr o isha'at karta hai wah tark taqleed ka darwaza kholta hai, jiska nateeja khaarijiyon ke maslak ki nashr o ishaat hai,
INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHI RAAJIUN
mazeed ye ke apne imam ke qaul ki daleel daryaaft karne ki gharz se qur'an wa hadith ko padhna bhi tark taqleed Aur apne imam ke masail me maushgaafiyan hain jab ke muqallid ke liye mujtahid ka qaul hi kaafi hota hai,
aur yahi kuch AHLE KITAB karte they, unke liye daleel ulema wa mashaikh ke aqwaal hi they aur isi mauqaf wa nazariye ki tardeed qur'an kareem ne ki hai,
MUQALLIDEEN KA TARZ E AMAL:
Isi baat ka shikwah karte hue imam raazi ne tafseer kabeer me surah tauba ki aayat 31 ke tahat likha hai
hamare sheikh aur khaatim ul muhaqqiqeen wa mujtahideen farmate hain ke:-" maine fuquha e muqallideen ke ek giroh ka musha'hedah kiya hai ke maine unhen kitabullah ki muta'adid aisi aayat padh kar sunaayin jo unke asalaaf ke khilaaf thin, toh unhone sirf unke qubool karne se munh nahi moda balke sirre se koi tawajjoh hi nahi di, aur mujhe taajjub khez nazaron se dekhne lage , aur kahne lage ke ye aayat ke zaahir par amal kaise ho sakta hai, jabke hamare AKAABIRAAN unke khilaaf kah gaye hain,
imam raazi Farmate hain:- aiy mukhatib ! Agar tu theek theek taur par ghaur o fikr kare toh ye bimari aksar muqallideen me ghusi hui paayega, jo ahle duniya se hai "

hakeem ul ummat shah wali ullah muhaddis dehlawi farmate hain ke
" agar tum yahudion ka namoona dekhna chaaho toh, un ulema e soo ko dekh lo jo duniya talbi me mashgool hain, jin me taqleed ki bimari ghar kar gayi hai, jinhone kitab wa sunnat se munh modh liya hai aur ek hi imam ke peeche lag gaye hain aur maasoom sarah (as) ke kalaam (hadith ko tark kar rakha hai aur aqwal imam ko ) mangadand riwayaat aur fazool taawilaaton se khoob mazboot banakar usi se tamisk kiye baithe hain, bas yahi cheez yahud aur nasara ki halaaqat ka sabab bani,"

isse milte julte alfaz me unhone " tafheemaat " me kaha hai jiski zaroori tafseel Siraat e muqtaqeem page 49 me hafiz salahuddin yousuf ne khoob ki hai,
is silsile me qazi ibn abi azeez sharah aqeeqatul tahawiyah, allama muhammad hayat sindhi, imam abdul rahman bin ismael, allama shorani, allama saaleh aur allama lakhnawi wagerah hazraat ne bhi baaz muqallideen ke isi tarz e amal ki nishaan dehi ki hai ke wah
" taqleed me nasoos ki qat'an koi parwah nahi karte aur imam ke aqwal ki aisi paabandi karte hain jise nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke farmaoodaat ki paabandi hoti hai, "
maulana ashraf ali thanvi hanafi deobandi apne ek maktoob me farmate hain ke
" aksar muqallid awaam balke khwaas is qadr jaamid hote hain ke agar qaul mujtahid ke khilaaf koi aayat ya hadith bhi kaan me padhti hai toh unke qalab me insharaah wa anbasaat nahi rahta, balke awwal, phir taweel ki fikr hoti hai, khwaah kitni hi ba'eed kyon na ho, khwaah dusri daleel qawi uske mu'aariz ho, balke Mujhtahid ki daleel is masle me ba'juzz qayaas ke kuch bhi na ho, balke khud dil me us taaweel ki waqiyat na ho magar nusrat mazhab ke liye taaweel zaroori samjhte hain, dil ye nahi maanta ke qaul e mujtahid ko chhod kar hadith sahih sareeh par amal karen "

mazeed farmate hain ke
"baaz muqallideen ne apne imam ko masoom ain ul khata tasawwur karke azam bil'jazam kiya ke khwaah kaisi hi hadith sahih, mukhalif qaul imam ke ho, aur mustanab qaul imam ka qyaas hi kyon na ho, phir bhi bahut se alal aur khalal hadith me paida karke ya uski taweel karke hadith ko radd kar denge, aisi taqleed haraam hai aur khilaaf wasiyat aimma marhoomeen hai"

maulana thanvi ki is wazahat ke baad zarurat toh nahi ke muqallideen ke andaz e fikr ki shahadatein pesh ki jaayen, taaham is baat ki nishaan'dehi Karna ham zaruri khyal karte hain ke muqallideen ne bataur usool likha hai ke agar sahih hadith ke mukhalif bhi qaul imam hoga tab bhi muqallid par taqleedan us par amal karna jayez nahi,
chunanche deobandi maktaba e fikr ke maulwi irshad ul hasan rampuri muhaddis dehlawi ki taaleef " meyaar huq " ke jawaab me mujaddid alf saani se naqal karte hain ke
" ham muqallion ko chhodna mazhab apne (imam ) ka zaahir hadith ke jayez nahi"

in aqwal se " tohfa ahle hadith " ke likhne waale ke is waham ka bhi azaala ho jaata hai ke
" mera bhai ! Aapne hampar dusra ilzam laga diya ke hadith e rasool ko chhod kar fiqh ko maante hain, aapne ahnaaf ka mauqaf aur maqsad hi nahi samjha, agar samjh lete toh hargiz ye aitraz na karte "

baatil hai !!
Bhai agar ye ilzaam hai toh lagaane waale ham nahi balke akaabir ahnaaf hain, jisme khair se aapke hakeem ul ummat Bhi shaamil hain, agar hakeem ul ummat sahab bhi maqsood nahi samjhte toh aap jaise taqleedi bimaaron ne khaak samjhna hai, haqiqat wahi hai jo ham arz kar chuke, aapka inkaar faqat jhoot aur difa e waqti hai,
